    MUSTAPA ZAHRI RITONGA, 2018: Pengaruh Pemberian Ampas Sagu Fermentasi Terhadap Performans dan Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) Domba Lokal. Dibimbing oleh HASNUDI dan ISKANDAR SEMBIRING. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ampas sagu fermentasi dalam ransum terhadap performans (pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi pakan, konversi pakan) dan income over feed cost (IOFC) domba lokal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di peternakan rakyat Desa Karang Rejo Kecamatan Stabat Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2017. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), dengan 4 perlakuan 5 ulangan. Setiap ulangan terdiri dari 1 ekor domba lokal dengan rataan bobot awal 11,05±0,56 kg. Perlakuan terdiri dari P1 (50% ampas sagu tanpa fermentasi + hijauan), P2 (60% ampas sagu tanpa fermentasi + hijauan), P3 (50% ampas sagu fermentasi + hijauan), dan P4 (60% ampas sagu fermentasi + hijauan). Peubah yang diamati adalah performans (pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi pakan, konversi pakan) dan income over feed cost (IOFC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan ampas sagu fermentasi memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan harian. Dengan rataan P1 =33,05 g, P2=39,95 g, P3=46,57 g, P4=54,38 g Terhadap konsumsi perlakuan ampas sagu fermentasi memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01). Dengan rataan P1 =486,38 g, P2=548,68 g, P3=604,69 g, P4=671,11 g. Terhadap konversi pakan perlakuan amaps sagu fermentasi memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05). Dengan rataan P1 = 1,06, P2=1,98, P3=1,84, P4=1,70. IOFC domba lokal tertinggi yaitu Rp. 121.568 pada perlakuan P4 dan IOFC terendah pada perlakuan P1 sebesar Rp.73.315. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan ampas sagu fermentasi dapat meningkatkan pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi pakan, dan menurunkan nilai pada konversi pakan domba lokal.MUSTAPA ZAHRI RITONGA, 2018: The effect of Fermented Sago Pulp on Performances and Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) local sheep. This study aims to determine the effect of fermented sago pulp in rations on performance (weight gain, feed consumption, feed conversion) and local sheep's income over feed cost (IOFC). This research was carried out in the community farms of Karang Rejo Village, Stabat District, Langkat Regency. This research started from March to June 2017. The design used was complete randomized design (RAL), with 4 treatment of 5 replications. Each replication consisted of 1 local sheep with an initial weight of 11.05 ± 0.56 kg. The treatment consisted of P1 (50% sago pulp without fermentation + forage), P2 (60% of sago pitch without fermentation + forage), P3 (50% fermented sago pulp + forage), and P4 (60% fermented sago pulp +). The observed variables were performance (body weight gain, feed consumption, feed conversion) and income over feed cost (IOFC). The results showed that the treatment of fermented sago pulp gave a very real effect (P <0.01) on daily weight gain. The mean of P1 = 33,05 g, P2 = 39,95 g, P3 = 46,57 g, P4 = 54,38g. The consumption of fermented sago pulp treatment has highly significant effect (P <0,01). With average P1 = 486,38 g, P2 = 548,68 g, P3 = 604,69 g, P4 = 671,11 gr. Against the conversion of fermented sago pulp fermentation treatment gave a real effect (P <0.05). With average P1 = 1.06, P2 = 1.98, P3 = 1.84, P4 = 1.70. IOFC the highest local sheep is Rp. 121.568 on treatment of P4 and IOFC lowest at treatment P1 equal to Rp.73.315. During preliminary stages of this work a remarkable manuscript came to light which is the subject of the present article. This is the personal horoscope of Iskandar Sultan, the grandson of Tīmūr (d. 807/1405). Iskandar ruled in Fars, South West Iran, for five years from 1409 to 1414.     AbstractThis paper examines the establishment of Iskandar Malaysia development through qualitative and quantitative research methods. This paper also evaluates stakeholders’ perception on the development process and procedures in Iskandar Malaysia. Through review of literatures, semi-structured interviews and questionnaire, data were gathered. A triangulation method was then used to examine the information on a level of stakeholder participation in the development of Iskandar Malaysia. Results indicated there were conflicts between Iskandar Malaysia master plan with the development plans used in the region. Hence, the discussion on recommendation and suggestion in the article will offer several recommendations for improving regional economic development in Malaysia

Iskandar Indah Printing Textile designing some systems such as raw material inventory systems, sales systems, purchasing systems and others. In running their raw materials, the company should give special attention because it is one source of continuity of the company to run its business operations. In evaluating the procurement system and raw material of PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile, author researched with observed and compared between the existing theories with a system that has been used in that company. According to the author of the procurement system and the expenditure of raw materials used by the company it is good enough where there are elements of the accounting system of raw material purchases and expenditures of the company include, the existence of a clear separation of functions, the existing authorization of documents, the letter of the purchase order, use the document duplex. Nevertheless, there is still some weakness among others, the warehouse is still doing a concurrently function, the warehouse did not have evidence of receiving the report documents, there is no document to any refund of goods from production to warehouse parts Remembering there are still has any weakness that the author discovered during the conduct of research at PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile, the author recommends that companies should separate the functions of receiving and storage functions, the warehouse should add one sheet document of receipt of goods to archived reports, should be made to the evidence warehouse returns (returns of production) so that the production of archive documents have proof of return goods warehouse

Management of processing goods which do include raw cloves into cloves chopped, cloves drying process, the process of clove seasoning and clove packing process. The weakness of enterprise information systems is the lack of production scheduling process. So it is difficult to carry out the production division of the clove production machines available. It is therefore necessary production scheduling using genetic algorithms in order to optimize the production of cloves. The result of this research is a scheduling production application.     THE INFLUENCE OF PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZING BUDGET, BUDGET EVALUATION, AND PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY ON MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE WITH LEADERSHIP STYLE AS MODERATING VARIABLE (AT THE SKPD OF PADANG LAWAS REGENCY) The objective of the research is to analyze and find out the influence of participation in organizing budget, budget evaluation, and public accountability on managerial performance at the SKP of Padang Lawas Regency. Besides, it is also intended to analyze and determine whether leadership style could be classified as moderating variable in this research. The research employs associative causal research method. The samples are 150 respondents from 32 SKPDs in Padang Lawas Regency. The data are gathered by distributing questionnaires and analyzed by using Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) and SmartPLS software program. The result of the research shows that public accountability and participation in organizing budget has positive and significant influence managerial performance at the SKPD of Padang Lawas Regency, budget evaluation does not have any influence on SKPD's managerial performance in Padang Lawas Regency. It is also found that leadership style moderates the influence of public accountability and budget evaluation on management at the SKPD of Padang Lawas Regency, while leadership style is not able to moderate the influence of participation in organizing budget on managerial performance at the SKPD of Padang Lawas Regency.154 HalamanTesis Magiste

    Komunikasi sangat diperlukan dalam dunia organisasi. Aktifitas seorang Staf tidak terlepas dari komunikasi dengan masyarakat dan antar staf. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana efektifitas komunikasi organisasi antara staf dan komunikasi sosial antara staf dengan masyarakat dalam menerapkan program Pencegahan, Pemberantasan, Penyalahgunaan, dan Peredaran gelap Narkoba (P4GN) Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan organisasi dalam menyukseskan program – program dari Badan Narkotika Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dimana yang menjadi narasumber data adalah 3 staf Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Di bantu beberapa staf di bagian – bagian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung di lapangan wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber dan studi pustaka. Dilanjutkan dengan tehnik analisis data interaktif dimulai dari penyederhanaan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa peran komunikasi sangat penting dalam penerapan program P4GN.     Multikultural education can simply be interpreted as a process of community development so that they have knowledge and are able to be adaptive in the midst of a diverse society. The main goal of multikultural education is to create multikultural awareness in every child which in the end will be able to create social conditions based on equal rights and respect for each group. In this paper, the author uses a qualitative research method because this method uses data taken through observation, documentation and interviews with school principals, teachers and students at the Sultan Iskandar Muda College Foundation (YPSIM). To review this paper, the author uses the theory of social interaction and multikultural education. According to Banks, Multikultural Education is an idea, an educational reform movement and a process. Thus, the results of the research in this paper, found that the Sultan Iskandar Muda Education Foundation (YPSIM) has implemented multikultural education, as seen from the integration of Multikultural Education in Religious Subjects, schools also make facilities through the provision of houses of worship for each religion in schools, To further strengthen the application of multikultural education in religious lessons, the teachers create a Mutual Class program which is attended by all students, besides that the college also celebrates Religious Holidays for all students which in its implementation involves all students which aims to make the interaction of school residents more intimate. and lead to mutual understanding.Pendidikan multikultural secara sederhana bisa diartikan sebagai proses pengembangan masyarakat agar mempunyai pengetahuan dan mampu bersikap adaptif di tengah-tengah masyarakat yang beragam. Tujuan utama pendidikan multikultural adalah menciptakan kesadaran mulitkultur pada setiap anak yang pada akhirnya akan mampu menciptakan kondisi sosial yang berasaskan persamaan hak dan penghargaan bagi setiap kelompok.     Islamic boarding schools as one of the faith-based education, also function as Islamic religious broadcasters.&nbsp; Islamic boarding schools have&nbsp; a high level of integrity with sekitamya and become a moral show for the general public. The science studied is inseparable from &nbsp;religious teachings, meaning that all events that occur are considered to have a relationship with religious teachings. The educational institution built by kiayai Noer Iskandar SQ is the Asshiddiqiyah Islamic Boarding School which is an Islamic educational institution and a religious social institution. In its capacity as an Educational, Religious, and Community institution, Asshiddiqiyah Islamic Boarding School always exists in developing its educational concept and remains committed as a stronghold of the Islamic shiar struggle. The method that the author used in this &nbsp;study is the qualitative method. The reason researchers use this is because in this paper, the author wants to provide, explain, &nbsp;describe the concept of pesantren education thought developed by KH. Noer Iskandar SQ who critically, or describes a phenomenon, an event, or an &nbsp;event of&nbsp; social &nbsp;interaction in pesantren.&nbsp; &nbsp;Therefore, this type of qualitative &nbsp;research is descriptive, &nbsp;by collecting field data and existing literature.&nbsp; The difference between one type and another lies in&nbsp; the purpose and strategy &nbsp;of discovery. &nbsp;Pondok &nbsp;pesantren &nbsp;sebagai &nbsp;salah&nbsp; satu pendidikan &nbsp;berbasis &nbsp;agama, juga berfungsi &nbsp;sebagai lembaga penyiaran &nbsp;agama Islam.&nbsp; Pondok pesantren memiliki tingkat integritas yang tinggi dengan sekitamya dan menjadi rnjukan moral bagi masyarakat umum.
