Yang menjadi fokus utama dari diajukan suatu gugatan actio pauliana adalah mengenai perbuatan hukum yang dilakukan khususnya mengenai traksaksi. PT. Metro Batavia merupakan perusahaan penerbangan internasional yang dipailitkan oleh pengadilan niaga dikarenakan adanya penunggakan utang terhadap International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) dan Sierra Limited Lease (Sierra). Kemudian Tim Kurator melakukan gugatan actio paulianaterhadap transaksi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Metro Batavia yang diwakili oleh Yudiawan Tansari selaku direktur utama dengan Riana Tansari. Transaksi tersebut secara hukum dapat dibatalkan dengan actio pauliana, hal inidimuat dalam Pasal 41 dan 42 UUK-PKPU. Putusan tersebut menyatakan bahwa traksaksi tersebut adalah batal dan objek gugatan harus dikembalikan kepada boedel pailit. Namun secara hukum perusahaan Yudiawan Tansari telah melakukan prosedur secara sah dalam mewakili perseoran sehingga perbuatan tersebut tidak dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara pribadi, sebab dalam hal terdapat persetujuan RUPS dan dewan komisaris, serta perbuatan hukum tersebut ditujukan untuk kepentingan perseroan, maka tindakan tersebut harus dipisahkan dari perorangan yang mewakilinya (separate legal personality) (F) Acuan: 29 (1979-2014). Health problems have become a basic need for the community, several empirical studies on people's satisfaction and physical evidence give inconsistent results where some studies show that people and physical evidence have no significant effect on satisfaction, but on the other hand there are also studies that show different things. Based on this explanation, the researcher is interested in submitting the research title "the influence of people and physical evidence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Kab. Muaro Jambi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of people and physical evidence on inpatient satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency. The object of this study was hospitalized patients, while the variables studied were related to the community and physical evidence of patient satisfaction. The population in this study were inpatients at RSUD Ahmad Ripin Kab. Muaro Jambi with a total sample of 89 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.The results showed that people did not have a significant positive effect on satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency, while physical evidence had a significant positive effect on satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap tenaga kesehatan dan ketersediaan obat terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat pemegang kartu Jamkesmas Rumah Sakit Ahmad Ripin Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, baik secara sendiri -sendiri maupun secara serentak.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu ex-post facto. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sikap tenaga kesehatan, ketersediaan obat dan tingkat kepuasan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan robability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 250 pasien. Subjek uji coba adalah sebanyak 30 orang pasien di Rumah Sakit Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Uji coba instrument dilakukan untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Validitas instrument dihitung dengan
menggunakan Analisis Korelasi Product Moment dan diperoleh 47 butir yang valid. Uji reliabilitas instrument dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dan semua variabel memiliki reliabilitas tinggi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari sikap tenaga kesehatan terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat pemegang kartu Jamkesmas Rumah Sakit Ahmad Ripin Kabupaten Muaro Jambi yang ditunjukan dengan r hitung > r 5% sebesar 0,409 > 0,138, (2)terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari ketersediaan obat terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat pemegang kartu Jamkesmas Rumah Sakit Ahmad Ripin Kabupaten Muaro Jambi yang ditunjukan dengan r
tabel hitung > r 5% sebesar 0,355 > 0,138, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari sikap tenaga kesehatan dan ketersediaan obat terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat pemegang kartu Jamkesmas Rumah Sakit Ahmad Ripin Kabupaten Muaro Jambi yang ditunjukan dengan F hitung > F tabel tabel 5% sebesar 35,111 > 3,04. Sumbangan efektif penelitian ini sebesar 22,1%, sedangkan 77,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini.

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
