    Tuan Guru Haji Ramli Ahmad in the Development of Islamic Education in Bima, Indonesia

    Tuan Guru Haji Ramli Ahmad is one of the figures who played an essential role in inspiring the development of Islamic education in Bima. By establishing the Islamic boarding school, he significantly contributed to advancing Islamic education for children in the region. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a phenomenological approach. This approach is used because all aspects in the form of ideas, ideas and the role of Tuan Guru Haji Ramli Ahmad in the development of Islamic education can be researched and observed in their entirety. Data were collected through observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data using source and method triangulation techniques. The results of this research show that the forms of development carried out by TGH. Ramli Ahmad includes establishing home studies, Islamic educational institutions/foundations, Islamic boarding schools, madrassas and schools, Koran prayer councils, and TPQ/BSTQ. TGH Initiatives.     Penentuan Tingkat Kinerja Karyawan dengan Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making

    Companies often provide incentives to employees for the performance of the employee to the company is expected to increase. Therefore the criteria specified how these employees are given incentives so that the employees will be grouped into Categories of high performance, medium, low, then used Fuzzy Multi Criteri Decision Making (FMCDM). FMCDM is a method of decision making that considers multiple alternatives and criteria in a situation that is fuzzy. The steps in the FMCDM including goal identification, collection of decision alternatives, the identification set of criteria, and the determination to build a hierarchical structure of categories of employees are based on certain considerations. Then next is to determine the evaluation of fuzzy sets with linguistic variables that represent the weight or importance of each criterion, aggregating the weights of criteria and the degree of suitability of any employee with alternative criteria. After the result of the aggregation of criteria weights obtained it will get any employees who enter into the category of high performance, medium and low.Perusahaan sering memberi insentif kepada karyawan agar kinerja karyawan kepada perusahaan diharapkan meningkat. Langkah-langkah pada FMCDM antara lain Identifikasi Tujuan, kumpulan alternative keputusannya, identifikasi kumpulan kriteria, dan membangun struktur hirarki dari penentuan kategori karyawan tersebut berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu. Kemudian selanjutnya adalah menetukan evaluasi himpunan fuzzy dengan variabel linguistik yang merepresentasikan bobot kepentingan setiap kriteria, mengagregasikan bobot-bobot kriteria karyawan dan derajat kecocokan setiap alternatif dengan kriterianya.     Irwan Abdullah presents his argument that the concept of deviant is no longer relevant to the analysis of the activities of young people's. An effort to understand their activities as a subordinate expression of the culture domination is appropriate. Perceiving their activities as deviant cannot be understood with Geertz's cultural concepts. He said that culture is shared values. The Influence Of Budget Target Clarity, Understanding Of Accounting, and Regional Finance Management To Financial Accountability Performance Of SKPD DKI Jakarta This research is aiming to (a) knowing how the influence of clarity the target of budget, understanding of accounting, and the regional financial management on financial accountability performance of skpd and (b) how big the influence of inter variable and ( c ) tries to provide advice and input for improvement the quality of government skpd in relation to the regional financial report. Sample retrieval method that used by the author is a simple random sampling. The data type used is the primary data, for techniques of data collection is done by means of a survey through questionnaires, and also the study of library. Data processing is carried out using SPSS program. Testing used classic assumptions research includes testing of normality, test multikolinieritas, and heterokedastisitas. While the research model used researchers is to use the Linear Regression equation of statistical analysis, as for Multiple hypothesis testing is done with simultaneous significance test, and the significance of partial coefficients of determinant. Test results indicate that the budget target, variable clarity of understanding of accounting and financial management of influential simultaneously against accountability, while test results are partial indicates a variable target clarity of budget and financial management significantly give an influense to accountability, while understanding of accounting does not provide any significant effects. Results of the regression analysis shows the value of the coefficient of determinant (R square) of 39,5%, meaning that all independent variables provide a pretty strong correlation to the variable accountability

    Wave run-up of a possible Anak-Krakatau tsunami on planned and optimized Jakarta Sea Dike

    The infrastructural plans in the Jakarta Bay to reduce risks of flooding in Jakarta city comprise a large Sea Dike that encloses a retention lake. Part of the planned dike has the shape of the iconic Garuda bird. This paper shows that if in the future an explosion of Anak Krakatau will occur with strength 1/4th of the original Karkatau 1883 explosion, wave crests of 11m and troughs of 6m may collide against the bird's head. As an alternative example, a more optimized design of the dike is constructed that reduces the maximal wave effects considerably.</p

    The YBa2Cu3O6 (YBCO6) is a mother compound of cuprate based high-Tc superconduc-tor. The YBCO6 shows long-range antiferromagnetic (AF) ordering and Mott insulator. The long-range AF ordering of this system disappears with doping and superconductivity appears. The detail study of magnetic and electronic state of YBCO6 is very important to understand from which the superconductivity appears. The µSR is extremely sensitive to probe the local magnetism due to the large gyromagnetic ratio of the muon spin and the first evidence of the presence long-range AF ordering was given by µSR. On the other hand, µSR has limitation due to unknown positions of the injected muon in the materials and complicated local perturbations given by the muon to its surroundings which prevent us to get deeper understanding of magnetic and electronic structure of the system. The density functional theory (DFT) with the on-site coulumb repulsion, U, is employed to muon-site estimation and quantify the muon perturbation. The muon site estimation is based on the local minimum potential as muon has positive charge. The muon then introduced in to the YBCO6 as hydrogen ion. The calculation was done in the large supercell to compensate the behavior of the muon as ultradilute impurity. We found that three distinct muon sites, two near apical oxygen and one near planar oxygen. Our new high-statitics µSR experiment of high quality single crytal of YBCO6 reveals three distinct muon spin precession components which is consistent with our muon site estimation. The main parameter that can be inferred from the µSR experiment is internal field at the muon sites. The examination of the internal fields at the estimated muon site was done on the basis dipolar interaction muon and magnetic ion in YBCO6 with considering the local crystal deformation. The internal field calculation by assume the spin reside in the particular ion (point dipole model) is overestimated the internal field at the muon site. The strong hybridization between d orbital Cu with the p orbital O is play the crutial role in the magnetic properties of the cuprates which is known as covalency effect. This phenomena leads to the extension the spin density in the real space which is contradictive with the point dipole model. Since the long-range antiferromagnetic ordering in the Mott insulator arises from the strong on-site electron repulsive, the spin density has strong dependence to the strength the on-site electron repulsive which is characterized by U value. Thus, the carefully tune of the U value is needed. The best value of the U, 6.6 eV, for the YBCO6 is determined by absolute different the internal field from the experiment and theoretical calculations. The internal field calculation at each muon site on the basis of this model are fairly match with internal fields from the experiment. It is also found that the ground state of the muon which is referred as zero-point energy (ZPE) vibration motion is play crucial role in the muon site determination. This effect is included simultaneously with covalency effect and local crystal deformation from DFT calculation in order to explain the local internal field at the muon site

    A Study of Hierarchical Concatenation Networks in the Area of Pattern Recognition

    Hierarchical Concatenation Networks (HCN) are inspired by the way humans recognize patterns; i.e. by concatenating small features. In HCNs patterns are split into small parts, and then concatenated and activated in the network’s layers. The research in this thesis investigated and explored feature extraction methods, similarity measures, and classification using HCNs. Results indicate that HCNs can be used in automatic pattern recognition systems with better performance rate on the lower layer than the top layer

    Penyelesaian persoalan fisika banyak melibatkan persamaan differensial biasa (PDB). Salah satu diantaranya yaitu osilasi sebuah benda yang digantungkan pada ujung sebuah pegas. Sistem tersebut berosilasi baik secara harmonik maupun teredam, Untuk kasus osilasi teredam terdapat tiga kondisi yang sangat bergantung pada karakteristik sistem tersebut dan besarnya redaman. Pada artikel ini akan diberikan penyelesaian kasus-kasus tersebut dengan menyelesaiakan PDB yang berkaitan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SCILAB. SCILAB merupakan perangkat lunak yang bersifat open source  dan dapat dijalankan pada sistem operasi Windows, Mac dan Linux. Kata kunci: Osilasi, Pegas, Persamaan Differensial, SCILA
