Parámetros de avaliação para projetos com melhor aproveitamento de uso

Programa de Pós-Graduação em ArquiteturaNa atualidade a totalidade de projetos habitacionais parte do principio absurdo do mínimo espaço para reduzir os custos da obra em lugar do utilizar um conceito do espaço necessário. Quase nenhum destes projetos leva em consideração o tamanho do mobiliário disponível no mercado. Isto cria uma incompatibilidade entre a necessidade espacial do usuário e a área disponível nas habitações de interesse social. Os resultados de uma construção com estas falhas entre outros são: O aumento dos custos para o morador que deve ampliar sua casa para poder utilizar o espaço com algo de conforto. A perda de flexibilidade de uso já que o espaço não permite variações no arranjo espacial. As habitações que não têm o equipamento necessário para sua utilização devido à falta de espaço para colocar o mobiliário. O congestionamento visual devido à aglomeração de móveis dentro de um cômodo criando desorganização e desconforto. A perda da privacidade pela carência de um espaço próprio. Os dormitórios sem utilidade durante o dia, que ficam lotados a noite. Como uma possível solução se propôs o conceito de um painel mobiliário o qual deveria contribuir com a facilidade de construção, montagem e pré-fabricação de um imóvel como alternativas para diminuir custos. Ao mesmo tempo este painel conteria o mobiliário necessário para a utilização dos diferentes cômodos e assim aproveitar ao máximo o incipiente espaço em projetos de habitação de interesse social. A fundamentação teórica deste painel foi realizada por meio de pesquisas sobre propostas de habitação social e projetos arquitetônicos que atendessem a princípios de produtos industrializados, assim como o levantamento dos problemas mencionados anteriormente. A realização prática se desenvolveu por meio de uma tabela que funciona como checklist e avaliam o conforto e habitabilidade destes projetos por meio da aplicação dos conceitos de flexibilidade, adaptabilidade e privacidade. Foi realizado também um levantamento de produtos existentes no mercado internacional que apresentam soluções inovadoras para espaços reduzidos tanto pela variedade de funções que o mesmo permite quanto pelas propostas de aproveitamento de espaço no transcurso do dia. Para testar tanto a tabela quanto a aplicabilidade do mobiliário pesquisado se utilizou como estudo de caso o protótipo desenvolvido pela ARQ-UFSC em colaboração com a empresa Battistella

In particular, since 2003, the Chapter has analyzed the main changes in Italian Copyright Law, both from European sources - the Italian implementation of Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society (legislative decree N° 68/2003); of Directive 2001/84/EC on the resale right for the benefit of the author of an original work of art (Legislative Decree N° 118/2006); of Directive 2011/77/EU on the term of protection of copyright and certain related rights (Legislative Decree N° 22/2014); of Directive 2012/28/EU on certain permitted uses of orphan works (Legislative Decree N° 163/2014) - and from only national provisions (e.g. Articles 15, sec. 3, and 15-bis of the Italian Copyright Act on public performances of protected works in libraries, museums or cultural clubs.; the link with the Regulation of the Italian Authority on Communication about copyright protection on the net, pursuant to Article 32-bis of Legislative Decree N° 177/2005, and to Legislative Decree n° 9/2008 on audiovisual rights on sport events, etc.). These positive sources are always accompanied - also with criticism - by a wide description of case law and scholars' constructions of law and pratice of copyright and related rights in text and footnotes

Suspended Gate Silicon Nanodot Memory
The non-volatile memory market has been driven by Flash memory since its invention more than three decades ago. Today, this non-volatile memory is used in a wide variety of devices and systems from pen drives, mp3 players to cars, planes and satellites. However,the conventional floating gate memory technology in use for flash memory is facing a serious scalability issue, the tunnel oxide thickness cannot be reduced to less than 7nm as pointed out in the latest international technology roadmap for semiconductors (ITRS2010) [1]. The limit imposed on the tunnel oxide layer reduces the programming and erasing times, the scalability and endurance among other parameters. To overcome those inherent issues, this research is focused on the co-integration of nano-electromechanical systems (NEMS) with metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) technology in order to generate a new non-volatile and high speed memory. The memory device that we are proposing is a high-speed non-volatile memory structure called the Suspended Gate Silicon Nanodot Memory (SGSNM) cell. This non-volatile memory device features a MOSFET as a readout element, a silicon nanodot (SiNDs) monolayer as the floating gate and a movable suspended control gate isolated from the floating gate by an oxide layer and by an air-gap. The fundamental component in this novel device is the introduction of a doubly-clamped beam as a movable control gate, in which through this element, the programming and erasing operations take place. To understand the behaviour of the doubly-clamped beam structure, it is analysed by using analytical models such as the doubly-plate capacitor model and also by using two- and three-dimensional (2D and 3D) finite element method (FEM) analysis. The programming and erasing operations within the SGSNM occur when the suspended control gate is in contact with the tunnel oxide layer. This is the point at which the quantum-mechanical tunnelling mechanism (Fowler-Nordheim) takes place. Through this mechanism, the electrons are allowed to tunnel from the suspended control gate into the memory node and vice versa as a function of the applied voltage (bias). The tunnelling process is numerically analysed by implementing the Tsu-Esaki equation and the transfer matrix method within a homemade program which calculates the current density as a function of the tunnel oxide material and thickness. Both the suspended control gate and tunnelling process are implemented as analog behavioural models within the SGSNM cell that is simulated by using a commercial circuit simulator. From a transient analysis of the suspended control gate, it was found that the suspended control gate takes 0.8 nsec in pull-in on the tunnel oxide layer for a 1 ?m-long doubly-clamped structure. In contrast, the time that the memory node takes in charge and discharge is 1.7 nsec. Hence, the programming and erasing times are a combination between the mechanical pull-in and the charging time, which is 2.5 nsec due the fact that to both operations are symmetrical. Moreover, the suspended control gate was successfully fabricated and suspended. This process was performed by depositing a thin layer of aluminium (500 nm) over the sacrificial layer (poly-Si) by using an e-beam evaporator, which was patterned with doubly-clamped beam features through the photolithographic process. By using a combination of wet and dry etching processes, the aluminium and the sacrificial layer were successfully removed without affecting the substrate (Si-based) or the suspended control gate beam. In addition, Capacitance - Voltage measurements were performed on a set of doubly-clamped beams from which the pull-in effect was successfully obtained. Electronic Dictionaries for Information Retrieval, Automatic Textual Analysis and Semantic-Based Data Mining Software
Today Lexicon-Grammar (LG) remains one of the most consistent
Natural Language Processing (NLP) approaches, especially for
Semantic-Based Data Mining (SBDM) and Semantic Web. Its main goal
is to describe all mechanisms of word combinations closely related to the
concrete use of lexical units and to sentence creation. Also, it gives an
exhaustive description of lexical and syntactic structures of several
languages. LG was set up by the French linguist Maurice Gross during
the ‘60s, and subsequently developed for and applied to Italian by
Annibale Elia, Emilio D’Agostino and Maurizio Martinelli. Its
theoretical approach is prevalently based on Zelig Sabbettai Harris’
Operator-Argument Grammar, which assumes that each human language
is a self-organizing system, and that the syntactic and semantic properties
of a given word may be calculated on the basis of the relationships this
word has with all other co-occurring words inside given sentence
contexts. Simple sentences2 are the minimal linguistic meaning structures
upon which LG founds its studies on natural language syntactic features.
In the last twenty years, LG has also reached important results in the
domain of automatic textual analysis and parsing with NLP-oriented
software such as INTEX3, UNITEX4, and more recently NOOJ5.

acceptability and grammaticality. The study of simple sentences is completed analyzing
the rules of co-occurrence and selection restriction, which are distributional and
transformational rules based on predicate syntactic-semantic properties.

This work presents the life and work of author Mario Prata, Uberaba to Lins, Lins and for the literary universe. Starts collecting data from its critical fortune, demonstrating the relevance of the author on the stage of national literature. Performs a brief analysis of fragments of his work, as a sample of the diversity of his work, doing a history of the social columns and a study of fiction, chronicles chronicles also present in the career of Silver, since its beginning, in small writing interior São Paulo.Este trabalho apresenta a vida e obra do autor Mario Prata, de Uberaba à Lins, e de Lins para o universo literário. Faz o levantamento dos primeiros escritos de Mario Prata, organizando o acervo do jornal A Gazeta de Lins, localizando o pseudônimo assumido pelo autor (Franco Abbiati) e apresento outros (Di Franco, Ricardo Amaral, Newton e Mario Alberto). Renovación de pasturas estivales
En el siguiente trabajo se desarrolla brevemente el nivel de productividad que pueden alcanzar las pasturas de acuerdo a su estado y manejo, y se describen los pasos a seguir para hacer una renovación de una pastura estival. El énfasis está puesto en Setaria sphacelata, pero los conceptos son aplicables a otras especies de multiplicación por semilla como brachiaria (Urochloa brizantha) , grama rhodes (Chloris gayana) y humidicola (Urochloa humidicola). Las especies de multiplicación vegetativa como pasto pangola (Digitaria decumbens), pasto nilo (Acroceras macrum) y pasto bermuda (Cynodon dactylon) se pueden renovar fácilmente, siempre y cuando se encuentren en su zona de adecuación.EEA MercedesFil: Barbera, Pablo.
