This research is aimed to determine whether classes taught using Tiktok have better results than classes taught without using Tiktok. Students today are familiar with Tiktok because of its easy and flexible access. By using Tiktok students can create their writings so that they are more interesting to read and can be seen by many people. This is a quasi-experimental research. The experimental group was taught using Tiktok and the control group was taught without using Tiktok. The author used a pre-test to find out that both groups had relatively the same background knowledge in the research variables and a post-test to find an increase in scores as a measure of achievement. The author uses tests to calculate and hypothesize.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kelas yang diajarkan menggunakan Tiktok memiliki hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas yang diajar tanpa menggunakan Tiktok. Siswa pada era sekarang banyak mengenal Tiktok karena aksesnya yang mudah dan fleksibel. Dengan menggunakan Tiktok siswa dapat mengreasikan hasil tulisannya agar lebih menarik untuk dibaca dan dapat dilihat banyak orang. Ini adalah penilitian quasi eksperimen. Kelompok eksperimen diajar dengan menggunakan Tiktok dan kelompok kontrol diajar tanpa menggunakan Tiktok. Penulis menggunakan pre-test untuk mengetahui bahwa kedua kelompok mempunyai latar belakang pengetahuan yang relatif sama dalam variable penelitian dan post-test untuk menemukan peningkatan nilai sebagai ukuran prestasi. Penulis menggunakan test untuk menghitung dan menghipotesis.

Fokus tersebut dapat dirinci dalam sub fokus sebagai berikut : 1) Bagaimanakah karakteristik komponen-komponen sistem manajemen Mutu ISO 9001 : 2000 ?, 2) Bagaimanakah karakteristik implementasi sistem menejemen mutu ISO 9001 : 2000 ? Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengkaji karakteristik komponen-komponen sistem manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2000, dan mengkaji karakteistik implementasi sistem menejemen mutu ISO 9001:2000. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi manfaat mengimplementasikan sistem manejemen mutu ISO 9001 : 2000 dalam manajemen lembaga pendidikan sebagai peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah menengah kejuruan yang diharapkan menjadi standar persyaratan untuk pengelolaan manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 pada sekolah menengah kejuruan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian etnografi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : 1) karakteristik komponen-komponen sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 mendukung dan memudahkan pengelolaan sekolah. 2) karakteristis Implementasi Sistem manajemen mutu merupakan standar dan persyaratan untuk meraih Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional

No full textThe development of learning media is a series of processes or activities carried out to produce learning media based on existing development theories. The media in question is learning media so the development theory used is the theory of learning development. In addition to media, in a teaching and learning process, teachers are also required to use RPP which is a reference for the activity plan that will be carried out during the learning process. Assessment tools are also needed to see the extent to which students have achieved their goals. Thus, the development of learning media is also equipped with RPP and learning outcome tests as requirements in a learning process. Teachers at Siswo Utomo Kindergarten, Kepuhdoko Village, experienced many obstacles/barriers in implementing appropriate and interesting learning. Which of course can make it easier to provide understanding to students at the institution. Thus, learning becomes more active and leads to student-centered learning (SCL). Development of an android-based learning application intended for Siswo Utomo Kindergarten, Kepuhdoko Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency. This educational institution was chosen because in TK (Kindergarten) Siswo Utomo is the place where the author teaches and devotes himself to Kepuhdoko Village. The facilities and infrastructure in this institution have not been used optimally to support learning media. Based on the results of observations in the field, namely TK (Kindergarten) Siswo Utomo Kepuhdoko Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency, it shows that the condition of the facilities and infrastructure is still far from expectations. Several things found in the field include: (1) the existing learning media facilities are still very minimal in use, (2) teacher skills in designing learning using learning methods are still ineffective
The Order of Presentation of English Materials for Young lerners Based on the Curriculum 2013
No full textThe teaching of English as the first foreign language in Indonesia begins at the Eementary School. However, at the end of SMA, approximately six years of studying, most of the students have not acquired by the curriculum. The failure of English teaching in Indonesia is pointed out by Ramelan in his book “Introduction to Linguistics for the students of English in Indonesia”. He reported that when he asked SMA graduates questions in English, he simply smiled but did not know any grasp what was being asked.
As teachers, we should be concerned about the unsatisfactory result of teaching and try to find out the cause of its failure which may be caused either by the teacher factor, the students factor, the time allotment, the materials, or other factors, Ramelan says;
The result of teaching depends for the greater part on the teacher. It follows that the failure of our English instruction can be explained by the following possibilities: either there is something wrong with the teachers because they know little about the principles of foreign language teaching, or else their way of teaching, including the teaching materials is not suitable for Indonesia students. (Ramelan, 1986:2)
The writer assumes that the failure may be caused either by the appropriate English materials or the way of teaching the materials.
Many writers write English textbooksl in which they should arrange the appropriate materials based on the curriculum 2013. The order of presentation of English materials should be based on the language skills, they are listening, speaking, reading, and writing

The data source in this study is a soul mirror novels by S. Prasetyo Utomo.his study managed to find terms of aspects theme, message, plot, setting, character, characterization, point of view, style of laguage. The data obtained are in the form of findings and explanations from aspects of novel intrinsic elements. Data collection techniques were taken using documentary study techniques. Research data in the form of text, sentences, and words contained in the novels. KEWENANGAN PENGADILAN NEGERI DALAM MENANGANI PERKARA HIBAH DARI PARA PIHAK YANG BERAGAMA ISLAM Tesis: Program Magister Kenotariatan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Sebelas Maret Tujuan penelitian dan penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kewenangan Pengadilan Negeri dan Pengadilan Agama dalam menangani perkara sengketa hibah masyarakat muslim di Indonesia dan kewenangan Pengadilan Negeri dan Pengadilan Agama dalam menyelesaikan perkara hibah dari para pihak yang beragama Islam di Pengadilan Negeri Sukoharjo dengan Nomor putusan 72/Pdt.G/2014/PN Skh Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian hukum ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan wawancara langsung terhadap narasumber dan data sekunder adalah dokumen yang terkait dengan permasalahan yang diteliti oleh penulis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan Pengadilan Negeri tidak mempunyai kewenangan dalam memeriksa, mengadili, dan memutus perkara hibah dari para pihak yang beragama Islam sesuai dengan Pasal 49 dan 50 ayat 2 Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2006 tentang peradilan agama. Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Sukoharjo berpendapat bahwa hakim tidak boleh menolak perkara, orang yang telah mendaftarkan gugatan ke pengadilan negeri secara suka rela dianggap telah tunduk pada ketentuan hukum umum bukan hukum Islam, menurut hakim tersebut perkara hibah yang ditanganinya bukan mengenai proses pembagian hibah tetapi sengketa hak asal kepemilikan sehingga hakim tersebut menganggap hal tersebut menjadi kewenangan absolut Pengadilan Negeri. G/2014/PN Skh Research methods used to achieve the purpose of this legal research using the method of approach to the juridical normative and empirical juridical approach. Data collection techniques used are primary data with live interview against the speaker and the secondary data is a document related to the issue by the author. Results of the study stated the District Court did not have authority in deciding matters grant from the Muslim parties in accordance with article 49 and 50 para 2 Act No.3 of 2006 about the religious courts. Sukoharjo District Court judge argued that the judge should not reject a matter, the person who has signed the suit to State Court deemed to have voluntarily subject to the provisions of the common law rather than Islamic law, according to the Justice of the matter not be handled grant process Division grants but disputes the right of ownership of the original so that the judges deem it becomes the absolute authority of the District Court. Pembuatan mini e-book ini agar masyarakat yang sedang menjalin hubungan toxic dalam pacaran dapat tersadarkan bahwa hubungannya sudah tidak sehat dan perlu mengambil tindakan penting untuk menyelesaikannya. Penulis menggabungkan visual berupa teks dan gambar ilustrasi agar memudahkan audiens memahami informasi yang penulis sajikan. Lalu pendistribusian mini e-book melalui media sosial akan memudahkan penulis dalam menjangkau target audiens.

Based on the data the author has collected, the number of incidents of domestic violence, dating violence, and violence against women has increased every year. Making this mini-e-book for people who are in a toxic relationship in dating can be aware, that their relationship is unhealthy and they need to take important actions to resolve it, the author combines visuals in the form of text and illustration images to make it easier for the audience to understand the information the author presents. Then distributing the mini-e-book via social media will make it easier for the author to reach the target audience.

Latar belakang terhadap permasalahan adalah kebocoran scruber tower
pada ruang pembakaran inert gas generator yang disebabkan oleh intergranular
corrosion yang mengalami perubahan bentuk (berlubang) yang mengakibatkan air
laut sebagai media pendingin dinding scrubber masuk kedalam ruang
pembakaran, sehingga tidak terjadi pembakaran di dalam ruang bakar inert gas
generator.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan
terjadinya kebocoran scruber tower pada ruang bakar inert gas generator pada
MT. Sambu dan upaya apa yang di lakukan agar scruber tower pada ruang bakar
inert gas generator tidak cepat mengalami kebocoran. Dari segi metodologis,
jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang
digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi.
Penulis merangkum permasalahan-permasalahan dan mencoba memecahkan
masalah dengan menggunakan metode Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan
Threats (SWOT) yaitu identifikasi berbagai faktor secara sistematis untuk
merumuskan strategi dan Hazop yaitu merupakan teknik kualitatif yang
berdasarkan pada guide-words dimana pembelajaran Hazop untuk
mengidentifikasi masalah risiko dan pengoperasian.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan
kebocoran pada scruber tower adalah valve flushing air tawar yang rusak dan
tekanan pompa scruber yang kurang. Upaya yang dilakukan agar ruang
pembakaran pada scruber tower agar tidak cepat bocor yaitu dengan melakukan
penggantian pada valve flushing air tawar yang rusak dan melakukan perawatan
berkala pada scrubber pump.

The rear towers of crushers in the gas generator inert combustion chamber
are caused by intergranular corrosion that replaces deformation (hollow) which is
flown by the sea as the wall scrubber cooling media enters the room, so that
nothing leaks in the gas generator inert combustion.
This study aims to determine the factors that cause leakage of scruber
towers in the gas generator inert combustion chamber at MT. Sambu and what
efforts are being made so that the scruber tower in the inert gas generator
combustion chamber does not leak quickly. In terms of methodology, the type of
research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are observation,
interviews, literature studies and documentation studies. The author summarizes
the problems and tries to solve the problem by using the methods of Strengths,
Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT), namely the identification of
various factors systematically to formulate strategies and Hazop which is a
qualitative technique based on guide-words where Hazop learning is to identify
problems risk and operation.
The results of this study indicate that the factor that causes leakage in the
scruber tower is a valve of damaged freshwater flushing and less scruber pump
pressure. Efforts are made so that the combustion chamber in the scruber tower is
not leaky quickly by replacing the damaged freshwater flushing valve and
performing regular maintenance on the scrubber pump
