    This study aims to describe: 1) the career anxiety level of FTK UIN SMH Banten students; 2) differences in career anxiety levels of FTK UIN SMH Banten students based on gender. 3) efforts to provide guidance and counseling services to reduce career anxiety for FTK UIN SMH Banten students. This study used a comparative quantitative method by comparing the career anxiety level of FTK UIN SMH Banten students based on gender. Data was collected with the Student Career Anxiety Scale (SKKM) and processed using an independent sample t-test. The results of the study revealed: (1) career anxiety of FTK UIN SMH Banten students is in the moderate category or score at 46.23; (2) There is a significant difference between the career anxiety of male and female students at FTK UIN SMH Banten with a significant level of 0.00; (3) Some of the efforts to reduce career anxiety of FTK UIN SMH Banten students are: group counseling or individual counseling. For preventive efforts, counselors in providing career guidance services such as group guidance, classical guidance, indirect services and the use of Islamic methods

    Abstract: The purposes of this study is to describes: (1) the social maturity of students from homogeneous school and heterogeneous schools; (2) to examine whether there is a difference of social maturity levels of students from the homogeneous schools and heterogeneous schools. The samples of this quantitative research are 206 students from Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Ar-Risalah and Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tarbiyah Islamiyah Batang Kabung. Sample were chosen using proportional random sampling techniques. The instrument used in this research is the scale of the social maturity of students. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and t-test. The research findings shows that: (1) the social maturity of students from homogeneous school heterogeneous schools were on a high category; (2) there is a difference of social maturity levels of students from a homogeneous schools and heterogeneous schools, where the level of social maturity of students from heterogeneous schools is higher. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) kematangan sosial siswa dari sekolah homogen dan sekolah heterogen; (2) untuk menguji apakah ada perbedaan tingkat kematangan sosial siswa dari sekolah homogen dan heterogen. Sampel penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah 206 siswa dari Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Ar-Risalah dan MAS Tarbiyah Islamiyah (TI) Batang Kabung. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kematangan sosial siswa. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan uji-t. Temuan penelitian adalah: (1) kematangan sosial siswa dari sekolah heterogen sekolah homogen berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) terdapat perbedaan tingkat kematangan sosial siswa yang berasal dari sekolah yang homogen dan heterogen, dimana tingkat sosial kematangan siswa yang berasal dari sekolah heterogen lebih tinggi.     This study aims to analyze the implementation of the home visit method in improving student discipline at SMKN 1 Pulo Ampel. The home visit method is applied as a mentoring strategy for students with low discipline levels, involving collaboration between the school, teachers, and parents. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the home visit method effectively increases students' awareness of the importance of discipline, strengthens communication between teachers and parents, and creates a more conducive learning environment. In conclusion, the home visit method can serve as an effective alternative for addressing student discipline issues, particularly at the vocational high school level

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas urgensi self-reward dalam mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Pendidikan Islam (BKPI). Self-reward, sebagai bentuk penghargaan diri atas usaha dan pencapaian, berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi, mengurangi stres, serta memperbaiki kualitas emosi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada mahasiswa BKPI dari semester 1 hingga 5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan self-reward bervariasi sesuai tingkat semester. Mahasiswa semester awal cenderung memilih kegiatan sederhana sebagai penghargaan, sedangkan mahasiswa semester akhir lebih fokus pada penghargaan produktif. Self-reward terbukti membantu mahasiswa mengelola stres, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan menjaga keseimbangan emosional. Namun, jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, self-reward dapat menyebabkan penundaan atau pengeluaran berlebihan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya self-reward yang terencana untuk mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa secara holistik.&nbsp

    THE LEVEL OF SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT OF FOSTER CHILDREN AT THE WIRA LISNA ORPHANAGE. This study aims to reveal the conditions of social adjustment of foster children in the orphanage. This research uses quantitative methods. The data were collected through a social adjustment scale that the author developed himself with a reliability of 0.936. The sample of this research is 10 foster children at the Wira Lisna orphanage in the city of Padang. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics. The results of this study reveal that the level of social adjustment of Wira Lisna Padang's anti-care foster children is in the unfavorable category. The results of this study can be used as a basis for determining the next step in order to improve the social adjustment ability of foster children at the Wira Lisna orphanage, Padang. The intervention efforts provided can be tailored to the researcher's area of expertise

    Individuals who have low self-esteem will have difficulty in achieving their life goals because they have pessimistic feelings, lack of confidence, and difficult to deal with failure. This study aims to: 1) knowing the level of self-esteem Santri Ponpes Nurul Alami; (2) know the change in the level of self-esteem after being given the service, and (3) know the effectiveness of information services by increasing self-esteem. The research method used is quantitative. Data was collected using the Coopersmith Self Esteem Inventory(CSEI). The study was carried out from March 20, 2022 to April 25, 2022, with a total of 19 respondents.The results of the study revealed: (1) the self-esteem of female students at the Ponpes Nurul Alami was in the low category with a mean score of 32.5263; (2) the self-esteem of female students at the Ponpes Nurul Alami has naturally increased based on theresults of post-test data analysis of 37.0526; (3) information services are effective in increasing the self-esteem of female students at the Ponpes Nurul Alami,with t-test results with a signifikansi of 0.004

    STUDENT ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION IN TERMS OF ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITY. This study aims: 1) To describe the level of academic procrastination of students who follow the organization carried out by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. 2) Describe the level of academic procrastination of students who do not participate in the organization conducted by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. 3) Describe whether there is a difference between students who join the organization and students who do not join the organization conducted by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. In this study, the researcher used a comparative quantitative method where the researcher compared two variables, whether there were differences in academic procrastination between students who joined the organization and students who did not join the organization. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that; 1) The level of procrastination in students who do not join the organization is in the low category with an average score of 81.4. 2) The level of academic procrastination of students who join the organization is in the high category with an average value of 92.4. 3) There is a significant difference between students who do not join the organization and students who join the organization. Judging from the results of data processing in the SPSS For Windows Release version 26 program, the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000, which means that there is a difference between the two variables

Morfologi Palen Dari Berbagai Jenis Tumbuhan Yang Berpotensi Sebagai Pakan Larva Lebah Madu (Apis mellifera Staint) Di KPH Randublatung, Elora (dibawah bimbingan Hendarko Sugondo dan Sri Utami). Untuk melestarikan jenisnya tumbuhan mengadakan perkembangbiakan. Perkembangbiakan dapat dilakukan secara aseksual maupun secara seksual. Perkembangbiakan seksual terjadi apabila butir polen mengadakan penyerbukan ke kepala putik dan selanjutnya terjadi pembuahan dan terbentuk biji. Selain sebagai komponen perkembangbiakan, polen berfungsi sebagai satu-satunya sumber protein bagi lebah yang tersedia secara alami. Sifat dan ciri morfologi polen merupakan bukti taksonomik yang mantap. Berdasarkan sifat dan eirinya sering digunakan untuk mengidentifikasikan takson tingkat suku, marga bahkan tingkat jenis (Bhojwani & Bhatnagar, 1979) sehingga polen dari sarang lebah dapat pula memberikan petunjuk tentang tanaman asal polen dikumpulkan. Data polen ini dapat dipakai untuk menetapkan daerah peternakan lebah (Muttidjo, 1992). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : sifat dan ciri morfologi polen, jenis tumbuhan asal polen dan mengetahui jenis tumbuhan yang berpotensi sebagai pakan larva lebah madu (A.mellifera Staint) di peternakan lebah Sari Sambi di KPH Randublatung berdasarkan jumlah polen yang paling banyak dijumpai. Lokasi pengambilan sampel di dua tempat. Pengambilan sampel masing-masing empat periode, yaitu : bulan Mei, Juni, Juli dan Agustus 1996. Pembuatan preparat polen dengan metode asetolisis. Selanjutnya polen diidentifikasi sampai tingkat jenis dan dilakukan penghitungan jumlah tiap jenis polen dalam sampel. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 24 jenis polen yang berasal dari 24 jenis tumbuhan. Berdasarkan jenis polen yang paling banyak, polen yang cenderung diambil lebah adalah polen yang mempunyai morfologi trikolporat retikulat. Berdasarkan prosentase polen yang paling banyak dijumpai maka polen yang berpotensi sebagai pakan larva lebah madu (A. mellifera S.) berturut-turut adalah polen dari tumbuhan T. grandis, S. domingensis, Z. mays, sebanyak 36,44%, 22,86%, dan 16,93% dengan morfologi trikolpat psilat, diporat psilat dan monoporat skabrat. xii ,utional Repository Collection.     Mengenali dan Menangani Speech Delay pada Anak

    Permasalahan perkembangan bahasa, khususnya speech delay, merupakan permasalahan perkembangan yang sering ditemukan. Beberapa penelitian di beberapa negara menyatakan bahwa sekitar 6 sampai 8% anak prasekolah memiliki masalah speech delay (Boyle,Gillham, &amp; Smith, 1996; Tomblin, Smith, &amp; Zhang, 1997 dalam Law et all., juga Macias dan Wagner, 2005). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenali dan menangani speech delay pada anak. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penjelasan mengenai perkembangan bicara anak, permasalahan bicara pada anak, definisi, ciri-ciri dan penyebab speech delay pada anak dan cara menangani speech delay pada anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran bicara melibatkan kemampuan bicara anak secara reseptif dan ekspresif. Masalah dalam perkembangan bicara juga dapat dilihat dan ditangani dari dua dasar tersebut. &nbsp
