    The legal research title is “The Role of Social Institutions Rifka Annisa In Wife Gives Protection For Victims of Domestic Violence”. The goal is to know Role of Social Institutions Rifka Annisa in providing protections for the wife of Domestic Violence Victims and to know the constraints experienced by the Instite od Social Rifka Annisa in providing protection for the wife of Domestic Violence Victims. Normative study was conducted, using secondary data consisting of primary, secondary legal materials, and tertiary. Research and interviews, with the resources to obtain information needed by the author, carried outing searching for thr source data, the authors also use qualitative methods to think with deductive reasoning in drawing conclusions. The conclusion is a form of protection provided Rifka Annisa Institute For Wife Victims of Domestic violence is provide assistance to victims of domestic violence and provide protection in the form of counseling to strengthen and provide security for victims, providing information on the rights of victims to obtain protection, as well as delivering coordination with institutions and agencies – agencies. If the victim’s lack of support from fmily and gets a serious threat then the victim will be placed in shelter cooperation between the private parties and government. With a good relationship good in will lead to better protection again. So that later is expected that domestic violence will not happen again in a household

Bridge (2010) memaparkan bahwa agar menjadi pengusaha sukses diperlukan karakteristik seperti: memiliki pandangan optimis, melihat peluang dengan tepat, menyukai tantangan, memiliki daya tahan tinggi dalam menghadapi tantangan, dan selalu mengupayakan yang terbaik dalam usahanya untuk mencapai kesuksesan. Salah satu peluang yang ada adalah dengan melakukan ekspor. Namun pada kenyataan di lapangan, masih banyak pengusaha UMKM yang mengalami pesimis ekspor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan psychological capital untuk meningkatkan sikap optimis pada pengusaha UMKM dalam melakukan ekspor. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen quasi, dengan model one group pretest-posttest design. Analisis uji beda menggunakan analisis paired sample t-test. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi seluruh pengusaha UMKM yang belum melakukan ekspor sebanyak 68 pengusaha, dengan sampel sebanyak 35 pengusaha. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner sikap optimis yang dikembangkan peneliti mengikuti teori optimisme Seligman (2005). Perlakuan dilakukan menggunakan Modul Pelatihan Psychological capital mengikuti micro-intervention Luthans (2006). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pelatihan Psychological capital efektif untuk meningkatkan sikap optimis dengan nilai p = 0.000 2.03224 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan sikap optimis antara sebelum dan setelah mendapatkan pelatihan.                                 ABSTRACT   Putri, Annisa Hindriana. 2017. One of the opportunities is to start an export. However, reality in the field shows that there are still UMKM entrepreneur who experiencing a pessimistic attitude to start an export.. This study aim at knowing the effectiveness of psychological capital training to improve the optimistic attitude of UMKM entrepreneurs so they are not reluctant to exporting. This study use quasi-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest design model. The analysis of the different test was done with statistical analysis parametric formula paired sample t-test. Independent variable is psychological capital and the dependent variable is an optimistic attitude.This research took the entire population of UMKM entrepreneurs who does not have an exporting experiences as many as 68 entrepreneurs, with a sample of 35 entrepreneur. This research use  an attitude optimistic instrument developed by researcher following Seligman’s optimism theory (2005). The treatment given was performed using the psychological capital training modul following micro-intervention Luthans (2006). The results showed that the use of psychological capital training was effective to improve an optimistic attitude with p = 0.000 2.03224 which means there is a differences between before and after giving treatment

    The use of the Tiktok application in the process of delivering da'wah has had a positive response. So the statement that Tiktok started as an application that only contained useless video content has now turned into an application that contains spiritual and Islamic educational content which has a positive impact and response for its users, one of which is da'wah to compete with content that is deviant or not. useful for Muslims as a method of delivering da'wah that is relevant in the current technological era. For this research, the author used qualitative research methods, where this qualitative research is descriptive and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning are more emphasized in qualitative research. The next method that the author uses in writing this article is a literature review, which has two stages in writing, the first is the selection stage or choosing articles, the second is the stage of analyzing the content of the article in detail. Based on the research above, the author concludes that in preaching it is necessary to keep up with the times so that the process of inviting, calling and educating or conveying goodness by including elements of da'wah in it can be well received, especially using an application that is already widely used in various circles, namely TikTok. The problems that are often experienced by the main character Amanda can be categorized as a psychological disorder in the form of depression. The problem of psychological disorder in the form of depression is what will be analyzed in the novel A for Amanda by Annisa Ihsani. The pattern of psychological disorders in the form of depression experienced by the main character Amanda is relevant to Aaron T. Beck's depressive cognition theory. The research method uses qualitative methods. The purpose of this research is to describe the patterns of depressive psychological disorders and the causes of depressive psychological disorders as the main character Amanda in Novel A For Amanda by Annisa Ihsani. This study uses Aaron T. Beck's Depression Cognition Theory. The research results found in the main character Amanda there are 3 patterns of cognitive distortions of depression, namely: 1. Negative views about oneself, namely seeing oneself as worthless, full of shortcomings, and lacking the skills needed to achieve happiness, 2. Negative views about environment, namely viewing the environment as forcing excessive demands and putting great pressure on himself also feeling the environment around him does not want him, and 3. Negative views about the future, namely viewing the future without hope and believing that oneself has no power to change hard things get better.     The research is about the story of a girl named Annisa who is the main character in the novel written by John Michaelson. The purpose of this research was to know how psychic condition is the protagonist of this story in the face of the fact that her father made the decision to have a second wife or often called with polygamy, how the main character receives her family's condition was being praised from God, and the reason why the author open issues regarding polygamy which until recently still a very taboo issues to talk about in General. This research was qualitative in nature. The main data in the study is novel Annisa (2015), a brief history of John Michaelson. Secondary data from the research is the ingredients as well as selected references related to study. There are a few conclusions from this research. Polygamy remains the thing that is less acceptable in the perspective of the Islamic community in General, especially in Indonesia where this story takes the location of the settings there. Many of the consequences for someone who is experiencing the problem of polygamy or even for the culprit itself, the views of the community to the person who do polygamy will be so bad as if he just keep his sheer. While for the child in this story, he did not receive at all with what her father did and consider it extremely unreasonable for men in the age of now. The author is trying to convey that the impact of polygamy is not only on the offender but to someone who is near him, because polygamy is still a taboo and law there is no clarity in the community

Konsep ruang metrik parsial dijadikan sebagai bahan kajian untuk memodifikasi prinsip kontraksi Banach. Konsep ruang metrik parsial berbeda dengan konsep ruang metrik. Pada ruang metrik, jarak suatu titik ke dirinya sendiri selalu bernilai nol sedangkan pada ruang metrik parsial, jarak suatu titik ke dirinya sendiri tidak selalu bernilai nol. Prinsip kontraksi Banach menjamin keberadaan dan ketunggalan titik tetap. Pemetaan kontraktif lemah dan pemetaan Kannan lemah merupakan perluasan dari prinsip kontraksi Banach.     Kemajuan teknologi yang disertai dengan meningkatnya persaingan menghasilkan berbagai jenis inovasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggan. Akibatnya, perkembangan ini juga menuntut industri untuk terus meningkatkan kinerjanya. Hal ini menyebabkan industri tidak hanya berusaha mencari pelanggan tetapi juga berusaha untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya dapat menghasilkan pelanggan yang setia dan tetap (klien). Menurut Kotler dan Keller (2007), kepuasan konsumen adalah perasaan senang, bahagia, sedih, atau kecewa seseorang yang muncul setelah membandingkan kinerja (hasil) suatu produk yang dipikirkan terhadap kinerja (hasil) yang diharapkan. Program CSR juga dapat menjadi salah satu tolak ukur perusahaan untuk memahami apa yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan tersebut bisa menjadi pelanggan yang setia karena mereka merasa puas (Luo dan Bhattacharya, 2006). Keuntungan (benefit) yang signifikan, menurut Pollock et al. (2011), berpendapat bahwa social media marketing merupakan pemanfaatan sumber daya dan waktu yang dilakukan perusahaan dengan membangun platform untuk menciptakan loyalitas merek pada pelanggan, yang penggunaannya lebih efektif dibandingkan metode tradisional. Alasan variabel Sales Promotion digunakan karena untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh Sales Promotion dengan berbagai promosi yang ditawarkan oleh Dianca Goods. Sesuai dengan teori Duncan (2002) yang menyatakan bahwa fungsi dari komunikasi pemasaran adalah untuk mendorong aksi dengan memberi nilai tambah. Menurut Kotler dan Keller (2008), promosi penjualan menawarkan insentif untuk membeli, sehingga manfaat yang ingin diberikan produsen dapat xii diterima oleh konsumen dengan baik. Promosi mendorong konsumen untuk mencoba produk baru, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Promosi penjualan juga bermanfaat untuk mempromosikan kesadaran konsumen yang lebih besar terhadap harga (Kotler dan Keller, 2008). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dimana terdapat pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini ada 5 hipotesis yang diuji, pertama menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kedua menguji pengaruh Social Media Marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen, ketiga menguji Sales Promotion terhadap kepuasan konsumen, keempat menguji pengaruh Perceived Value terhadap kepuasan konsumen pembelian, dan kelima menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Media Marketing, Sales Promotion, Perceived Value secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berbelanja produk dan mengikuti media sosial Dianca Goods. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yang diolah adalah sebanyak 250 responden. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 21.0 for Windows.     This Final Project Report was prepared by Nurul Viqri Annisa, Student Identification Number 1941211014, with the title "Effectiveness of Payment of Motor Vehicle Taxes Through E-Samsat (Online) in the Pelabuhan Ratu Area, Sukabumi Regency". This report was prepared based on research conducted by the author at the Provincial Revenue Agency UPTD Regional Revenue Management Center for Sukabumi II Pelabuhan Ratu Regency. Motor Vehicle Tax is a tax on ownership and/or control of motorized vehicles. In the implementation of the collection is done at Samsat. The level of effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax on online payments. The analytical technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of paying motor vehicle taxes through E-Samsat has changed from year to year. From 2019 to 2020, it decreased by 7%, and 2021 experienced an increase of 17%. The obstacles that must be considered when making motor vehicle tax payments online are by increasing taxpayer awareness to pay taxes and conducting socialization to the public to make tax payments. And the level of effectiveness of online motor vehicle tax receipts at the Pelabuhan Ratu Samsat is in the effective category
