Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan data penulis menggunakan teknik dokumentasi berupa foto dan video yang di unggah di fanspage halaman facebook Ustadz Zulkifli Muhammad Ali,Lc., M.A. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah kegiatan dakwah yang bersifat luas dan modern yang di unggah di facebook berupa tulisan, gambar dan video oleh seorang dai yang terkenal di kalangan umatnya dengan sebutan Ustadz Hari Kiamat atau bisa disebut Ustadz Akhir Zaman.     Surah Ar-Rahman is one of the surah in Holy Qur'an which explains how the God as the creator that created the earth and all of the creatures. this matter looked from the lexical relation which located at the verses in Surah Ar-Rahman. Based on the background above, this research aims to answer the question raised; 1)What are the types of lexical relation found in the Nobel Qur'an English translation by Muhammad Muhsin Khan and Muhammad Taqi-ud din al-Hilali? 2)What are the relations between word to another in its lexical relation based on semantic features analysis? In this research, the researcher used some theoris related to the lexical relation to classify the data included the types of its lexical relation in the Surah Ar-Rahman in The Nobel Qur'an English translation by Muhammad Muhsin Khan and Muhammad Taqi-ud din al-Hilali. The researcher uses the qualitative descriptive as method to explains and describes the words which are included in the lexical relation used semantic analysis. In this research, the technique of collecting data is document study technique. The collected data's, are analyzed by using qualitative data analysis according to the theory from Creswell(2009).This research used three dictionaries such as, Oxford dictionary, Cambridge dictionary, and Merriam-Webster dictionary. Based on this analysis, the researcher concluded that there are 15 data in Surah Ar-Rahman included to four types of lexical relation. The lexical relation is included to polysemy, synonymy, antonymy, and hyponymy. there are 10 data analyzed use semantic feature, while 5 data included as hyponymy doesn't analyzed, because hyponym use hierarchical relationship

    Pembelajaran Seni Budaya dan Prakarya Berbasis Local Wisdom di MI Nur Rahman Kabupaten Banjar

    Seni Budaya dan Prakarya (SBdP) merupakan pembelajaran tematik yang ada di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Implementasi pembelajaran tematik seharusnya dikaitkan dengan lingkungan yang mengarah kepada tercapainya pengetahuan maupun pengenalan lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya (SBdP) berbasis local wisdom di MI Nur Rahman Kabupaten Banjar dan mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya (SBdP) berbasis local wisdom di MI Nur Rahman Kabupaten Banjar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala madrasah, guru kelas V B, serta siswa kelas V B MI Nur Rahman Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya (SBdP) berbasis local wisdom di MI Nur Rahman Kabupaten Banjar yaitu guru mengkolaborasikan pembelajaran SBdP dengan kearifan lokal yang ada di Kabupaten Banjar yakni membuat rangkaian bunga. Selain itu juga guru memberikan motivasi dengan cara memberikan motivasi secara langsung. Memberikan apersepsi dengan cara menunjukkan benda nyata atau contoh yang terkait dengan topik yang akan dipelajari. Menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dengan cara menggunakan bahasa yang sederhana dan jelas, menggunakan gambar dan visualisasi, memberikan contoh. Faktor pendukung meliputi antusias siswa dan sarana prasarana, sedangkan faktor penghambat berupa waktu

    Pembahasan Nur Muhammad telah ada sejak abad kedua Hijriyah. Tidak hanya oleh madzhab keagamaan tertentu dan para sufi, tetapi juga para mufassir. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari tafsir sufistik yang pada saat itu mulai bermunculan, karena melihat pentingnya sisi esoterik dan eksoterik dalam penafsiran al-Qur’an, sehingga hasilnya dapat menyentul wilayah hakikat sekaligus syariah. Ibnu ‘Arabi sebagai sufi sekaligus mufassir, mampu menghasilkan penafsiran tentang Nur Muhammad secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini secara spesifik akan menjawab rumusan masalah yang penulis kemukakan, di antaranya: Bagaimana penafsiran Ibnu ‘Arabi tentang Nur Muhammad dalam Tafsirnya? Dan Bagaimana implementasi penafsiran Ibnu ‘Arabi tentang Nur Muhammad dalam konteks kekinian? Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan content analisis sebagai metode penelitian, serta alat bantu analisis berupa hermeneutika untuk menjawab kontekstualisasi penafsiran Ibnu ‘Arabi tentang Nur Muhammad dalam konteks kekinian. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, Ibnu ‘Arabi berpendapat bahwa kata nūr di dalam al-Qur’an ada beberapa pengertian, yaitu pemberi hidayah, pemberi cahaya, penghias, yang dzahir atau tampak jelas, pemilik cahaya, dan cahaya tetapi bukan cahaya yang biasa dikenal. Di samping itu, ada pengertian lain menurut Ibnu ‘Arabi bahwa nūr di dalam al-Qur’an dalam ayat-ayat tertentu dengan istilah Nur Muhammad. Ibnu ‘Arabi juga menyebut Nur Muhammad dengan istilah rūh al-‘alam. Menurut Ibnu ‘Arabi, konsep Nur Muhammad merupakan tajalli (penampakan) Allah yang menjelma dalam Nur Muhammad, dan dari sanalah awal mula segala penciptaan di dalam semesta. Penafsiran Ibnu ‘Arabi tentang Nur Muhammad dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya faktor historis, sosiologis, dan filosofis. Dari sisi historis, Ibnu ‘Arabi dipengaruhi oleh para guru sufinya serta ilham yang beliau dapatkan dari mimpi-mimpinya. Dari sisi sosiologis, karena Ibnu ‘Arabi ingin memadukan penafsiran secara esoterik dan eksoterik, sehingga mampu menjawab problem sosial yang terjadi di dalam masyarakat. Dari sisi filosofis, Ibnu ‘Arabi ingin memadukan trilogi ajaran Islam, yakni iman, Islam, dan ihsan. Sebab menurutnya, tasawuf tidak hanya ada di dalam al-Qur’an, tetapi seluruh ayat al-Qur’an mengandung tasawuf, aqidah, dan sekaligus syari’ah. Kedua, dalam konteks kekinian seharusnya Nur Muhammad juga memiliki andil penting dalam kehidupan, tidak hanya menjadi pemikiran yang hanya terbukukan dalam tumpukan sejarah. Setiap manusia perlu melakukan segala daya dan upaya untuk mengimplementasikan makna Nur Muhammad, yaitu menjadi Insan Kamil, dalam pengertian yang sebaik-baiknya. Bagi orang yang menempuh jalan sufi, mereka dapat mengikuti jalan tarekat (thariqah). Tarekat diartikan sebagai sebuah metode, cara, atau jalan yang ditempuh sufi menuju pencapaian spiritual tertinggi, pensucian diri, pensucian jiwa, dalam bentuk dzikir kepada Allah. Sedangkan bagi manusia secara umum, yang harus dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi Nur Muhammad adalah dengan menyembah Allah dengan sebenar-benarnya serta tidak berbuat syirik. Setiap manusia harus mampu mengontrol diri untuk tidak berbuat kerusakan di muka bumi. Sebab, menyembah atau sujud kepada Allah juga harus dibarengi dengan perbuatan yang adil dan ihsan. Hal ini berkaitan erat dengan kehidupan sosial bermasyarakat, baik itu dalam hal ekonomi, politik, dan lain sebagainya. Setiap hamba harus mengontrol diri untuk tidak terjerumus ke dalam perbuatan yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi sesamanya.   ABSTRACT: Nur Muhammad's discussion has been around since the second century Hijriyah. Not only by certain religious madzhab and Sufis, but also interpretators. This is inseparable from the sufistic interpretation that at that time began to emerge, because it saw the importance of esoteric and exotic sides in the interpretation of the Qur'an, so that the results can reflect the area of nature as well as sharia. Ibn 'Arabi as a Sufi as well as interpretator, was able to produce a comprehensive interpretation of Nur Muhammad. This research will specifically answer the formulation of problems that the author put forward, including: How is ibn 'Arabi's interpretation of Nur Muhammad in his interpretary? And how is the implementation of Ibn 'Arabi's interpretation of Nur Muhammad in the current context? Therefore, the author uses analytical content as a research method, as well as analytical tools in the form of hermeneutics to answer the contextualization of Ibn 'Arabi's interpretation of Nur Muhammad in the current context. The results of his research are as follows: First, Ibn 'Arabi argued that the word nūr in the Qur'an there are several meanings, namely the giver of guidance, light giver, decorator, who dzahir or clearly visible, the owner of light, and light but not the light commonly known. In addition, there is another sense according to Ibn 'Arabi that nūr in the Qur'anin certain verses with the term Nur Muhammad. Ibn 'Arabi also mentions Nur Muhammad with the term rūh al-'alam. According to Ibn 'Arabi, the concept of Nur Muhammad is the tajalli (appearance) of God incarnated in Nur Muhammad, and from there the beginning of all creation in the universe. Ibn 'Arabi's interpretation of Nur Muhammad was influenced by several factors, including historical, sociological, and philosophical factors. Historically, Ibn 'Arabi was influenced by his Sufi teachers and the inspiration he got from his dreams. From the sociological side, because Ibn 'Arabi wanted to combine esoteric and exotic interpretations, so as to be able to answer social problems that occurred in society. Philosophically, Ibn 'Arabi wanted to combine a trilogy of Islamic teachings, namely faith, Islam, and ihsan. For according to him, Sufism is not only in the Qur'an, but all verses of the Qur'an contain Sufism, aqidah, and at the same time shari'ah. Second, in the current context Nur Muhammad should also have an important role in life, not only be a thoughtthat is onlyburiedin the pileof history. Every human being needs to do all the power and effort to implement the meaning of Nur Muhammad, namely to be Insan Kamil, in the best sense possible. For people who follow the Sufi path, they can follow the path of order(thariqah). Tarekat is defined as a method, way, or path taken by Sufis to the highest spiritual achievement, self-purification, sanctification of the soul, in the form of dzikr to God. While bagi man in general, what must be done to maximize the potential of Nur Muhammad is to worship God in real time and notto associate. Every human being must be able to control himself not to do corruption in the earth. And who is more unjust than he who worships Allah, and is a witness against you, and turns back on you, and turns your backs on you, and turns your backs on you, and has no helper over It is closely related to social life in society, be it in economic, political, and so forth.     Organizational change is a field of the board hypothesis that centers around the phases that organizations experience as they develop. It happens when an organization makes a progress from its present state to some ideal future state. All associations experience continuous change, and concentrate the manners in which associations change gives point of view on the procedure. In this study, I will going to focus on organizational change in a plantation company, FGV Tembangau 9. Perception of organizational change towards employees’ performance could be the precise title for this study. The point of this investigation is to decide the view of authoritative change towards specialists' execution in estate of FGV Tembangau 9. Four factors that will be considered which are communication, employee development, tolerance to change and leadership. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the factors of organizational change towards employees’ performance and to determine the most dominant factor of organizational change that contribute to employees’ performance. The study was focused on the senior workers which have more experience to the change. A survey was conducted to 52 sample of 60 populations in achieving the objectives. Data collected were analysed for correlation and multiple linear regression by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). The result obtained from this study was all of the factors has a significant relationship since p-value is less than 0.05. Through regression analysis, it found that the most dominant factor of perception of organizational change towards employees’ performance was tolerance to change. I hope this study can be a guideline for plantation companies to improve their management quality

The doctrine of Nur Muhammad are well known and have long been taught in South Kalimantan because it includes high levels of Sufism. Not all scholars are willing and able to teach this knowledge and not everyone is able to understand it properly. Therefore the doctrine taught by Nur Muhammad KH AnangRamli should be known because it is said he is able to teach this simple science with an emphasis on law and practice of dhikr orders with its mouth to reach ma'rifat. The purpose of the study was to determine the chain of Nur Muhammad taught by K.H. AnangRamli, the concept of teaching and how to teach it to his disciples. The research subject was K.H. AnangRamli and his families, as well as pamphlets and writings about Muhammad Nur students who learn about Nur Muhammad. To get the data used participant observation, interview and documentary. The study concluded, the chain of Nur Muhammad taught by K.H. AnangRamli in BatiBati Tanah Laut is of the scholars at home and abroad that he dug his knowledge about the science of religion, including the Nur Muhammad, and he also studied spiritually by Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani and Prophet Said. He also makes a number of books written by scholars about the teachings of Nur Muhammad as a reference, such as Mukhtashar fi al-Sirah al-NabawiyahSyarah al-Maulid al-Diba’ilil Imam al-HafizhAbd al-Rahman al-Diba’i al-Syaibaniwritted by al-Sayyid al-Imam Muhammad Alawi bin Abbas al-Maliki al-Hasani.. Nur Muhammad taught by K.H. AnangRamli in Bati-bati Tanah Laut caution is that Nur Muhammad is the first thing that Allah created the creatures made of other, these teachings including secret science of identification that can be taught to people who are able to understand it in order to achieve ma'rifat God, with emphasis on the law and practice of dhikr orders. The method of K.H. AnangRamli in Bati-bati Tanah Laut in teaching Nur Muhammad is to give this knowledge to his students in a limited number, only about 40 persons, they were given an understanding of Nur Muhammad and asked to practice Qadiriyah, with study time to maturity between 2 months to 4 years

    Musical instrument identification using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm / Muhammad Nur Azri Irfan Abdul Rahman

    The motivation behind the project was to help automate the cumbersome task of validating instruments from images using Convolutional Neural Network (CNNs) algorithm to identify the musical instrument so that this task could be completed with higher accuracy. This approach tried to overcome the limitations of the manual method and traditional algorithm, which tends to fail with the diverse dataset, diverse visual features, and scalability. The methodology followed a structured three-phase process: The first stage was the collection of a dataset of 5,099 images of 30 different musical instruments of Kaggle, providing variable lighting, angles, or backgrounds, along with preprocessing to standardize the inputs. In the development phase, Convolutional Neural Network model was designed and trained using sophisticated techniques of data augmentation, dropping out and hyperparameter tuning under the supervised learning methodology to increase the performance of the system. Finally, the rigor of evaluation phase is carried out to evaluate the model utilizing precision, recall, F1 score, and the overall accuracy metrics which ascertained robustness and reliability for the model

    PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS QUIZIZZ UNTUK PENGUASAAN KOSA KATA PADA KELAS 11 DI SMA AN NUR BEKASI

    Abstract Muhammad Abshari Rahman, Development of Quizziz Based Learning Evaluation Media in XI grade of An-Nur Bekasi Senior High School. Thesis: Arabic Language Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts, State University of Jakarta, June 2020. This study aims to produce a product in the form of a Quizziz-Based Learning Evaluation Media. The method used in this study is a development method based on the Dick and Carry model with Addie symbols (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the researcher limits the steps used in this study because researchers have difficulty in obtaining research data due to the Covid-19 pandemic by: (1) Analysis (Analysis) , analysis of the needs of An-Nur SMAI grade XI students on the Development of Learning Evaluation Media Based on Quizziz, (2) Design and Development. Researchers designed a Quizziz-based Learning Evaluation Media that was adapted to the RPP and syllabus (3) Evaluation (Evaluation), the product evaluation is carried out by a review expert. Based on the analysis of needs obtained from the data of 20 people obtained, the needs index of Quizziz Based Learning Evaluation Media Development is 49% with "yes" answers, and 38.5% with "no" answers and the rest is 12.5% with "possible" answers ". As for the design and development, the researcher designed the final exam questions and then developed a quiziz evaluation media product by compiling the content in the application and entering the questions into the quiziz. Based on the assessment of media experts on the Development of Media Evaluation of Quizziz Based Learning obtained a value of 3.7 from a scale of 1-5 and an assessment of material experts obtained a value of 3.9 from a scale of 1-5 with an overall average of 3.8 from a scale of 1-5. Thus it can be concluded that the evaluation media of Quizziz-based Arabic learning is effective and sufficient to be used in evaluating Arabic learning in class XI at An-Nur Bekasi High School. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan berdasarkan pada model Dick and Carry dengan simbol ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation), Peneliti membatasi langkah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena peneliti memperoleh kesulitan dalam memperoleh data penelitian disebabkan pandemi Covid-19 yaitu dengan langkah: (1) Analisis (Analysis), analisis kebutuhan dari Siswa kelas XI SMAI An-Nur terhadap Pengembangan Media Evaluasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Quizziz, (2) Desain (Design) dan Pengembangan (Development), Peneliti merancang sebuah Media Evaluasi Pembelajaran berbasis Quizziz yang disesuaikan dengan RPP dan silabus (3) Evaluasi (Evaluation), penilaian produk dilakukan oleh ahli review. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang diperoleh dari data sejumlah 20 orang diperoleh, indeks kebutuhan Pengembangan Media Evaluasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Quizziz adalah 49% dengan jawaban “ya”, serta 38,5% dengan jawaban “tidak” dan sisanya yaitu 12,5% dengan jawaban “mungkin”. Adapun pada perancangan dan pengembangannya peneliti merancang soal-soal ujian akhir lalu mengembangkan produk media evaluasi quiziz dengan menyusun konten dalam aplikasi dan memasukan soal ke dalam quiziz. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli media terhadap Pengembangan Media Evaluasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Quizziz diperoleh nilai 3,7 dari skala 1-5 dan penilaian terhadap ahli materi diperoleh nilai 3,9 dari skala 1-5 dengan rata rata keseluruhan mencapai 3,8 dari skala 1-5. Dengan demikian dapat simpulkan bahwa media evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa arab berbasis quizziz efektif dan cukup untuk digunakan dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran bahasa arab pada kelas XI di SMAI An-Nur Bekasi.
