Warna Lokal Minangkabau dalam Novel Dayon Karya Akmal Nasery Basral
Get PDFLocal colors have an influence on the development and introduction of the local culture of an area. The purpose of the study describes the local colors of Minangkabau in the novel Dayon by Akmal N Basral. Data collection techniques include reading techniques, note-taking techniques, and library techniques. The collected research data is analyzed through three stages including, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that there is a local color content in the novel Dayon by Akmal N Basral, including: a) Inyiak Tiger Beliefs, b) Minangkabau Community Customs, c) art, d) language, e) livelihood of foodstuffs, f) local animals, and g) Traditional Houses. The existence of local color content in Dayon's novel shows that the author photographed the activities of the Minangkabau people. The local content is able to become a characteristic of regional communities and is useful in shaping the character of the nation.

Proyek ini merupakan proyek yang diprakarsai oleh Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Proyek ini merupakan salah satu prioritas utama Pemerintah khususnya Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam mengurangi banjir yang sering terjadi di daerah Kali Ciliwung. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan membuat Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) dan perhitungan volume terlebih dahulu pada tiap item pekerjaannya. Perhitungan waktu diperoleh dari perhitungan produktivitas tiap alat yang digunakan sehingga menghasilkan durasi, koefisien alat, dan tenaga kerja. Perhitungan biaya meliputi biaya tenaga kerja, bahan dan juga alat yang harga satuannya menggunakan dari data harga survey dan juga harga-harga satuan yang diperoleh dari perusahaan yang lokasi proyeknya berdekatan dengan lokasi penelitian, sehingga dari perhitungan tersebut didapatkan Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan (RAP). Penyusunan penjadwalan proyek mengunakan program bantu Microsoft Project hingga mendapatkan hasil akhir Kurva-S. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah waktu pembangunan Dinding Inlet hingga Dinding Pintu Air yaitu 248 hari. Biaya tota untuk pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek sebesar RP67,317,201,244 terbilang Enam Puluh Tujuh Milyar Tiga Ratus Tujuh Belas Juta Dua Ratus Satu Ribu Dua Ratus Empat Puluh Empat Rupiah.

The Ciliwung River Shortcut Development Project to the East Flood Canal (KBT) is located in East Jakarta City, Jatinegara District (The beginning of the shortcut in the Cliwung river, Bidara Cina village, the end of the shortcut in the Cipinang river or the East Flood Canal, Cipinang Besar Selatan village). This project was initiated by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. This project is one of the main priorities of the Government, especially DKI Jakarta Province in reducing flooding that often occurs in the Ciliwung River area. The calculation of time and cost in this project is carried out by making a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and volume calculation in each work item first. The time calculation is obtained from the calculation of the productivity of each equipment used so as to result in duration, equipment coefficient, and manpower. Cost calculations include manpower costs, material costs and equipment cost whose unit prices are used from survey price data and also unit prices obtained from companies whose project locations are close to the research location, so that from these calculations an Implementation Budget Plan (RAP) is obtained. Arranging project scheduling by using the Microsoft Project program to get the final results of the S-Curve. The results of this research are the construction time of the Inlet Wall to the Watergate Wall, which is 248 days. The total cost used for the implementation of project construction amounted to RP67,317,201,244 is calculated as Sixty Seven Billion Three Hundred Seventeen Million Two Hundred One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Four Rupiah
Music as Propaganda for Humanitarian Diplomacy: Semiotic Analysis of Ferdinand de Saussure in The Song We Are The World
Get PDFIn this paper, the author will examine one of the songs with the most phenomenal theme of humanity, entitled We Are The World. In the making, this song was created as a charity song initiated by the USA for Africa which aims to raise funds for the prevention of hunger in the African region, precisely in Ethiopia. This is because Ethiopia is experiencing political instability and drought from 1984-1985. In this study, the author uses Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis to see the message of meaning contained in each of the lyrics. For the research methodology, the author uses a qualitative method to review this paper. Then the author also uses the concept of humanity as the basis of the research argument, the concept of love by Mahatma Gandhi and M. Said Ramadhan Al Buthi in their interpretation of Ali Imron verse 14 and uses propaganda theory to see the role of this song implies the value of humanity. Sources of data were obtained through literature review from Scopus and Google Scholar journal documents with the NVivo 12 Plus application as a lyric analysis tool. The findings resulting from this study are that with the song, moral and humanitarian messages can be conveyed well to the public by upholding universal ethical values towards humanity. It is proven that the song We Are The World always gets more enthusiasm in the community by always being commemorated on the date of its creation, and from the recording royalties it is allocated for charity activities. It is believed by the author as a parameter for the success of the song We Are The World to get more sympathy and become a symbolic song for human things

The author propose that psychological capital has an effect toward job satisfaction on millennials front line staff. A theoretical model which psychological capital as independent variable and job satisfaction as dependent variable. This model is tested using data gathered from 100 front line staff. The results show resilience is the only dimension in psychological capital that have a significant relationship on job satisfaction toward millennials front line staff

Novel tersebut menceritakan tentang kisah TKI ilegal yang pulang ke kampunghalaman di Jatisaba untuk merekrut teman-teman sepermainannya sebagai TKI ilegal.Permasalahan yang ingin di jawab dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana wacana TKIilegal digambarkan dalam novel tersebut dan bagaimana posisi novel Jatisaba dalamwacana TKI Indonesia serta komentar Ramayda sebagai seorang penulis. Teori yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori wacana Michel Foucault yang lebih spesifikpada eksklusi dan inklusi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahuibagaimana wacana TKI dimaknai dalam novel Jatisaba dan untuk mengetahui posisinovel tersebut dalam wacana TKI Indonesia serta komentar yang dilakukan oleh penulisberkaitan dengan wacana TKI Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa a)kejahatan kemanusiaan sering menimpa TKI ilegal, b) istilah TKI muncul pertama kali diera kepemimpinan Soeharto mengeksklusi istilah buruh yang digunakan Soekarno yangdianggap memiliki kaitan dengan ideologi komunis, pergerakan buruh, dan revolusi, c)posisi novel Jatisaba berada pada wacana TKI di luar pemerintah, d) Ramayda sebagaipenulis menyetujui wacana TKI dari pemerintah, namun menganggap praktik percaloanTKI ilegal tidak mudah diselesaikan.Kata kunci: wacana, ekslusi, inklusi, TKI, komentar This research uses the novel Jatisaba by Ramayda Akmal as a material object. This noveltells the story of Indonesian migrant workers who break the law returning to their villagesin Jatisaba to recruit their friends to become migrant workers. The question that must beanswered in this research is how the discourse of Indonesian Migrant Workers is displayedin the novel and how the position of the novel Jatisaba in the discourse of Migrant Workersin Indonesia. The theory that used in this research is discourse theory of Michel Foucaultwhich spesific in eksklusi and inklusi. The purpose of this study is to find out how thediscourse of Indonesian migrant workers is interpreted in the novel and to find out theposition of the novel in the discourse of Indonesian migrant workers and the commentsmade by the author relating to the discourse of Indonesian migrant workers. The results ofthis study indicate that a) crimes against humanity often afflict Indonesian migrants whobreak the law, b) the term TKI first appeared in the Soeharto era to exclude the labor termused by Sukarno because the term was considered to have links to communist ideology, thelabor movement and the revolution, c) Jatisaba's novel position depends on the discourse ofmigrant workers outside the government, d) Ramayda as a writer, agrees with migrantworkers from the government, but considers the practice of brokering illegal migrantworkers is not easy to handle.Keywords: discourse, eksklusi, inklusi, TKI, commen
Pengelolaan Aplikasi Layanan Administrasi pada Kelurahan Argasunya
Get PDFArgasunya Village is a combined area of several Rukun Warga (RW). Government at the village and sub-district levels is an element of government that is directly related to the community. Kelurahan is also an administrative division under the subdistrict. The village office has not used the system in making a Business Certificate. Therefore, the author tries to make a service application for making a business certificate based on a web application with the hope of simplifying the procedures for making a business certificate, the author uses data sources (Observation and Interviews). The programming language used is PHP language with MySql database. For system design, the author uses the Prototype method. From the results of the tests carried out, the system functionality can run well and the making of online and onsite business certificates is appropriate and can run well..Desa Argasunya merupakan gabungan dari beberapa Rukun Warga (RW). Pemerintah di tingkat desa dan kecamatan merupakan unsur pemerintahan yang berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat. Kelurahan juga merupakan pembagian administratif di bawah kecamatan. Kantor desa belum menggunakan sistem dalam pembuatan Surat Keterangan Usaha. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba membuat aplikasi layanan pembuatan akta usaha berbasis web application dengan harapan dapat mempermudah dalam tata cara pembuatan akta usaha, penulis menggunakan sumber data (Observasi dan Wawancara). Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa PHP dengan database MySql. Untuk perancangan sistem, penulis menggunakan metode Prototype. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, fungsionalitas sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik dan pembuatan sertifikat bisnis online dan onsite sudah sesuai dan dapat berjalan dengan baik.
