Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy is also a figure who is an expert in the field of Hadith, he has many views in the field of Hadith as well as on Daif Hadith. In addition, he is a prolific scholar who has ideas about Islam. In line with the main research, this study aims to find out an explanation of the steps of the Daif Hadith according to Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy, to find out the views of Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy and the ulama in responding to the Daif Hadith. The research method of this thesis is a type of qualitative research, the source of the research is to collect data that has been found previously so that it can be understood easily by the author which is very necessary so that it can be known related to Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy's Thoughts on Daif Hadith. This research is also classified as library research, where the author will utilize data sources in the form of literature related to the discussion.               Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that in determining the authenticity of the Hadith Hasbi has his own opinion regarding the conditions for the acceptance of the Hadith Sanad which can be said to be Sahih, namely Ittisal al-sanad (continuation of the sanad), Shadb (safe from oddities or not contrary to a more sophisticated history), Congratulations from illat, All narrators are fair, All narrators are Dhabit. If any of these conditions fail then the Hadith becomes Daif. Regarding Daif Hadith, Hasby As-Shiddieqy argues that all scholars do not agree to allow Daif Hadith to be used as evidence to establish a law. Daif Hadith can only be used as a charity for the practice of Sunnah. Here it is emphasized that there are different definitions of practice with fadhail charity. Practice is the thing that is recommended to be done while the fadhail of charity is the virtue or reward after doing a deed

The purpose of the journal was made so that we could find out about Hasbi Asshiddiqhi's activities. Among Indonesian figures who were considered reformers, who put forward the importance of ijtihad in the early twentieth century. Among them is Hasbi Asshiddiqi from Aceh. Even the latter, including one who directly received education from a modern university founded by Ahmad Surkati, one of the reformers of Islam. In addition, Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy experienced the forging of renewal with his involvement in two Islamic reform organizations, namely Muhammadiyah and Persis. Activeness in these two Islamic organizations did not necessarily make Hasbi's thinking shackled and limited by the provisions and decisions of the two organizations. For the purposes of discussion, the author will systematize Hasbi's thought in the field of hadith in the following matters. First, his views on the nature of Hadith and Sunnah and their periodization. Second, the criteria for the authenticity of hadith. Third, research and maintenance of Hadith. Fourth, the methodology of understanding hadith (sharh) al-hadîth). Hadith and Sunnah and the Periodization of Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy Perspectives Regarding the understanding of hadith and sunnah, Hasbi clearly distinguishes between the two terms. Hasbi views that hadith is all events relying on the Prophet, even though the event occurred only once in the Prophet's life, and even though it was only narrated by a narrator. From here we can take the result or essence of his thought, which is very worthy of being said as a reformer in the field of hadith in Indonesia, his courage to oppose the flow or dare to be different from others is a necessity of a Hasbi Asshiddiqi

One thing that can not be escape from our live as Muslim is to elect a leader. The leader is a very important figure in a group wether narrow or broad, the existence and the orientation of the group largely determined by a leader. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each person to be selective and carefull in electing the leader. Whenever there is an election of the chief of area or the President in Indonesia, one of the discourse which often presented is about the leadership of non-Muslim, whether or not non-Muslim become as leader for the Muslim truly is the debate among scholars. Some scholars consider that non-Muslim should not be become the leader for the Muslim because some verses in the Qur’an clearly state the case. There also some scholars who allows non-Muslim be a leader, because the most important is a leader capable to lead the society to obtain welfare and fairness. But here Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy is defferent from the other. As the main character in the author Tafsīr Al - Qur’ānul Majīd An-Nūr he is one of sholars who forbids and allows a Muslim to elect non-Muslims as a leader. Based on this background, the author formulated two issues namely; first, what is the Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy’s interpretation toward verses prohibiting to elect a non muslim leader in Tafsi>r an-Nu>r. Secondly, what is the relevance of Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy’s interpretation toward verses prohibition in electing a non muslim leader in the context of indonesia today. To answer the problem formulation, the author uses the approach of interpretation (Content Analysis) This means that the author delves thought M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy toward verses relating to the election a non muslim of leader. After doing this study the author conclude that the interpretation Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy’s about electing a non-Muslim leader, he prohibits and also allows with the requirements. Prohibiting because non-Muslim often brings mad{ara>t ie; unremitting cause disaster, as well as continuously trying to complicate the Muslims in towards desired religion. Allowing with the requirement in emergency or fear to mad{ara>t that would happen to them, and or the benefit of the people. So he allows for a Muslim to elect non-Muslims as leader during that provide benefit for religion and society does not pose a danger to himself and their religion. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy’s interpretation about electing non-Muslim leader in the context of Indonesia at this time, is relevant, because the Indonesian society is a plural, one which is based on the ideology of Pancasila and UUD 1945 which requires collaboration with a way to establish unity and solidarity to achieve mutual benefit and progress in the state. Therefore to become a leader should not be a Muslim. But more important is the ability of the leader to make better changes in the country. So there is no prohibition in electing non-Muslims leader

Then it is used as a trend, even a business in a certain fashion, for example in terms of veils, clothes, and other things. This research uses a descriptive-analytic method in examining the theme of this discussion. That hijrah has two dimensions of meaning, namely the physical meaning and the inner meaning. Physically, hijrah is a movement from one place to another solely because of Allah Swt. Whereas inwardly, hijrah is a change in a person from bad to good. While repentance according to him is returning to Allah Swt. or the return of the servant to goodness from what was originally in a state that is considered sinfulThis research is motivated by the blurring of the meaning of the term hijrah among the people, especially in Indonesia.
