Implementasi Tradisi Ikhtilaf dan Budaya Damai pada Pesantren Nurul Ummah dan Pesantren Ar-Romli YOGYAKARTA
Since long time ago, pondok pesantren (islamic boarding school) has been considered as a moderate institution. It also gives priority to peaceful ways in dealing with conflict. Unfortunately, such known attitude is now being strongly questioned due to some vestedinterests found in the pesantren community. The various motives in religions, politics,economics, social, etc among the people lead pesantren to be vulnerable to conflict. Using qualitative method, this article intended to explore the mindset, characters, and attitudesof the people in pesantren in dealing with various “ikhtilaf” (disputes) that later used as means to portray peace cultures in the pesantren. The findings of the research showed that both pesantrens (Nurul Ummah and Ar-Romli) had never been in serious externalconflict. Nevertheles, they had applied the principles of peace cultures well
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN VISUALIZATION, AUDITORY, KINESTETHIC (VAK) MENGGUNAKAN MAKET UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN KONSTRUKSI BATU DI KELAS XI TKBB SMK NEGERI 7 SURABAYA
Penerapan model pembelajaran Visualization, Auditory, Kinestethic (VAK) menggunakan maket bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran konstruksi batu.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TKBB yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan terdiri lembar pengamatan, dan lembar tes hasil belajar. Tahap perencanaan melakukan validasi maket dan RPP sebagai persyaratan dilakukan pembelajaran.
Hasil validasi maket memperoleh prosentase 86,67% termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, dan hasil kelayakan RPP memperoleh 86,32% termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil pengamatan pelaksanaan guru memperoleh prosentase 76,92% pada siklus I termasuk dalam kategori baik setelah dilakukan refleksi menjadi 89,42% pada siklus II termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, pengamatan aktivitas belajar siswa memperoleh prosentase 73,61% pada siklus I termasuk dalam kategori baik setelah dilakukan refleksi menjadi 87,50% pada siklus II termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 83 dengan ketuntasan sebesar 78,57% kemudian pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 89 dengan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 85,71%.

Abstract
The application of learning model visualization, auditory, kinestethic (VAK) using maket aims to improve study results students on subjects masonry construction.
The research is research action classroom of two cycle, every cycle consisting of four steps in the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study is a student xi tkbb amounting to 28 students. Research instruments used consisting sheets observation , and sheets of tests study results. The planning stages do validation maket and lesson plans as a requirement done learning.
The results of validation maket obtain prosentase 86,67% included in a category very reasonable, and the outcome of the feasibility of lesson plans obtain 86,32% included in a category very reasonable. The result of the observation the implementation of teachers obtain prosentase 76,92% in the cycle I included in a category after enjoying done reflection become 89,42% in the cycle II included in a category very good, learning activities observation students obtain prosentase 73.61% in the cycle I included in a category after enjoying done reflection become 87,50% in the cycle II included in a category very good, learning outcomes students on the cycle I obtain an average of 83 with exhaustiveness of 78,57% then in the cycle II there was a rise in average of 89 with exhaustiveness learn as much as 85,71%.

RESPONSE OF SESAME PROMISING LINES (Sesamum indicum L.) TO NITROGEN IN IRRIGATED WETLAND AFTER PADDY
An experiment on sesame was conducted in Nganjuk in 2005 to study the response of sesame promising lines to nitrogen in irrigated wetland after paddy. The experiment was arranged in factorial randomized block design with two factors and three replications. The first factor were two sesame lines (Si.25, Si.28) and Sbr.1 variety as control, whereas the second were five N dosage (0; 22.5; 45; 67.5 and 90 kg N/ha). Result showed that sesame in irrigated land after paddy was response to N. The respective optimum N dosages for irrigated wetland after paddy were: 83.34 kg/ha for Si.28, and 42.20 kg/ha for Sbr.1. The best N dosage for Si.25 was 22.5 kg N/ha. The superior line for irrigated land after paddy is Si.28
UPAYA KONSELOR UNTUK MENGATASI TRAUMA DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA
The phenomenon of the trauma of learning among the students experienced trauma due to not being able to fit in with the campus environment, saturated with existing learning systems and have trouble getting along and arrange themselves (self management) cannot be silenced just because the facts indicate that the percentage of students who have experienced the trauma of learning tends to rise along with the long lecture. an understanding of the whole of the area, the indicators and the cause of the trauma of learning is the first step before formulating a model intervention trauma learn student. Circumstances like this one a lot also happens to students in University PGRI Palembang. To cope with the traumatic dikalngan students, the efforts may be done by adopting the counselor and develop some strategies i.e.; Smaile Child Center, play therapy, therapy of emotion or interpretation by drawing Pictures and learn while playing (Out Bond)
Perlindungan anak pelaku pidana
Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) Indonesia hanya mengenal subjek hukum orang atau manusia. Di dalam Pasal 59 KUHP dinyatakan bahwa di dalam hal-hal di mana karena pelanggaran ditentukan pidana terhadap pengurus, anggota, badan pengurus, atau komisaris, maka pengurus, anggota, badan pengurus ataukomisaris yang ternyata tidak ikut campur melakukan pelanggaran tidak dipidana. Berdasarkan Pasal 59 KUHP tersebut, menurut Romli Artasasmita secara penafsiran historis, gramatikal, dan sistematis menunjukkan bahwa KUHP tetap menganut asas ?universitas delin quere non potest?, sehingga KUHP hanya mengenal subjek hukum manusia (person). Korporasi tidak dikenal sebagai subjek hukum dalam KUHP. LPG cargo is cargo that has special characteristics, one of them highly flamable nature. To cope with danger posed by LPG cargo evaporates, it needs Reliquefaction plant operation. Operation of this system as the efforts has made to overcome obstacles in order to maintain a fixed charge on the LPG liquid state. Thus the authors formulate the problem formulation 1) what are the factors causing the decline of Reliquefaction plant working in change the gas into a liquid cargo, 2) What efforts are made to maximize Reliquefaction plan. Fault tree analysis is a technique used to identify risks that contribute to the occurrence of a failure. This method is carried out with an approach that is top down, starting with the assumption of failure or loss of peak incidence then detailing causes a peak incidence reached a basic failure. Based on the results of research by the author to the decline in employment Reliquefaction plant in turning gas into a liquid cargo is dirty condensers, cooling of the intercooler not optimal cooling, valve positioners are not working properly.Meanwhile, efforts to maximize employment Reliquefaction plant is checking routine cleaning of the condenser appropriate working hours, checking the intercooler, valve positioner checks on a regular basis.

Provision of spare parts for production equipment needs to be prepared with specifications, number of needs and correct time of availability, and especially for critical machining components that require correct and appropriate tactics so as not to disrupt its continuity of production. However, it is not a secret for a production department to make replacement parts that have the same mechanical properties through hardness testing of components that have failed. Through a computer program with an algorithm that is able to read a photo as a result of an indentation emphasis on hardness test, it can be known quickly a roundness diameter and calculate its hardness value which will be converted into one of the mechanical properties of a material so that a profile projector is not needed. Dalam mendapatkan hak tersebut harusnya pelaku usaha memberikan informasi yang benar, jelas dan jujur terhadap konsumen. Namun ada beberapa hambatan yaitu hambatan hukum dan hambatan non hukum. Salah satu hambatan yang dialami konsumen adalah kurangnya tanggung jawab dari pengusaha, kurangnya informasi yang jelas saat melakukan service ban vulkanisir, dan sebagainya. Negara indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia dan luas perairan yang luas berpotensi dalam mengembangkan industri maritimnya. Hal ini selaras dengan tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat, terutama kebutuhan akan BBM (Bahan Bakar Minyak) yang terus meningkat dan upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan terus diperbaharui dan ditingkatkan. Sehingga penulis membatasi penelitian skripsi ini dengan rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana pengaruh kerusakan peralatan butterworth untuk cleaning tanki dan bagaimana dampak tidak bersihnya cleaning tanki muatan.
Dalam penulisan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kualitatif. Dimana penulisn menggambarkan setiap masalah dan menjelaskan secara masalah tersebut secara rinci. Dan untuk teknik pendekatan dalam penelitian penulis menggunkan metode fault tree analysis dan fishbone analysis serta penulis mengamati kegiatan yang ada dengan interview secara langsung dengan crew kapal MT. Dewi Sri dan mencari faktor penyebabnya.
Pembahasan mengenai pengaruh kerusakan perlatan butterworth untuk cleaning tanki yaitu berkurangnya daya semprot butterworth. Dampak tidak bersihnya cleaning tanki yaitu terjadi kontaminasi muatan yang diakibatkan sisa muatan yang bercampur. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan pengaruh kerusakan peralatan butterworth dan dampak tidak berishnya cleaning tanki yaitu pelaksanaan cleaning tanki terhambat dan terjadi kontaminasi. Saran yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasinya dengan melakukan perawatan peralatan butterworth dan pelaksanaan cleaning tanki harus sesuai prosedur.

The country of Indonesia is the largest archipelago country in the world and vast waters have the potential to develop its maritime industry. This is consistent with the level of community needs, especially the need for fuel (fuel oil) which continues to increase and efforts to meet the needs continue to be updated and improved. So the authors limit the research of this thesis with the formulation of the problem, namely how the influence of damage to butterworth equipment for tank cleaning and how the impact of cleaning tanks is not clean.
In writing this thesis the author uses descriptive and qualitative methods. Where the authors describe each problem and explain the problem in detail. And for the approach techniques in the study the authors use the method of fault tree analysis and fishbone analysis and the authors observe the activities that exist with direct interviews with MT ship crews. Dewi Sri and look for factors that cause it.
Discussion on the effect of damage to butterworth equipment for tank cleaning is the reduced power of butterworth spray. The impact of unclean cleaning of the tank is that there is load contamination caused by the remaining mixed charge.
The conclusion from the discussion of the effect of damage to butterworth equipment and the unsuccessful effects of cleaning the tank is that the cleaning tank is hampered and contamination occurs. Suggestions that must be made to overcome them by maintaining butterworth equipment and carrying out tank cleaning must be according to the procedure
