PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI TENAGA KERJA ANAK
Dalam rangka pembangunan nasional, maim harus dilaksanakan pembangunan manusia yang seutuhnya untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera, adil, makmur yang merata baik secara materiil maupun spiritual yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945. Seperti yang diatur dalarn pasal 27 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 : ''Tiap-tiap warga negara berhak atas pekeijaan dan penghidupan yang layak bagi kemanusiaan". Untuk mewujudkan adanya keinginan tersebut, maka banyak sektor yang mempunyai peranan dan kedudukan yang sangat penting. Salah satu sektor tersebut adalah sektor ketenagakerjaan. Di Indonesia, seperti kita ketahui bahwasannya mencari pekerjaan sangatlah sulit, apalagi setelah adanya krisis moneter yang teljadi beberapa tahun yang lalu sehingga mengakibatkan banyak perusahaan yang mengalarni banyak kerugian, sehingga perusahaan tersebut tidak membuka lowongan baru

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN ADITIF CAIR BUAH NAGA MERAH (Hylocereus polyrhizus) TERHADAP KECERNAAN PROTEIN, ENERGI METABOLIS DAN PRODUKSI TELUR BURUNG PUYUH
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian aditif cair
buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus) terhadap kecernaan protein, energi
metabolis dan produksi telur burung puyuh. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan
September sampai Desember 2015 di Kandang Non Ruminansia Laboratorium
Ilmu Nutrisi dan Pakan, Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian, Universitas
Diponegoro, Semarang.
Ternak yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah puyuh betina sebanyak
200 ekor umur 1 minggu dengan bobot badan 13,61 ± 0,49 g yang diperoleh dari
Salma Poultry Shop di Kecamatan Suruh Kabupaten Semarang. Ransum yang
digunakan tersusun dari beberapa bahan ransum yang terdiri dari bekatul, jagung
kuning, konsentrat, tepung ikan, bungkil kedelai dan top mix. Penelitian
menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan,
setiap ulangan terdiri dari 10 ekor. Perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah T0 = tanpa
pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah, T1 = pemberian aditif cair buah naga
merah sebanyak 5 ml sehari 2x (pagi pukul 10.00 WIB dan siang pukul 14.00
WIB), T2 = pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah sebanyak 5 ml sehari 1x (pagi
pukul 10.00 WIB) dan T3 = pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah sebanyak 5 ml
2 hari 1x (pagi pukul 10.00 WIB). Parameter yang diamati adalah konsumsi
ransum, kecernaan protein kasar (KcPK), energi metabolis (EM) dan produksi
telur.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian aditif cair buah naga
merah tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum T0 sampai T3
berturut-turut : 21,30; 21,59; 21,06 dan 20,16 g/ekor/hari, kecernaan protein T0
sampai T3 berturut-turut : 79,05; 75,25; 75,88 dan 78;48 %, energi metabolis T0
sampai T3 berturut-turut : 2861,70; 2684,00; 2688,04 dan 2749,38 kkal/kg dan
produksi telur T0 sampai T3 berturut-turut : 49,40; 65,60; 59,20; 54,40 %.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian aditif
cair buah naga merah dengan dosis 5 ml sehari dua kali, 5 ml sehari satu kali dan
5 ml dua hari satu kali tidak meningkatkan konsumsi ransum, kecernaan protein
kasar (KcPK), energi metabolis dan produksi telur

Analisis Pusat Pertumbuhan Wilayah di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat Berdasarkan Perhitungan Hirarki dengan Analisis Scalogram
This research is motivated by the unequal economic growth in West Pasaman Regency in its respective regions. This analysis can be seen from, 1) economic growth, 2) physical growth, 3) spatial patterns of regional growth. This research is a quantitative descriptive research type, the population in this research is the number of service facilities. The sample for this research is all sub-districts in West Pasaman Regency with the sampling technique in this research being total sampling. To see economic growth there are 2 indicators, namely GRDP and Per Capita Income, to see physical growth there are 4 indicators, namely data analysis used, namely, scalogram analysis, determining the function weight of service facilities, determining regional centrality and hierarchy index, serviceability ratio of service facilities. To see the spatial pattern of regional growth, there are 2 indicators, namely point coordinates and nearest neighbor analysis.The results of this research are 1) Economic growth in West Pasaman Regency experienced fluctuations in 2014-2023 with per capita income of Rp. 43 428.06 billion rupiah, 2) Physical Growth of the West Pasaman Regency Region is located in Pasaman District with Hierarchy Category I where this area has complete facilities, namely educational facilities, health facilities, economic facilities and public facilities, 3) Spatial pattern of growth of the Regency Area West Pasaman is Dispersed or scattered

Character education is a process to instill character values ??in students so that they have good personalities and can determine how to think, behave and act in making decisions to live and work together in the family, community, nation and state.
This research is motivated by the decline in the morale of the Indonesian people, especially the next generation of the nation with the occurrence of crime and brawls with the perpetrators, mostly young people. TPQ Al-Huda as a non-formal education becomes an effective institution to instill character values ??in students from an early age. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the teacher's efforts in instilling character education in students.
This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. For data collection tools, researchers used the method of observation, interviews and documentation to obtain data which was then analyzed to obtain conclusions.
From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that teachers instill character education values ??through the methods of habituation, reprimand and example. The values ??of character education are instilled through teaching and learning activities such as reading and writing the Qur'an, memorizing prayers and short letters, guidance in the field of faith and morals. This can be seen from the attitudes and behavior of students such as polite, friendly, gentle, honest, independent, disciplined and responsible
Digital Literacy Competence Of Indonesian Lecturers On Analysis Hoax In Social Media
Hoax in social media is increasingly flooding all types of social media. The ease with which people consume and produce information on social media provides freedom for citizens to express themselves and their attitudes regardless of whether the information is true or a hoax. ironically, this phenomenon is also affecting academics who are highly educated and work as lecturers. This article attempts to explore the digital literacy competencies of lecturers in Indonesia by taking samples of lecturers in two big cities, namely Medan and Bandung. The research was conducted using a digital ethnographic method that allows the author to be directly involved with the current affairs that are happening in Medan and in Bandung. There are 5 principles of digital ethnography: multiplicity, non-digital-centric-ness, openness, reflexivity, and unorthodox. The results showed that even though they work as lecturers, it does not mean that they are free from distorting information on social media because not all of them have good digital literacy competencies. Lecturers who come from across generations also greatly influence their level of digital literacy. So that critical, democratic, and constructive thinking is expected to always be born from the mindset in society at all levels, from the lower level to the upper level
