Pengaruh pemberian beras merah terhadap tingkat glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes mellitus: Literature Review
Diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit penyebab kematian terbesar nomor 3 di
Indonesia. Penatalaksanaan Diabetes mellitus salah satunya adalah terapi nutrisi yang
dapat dilakukan dengan mengkonsumsi beras merah. Beras merah merupakan beras
yang mengandung magnesium dan serat yang memiliki kemampuan sebagai
antidiabetes yang berperan menurunkan glukosa darah dan meningkatkan sekresi
insulin dan mencegah resistensi insulin. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui
pengaruh pemberian beras merah terhadap tingkat glukosa darah pada pasien diabetes
mellitus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasy eksperimen,
database yang digunakan yaitu Google Schoolar dan PubMed. Penelusuran artikel
yang digunakan dalam rentang waktu 1 Januari 2011 sampai 1 desember 2021. Hasil
dari penelitian didapatkan 46 jurnal kemudian di skrining dan didapatkan 5 jurnal
sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil dari 5 jurnal tersebut menunjukkan bagaimana pengaruh
dari pemberian beras merah terhadap kadar glukosa darah pada pasien diabetes
mellitus. Hasil dari 5 jurnal menunjukkan pemberian beras merah dapat
mempengaruhi kadar glukosa darah pasien diabetes mellitus. Bagi penderita diabetes
mellitus diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi referensi terapi nutrisi untuk mengontrol
kadar gula darah
IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KEARSIPAN DI SD ISLAM ABAIS
This study aims to analyze the implementation of archives management at ABAIS Islamic Elementary School by highlighting the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring functions to identify operational constraints and formulate technology-based solutions. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with archivists, participant observation, and documentation analysis. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through triangulation of sources and methods. The findings indicate that the archive creation process is carried out in a hybrid manner, combining manual and digital procedures for archives of letters, student data, and financial documents. However, archive storage is still mixed between active and inactive archives, lacks an indexing system, and is only organized chronologically, thus slowing retrieval. An archive reduction mechanism has not been implemented due to limited human resources and the age of the institution. Supporting factors include leadership commitment, while inhibiting factors include minimal infrastructure and staff discipline in data input. This study offers an archiving improvement model that combines archiving SOPs, a hybrid physical-digital system, SIKD-based digitization, and the preparation of a structured retention schedule a combination rarely discussed in archiving studies at the Islamic elementary school level
PEMANFAATAN MEDIA FLIPCHART VARIASI OLAHAN IKAN BANDENG DAN UDANG UNTUK MENUMBUHKAN WIRAUSAHA BIDANG BOGA (FOODPRENEUR) PADA REMAJA
The flipchart media is used to improve the entrepreneurial skills of students of SMAN 1 Muara Gembong, supporting school programs such as entrepreneurship and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The instrument used was a questionnaire to assess the quality of training media and satisfaction with the implementation of activities. The method used was training with data analysis of quantitative descriptive techniques. Product trials were conducted at the Processing Laboratory of the Catering Study Programme, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta, to find the best product formulation for fishrimp seaweed roll, fish finger, fish gyoza, fish egg roll, fish cake, milkfish spring roll, fried noodles, milkfish croquette, and serundeng talam cake. The media used was a flipchart containing information about milkfish, entrepreneurship, selling price calculation, processed product recipes, packaging examples, and labels. The training was attended by 30 students, the vice principal, teacher representatives, and school canteen managers. The quality assessment of the training media was 100% positive, with a satisfaction rating of 76.89% stating very satisfied, 18.603% stating satisfied, and 4.05% stating moderately satisfied from a total of 30 participants. The flipchart media can be used to increase the youth’s knowledge and skills, foster creativity in product innovation, and encourage entrepreneurial spirit, especially about processed milkfish and shrimp variations
ANALISIS G-MEET DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PPKn MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI SMPN 8 MALANG
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini brtujuan untuk menganalisis (1) penerapan g-meet dalam pembelajaran PPKn masa pandemi covid-19 di SMP N 8 Malang, (2) kendala g-meet dalam pembelejaran PPKn masa pandemi covid-19 di SMP N 8 Malang, (3) solusi penerapan g-meet dalam pembeleajaran PPKn masa pandemi covid-19 di SMP N 8 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMP N 8 Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analasis data menggunakan Teknik Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verification. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu (1) kredibilitas, (2) transferabilitas, (3)dependabilitas, (4)konfirmabilitas. Hygiene Analysis of Food Handlers at Malahayati Islamic Hospital
ABSTRACT Hospital food management is a series of activities starting from menu planning to distributing food to patients. Providing food in hospitals is an activity that is under the responsibility of the Nutrition Installation. In carrying out his duties, a food handler in a nutrition installation must always maintain personal hygiene so that the cleanliness and quality of the food served to patients is maintained. This study aims to determine the description of the hygiene of food handlers at the Malahayati Islamic Hospital. The method used in this research is qualitative with a description method. The informants in this research were 10 people, cooks and waiters at Malahayati Islamic Hospital. Based on the results obtained, it was found that the implementation of food handler hygiene at RSI Malahayati Medan was included in the good category, with a percentage of 93%. However, in practice, there are still food handlers who do not use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when serving food. The implementation of food handler hygiene at the Malahayati Islamic Hospital does not fully meet the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1096/Menkes/Per/VI/2011. Racial differences in systemic sclerosis disease presentation: a European Scleroderma Trials and Research group study
OBJECTIVES: Racial factors play a significant role in SSc. We evaluated differences in SSc presentations between white patients (WP), Asian patients (AP) and black patients (BP) and analysed the effects of geographical locations.
METHODS: SSc characteristics of patients from the EUSTAR cohort were cross-sectionally compared across racial groups using survival and multiple logistic regression analyses.
RESULTS: The study included 9162 WP, 341 AP and 181 BP. AP developed the first non-RP feature faster than WP but slower than BP. AP were less frequently anti-centromere (ACA; odds ratio (OR) = 0.4, P < 0.001) and more frequently anti-topoisomerase-I autoantibodies (ATA) positive (OR = 1.2, P = 0.068), while BP were less likely to be ACA and ATA positive than were WP [OR(ACA) = 0.3, P < 0.001; OR(ATA) = 0.5, P = 0.020]. AP had less often (OR = 0.7, P = 0.06) and BP more often (OR = 2.7, P < 0.001) diffuse skin involvement than had WP. AP and BP were more likely to have pulmonary hypertension [OR(AP) = 2.6, P < 0.001; OR(BP) = 2.7, P = 0.03 vs WP] and a reduced forced vital capacity [OR(AP) = 2.5, P < 0.001; OR(BP) = 2.4, P < 0.004] than were WP. AP more often had an impaired diffusing capacity of the lung than had BP and WP [OR(AP vs BP) = 1.9, P = 0.038; OR(AP vs WP) = 2.4, P < 0.001]. After RP onset, AP and BP had a higher hazard to die than had WP [hazard ratio (HR) (AP) = 1.6, P = 0.011; HR(BP) = 2.1, P < 0.001].
CONCLUSION: Compared with WP, and mostly independent of geographical location, AP have a faster and earlier disease onset with high prevalences of ATA, pulmonary hypertension and forced vital capacity impairment and higher mortality. BP had the fastest disease onset, a high prevalence of diffuse skin involvement and nominally the highest mortality
