Pengangguran terkait erat dengan masalah sosial, termasuk kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pengangguran dan kemiskinan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik untuk periode 1997-2017. Model yang digunakan adalah model Vector Autoregressive (VAR). Hasil uji kausalitas Granger menunjukkan bahwa pengangguran terbuka dan kemiskinan memiliki hubungan kausalitas dua arah. Dari hasil uji IRF, terlihat bahwa respon tingkat pengangguran terbuka terhadap kemiskinan adalah negatif, sedangkan respon kemiskinan pada tingkat penga ngguran terbuka bervariasi. Disarankan bahwa pemerintah harus memiliki strategi terpadu untuk mengatasi pengangguran dan kemiskinan sedemikian rupa sehingga program yang ditargetkan pada penganggur juga untuk orang miskin.Kata Kunci: Pengangguran Terbuka, Angka Kemiskinan, Model VAR
Eksplorasi Desain Proyek Rumah dan Resort di Ady Putra Architect
Get PDFPenulis berkesempatan untuk melakukan kerja praktik di Ady Putra Architect selama kurang lebih 5 bulan. Pelaksanaan kerja praktik yang dijalani oleh penulis terhitung dari tanggal 10 Juni 2010 dan berakhir pada 15 November 2019. Pengalaman ini merupakan satu momen yang membukakan jalan penulis dalam terus belajar di dunia arsitektur. Sepanjang 5 bulan ini, penulis mendapatkan banyak sekali ilmu dan manfaat dari seluruh jajaran yang ada di Ady Putra Architect. Ady Putra Architect merupakan konsultan arsitektur yang banyak menangani proyek-proyek housing, resort, kantor, dan lain-lain. Ady Putra Architect juga terkenal dengan beberapa proyek perumahan dan resort yang membuat penulis tertarik untuk mempelajarinya. Penulis paham bahwa ilmu yang didapatkan dalam melakukan kerja praktik belum tentu ada di masa perkuliahan. Ikut andil dalam beberapa proyek yang sedang berjalan maupun yang sudah terbangun di Ady Putra Architect benar-benar menambah pengalaman dan ilmu saya sebagai mahasiswa arsitektur. Pengetahuan arsitektur yang didapatkan di masa perkuliahan bisa sangat berbeda dengan realita yang penulis alami selama melakukan kerja praktik. Mulai dari memahami tata cara kerja professional sebagai arsitek, pemahaman mengenai prinsip desain yang diterapkan dalam suatu proyek, sampai detail-detail dalam gambar kerja arsitektur yang baru penulis ketahui dan masih banyak lagi Penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai bagaimana proses eksplorasi desain dalam proyek-proyek yang sering dikerjakan oleh Ady Putra Architect. Eksplorasi yang tidak hanya dilakukan dalam proses desain saja, namun juga eksplorasi dalam pemilihan material, eksplorasi dalam menanggapi konteks, dan pertimbangannya, sehingga penulis ingin mengangkat topik tersebut sebagai judul dari laporan praktik

Sufism, which is the sum-sum of Islam, is often the target of attacks on the wrong practices of Sufism that occur today or for ignorance of good and true Sufism. This article tries to describe the life of Sufism, practice, and the spiritual condition of the Prophet Muhammad. In the scientific field and religious side, this will be traced in terms of Sufism practices carried out by the prophet Muhammad found in the hadiths and books. This journal was analyzed using qualitative methods of literature study. Related primary and secondary sources will be categorized which will be presented in the form of research results. Various sources that the author can reveal that the life of the prophet Muhammad was filled with Sufistic instruments, and a lifestyle like this is an ideal lifestyle. It can be concluded that this pattern of life is at the same time a treasure and \u27ibrah for the Sufi life, so it can be said that the Messenger of Allah has laid the spiritual foundations for his followers throughout the ages

MV San Pedro Bridge is a cargo container vessel belongs to Bernhard
Schulte Shipmanagement, it is shipping reefer container inter-island through the
sea. Reefer container is a special container used for loaded chilled cargo and
frozen cargo which are sensitive with temperature change. This container has
electronic component and refrigeration system which are depending on electricity
supply, the electricity generated by generator. Because of special requirement and
handling skill, this kind of container has more expensive freight cost than normal
container.
Author use descriptive qualitatif research method to deliver this thesis. In
this research, author will explain the obstacle when reefer container loaded on the
vessel. The problems that frequently happen in shipping reefer containers could
lead to damaged cargo and rotten cargo. Based on the problems, author makes this
research in purpose to review and find out the preparation before loading reefer
container on board by the crew and to find out cargo handling and maintenance
for reefer container on board MV San Pedro Bridge during voyage in order to
avoid cargo claim.
Based on the results of research which has been done on the MV San
Pedro Bridge from 3 February 2016 up to 7 December 2016, author concludes 1)
Cargo handling for refrigerated cargo container before loaded on board should be
done according to Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) Container Ship
Manual, to make sure reefer container loaded safely and properly. 2) Make sure
all connection and electricity supply sufficient, good communication and good
team work among all parties (crew on board, charter, and shore), and daily routine
to check all reefer container still work properly.

The exegesis of Tabatabaei and the Hermeneutics of Hirsch: a comparative study
Get PDFThis thesis is a comparative study between Hermeneutics on the one hand and exegesis of the Holy Qur'an on the other. Its objective is to discover whether there are salient points of convergence between the two disciples, and whether issues germane to the Hermeneutical tradition in the West have been referred to and/or employed in Muslim works of Qur'an commentary. To this end, the works of one of the most prominent Shi'ite philosophers and exegetes. Allama Mohammad Hossein Tabataei, have been analysed and compared with the perspective and methodology of E D. Hirsch, one of the most important hermeneuticians in the Western World. Hirsch has been chosen since, in the opinion of the author, there is a considerable number of commonalities between the Hirschian approach to hermeneutics and the exegetical methodology of Tabatabaei and other Shi'ite Muslim interpreters of the Qur'an.. Hirsch, as an objectivist, along with a number of other Hermeneutical scholars, are critical of those who subscribe to philosophical Hermeneutics, such as Heideger and Gadimer. The same approach is taken in Tabatabaei's works, thus providing a strong rationale for an academic comparison of these two scholars. For this reason, this thesis attempts to study the theories of Tabatabaei and Hirsch in order to highlight the similarities and differences in their works. The central hypothesis is that while small differences in approach exist, there is much common ground, and that it is possible to use certain facets of Hirschian hermeneutics in the interpretation of the Qur'an, thus modernising some of the existing exegetical approaches employed by Shi'ite scholars.Since the aim of this thesis is to compare the interpretive works of Tabatabaei with those of Hirsch's, an introductory chapter has been dedicated to the study of the evolution of Shi'ite exegesis from the beginning to date. Tabatabaei's Al-Mizan has been chosen as the foremost work of Shi'ite exegesis in the modem period. Furthermore, a complete chapter has also been dedicated to Tabatabai's exegetical modus operandi as reflected in Al-Mizan, in order to arrive at a better understanding of his perspectives. This research arrives at the conclusion that philosophical Hermeneutics and Epistemology have opened new horizons on which we will always be dependent. Whatever interpretive theories with regards to the understanding of the text are accepted, or whatever the tendency as far as literary criticism is concerned, or whatever ideas are accepted in the arena of philosophy of human and social sciences, the discussion of the nature of understanding in general cannot be avoided. This does not mean that Hermeneutics is limited to these new theories. Rather, the opportunity always exists to introduce new interpretive theories in connection with the understanding of the text. It is indeed possible to study these discussions in detail in a separate sphere independent of the other branches of Islamic sciences and arrive at a number of stable principles in the interpretation of the text in Islamic research
SURVEY TINGKAT KEBUGARAN PELAJAR NUSANTARA PADA SISWA PUTRA SMK NEGERI SE-SURAKARTA TAHUN 2023
No full textPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil pengamatan peneliti tentang kurangnya pengetahuan siswa terhadap pentingnya kebugaran bagi dirinya. Hal ini dikarenakan pada jenjang sekolah sebelumnya belum diberikan materi mengenai kebugaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kebugaran Siswa Putra Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Se-Surakarta.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif menggunakan metode Deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Se-Surakarta, dengan jumlah 50 siswa putra. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara tahun 2023 yang terdiri dari 5 item tes yaitu: Indeks Massa Tubuh, V Sit and Reach, Sit Up (Baring Duduk), Squad Thrust, Pacer Test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan persentase.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Massa Tubuh siswa putra Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Se-Surakarta pada kategori “Underweight” sebesar 58,00% (29 orang), “Normal” 38,00% (19 orang), “Overweight” 4,00% (2 orang). Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata yaitu 18,87,Indeks Massa Tubuh siswa putra SMK Negeri Se-Surakarta dalam kategori “Underweight”. Tingkat Kebugara Siswa putra Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Se-Surakarta yaitu sebanyak 2 siswa (4,00%) mempunyai kebugaran “Baik”, 33 siswa (66,00%) mempunyai kebugaran “Cukup”, 15 siswa (30,00%) mempunyai kebugaran “Kurang”. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata yaitu 2 tingkat kebugaran siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Se- Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2023 dalam kategori “Cukup”

This research is motivated by how the message of ikhtiar conveyed by the
main character, namely Izuku Midoriya and using Roland Barthes semiotic
analysis, with the anime research subject "My Hero Academia: World Heroes'
Mission", while the object of the research is scenes that show the message of
ikhtiar conveyed through the character Izuku Midoriya. The author examines
using the Theory of Ikhtiar by Imam Muhammad bin Ismail al Bukhari, where
ikhtiar has four indicators including:
● Work Hard
● Never Give Up
● Responsibility
● Diligent Practice dan Study
In accordance with the theory of ikhtiar above, this research concludes that
the message of working hard is seen when the scene of Rody and Izuku talking in
the cave. The message of never giving up is seen in the scene of Izuku chasing
Rody and the scene of Izuku fighting Flect Turn. The message of responsibility is
seen in the scene of Izuku catching the wrong person and the scene of riding the
bus secretly. The message of diligently practising and studying can be seen in the
scene of Izuku doing his internship with his friends

Analisis Kondisi Fisik Atlet Pencak Silat Kategori Tunggal Ganda Regu Putra Puslatcab Pencak Organisasi Tuban
Get PDFAbstrak Pencak silat merupakan salah satu olahraga beladiri prestasi. Teknik, taktik, mental, dan fisik merupakan unsur yang sangat penting dalam olahraga prestasi, sehingga atlet pencak silat perlu mempunyai kemampuan yang baik dalam empat aspek tersebut. Fisik merupakan faktor utama penunjang bagi olahraga beladiri, maka pelatihan dilakukan dengan menyusun program latihan kondisi fisik. Latihan kondisi fisik adalah suatu proses untuk mengembangkan kemampuan yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan ditingkatkan secara berkala untuk meningkatkan atau mempertahankan fisik agar mencapai kemampuan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik atlet pencak silat kategori tunggal, ganda, regu putra puslatcab pencak organisasi Tuban yang meliputi kelincahan, kekuatan otot lengan, power otot tungkai, kecepatan, keseimbangan, kelentukan, dan daya tahan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet tunggal, ganda, regu putra puslatcab pencak organisasi Tuban yang berjumlah 6 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tes kelincahan, tes kekuatan otot lengan, tes power otot tungkai, tes kecepatan, tes keseimbangan, tes kelentukan, dan tes daya tahan. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa atlet pencak silat kategori tunggal, ganda, regu putra puslatcab pencak organisasi Tuban memiliki rata- rata tingkat kelincahan sebesar 13,01 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik, tingkat kekuatan otot lengan sebesar 30,83 yang termasuk kategori baik sekali, tingkat power otot tungkai sebesar 61,66 yang termasuk kategori baik, tingkat kecepatan sebesar 4,91 yang termasuk kategori kurang, tingkat keseimbangan sebesar 33,66 yang termasuk kategori sedang, tingkat kelentukan sebesar 17,08 yang termasuk kategori baik, tingkat daya tahan sebesar 44,8 yang termasuk kategori sedang. Hal ini berarti atlet perlu meningkatkan kondisi fisik kecepatan, keseimbangan , dan daya tahan. Kata Kunci: Kondisi fisik, Pencak Silat, Tunggal, Ganda, Regu. Abstract Pencak silat is one of the martial art achievement sports. Technique, tactic, mentality, and physical are very important elements in achievement sports, so martial arts athletes must have good abilities in these four aspects. Physical is a major supporting factor for martial art sport, so training is carried out by developing an exercise program of physical condition. Physical condition training is a process to develop skills that are carried out systematically and improved regularly to improve or maintain physical to achieve optimal abilities. The aim of this research is to know the physical condition of pencak silat athletes of single, double, team of pencak silat training center in Tuban covering agility, arm muscle strength, leg muscle power, speed, balance, flexibility, and endurance. This research uses quantitative method with descriptive approach. The sample in this research are single, double, team athletes of pencak organisasi training center in Tuban amounting 6 people. Instruments used in this study include agility test, arm muscle strength test, leg muscle power test, speed test, balance test, flexibility test, and endurance test. The result of the research shows that the athletes of pencak silat category of single, double, team pencak organisasi training center in Tuban have the average of agility level is 13,01 including in good category, level of arm muscle strength is 30,83 including good category, level of leg muscle power is 61.66including in medium category, level of speed is 4.91 including into less category, level of the balance is 33.66 including in the medium category, the level of flexibility is 17.08 including into good category, level of endurance is 44, 8 including into medium category. Study of Shipbuilding Competitiveness: Benchmarking analysis as a tool to measure shipyards' competitiveness with a focus on Asian yards
No full textThe shipbuilding industry is not a standalone industry. It integrates with the shipping market, and therefore one characteristic of the shipbuilding industry is complexity. Competitiveness is a multi-dimensional concept that can be measured in numerous ways. The author found that these multi-dimensional concepts can better be translated into three objectives. Three methods are evaluated to find which one is the most appropriate when measuring the shipyard's competitiveness. To find which method is the most appropriate, the author conducted the Analytical Hierarchy Process and found that benchmarking analysis is the best method. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is chosen due to its versatility, cautious estimation, and non-parametric characteristics. Data Envelopment Analysis is an operation research method that uses mathematical formulation to find benchmarks among units under study. The first model uses deliveries as output, dock area and number of employees as inputs. The second model uses price/CGT and duration/CGT as inputs, and new contracts as outputs. The models investigated 20 shipyards from Japan, China, South Korea, and Vietnam. The results show that Chinese yards are very efficient when it comes to attracting new orders. However, in terms of allocating its resources, Chinese yards are very inefficient. Japanese yards are very efficient in both models. Most of the Japanese yards are frontiers. Korean yards, on the other hand, are the winner for mega-sized yards, but not in the medium-sized shipyards. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)'s results show the efficiency between the output and input of a system with a quantifiable value and provide a point of improvement by increasing output (for output-oriented) or decreasing input (for input-oriented).
