No full textBu çalışma, Türk tarihinin önemli bir figürü olan Haseki Hürrem Sultan’ın ve bir doğu imparatorluğu olarak Osmanlı Devleti’nin ve Müslüman Osmanlıların, Ukraynalı milliyetçi yazar Pavlo Arhipoviç Zahrebelniy’nin Roksolana (Hürrem Sultan) romanında nasıl görüldüğünü ve yazarın Batılı ile Doğu ve Doğulu arasındaki ilişkiyi nasıl kurduğunu ortaya çıkarmaya çalışır. Roksolana romanı pek çok oryantalist okuma için oldukça fazla malzeme vermesine rağmen, biz, sadece sosyo-kültürel bir mekan olarak Şark’ı, onun karşısında kendisini konumlayan Batılıyı ve bir “laboratuvar hammaddesi” (Irwin, 2008: 314) gibi ele alınan Şarklı’yı ortaya çıkarmaya ve bu sayede Türklerin Ukraynalı bir yazar tarafından nasıl göründüğünü ortaya koymaya çalıştık. QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF LABOUR RESOURCES
No full textThe objective of the research is empirical investigation of the priority components of increasing the competitiveness of labour resources in the quality management system of higher education based on the TQM concept. The methodology is based on the methods of comparative analysis, synthesis of strategic plans for the development of Ukrainian universities, the method of situational analysis (Case method) based on strategies and reports of universities’ leaders in the market of educational services in Ukraine. Results. In the process of empirical research, it has been proved that educational institutions are implementing the philosophy of total quality management (TQM) at three levels, namely: process, organizational and “a quality management principles level”. It has been determined that the classical universities of Ukraine are transformed into scientific and research centres that carry out innovative activities and cooperation at the international level, taking into account the requirements of the interested parties in order to ensure the competitiveness of graduates and their own competitive position in the educational market.Метою дослідження є емпіричне дослідження пріоритетних складових підвищення конкурентоспроможності трудових ресурсів у системі управління якістю вищої освіти на основі концепції TQM. Методологія базується на методах порівняльного аналізу, синтезі стратегічних планів розвитку університетів України, методі ситуаційного аналізу (Case method) на основі стратегій та звітів лідерів університетів на ринку освітніх послуг України. Результати. У процесі емпіричного дослідження було доведено, що навчальні заклади реалізують філософію загального управління якістю (TQM) на трьох рівнях, а саме: процесному, організаційному та «рівні принципів управління якістю». Визначено, що класичні університети України перетворюються на науково-дослідні центри, які здійснюють інноваційну діяльність та співпрацю на міжнародному рівні з урахуванням вимог зацікавлених сторін з метою забезпечення конкурентоспроможності випускників та власної конкурентоспроможності на освітньому ринку

Pedagogical technologies for teaching environmental engineering in the online learning system of higher education institution
No full textThe article outlines the pedagogical technologies for teaching environmental engineering in the online learning system of higher education institutions. There are proposed ways of developing educational technologies for teaching environmental engineering: active and collaborative learning, individualisation of training, use of video and audio materials, using electronic tools for evaluation of educational results, development of digital literacy, implementation of interactive online courses and professional communication and mentoring. There are presented the use of these technologies in the different aspects of environmental engineering, such as analysing water quality parameters, soil quality assessment, studying waste management practices, and studying the integration of renewable energy into the practice through virtual labs, online tests, video lectures, and collaborative projects. The proposed pedagogical technologies for teaching environmental engineering in the online learning system of higher education institutions were tested in the educational process. The Student\u27s t-test was used for statistical calculation of the obtained experimental data. At the end of the experiment, there is a statistically significant difference between the mean values of the experimental and control groups. It can be claimed that the use of pedagogical technologies for teaching environmental engineering in the online learning system of higher education institutions is perspective. 
Crystal invariant theory I: Geometric RSK
No full textBerenstein and Kazhdan's theory of geometric crystals gives rise to two
commuting families of geometric crystal operators acting on the space of
complex matrices. These are birational actions, which we view as a
crystal-theoretic analogue of the usual action of on matrices. We prove that the field of rational invariants
(and ring of polynomial invariants) of each family of geometric crystal
operators is generated by a set of algebraically independent polynomials, which
are generalizations of the elementary symmetric polynomials in (or )
variables. We also give a set of algebraically independent generators for the
intersection of these fields, and we explain how these fields are situated
inside the larger fields of geometric -matrix invariants, which were studied
by Lam and the third-named author under the name loop symmetric functions. The
key tool in our proof is the geometric RSK correspondence of Noumi and Yamada,
which we show to be an isomorphism of geometric crystals.
In an appendix jointly written with Thomas Lam, we prove the fundamental
theorem of loop symmetric functions, which says that the polynomial invariants
of the geometric -matrix are generated by the loop elementary symmetric

фольклориста, книговеда, библиографа. Украинский ученый
сделал весомый вклад в украинскую культуру на пересечении

No full textThe article describes the history of acquisition, structure and documental composition of the personal archival fond of the Ukrainian historian Olena Kompan (1816-1986). She was a researcher of the history of Ukraine in the late Middle Ages and the early Modern Era, a scientist with an active social position keeping in touch with the movement of the "sixtiers". The article covers O. Kompan’s biography, outlines her life as a researcher. The author analyzes the structural documental groups of O. Kompan’s personal archive, which were specificated as a result of the fond scientific processing. Particular attention is paid to the section "Scientific and Creative Materials" representing broad scientific interests of O. Kompan as a historian and a historiosopher. A group of documents "Materials of the Fond Creator Relatives", containing the researcher’s husband documents, is of great interest. Her husband was a famous Ukrainian writer - Ivan Senchenko. Another noteworthy category is "Materials of other People" including the documents of the former political prisoners - Ukrainian scientists Pavlo Fedorenko (1880-1962) and Yevhen Stashevsky (1884-1938
