In the Learning aspect, the Santri gained cognitive knowledge from Kitab Kuning book, whereas the Santri obtained the affective and psychomotor aspects through the boarding education system. Where the Santri lives with his friends, teachers, and Kyai together in the scope of Pondok or dormitory. The purpose of writing this paper is to describe dormitory management with a managerial perspective. The conclusion is that the dormitory management concept, which includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, has been carried out by boarding schools. Optimizing the management functions of the management of the dormitory will assist the board in achieving the main objectives of boarding school

    Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that excels in Islamic learning and education. However, these advantages do not lead to the life endurance of the pesantren, especially after the death of the founder. The orientation shift from the management based on the founder of Pesantren to a systemic approach pesantren management requires a comprehensive planning. This research was conducted to describe and analyze the pesantren’s planning pattern and the factors influencing the development of pesantren. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The source of the data were Kiai, teachers, and the board of Pesantren. Data was collected through  observations and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the pesanteren’s planning was carried out through several stages i.e., vision formulation, human resource preparation, vision operationalization, program implementation, and supervision. While the factors that inlfuenced the pesantren’s vision development are internal factor i.e., the leadership and management of the pesantren, and external factor i.e., government and society

    مستخلص البحث للمعاهد الإسلامية بإندونيسيا مشكلات متعددة لمراعات حياته، وإذا أعاد الباحث النظر الدقيق لتلك المشكلات، وجدأن المشكلة الأساسية هي التنظيم الفعالي لمنظمة المعهد. رأى الباحث بنى خريجي المعاهد الإسلامية معهدا جديدا في كل سنة، ومن ثم في مكان آخر معاهد ينحط يوما بعد يوم، شهرا بعد شهر، بل سنة بعد سنة. لقد انتقد العلماء من أسباب انحطاطه، ورأو أن من أسبابه هي الأول، أن المؤسسين و كافة المدرسين لا يتشاورون في قرار الغايات والأهداف للمعهد، وبذلك يؤدي إلى ضعف الغايات والأهداف المرجوة، ثم الثاني المشكلة في من يتولى بعد وفات المؤسس، والثالث، التحادي في تطوير التربية الإسلامية القابل بالزمان والمكان الحاضر. هذه الرسالة تهدف لتحليل و واستكشاف العلاقة العلية بين الخريطة التنظيمية، والثقافة التنظيمية، وإدارة الموارد البشرية مع الفعالية التنظيمية في المعهد. لحصول الأهداف من كتابة هذه الرسالة، استخدم الباحث مدخل البحث الكمي (Quantitative Approach) من نوع البحث الارتباطي (ِCorrelation Method). المجتمع لهذه الرسالة من مدرسي ومساعدي معهد دار السلام للتربية الإسلامية الحديثة كونتور فونوروكو. العينة من هذا البحث توخذ بمنهج العشوائة البسيطة (Simple Random Sampling)، لوجود تنوع العينة استخدم الباحث منهح العينة العشوائة النسبية (Proportionate Random Sampling)، وأيضا لمعرفة عدد العينة من نوع المدرس والطالب. استخدم الباحث منهج الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، باستعمال أداة البحث و هي الاستبيان. بعد حصل البيانات من العينة، جمع هذه البيانات بوسيلة البرمجيات Microsoft Excel، وSPSS. ولتحليل هذه البيانات استخدم الباحث النموذج المعادلة الهيكلة (SEM) بالبرمجيات Smart PLS. بعد ختام هذا البحث، حصل الباحث النتائج التالية: 1) العلاقة بين الخريطة التنظيمية والتنظيم الفعالي حصلت على النتتيجة 0,667، ولكن هذه العلاقة ليست لها أثر كبير في بناء الفعالية التنظيمة لحصول النتيجة0,291: 2) العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية و التنظيم الفعلي حصلت على النتيجة 0,755، هذه العلاقة لها أثر كبير في بناء الفعالية التنظيمية في المعهد لحصول النتيجة 8.246: 3) العلاقة بين إدارة الموارد الإنسانية والتنظيم الفبعالي حصلت على النتيجة 0,778، هذه العلاقة لها أثر كبير في بناء الفعالية التنظيمية في المعهد لحصول النتيجة 9.713: 4) حصلت الفعالية التنظيمية النتيجة0,774 في حسن التلاؤم (Goodness of Fit)، و 0,71 أو 71 % في معامل محدد (Determinant Coefficient) دلتا على أن الخريطة التنظيمية، والثقافة التنظيمية، وإدارة الموارد البشرية ذو أثر في تكوين التنظيم الفعالي في المعهد. ومن نتائج البحث السابقة، وجد الباحث أن نظام المعهد المحتوى على التنظيم الهيكالي ، والثقافة التنظيمية، و إدارة الموارد الإنسانية ذو أثر كبير في بناء الفعالية التنظيمية في المعهد ABSTRACT The core problem of pesantren is problem of continuity. There are many of pesantren birth, but at another place there are not little being ineffective and some case decline. Critics came from the expert about this discontinuity is because the founder of pesantren did not made vision and purposes together with the stakeholder of pesantren, this problem implicate to the weakness on the visions and purposes, another causes is about human resource regeneration, and challenge in modernity of education. The aim of this research is to analyze and to find the relationship between organizational structure, organizational culture, and human resource management, with organizational effectiveness in Darussalam Gontor Modern Integrated Islamic School. This research used a quantitative approach with correlation methodology. Populations for this research are teachers and santri who has responsible for managing organization in Darussalam Gontor Modern Integrated Islamic School. Simple random sampling method and proportionate random sampling used for choose the managers for being respondent. The method for collecting data used questioner method, with questioner as a tool for gathering data. After that, data being collected in Microsoft Excel and SPSS and than analyzed with Smart PLS 3 as a tool for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study results are organizational structure has relationship with organizational effectiveness by result 0.667, but this relationship has not significant effect by t-statistic result 0.291. Organizational culture has relationship with organizational effectiveness by result 0.755, and has a significant effect on organization effectiveness by t-statistic result 8.246. Human resource management has a relationship on organizational effectiveness by result 0.778, and also has a significant effect by t-statistic result 9.713. Organizational effectiveness effected by organizational structure, organizational culture, and human resource management by Goodness of Fit (GoF) result 0,774 and determinate coefficient 0,71 (71 %). According to this research founded the system variables by Pesantren characteristics contains of organizational structure, organizational culture, human resource management has a significant imply on organizational effectiveness in Pesantren ABSTRAK Problem utama pesantren pada intinya adalah pada keberlanjutannya. Banyak pesantren lahir, tetapi tak jarang juga ada yang mundur yang pada akhirnya “mati” dengan kata lain tidak efektif. Kritik yang disampaikan oleh para ahli, tentang kemundurannya adalah karena visi dan tujuan yang tidak dirumuskan bersama, lemahnya visi yang dicanangkan, generasi penerus, dan tantangan pembaharuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menemukan hubungan antara struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dengan efektifitas organisasi di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian korelasional, dengan populasi guru-guru dan pengurus di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan metode simple random sampling, sedangkan dari setiap varian populasi diambil dengan proportionate random sampling. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode angket, dengan instrumen angket penelitian. Data tersebut dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan SPSS. Adapun dalam melakukan analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM dengan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur organisasi memiliki hubungan dengan efektifitas organisasi yaitu sebesar 0.667, hubungan tersebut tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai t-statistik 0.291. Budaya organisasi memiliki hubungan dengan efektifitas organisasi sebesar 0.755, dan berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t-statistik 8.246. Manajemen sumber daya organisasi berhubungan dengan efektifitas organisasi dengan nilai 0.778, dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai t-statistik 9.713. Efektifitas organisasi dipengaruhi secara bersama-sama oleh struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia di pesantren dengan nilai GoF 0,774, dan nilai koefisien determinasi 0,71 (71 %). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa variabel-variabel sistem dengan karakter kepesantrenan yang terdiri dari struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas organisasi pesantre

    Educational quality-based leadership plays a key role in attracting new students to an educational institution. Quality-based leadership can increase the number of new students through superior programs such as BTQ, ICT learning, and education about batik. Improving the quality of education requires effective and efficient management of all institutional components, including educators, education staff, students, facilities and finance. Overall, effective leadership and quality educational programs have an important role in increasing the number of new students in an educational institution. The aim is to find out the role of school principals in increasing the number of students and to find out what programs can attract and attract new prospective students. The research method is qualitative, which is field research because the data produced is in the form of written or spoken words from objects and behavior that can be observed. The research results show that the quality-based leadership program in increasing the number of students at SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 2 shows encouraging numbers in line with the targets to be achieved and satisfies education users

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     The Internalization Values of Prophetic Love in Akidah Akhlak Textbook: A Content Analysis for Supporting Adolescent Religious Identity Formation

    The purpose of this study is to ystematically analyze the content of the Akidah Akhlak textbook regarding Mahabbat al-Rasul (Prophetic Love) to identify its potential role and values that stimulate the formation of students\u27 religious identity. The research employs a qualitative wit literature review design, utilizing Content Analysis to deeply scrutinize the textual narratives, including Dalil Aqli (rational evidence) and Dalil Naqli (scriptural evidence), as presented in the textbook. The data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings reveal that the Prophetic Love material acts as a crucial stimulus for religious identity formation through three main mechanisms: 1) Providing an Idol Figure (Prophet Muhammad and Ulul Azmi) that exemplifies moral behavior and patience (e.g., the story of Zayd bin Sa\u27na); 2) Highlighting the importance of a positive Social Environment and Reference Group (peers), essential for internalizing religious values; and 3) Emphasizing Action-Based Faith by listing exemplary behaviors (worship, seeking halal livelihood, preaching) that transform love into practical adherence. The material strongly supports Erik Erikson\u27s theory on identity formation by providing clear roles and values during adolescence. A key limitation is the reliance solely on text analysis, potentially missing the empirical context of implementation in classrooms. Future research is recommended to utilize a mixed-methods approach to empirically test the correlation between the analyzed textual values and the actual religious identity achievement among adolescent students
