No full textLiturgi adalah panduan ibadah yang dilakukan secara umum dan resmi berdasarkan tata cara yang disepakati oleh para pemimpin gereja yang dimana yang dimaksud ialah badan pekerja sinode gereja masing-masing. Kata liturgi berasal dari bahasa Yunani: leiturgia. Kata leiturgia berasal dari kata kerja leiturgeo yaitu melayani, melaksanakan tugas, memegang jabatan. Sebagaimana pemahaman Paulus, liturgi adalah sikap beriman sehari-hari. Liturgi tidak terbatas pada perayaan gereja. Kata liturgi adalah sebutan yang khas dan umum diterima untuk perayaan ibadah Kristen. Liturgi adalah sebagai perjumpaan Allah dengan umat dan umat dengan Allah untuk merayakan dan mensyukuri karya keselamatan yang Allah lakukan. Dalam perjumpaan Allah dengan manusia maka diperlukan penataan, yang disebut dengan tata ibadah. Ibadah Kristen dipahami sebagai suatu ungkapan syukur atas berkat yang Tuhan sudah berikan kepada umatNya khususnya atas karya penyelamatan Allah di dalam Yesus Kristus. Karena itu, ibadah bukan upaya umat untuk memperoleh atau menggapai keselamatan, melainkan sebagai jawaban umat atas keselamatan yang telah dikaruniakan Allah. Liturgi adalah suatu tata gereja atau karya bakti gereja yang menyatakan diri sebagai tanda keselamatan. Liturgi merangkum semua keseluruhan kebaktian Gereja yang resmi. Tujuan liturgi adalah untuk membuat suasana ibadah bisa berjalan dengan baik dan tertib, penuh hikmat dan pengurapan dari Tuhan. Full text linkSistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegewaian ( SIMPEG ) merupakan bagian di sebuah instansi publik yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan demi keberhasilan pelayanan publik. Sistem informasi ini mampu mendukung keadministrasian kepegawaian di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palembang. Sehingga kebutuhan sistem ini sangat di pentingkan. Oleh karena itu, Manajemen Risiko TI perlu dilakukan untuk merencanakan strategi demi keberhasilan pelayanan publik dan mengurangi risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Jika terjadi permasalahan secara berkelanjutan, maka akan memberikan dampak ataupun risiko pada SIMPEG yang akan mengganggu proses layanan teknologi informasi di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ISO 31000, yang memiliki tahapan meliputi komunikasi dan konsultasi, menentukan konteks, penilaian risiko(identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko, evaluasi risiko) dan perlakukan risiko. Dari hasil analisis risiko yang telah dilakukan terdapat 18 kemungkinan risiko yaitu terdapat 3 risiko level high, 7 risiko level moderate dan 8 risiko level low yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan dalam melakukan pencegahan, penanganan dan pemeliharaan terhadap sistem dan aset teknologi informasi untuk kedepannya sesuai dengan tingkat prioritas risiko
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Realizing that English is an important language in the globalization era, this
research aims to design an appropriate common expressions book in the market.
This research answered the research questions those are (1) How to design the
basic common expressions book used by the sellers in the traditional market? (2)
How the product in this study can be a reference for the student at SMP IT Al�Hafizh Kota Palopo? Research and Development was used in this research
through ADDIE Models. ADDIE Models has five steps: Analysis, Design,
Development, Implementation and Evaluation. An Interviewed was an instrument
to analyze the needs, questionnaires used for the experts' validation, and
questionnaires for students' and teachers' perceptions. The final product of this
research consists of five chapters: (1) Grocery Store, (2) Greengrocer, (3)
Fishmonger, (4) Clothes Shop, and (5) Shoe Shop. The product of this research
was implemented in the market by five sellers and in SMP IT Al-Hafizh Kota
Palopo by ten students. Therefore the sellers' and the students' perception results
got a mean score of 52,8, with 88% of the percentage qualified as "Very Good." It
indicated that the product was capable and ready to use without revision.

Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. This research discuss about numeric solution from SEIR model in the social problems addicted to online games with a Homotopy Perturbation Method. The data that used in this research is a secundary data from Muzakir’s research (2019) that focused on SEIR model and number of students who are addicted to online games in 2019 at Junior High School 3 Makassar. Discussion is started by determining general solution with Homotopy Perturbation Method, parameter decision, simulation and result analyzis. After conducting an analyzis from numeric simulation seem that the Homotopy Perturbation Method can be used to analyze the preference of students who are addicted to online games also can be a consideration for preventing action of addicted to online games. This research gets movement grafic and result analyzis from SEIR model by riil data.

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan layanan komunikasi bagi para pengguna jasa transportasi, dibutuhkan sistem komunikasi yang handal. Free Space Optic (FSO) merupakan alternatif terbaik yang dapat digunakan di dalam penyediaan layanan komunikasi bagi para pengguna jasa transportasi Underground Train. Dalam pengiriman sinyal informasi penggunaan line coding memegang peranan penting karena hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi laju tingkat kesalahan data, kecepatan pengiriman, dan kualitas pada sinyal. Line coding Return to Zero (RZ) merupakan line coding yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan Standar ITU-T sebagai nilai acuan dalam memverifikasikan model sistem dengan nilai BER sebesar 10-9 atau setara dengan nilai Q-Factor sebesar 6. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi pada model sistem diperoleh bahwa dengan penambahan setiap daya input 5 dBm dapat meningkatkan jarak transmisi lebih kurang 100 m sampai dengan 200 m. Penggunaan bitrate 1,2 Gbps pada daya 0 dBm jarak transmisi yang ditempuh 400 m, sedangkan pada bitrate 40 Gbps jarak transmisi yang ditempuh 200 m, penggunaan bitrate 1,2 Gbps pada daya 25 dBm jarak transmisi yang ditempuh 1000 m sedangkan pada bitrate 40 jarak transmisi yang ditempuh 800 m sehingga penggunaan daya input dapat mempengaruhi jarak transmisi. Pada perhitungan Link power budget konsumsi daya pada sistem FSO menggunakan line coding RZ untuk jarak 500 m adalah 19,939 dB, sedangkan untuk jarak 1400 m adalah 51,316 dB
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
