Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan karakter tanggungjawab siswa: Studi multikasus di SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik dan SMA Muhammadiyah Masbagik
ABSTRAK
Peran kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam pembinaan karakter tanggungjawab siswa, karena pendidikan karakter tidak bisa terlepas dari kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah. Dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter di sekolah, kepala sekolah sangat berperan penting karena hal ini akan menjadi penentu dan pengarah kebijakan dalam pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter di sekolah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membina karakter tanggungjawab siswa di sekolah, 2) Mendiskripsikan dan mengnanalisis pembinaan karakter tanggungjawab siswa.3) Mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis implikasi pembinaan terhadap karakter siswa di sekolah.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus dan rancangan multikasus. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh miles dan Huberman dengan melalui tahapan reduksi, display dan penarikan kesimpulan pada data yang diperoleh dari lapangan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membina karakter tanggungjawab siswa: a) keteladanan b) Komunikatif, c) kerjasama, d) memberdayakan SDM, d) kepemimpinan Islam, 2. Pembinaan karakter tanggungjawab siswa: a) kegiatan pembelajaran dengan pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter ke dalam materi pelajaran, b) budaya religius dengan kegiatan kegiatan keagamaan seperti mengaji, shalat duha dan shalat berjamaah, c) kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler rohani Islam, osis dan pramuka. 3. Implikasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan karakter tanggungjawab siswa: a) pendidik dan peserta didik mampu bertanggungjawab di sekolah, b) Terciptanya budaya religius di lingkungan sekolah, c) peningkatan mutu pendidikan.
Temuan penelitian adalah model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis kolaboratif responsif.
ABSTRACT
The role of the principal is very important in fostering the character of student responsibility, because character education cannot be separated from the leadership of a principal. In the development of character education in schools, the principal plays an important role because this will be a determinant and policy director in the implementation of character education in schools.
This study aims to: 1) Describe and analyze the principal's leadership in fostering the character of student responsibility in schools, 2) Describe and analyze the character development of student responsibility. 3) Describe and analyze the implications of fostering the character of students in schools.
The study used a qualitative approach case study type with a multi-case design. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis using interactive analysis developed by Miles and Huberman by going through the stages of reduction, display and drawing conclusions on the data obtained from the field.
The results show that 1. Principal leadership in fostering the character of student is responsibility: a) exemplary. b) Communicative, c) cooperation d) empowering human resources, d) Islamic leadership 2. Character building of student responsibility: a) learning activities by integrating character education into subject matter, b) religious culture with religious activities such as reciting the Koran, Duha prayer and congregational prayers, c) activities extracurricular, Islamic spiritual extracurricular, student council and scouts. 3. The implications of the principal's leadership in fostering the character of student responsibility: a) educators and students are able to be responsible in schools, b) Create a religious culture in the school environment c) improving the quality of education The research findings are a models of responsive collaborative leadership.

إن دور مدير المدرسة مهم جدًا في تدميرالخلقية مسؤولية الطلاب ، لأنه لا يمكن فصل تربية الخلقية عن قيادة المدير. تطوير تربية الخلقية في المدرسة ، مدير المدرسة دورًا مهمًا سيكون رئيس السياسة في تنفيذ تدمير الخلقية المدرسة.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: ١) يصف و تحليل قيادة المدير تدمير خلقية مسؤولية الطلاب في المدرسة ، ٢) يصف و تحليل تدمير خلقية مسؤولية الطالب .٣) يصف و تحليل الآثار تدمير خلقية الطلاب في المدرسة .
استخدمت الدراسة نهجًا نوعيًا دراسة الحالة مع تصميم متعدد الحالات. تقنيات جمع البيانات مع الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق بالإضافة إلى تحليل البيانات باستخدام التحليل التفاعلي الذي طوره مايلز وهوبرمان من خلال المرور بمراحل التخفيض والعرض واستخلاص النتائج من البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من الميدان.

Manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan pesantren: Studi kasus di Pondok Pesantren Thohir Yasin Lendang Nangka Kecamatan Masbagik Kabupaten Lombok Timur Provinsi NTB

Sikap kurang peduli masyarakat terhadap pondok pesantren yang mengakibatkan rendahnya partisipasi mereka. Masyarakat tidak peduli tentang perkembangan dari sebuah pondok pesantren yang ada di tengah-tengah mereka. Mereka hanya mengetahui bahwa pondok pesantren itu mampu menjalankan peran dan fungsinya sendiri tanpa harus dibantu oleh masyarakat. Padalah tidak seperti apa yang mereka bayangkan, pondok pesantren juga perlu partner dalam memajukan lembaganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui dan memahami perencanaan program hubungan masyarakat di Pondok Pesantren Thohir Yasin Lendang Nangka (2) Untuk mengetahui dan memahami strategi pengelolaan hubungan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan di pondok pesantren Thohir Yasin Lendang Nangka (3) Untuk mengetahui dampak hubungan masyarakat terhadap pengembangan lembaga pendidikan di pondok pesnatren Thohir Yasin Lendang Nangka.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara tak terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan model interaktif yang terdiri dari data reduction, data display, dan verification. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan meningkatkan ketekunan pengamatan dan trianggulasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan Program Hubungan Masyarakat dilakukan dengan mengadakan rapat pengurus, merencanakan program, menentukan visi,Misi dan Tujuan dari program Pondok Pesantren Thohir Yasin. Yang hal ini peneliti kategorikan dalam pendekatan strategi (2) Pelaksanaan Hubungan Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan beberapa pendekatan: (a) pendekatan kerjasama dengan memberikan undangan kepada masyarakat untuk menghadiri setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh pondok Pesantren serta mengajak masyarakat untuk rapat (b) pendekatan keagamaan,(c) pendekatan social ekonomi, melalui kegiatan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat, dan pemberian santunan-santunan kepada fakir miskin, yatim piyatu, dan orang tua jompo (3) Dampak hubungan masyarakat terhadap pengembangan pesantren adalah: adanya hubungan timbal balik dan respon positif dari masyarakat terhadap hasil komunikasi yang telah dibangun antara Pondok Pesantren Thohir Yasin Lendang Nangka dengan masyarakat itu sendiri.

The public's lack concern about the Islamic boarding school resulted in low participation. People don’t care about the development of a boarding school that is in their midst. They only know that the boarding school is able to perform its own role and function without having to be assisted by the community. Unlike what they imagine, Islamic boarding school also need a partner in advancing the institution. This research aims: (1) To know and understand the planning of public relations program at Islamic oarding School Thohir Yasin Lendang Nangka (2) To know and understand the strategy of public relations management in developing educational institutions at boarding school Thohir Yasin Lendang Nangka. (3) To know the implications of public relations to the development of educational institutions in islamic Boarding school Thohir Yasin Lendang Nangka.
This research used qualitative research with case study type. Data collection techniques were conducted with unstructured interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed by interactive model consisting of data reduction, display, and verification. Checking the validity of the data is done by increasing the observational persistence and triangulation.
The result of the research shows that: (1) Planning programs public relations conducted by creating a meeting , planned programs , determining a vision , the mission and goal of the programs in thohir yasin boarding school.( 2 ) the implementation public relations should be: ( a ) cooperation approach with give an invitation to society for attend any activity that is held by of huts ( b) religious approach, ( c ) economic and social approach was Provide conventations to poor society and yatim piyatu .3 the impact of public relations in the development of a tohir yasin boarding school is: the society feedback from the results communication that has been built between thohir yasin boarding school lendang nangka with the society
Evaluasi kebijakan penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Desa Kertanegla Kecamatan Bojonggambir Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Tahun 2020
Seiring dengan di tetapkannya corona virus disease 2019 atau Covid-19 sebagai pandemi oleh WHO yang berdampak tidak hanya krisis kesehatan namun merambah terhadap sektor sosial dan ekonomi. Dalam mengatasi hal tersebut pemerintah mengeluarkan berbagai macam bantuan di antaranya adalah Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa yang dalam penyalurannya terdapat indikasi masalah. Tujuan dalam penulisan ini untuk mengkaji, menganalisis mengenai evaluasi kebijakan yang di lakukan.
Dalam menganalisis evaluasi kebijakan tersebut menggunakan teori dari William N Dunn berdasarkan kriteria evaluasi kebijakan diantaranya efektivitas, efisiensi, ketepatan, kecukupan, perataan dan responsivitas. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Desa Kertanegla dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Analisis data yang di lakukan peneliti dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan wawancara kepada pemerintah desa dan masyarakat serta observasi oleh peneliti.
Hasil dalam penelitian yang di lakukan peneliti dalam pelaksanaan penyaluran BLT Dana Desa di desa Kertanegla pada 2020 memang sudah di lakukan oleh pemerintah desa Kertanegla tetapi belum efektif karena belum memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi masyarakat dan masih terdapat beberapa masalah di antaranya kurangnya sosilisasi kepada masyarakat yang menyebabkan salah paham di masyarkat dan uang bantuan yang di terima masyarakat terdapat pemotongan dengan alasan perataan tanpa sepengetahuan pemerintah desa
Penetapan Kadar Na-Siklamat Pada Minuman Serbuk Instan Dan Minuman Kemasan Kaleng Yang Diperdagangkan Di Delitua Dengan Metode Alkalimetri
Packaging beverages or soft drinks are non-alcoholic beverages, processed or powdered liquors containing foodstuffs or other additives both natural and synthetic packaged in ready-to-eat packaging. Instant powder drink is one of the fast food beverage products that contain many artificial sweeteners. The most commonly used artificial sweetener is Na-cyclamate. The use of Na-Cyclamate in large doses will cause health problems. The purpose of this research is to know and compare the content of Na-Cyclamate in instant powder drink with beverage of canned packaging traded in Delitua with provisions SNI 01-6993-2004 that is 1000 mg / kg BB. Samples were collected from drink merchants in Delitua who sold instant powder beverages according to qualitative qualitative analysis criteria that aimed to see the Na-Cyclamate content in the sample by using the sedimentation test with BaCl2. Positive samples containing Na-Cyclamate were determined by Alkalimetry. The results showed that 6 samples of instant powdered beverage and canned container beverage contained Na-Cyclamate with content: A (402,2629 mg / kg), B (395.9280 mg / kg), C (405,4303 mg / kg ), D (272.3985 mg / kg), E (269.2311 mg / kg), and F (392.7606 mg / kg). From the data obtained, it is known that the samples A, B, C, D, E and F are safe for consumption, since the Na-Cyclamate content of the sample does not exceed the limits set by SNI 01-6993-2004 based on the food category of 1000 mg / kg. Na-Cyclamate content found in instant powder drink is higher than Na-Cyclamate levels contained in beverage cans packaging
Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru Agama Islam
The purpose of this research to find out the Leadership of School Principals in Increasing the Professionalism of Islamic Teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Research resultshows that 1. The leadership of school principals in increasing the professionalism of Islamic religious teachers prioritizes family aspects with a leadership typology that is legal and rational. 2. Factors that support increasing the professionalism of Islamic religious teachers come from Islamic religious teachers themselves, where even though they have standard abilities, there is still a desire to improve and become even better accompanied by real effort. The factors that inhibit it are divided into two, namely, first: the inhibiting factor for madrasas whose main milestone is caused by weak financial factors which have an impact on others such as the lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as media in learning and the low level of education. 3. Efforts made by madrasa heads to increase the professionalism of Islamic religious teachers, namely by coaching and supervising Islamic religious teachers, improving the welfare of Islamic religious teachers, sending Islamic religious teachers to take part in scientific activities, activating teachers in MGMP and motivating religious teachers Islam to studyTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawanacara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. Kepemiminan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionahsme guru agama Islam lebih mengedepan kan aspek kekeluargaan dengan tipologi kepemempinan yang legal rasional. 2. Faktor‑faktor yang mendukung peningkatan profesionalisme guru agama Islam, datang dari guru agama Islam itu sendiri dimana meskipun dengan kemampuan yang standar tetapi keinginan untuk bangkit menjadi lebih baik lagi tetap ada yang disertai usaha yang nyata. Faktor yang menghambatnya dibagi menjdi dua yaitu, pertama : faktor penghambat dari madrasah yang tonggak utamanya disebabkan oleh faktor lemahnya finansial yang berimbas kepada yang lainnya seperti kurangnya sarana dan prasarana serta media dalam pembelajaran dan masih rendahnya jenjang pendidikan hal inilah yang menyebabkan lemahnya kreatifitas guru agama Islam dalam mengajar dan masih kurangnya variasi dan inovasi dalam pemilihan metode dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. 3. Responsibility of Land Deed Officials (Ppat) in Providing Unfinished Name Transfer Services
Abstract. This study aims to determine the responsibility of the Land Deed Official (PPAT) for unfinished name change services and to determine the legal consequences of unfinished name change services. This study uses a type of sociological or empirical legal research that includes legal identification and legal effectiveness, empirical legal research is legal research where data is obtained through primary legal data or data obtained directly in the community. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that the responsibility of the PPAT includes Civil, Criminal, Administrative, and PPAT Code of Ethics obligations. If the Deed has been carried out in accordance with the procedure and there is a delay caused by the negligence of the PPAT, then in practice the PPAT can be sued for compensation for the delay if the delay causes losses to the parties. The legal consequences of the transfer of Land Rights that are registered late are that the Deed cannot be registered for the Transfer of Rights at the National Land Agency Office and this is the personal responsibility of the PPAT because the PPAT is obliged to comply with the registration period for the transfer of Rights, which is a maximum of seven working days from the signing of the Deed. PPAT itself can be subject to administrative sanctions in the form of a written warning and in serious cases PPAT can be dismissed from his position. And if force majeure occurs, PPAT cannot be sued because it is beyond the fault of PPAT as long as all procedures required by the National Land Agency have been fulfilled.Keywords: Effectiveness; Empirical; Legal; Responsibility
Konsep Makna Ghurûr dalam al-Qur’an: Analisis Semantik Toshihiko Izutsu
The ghurûr vocabulary in the Qur'an is a special word, but this privilege is something that must be avoided. Because the ghurur vocabulary in the Qur'an always has a negative purpose in every use. For this reason, in this study the author intends to examine the deeper meaning of the word. With the method of semantic analysis of the Qur'an developed by Toshihiko Izutsu, the resulting meaning is said to be relevant to the times. The stages that are passed in this Izutsu semantic analysis are finding the basic meaning and relational meaning, revealing the historical meaning, and finally describing the weltanschauung concept of the word ghurûr in the Qur'an. The findings obtained in this study are the fact that the concept of ghurûr formed in the Qur'an is a negative impression that must be avoided. Because the concept that is formed is a circle that is always under the control of the devil. Therefore, the recorded purpose of ghurûr is always connoted with a negative meaning
Pengaruh Kecepatan Pembentukan Tukak Lambung Terhadap Pemberian Berbagai Golongan NSAID Pada Tikus Jantan
Background : Gastric ulcer is wound to the mucosal layer (epithelial layer) of the stomach and mucosal irritation of 5 mm or more in diameter with depth down to submucosa. The basic pathogenesis of gastric ulcers in when there is an imbalance of aggressive factor enhancement. Non-steroidal antiinflammantory drug can cause stomach ulcers in two ways, either directly or topical irritation of the epithelial tissue and inhibit the endogeneous system of gastrointestinal mucosa of prostaglandins. In this case inhibition of prostaglandin systhesis is the dominant factor of peptic ulcers by NSAIDs.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine the effct of NSAID drug administration on the formation of peptic ulcers and to know the difference in the rate of formation of peptic ulcers from each class.
Method : Sampel method mice performed surgery on the stomach is done in Pharmacology Laboratory of Pharmacy Institute Deli Husada Deli Tua.
Results : The results of this study indicate that faster drugs cause gastric ulcers with a degree of redness are Aspirin 4.03 mm, 2.01 mm mefenamat and 1.02 mm Diclofenac Sodium while Ibuprofen mwdication does not cause peptic ulcers.
Conclusion : The results of this study it can be concluded that Aspirin administration with doses of 21 mg/kg faster causes gastric ulcers from other NSAID groups such as Mefenamat with a dose of 21 mg/kg BW, Diclofenac sodium at a dose of 2 mg/kg while administration, Ibuprofen for ten days does not couse ulcers in the stomach of experimetal animals
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
