Pernikahan dini atau pernikahan di bawah umur adalah suatu perkawinan antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang belum memenuhi syarat sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Fenomena di kecamatan Ngrayun kabupaten Ponorogo terdapat beberapa pelaku pernikahan dini yang usia pernikahannya masih baru dan sudah cukup lama yang pastinya memiliki dampak tersendiri. Pernikahan dini ini menjadi kasus tersendiri dalam kajian hukum, yang mana alasan penelitian ini memfokuskan penikahan dini terkhusus pada pemahaman masyarakat terhadap hukum tentang pernikahan dini yang dipandang dari kacamata sosiologi hukum.
Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana faktor-faktor yang melatar belakangi praktik pernikahan dini di kecamatan ngrayun kabupaten ponorogo?, 2) Bagaimana tipologi pemikiran hukum islam tentang pernikahan dini di Kecamatan Ngrayun, Kabupaten Ponorogo?.
Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, dimana peneliti berperan sebagai aktor sentral dalam pengumpul dan pengolah data. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pernikahan dini di kecamatan Ngrayun kabupaten Ponorogo dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa faktor, yakni faktor pendidikan, faktor ekonomi, faktor orang tua, media massa atau pergaulan bebas dan kemauan anak. Pemahaman masyarakat terhadap hukum pernikahan dini di kecamatan Ngrayun belum merata. Pemetaan pola pemikiran masyarakat tentang pernikahan dini dalam kajian ini setidaknya dikelompokkan dalam beberapa kategori, yakni tentang definisi pernikahan dini, rukun dan syarat sah pernikahan dini, sebab-sebab yang melatarbelakangi pernikahan dini. Hasil dari pemetaan tersebut dapat diperoleh tipologi pemikiran hukum islam di kecamatan Ngrayun mengenai pernikahan dini terdapat 2 tipologi yakni Tradisional dan Moderat
Perancangan Video Advertising Untuk Memperkuat Brand Strengthening Terhadap Channel Youtube Animasi 2d Rizky Riplay
No full textRizky riplay merupakan salah satu channel youtube animasi horror terbesar di Indonesia. Banyaknya kompetitor membuat channel tersebut perlu untuk memperkuat brand strengthening supaya channel ini tetap berkembang. Salah satu cara untuk memperkuat brand strengthening pada channel ini adalah dengan membuat video iklan tersegmen di platform online yang sesuai yaitu Youtube.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner online tentang bagaimana pendapat audiens terhadap video iklan yang telah dibuat. Pembuatan video tersebut telah didiskusikan oleh para ahli terlebih dahulu, mengenai gaya gambar dan juga naskah cerita.
Luaran dari perancangan ini adalah video iklan animasi 2 dimensi yang sesuai dengan identitas channel rizky riplay. Video yang dibuat sesuai dengan jenis cerita unggulan dari channel rizky riplay, yaitu video horor komedi dan horor misteri. Selain itu, di akhir video juga ditampilkan informasi singkat mengenai fitur membership yang merupakan fitur ekslusif untuk subscriber rizky riplay.

Rizky Riplay is one of the biggest horror animation YouTube channels in Indonesia. The
number of competitors makes the channel necessary to gain brand strenghtening so that
this channel continues to grow. One way to gain brand strengthening on this channel is to
create segmented advertising videos on the appropriate online platform, namely Youtube.
The method used is a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires about how
the audience thinks about YouTube advertising that has been made. The making of the
video has been discussed by experts in advance, regarding the style of the image and also
the story script. The author also reads some supporting literacy that is suitable for studying
youtube advertising.
The output of this design is a 2-dimensional animated advertising video that matches the
identity of the Rizky Riplay channel. The videos are made according to the superior story
types from the Rizky Riplay channel, namely comedy horror videos and mystery horror
videos. In addition, at the end of the video, brief information is also displayed about the
membership feature which is an exclusive feature for Rizky Riplay's subscribers. And
also short duration ads on social media Instagram and Facebook
Customer Relationship Management Aplikasi Donasi “Fromyou
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui strategi customer relationship management (CRM) yang sesuai dengan aplikasi donasi “Fromyou”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan customer validation. Berdasarkan obervasi dan wawancara, aplikasi donasi “Fromyou” belum memiliki strategi CRM. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat permasalahan pada aplikasi “Fromyou” di dalam bentuk purwarupa untuk melakukan pendekatan kepada para pengguna. Permasalahan tersebut berupa: (1) belum tersedianya laporan keuangan pada setiap donasi; (2) pengguna hanya bisa melakukan donasi melaui aplikasi; (3) informasi bagi pengguna masih terlalu sedikit; (4) kurangnya cara untuk mendapatkan, menjaga dan mengembangkan pengguna; (5) tampilan fitur yang masih sederhana; (6) pengguna belum dapat menyaksikan penyaluran donasi secara langsung. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah membuat sebuah strategi CRM yang diaplikasikan menjadi fitur yang mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan para pengguna. Therefore, it is recommended that companies make room for storing files that are on the table employees, expand the workspace Finance Manager to impress both guests and attention to building techniques to muffle the sound.

tools by kitchen knife. However, later on pineapple peeler has begun to be
developed in the form of pineapple peeler manually press by using human
operator. Therefore through this research design, the author tried to ease the
peeling of pineapple peel by designing a pineapple peeler equipment which had a
larger capacity which to be more effective and efficient in pineapple peeling. This
principle of the manual pineapple peeler and cutting was worked by moving the
blades to the pineapple after cutted both of its end, then the cutted pineapple was
place parallel on the pedestal tools with the bladesdirection move by
manuallypressed. The capacity of the pineapple peeler was 139,86 kg/hour,

The Multifaceted Perspectives of The Domestic Violence Case of Rizky Billar Towards Lesti Kejora: Sara Mills Critical Discourse Analysis
No full textThis paper discusses the discourse on domestic violence that befell Lesti Kejora by her husband, Rizky Billar, in the online media coverage tempo.com on 13 October 2022. This writing aims to describe feminism in the domestic violence coverage of Rizky Billar against Lesti Kejora using Sara Mills’ critical discourse analysis (CDA). The research method used is descriptive qualitative, utilizing the data analysis technique of Sara Mills’ critical discourse analysis, which emphasizes the position of the subject-object, its consequences, and the position of the reader-writer. From the analysis results, it is known that ideological and legal aspects are present through the views of legal experts on domestic violence. The discourse in the object of this research is news that shows the feminist movement in favor of women led by women's rights legal experts. However, the discourse writers tend to side with Billar, who is most likely to be released from custody. At first glance, Lesti's discourse indicates as if she was not a victim is indirectly something that marginalizes women. The author reconstructs facts into a discourse adapted to the intent and purpose. Therefore, the position of the subject-object may differ from the actor in another context
