Pengaruh Pemberian Sari Batang Nanas (Ananas comosus) terhadap Total Leukosit Tikus Wistar yang Diberi Paparan Asap Rokok
No full textLatar Belakang: Asap rokok merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh dalam keadaan patologis. Paparan asap rokok dapat meningkatkan total leukosit dimana akan menaikkan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Diketahui terdapat zat anti inflamasi untuk mengendalikan total leukosit yaitu enzim bromelain yang banyak terkandung dalam batang nanas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian sari batang nanas terhadap total leukosit tikus wistar yang diberi paparan asap rokok.
Metode: Enam belas tikus dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok. Seluruh kelompok diberikan paparan asap rokok 2 batang/hari selama 30 hari. Tiga kelompok adalah kelompok kontrol, kelompok perlakuan 1 yang diberi 20 mg/kgBB bromelain dan kelompok perlakuan 2 diberi 40 mg/kgBB bromelain. Hari ke 31 diambil sampel darah melalui plexus retro orbitalis setelah berpuasa selama 12 jam. Total leukosit dihitung dengan menggunakan alat blood analyzer Mikros 6.0. Uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-wilk dan uji one way ANOVA
Hasil: Uji ANOVA menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh pemberian sari batang nanas (p=0.43). Rerata jumlah leukosit kelompok kontrol 14080±3748.6, kelompok perlakuan 1 total leukosit 9666.67±3295.24 dan total leukosit kelompok perlakuan 2 adalah 9380±1020.784. Secara statistik terdapat perbedaan rerata antara kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan 1 (p=0.029), terdapat perbedaan rerata kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan 2 (p=0.026), dan tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata kelompok perlakuan 1 dan perlakuan 2 (p=0.876)
Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian sari batang nanas terhadap total leukosit tikus wistar yang diberi paparan asap rokok (p<0.05
VIEWING THE PAST FROM CONTEMPORARY LITERATURE
No full textAbstractThe paper attempts to investigate how literature present and represent the past. In the making of historical fiction, the author sorts out facts and historical materials and then adds imaginative characters or events that liberate the author from historical reality. Thus, it de-familiarizes what is known as history and presented it as fiction. However, it still needs the element of plausibility and verisimilitude to reconstruct it into presentable historical fiction. Voicing the voiceless or rendering the forgotten history can be one of the aims in representing the past. Literature is capable in ordering the chaotic and complex historical facts by presenting some part but as a whole. Thus, it helps to shape the understanding of the past. Many author have endeavored to represent the traumatic past which is known as the blackest historical moment in Indonesia. The tragedy that kills millions of innocent people. The attempt to represent the past is triggered by the freedom gained along with the fall of New Order regime. Literary works can be one of the ways to understand the complexity of the tragedy. Investigating EFL Students’ difficulties on listening comprehension using online Podcast : A case study at Senior High School in Bandung
No full textListening comprehension is an important skill that students must have in the current era. There are a lot of difficulties that learners may encounter in the listening comprehension processes, and the purpose is to be aware of these problems Azmi (2014). According to Vandergrift (1999), the development of strategy is significant for the training of listening and learners can guide and assess their own understanding and answers. Thus, this study aims 1) to find the factors of EFL students’ difficulties on listening comprehension online podcast and 2) to understand the kinds of strategies used by the EFL students’ difficulties on listening to online podcasts.
This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study design. The instruments used to obtain research objectives are observation and interviews. Purposive sampling was also used to select research participants. Tenth grade students of MAN 2 Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia were selected as research participants. Also, ten students were selected as participants to be interviewed about their difficulties and strategies for listening to English online podcasts. Data were analyzed using a six step qualitative procedure according to Creswell (2012).
This study found that students' difficulty listening to online podcasts was carried out in three aspects: Listening Material, Listener Factors, and Physical Settings. The author knows that implementing strategies using online podcast media can overcome difficulties in listening to respondent with concentration, give self-confidence by motivating, and carry out self-checks. In conclusion, the strategy of using online podcast media to overcome students' difficulties in listening classes can be used to improve students' listening skillsSo by doing this research, respondents know that all respondents have difficulties and make the same mistakes.
The results of this study can help students to develop their listening comprehension skills. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a reference, especially for English teachers, to find out the factors of difficulty and strategies in understanding listening to English online podcasts
PERTENTANGAN ID, EGO DAN SUPEREGO DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER TOKOH EDMUND PADA FILM THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE WITCH, THE LION AND THE WARDROBE
No full textThis study aims to analyze the characterization of Edmund in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Witch, The Lion and The Wardrobe film. As for in revealing the character of Edmund, the author will analyzed through psychoanalysis approach from Sigmund Freud about the Id, Ego and Superego. This approach is used ,because the theory of psychoanalysis is able to reveal the unconscious impulses that affect human behavior. Through such behavior, researchers can determine the portrayal of Edmund\u27s character. Data collection was conducted with descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research is the contradiction between the id, ego and superego which is completely dominated by the id. The domination of the id affects the behavior of Edmund which is loving, curious, ambitious, impressionable, greedy, liar and courageous.

Pendekatan ini digunakan karena teori psikoanalisis mampu mengungkapkan dorongan bawah sadar yang memengaruhi tingkah laku manusia. Melalui tingkah laku tersebut, peneliti dapat mengetahui penggambaran karakter pada tokoh Edmund. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah pertentangan antara id, ego dan superego yang secara keseluruhan didominasi oleh id. Dominasi id tersebut memengaruhi tingkah laku Edmund yang penyayang, penasaran, ambisius, mudah terpengaruh, serakah pembohong dan berani.

Karya Bidang Program Radio “Jateng Pagi” di RRI PRO 1 Semarang (Pengarah Acara)
No full textRadio Republik Indonesia is the oldest radio in Indonesia and the only government-owned radio that has the vision to realize Indonesia's public broadcasting institution as the largest networked radio, nation character builder, world-class. RRI has very wide network from Aceh to Papua. However, there are still many young people who do not know Radio Republik Indonesia. The number of private radios emerging has made RRI's popularity waning. The main reason is the image of RRI as a radio news and radio for parents, so less attractive for young people who are thirsty for entertainment and the latest things.
One solution is to re-concept or re-create "Jateng Pagi" talk show program with a new concept by involving students as resource persons in this program and targeting the youth as the target audience, so it is expected to increase radio audience especially RRI PRO 1 Semarang. During the program's execution, the author served as a program director with rundown and according to the concepts that have been made by the creative director and the producer. Promotion by using social media such as instagram, youtube, line and whatsapp before and during the event.
The results of the post-production questionnaire showed through the production of "Jateng Pagi", the team succeeded in increasing the number of listeners of "Jateng Pagi" RRI PRO 1 Semarang to 81 listeners. Similarly, at first the active listeners only 3 pepople in each episode, with the new concept now "Jateng Pagi" managed to increase 8 to 19 active listeners in each episode

No full textTraining on making new herbal drinks in containers has been carried out at the Mojolangu Health Center, Malang city. The aim of the training on making new herbal drinks is to provide skills to partners in order to help improve the family economy through the creative economy. So the products produced can be marketed in public facilities such as schools and food stalls and grocery stores. The output of the training activities is to provide solutions to problems faced by the community in partner villages in an integrated manner to increase the economic value of the local community. Besides that, there is a noble value to be conveyed by the author, namely that herbal medicine is better known globally by not reducing its usefulness. Training on making new herbal drinks can be used as product ingredients/industrial development by partners as entrepreneurs. Issuance of certificates given to residents who took part in training as a form of appreciation, they have participated in training in making new herbal drinks, increased knowledge, skills, and confidence of health center cadres in the field of traditional medicine in tackling health in the community quickly and accurately. These community service activities will include experiences that are not only useful for the partner community but also the immediate family and the surrounding environment

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh net interest margin (NIM) dan inflasi terhadap penyaluran kredit yang di lakukan oleh bank umum di Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terkahir sejak di lakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di kota sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data skunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan Bank Indonesia (BI) dan Statistik Perbankan Indonesia (SPI). Metode yang di gunakan untuk mengolah data dalam penilitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software Eviews. Hasil penilitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa NIM dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap penyaluran kredit oleh bank umum di Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir.

Abstrack
This research aims to determine the effect of inflation and net interest margin (NIM) to credit distribution of commercial banks in Indonesia role in the last ten years since this research begin. This research was conducted in Sidoarjo city. Type of this research is quantitative. Data are used in this research is secondary data sourced from financial statements of bank Indonesia and SPI (perbankan statistic of Indonesia). The method of this research is multiple linier regression with help of Eviews software. The result of this research indicate that inflation and NIM have significant and negative effect to credit distribution of commercial banks in Indonesia role in the last ten years.
