The Impact of Complaint Management on Customers Retention : Banking Industry in Sweden and Lebanon
No full textTitle: The Impact of Complaint Management on Customer Retention Level: Final assignment for Master Degree in Business Administration Authors: Hummam Wasfi, Olena Kostenko Supervisor: Ehsanul Huda ChowdhuryFiD Date: 2014 – June Aim: The purpose of this study is to examine or inspect the aftermath of effective complaint management structure in relevance to customer’s retention in banking industry. Design/methodology/approach: The framework is structured on the bases of determining the strength of the relationships between the following variables complaint management, customer’s satisfaction and loyalty. Whereas, quantitative data were gathered via questionnaire, and further analyzed using SPSS, particularly, employing the relationship measurement tools Correlation and Linear regression analysis to calculate the extent to which each variable affects the other. Findings: The aftermath of analysis led to fundamentally privileged outcome, whereas, subsequent to computing the extent to which complaint management influences customer retention, we were able to extract three formulas to determine the linear relationships between the variables that stimulate this calculation process. Suggestions for future research: To enhance the representation of sample, future studies should target more cities with variant circumstances, and apply this type of analysis to other industries Originality: This study contributes idiosyncratic evidence to companies on the systematic influence of complaint management on customer’s retention, furthermore, repercussions of these findings has led to analysis distinguishing the distinctive response of customers to complaint management in Sweden and Lebanon. It is a synthetic approach, which presents the important position of Kosteno in the life of Ukrainian literature and culture as well as politic life over the past 60 years as: 1. author of revealing lyrics and poems; 2. author of high-profile journalism on current topics, especially those related to the Chernobyl tragedy; 3. participant of the dissident movement in Ukraine; 4. author of the famous novel depicting the Ukrainian intelligentsia on the eve of the Orange Revolution of 2004 – Zapysky ukrajinskogo samashedshogo (2010); 5. a moral authority speaking on matters important for Ukrainian identity and historical heritage.The article concerns famous Ukrainian female poet, literary critic and writer Lina Kostenko (born 1930). Визначено домінантні образно-смислові опозиції філософських поезій авторки. У дослідженні з’ясовано своєрідність художньо-образного мислення Ліни Костенко в контексті її духовного осягнення людського буття. Проаналізовано історіософський та культурософський аспекти художнього світу письменниці, висвітлено натурфілософську концепцію та морально-філософські особливості її поезій. Досліджено хронософський модус світорозуміння в поезії Ліни Костенко. У роботі розглянуто поетичну реалізацію філософських мотивів, характер переосмислення і трансформації універсальних міфоструктур. Проаналізовано символічну функцію біблійних образів, розкрито роль важливих біблійних філософем у структурі поетичних текстів Ліни Костенко. Відзначено синтез апокаліптичного світовідчуття та історіософського мислення поетеси (The thesis reveals critical and theoretical aspects of the poetic pieces by Lina Kostenko. Within the paper the author examines philosophical poetry and its’ genologic features. The dominating image-semantic oppositions in philosophical poems by Lina Kostenko are defined. The research reveals the originality of artistic and imaginative thinking in the context of the spiritual achievements of mankind. Historiosophic and culturesophic aspects of the author’s artistic world are analyzed. The natural-philosophical concept, moral and philosophical features of her poetry are described. Chronosophical modus of Lina Kostenko’s poems worldview is investigated. The author of the thesis discusses the poetic implementation of philosophical motives. Specific features of poet’s rethinking and transforming of universal myth-structures are examined. The symbolic function of biblical imagery and the role of important biblical philosophies in the structure of poetic Kostenko’s texts are analyzed.
