The Effectiveness of Islamic Capital Market Securities in Supporting MSMEs Working Capital Financing
This study was undertaken to determine how effective Islamic Capital Market Securities, namely the issuance of subordinated sukuk and others sukuk in Islamic banking, are on the quantity of working capital financing distribution to MSMEs in Indonesia. By using monthly time series secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis techniques, it was found that the issuance of subordinated sukuk and others sukuk had a significant positive effect on increasing the quantity of working capital financing distribution to MSMEs. It can be concluded that the policy of Islamic banking to issue Islamic Capital Market Securities effectively supports the increase in the working capital of MSMEs
Self-Concept and Career Maturity in Generation Z in Palembang City: Konsep Diri dan Kematangan Karier pada Generasi Z di Kota Palembang
This research is motivated by the importance of Generation Z having career maturity because it will be related to career decision-making. Generation Z needs to explore themselves to support future career development. The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effect of self-concept on the career maturity of Generation Z in Palembang City and to find out the differences in self-concept and career maturity of Generation Z in Palembang City based on gender. The population was Generation Z in Palembang City, which amounted to 138.444 people. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents sing accidental sampling. The data were taken by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data was processed and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques and the Independent Sample t-test. This study’s results demonstrated that self-concept significantly affected career maturity, and based on gender, there is no significant difference between the self-concept and career maturity of Generation Z in Palembang. Based on the results of this study, Generation Z, both men and women, can improve their ability to assess themselves so that they are able to recognize and evaluate the potentials that exist in themselves. This research can also help organizations in formulating career development policies for Generation Z
The Influence of Employee Loyalty on Job Promotion at Ogan Ilir Regency's Civil Service Agency
This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of employee loyalty on job promotion at the Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency. This research used quantitative methods. The population in this study were all Civil Servants at the Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency. The sample used in this study was taken using saturated sampling technique which amounted to 32 respondents. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods were data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that employee loyalty had a positive and significant effect on job promotion at the Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency.

Transformational Leadership: Gaya Kepemimpinan Ideal bagi Generasi Millenial
Tujuan penelitian ialah menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemimpin apa dan bagaimana yang cocok untuk mengelola generasi millenial. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat usia pekerja dengan tahun kelahiran yaitu Generasi Y atau millenial sebanyak 203 responden. Jenis data pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial. Dengan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial, maka pemimpin organisasi dapat memetakan kebijakan dan strategi kepemimpinan ideal bagi generasi millenial. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan objek yang lebih luas dan menambahkan variabel kepuasan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja sehingga memberikan hasil yang lebih representatif
PELATIHAN MANAJEMEN SDM DAN SAPTA PESONA BAGI MASYARAKAT KELOMPOK SADAR WISATA DI DESA WISATA
Abstrak: Salah satu permasalahan utama pada sektor pariwisata khususnya di daerah ekowisata adalah rendahnya kemampuan SDM dalam melakukan pengelolaan wisata yang ada di wilayah daerah setempat. Desa Wisata Burai juga menghadapi berbagai permasalahan tersebut, antara lain rendahnya literasi manajemen SDMnya tentang pengelolaan dan pengembangan ekowisata dan belum maksimalnya peran kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) terkait peran, tanggung jawab, dan job desc dalam pengembangan usaha desa ekowisata. Adapun maksud dan tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan Pokdarwis Desa Burai tentang tata kelola organisasi dan manajemen desa wisata. Pelatihan manajemen sdm dan sapata pesona ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dan mempertahankan potensi ekonomi di desa wisata Burai. Metode yang dilaksanakan saat melakukan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dengan metode ceramah, presentasi materi dan diskusi bersama mitra. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian yaitu masyarakat Pokdarwis Desa Burai yang berjumlah 25 orang. Dari hasil kuesioner post test kepada peserta menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan sebesar 80% dalam pemahamam masyarakat Pokdarwis setempat tentang sapta pesona desa wisata. Abstract: The main problems found in the tourism sector, especially in ecotourism areas, is the low capacity of tourism management by human resources in the area. Burai Tourism Village also faces various problems, including low human resource management literacy regarding the effort of management and also development of ecotourism and the role of the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) which is not optimal regarding roles, responsibilities and job descriptions in developing ecotourism village businesses. This community service activity developed to increase the abilities and knowledge of the Burai Village Pokdarwis regarding organizational governance and tourism village management. It is hoped that this community service activities and training can increase and maintain the economic potential in the Burai tourist village. This community service activity method including lectures, material of community service presentation and discussion methods. Participants in this community service activities were the Pokdarwis community of Burai Village, totaling 25 people. The results of the community service activities showed that there was an increasing number about 80% in the local Pokdarwis community's understanding of Sapta Pesona tourist village
An Empirical Analysis of Workload and Work Dicipline as Predictors of Employee Performance
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance at Mega Fashion Palembang. The population in this research consists of all employees of Mega Fashion Palembang, totaling 94 individuals. This study employs a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the data analysis was conducted using multiple regression. The results indicate that workload (X1) has a negative and statistically significant effect on employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, work discipline (X2) has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance (Y). Furthermore, workload (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees at Mega Fashion Palembang
PELATIHAN MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN PENDAMPINGAN APLIKASI TEKNIS MARKETPLACE SEBAGAI STRATEGI BAGI UMKM DESA KERINJING DI MASA PANDEMI
ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, tutorial aplikasi, dan diskusi. Kata kunci: manajemen; marketplace; SDM; UMKM; desa kerinjing. This problem is caused by the lack of knowledge and managerial skills about the business owned by human resources in the MSMEs. The purpose of this community service is to provide solutions to problems faced by partners, especially in SMEs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The main focus in this service is to provide various assistance and training related to the basic principles of good business management, including the empowerment and improvement of MSME human resources competencies through marketplace application training. Disruption of the digital economy and the Covid-19 pandemic are opportunities that should be used by small business entrepreneurs to move to online business. This is in accordance with the program that has been launched by the government, namely "30 million MSMEs go digital by 2024". The target audience who are partners in this community service are MSME entrepreneurs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra.
