    This research aims to develop an assessment instrument for Character Education through P5 . The data collection used by the author is in accordance with the strategy in the Brogg and Gall research technique through 10 stages, namely collecting information through interviews with the Principal regarding the theme of diversity in diversity used in FY 2024/2025, planning carried out based on class observations at SDN 1 Panca Mulya and produces information regarding the learning tools used, product development is carried out in accordance with the learning tools used, product design validation involving 6 validators, namely teachers at SDN 1 Panca Mulya, Product revisions are carried out based on the results of a questionnaire that has been filled out by the validator, Field trials are carried out by the class teacher and involve 6 students, Operational Product Revisions are guided by the supervisor and are made based on the results of the validation sheet questionnaire, Operational trials involving teachers and 22 students at SDN 1 Panca Mulya, Improvements were made to the final product so as to obtain a final product that was ready to be used by SDN 1 Panca Mulya, Product distribution at SDN 1 Panca Mulya.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara pengembangan diri rutin terhadap akhlak karimah siswa-siswi program akselerasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Bakti Mulya 400 Jakarta, Tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswa program akselerasi. Pengumpulan data dalam dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara (1) Angket, (2) Wawancara, (3) Dokumentasi. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive samples Dan hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Kemudian angket tentang pengembangan diri rutin dan angket al-akhlak al-karimah siswa-siswi program akselerasi, dianalisiskan dengan menggunakan prosentase atau tabulasi dan untuk mencari hubungan dianalisis dengan menggunakan koefisien korelasi product moment. Dari perhitungan tersebut diperoleh angka korelasi rxy adalah 0,871 lebih besar dari rtabel (0,871 > 0,367) pada taraf signifikan 5 % yang berarti terdapat korelasi antara 0,70-0,90 itu adalah termasuk korelasi positif yang kuat atau tinggi dengan koefisiensi destriminasi sebesar 76 %. Jadi, hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan pengembangan diri rutin terhadap al-akhlak al-karimah siswa-siswi program akselerasi terdapat korelasi yang kuat atau tinggi. Faculty of Education and Teacher?s Training, State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research intend to determine is there a relationship between routine self-development of the student behavior in acceleration class program. This research was conducted in Bakti Mulya 400 Junior High School Jakarta 2014/2015. The subject of this research are students from acceleration class. Collecting data in this research using (1) Inquiry, (2) Interview, (3) Document. Sampling techniques with a purposive samples and the results were analyzed descriptively. Then, the Inquiry about self-development program and acceleration class analyzed by using percentage or tabulation and to find relationships were analyzed using correlation coefficient of product moment. From these calculations figures obtained correlation r xy is greater than rtabel 0.871 (0.871> 0.367) at the significant level of 5%, it means that there is a correlation between 0.70 to 0.90 it is included strong or high positive correlation with coefficient destriminasi 76%. Then, the result of this research can be concluded that there is strong correlation between routine self-development with student behavior.     AbstrakPenelitian tentang Lembaga Adat di Kasepuhan Cipta Mulya, Kampung Cipta Mulya, Desa Sinar Resmi, Kecamatan Cisolok, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat bertujuan untuk mengetahui hal yang mendasari lembaga adat itu terbentuk,termasukjuga struktur lembaga adat Kasepuhan Cipta Mulya. Penelitian tersebut bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan teknik pengamatan; dan wawancara mendalam kepada sejumlah informan, yang ditentukan melalui metode snowballing. Data sekunder didapat melalui studi literatur yang digunakan untuk menganalisis masalah dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga adat di Kasepuhan Cipta Mulya mengacu pada aturan-aturan warisan leluhurnya yang terkristalkan dalam lembaga adat yang disebut kasepuhan. Struktur organisasi lembaga adat kasepuhan tergambarkan dalam hierarki yang didasarkan pada penguasaan tentang adat isitiadat setempat. Hierarki tersebut terdiri atas ketua adat, baris sesepuh, dan warga Kasepuhan Cipta Mulya. AbstractThis research aims to investigate the reason for the establishment of this institution, including its structure. This is a descriptive-analytical research usingqualitative approach. The author compiled primary and secondary data as well.Primary data are obtained through observation and in-depth interview with someinformants using snowballing method. Bibliographic study is conducted to getsecondary data to analyse research question. The result is, that the customary institution in Kasepuhan Cipta Mulya is referred to the rules inherited from their ancestors and crystallized in the form of customary institution called kasepuhan. The structure of the Kasepuhan is based on the ability of person in mastering adat (custom) rules. Hierarchically, it consists of ketua adat (the chief), baris sesepuh (the elders), and warga (the people) of Kasepuhan Cipta Mulya.</jats:p

    ABSTRAK Komunikasi Antar budaya adalah proses pembagian informasi, gagasan atau perasaan diantara mereka yang berbeda latar belakang budayanya. Komunikasi antarbudaya yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini ialah komunikasi antar budaya dalam pengembangan ukhuwah islamiyah pada masyarakat islam di desa marga mulya kecamatan terbanggi besar lampung tengah. Penulis ingin menegaskan bahwa komunikasi antarbudaya yang dimaksud adalah dimana perbedaan disuatu daerah terjadi dan dengan adanya perbedaan maka suatu masyarakat itu bisa komunikasi lebih baik lagi dan saling menghargai perbedaan dimana suatu kelompok berinteraksi didalam satu pengembangan ukhuwah Islamiyah. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu, bagaimana upaya masyarakat dan Bagaimana Komunikasi Antar Budaya dalam pengembangan Ukhuwah Islamiyah di Desa Marga Mulya Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Lampung Tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya masyarakat dan Mendeskripsikan bentuk komunikasi antarbudaya dalam Pengembangan ukhuwah Islamiyah antarbudaya dalam pengembangan ukhuwah Islamiyah di Desa Marga Mulya Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu, Masyarakat desa marga mulya kecamatan terbanggi besar lampung tengah. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bentuk komunikasi antarbudaya dalam menjalin ukhuwah islamiyah di masyarakat khususnya di desa Marga Mulya Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung Tengah terbagi menjadi dua macam yakni, Komunikasi personal dan Komunikasi Kelompok. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Budaya, Ukhuwah Islamiyah v ABSTRACT Intercultural communication is the process of exchanging knowledge, concepts, or emotions between people from various cultural backgrounds. Intercultural interaction is referred to in this study as the process by which Islamic ukhuwah is developed among Islamic communities in Marga Mulya, Banggi Besar subdistrict, Central Lampung. The author wants to make it clear that the issue of intercultural communication arises when differences in a particular area exist. When differences exist, a community can communicate more effectively and respect one another's differences in settings where people interact to develop ukhuwah Islamiyah. How are local efforts and intercultural communication affecting the growth of Ukhuwah Islamiyah in Marga Mulya Village, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung? is how the issue is formulated. The goal of this study is to understand how the community functions and to define methods of cross-cultural interaction in the growth of intercultural ukhuwah Islamiyah in Marga Mulya Village, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung. This study employed a type of field research known as qualitative descriptive field research. The community of Marga Mulya village, Banggi Besar sub-district, Lampung Tengah, served as the subject of this study. The findings of this study helped to establish Islamic ukhuwah in society, particularly in Marga Mulya village, through various intercultural communication methods.     Kesenian Terbang Medal Keramat Cempaka Mulya, in Sukamukti village, Majalaya subdistrict of Bandung regency, has a special presentation structure that still holding on to the traditions common to the ancestors in organizing the performance ensemble. This musical performance can be categorized as a multifunctional Tambourine ensemble performed not only in religious rituals, but also in other ceremonies for circumcision, wedding, ngaruwat bayi (ritual cleansing and purification for children), or ngaruwat bumi (earth cleansing and purification rituals), and so on. The problem to be studied comprises the function and structure of performance of Kesenian Terbang Medal Keramat Cempaka Mulya in Sukamukti village, Majalaya subdistrict, Bandung regency. The study employed an analytic descriptive method using an ethnomusicological approach. The data were collected through observation, interview, literature review, and documentation. By this method, the author can describe how the Kesenian Terbang Medal Keramat Cempaka Mulya in Sukamukti village, Majalaya subdistrict, Bandung regency performs in Ngaruwat Bumi ceremony. Ngaruwat Bumi ceremony starts with Ijab Qabul (Muslim marriage contract) and Tawasulan (Islamic prayer). In this event, Kesenian Terbang Medal Keramat Cempaka Mulya performs Terbang Buhun. Subsequently, the celebration event was held by involving the community to presents the songs of joy. In this event, Kesenian Terbang Medal Keramat Cempaka Mulya performs Terbang Bangreng and Terbang Akrobat.

    Accountability and transparency are the processes by which the government reports and shows the public the actions it has taken. Accountability can be used to see whether all activities carried out have been carried out transparently or not. The research conducted by this author aims to see how the implementation of accountability and transparency in financial management in Sinar Mulya Village is based on the regulations of Permendagri No. 20/2018. This research uses a qualitative method based on field studies. Data was obtained through direct interviews with the village head, village secretary, village treasurer, and several communities in Sinar Mulya Village. The results of this study found that although the transparency of village financial management is still not good, the implementation of financial management accountability is quite good. This study suggests hiring a technology expert to handle the village website efficiently or hiring people who have specialized knowledge in technology and information

    The aim of this research is to determine and explain the influence of governance on the performance of BUMDes employees in Talang Mulya village, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of research used is a descriptive survey research type with quantitative research methods because the researcher collects data by analyzing the data and by describing the data by making direct observations at the research location. The sampling technique used in this research uses a census technique, namely where all members of the population are sampled. The sample for this research consisted of 30 people. The data collection method used was by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that from the t-test results it is found that governance with a t valuecount 5,165 > ttable 2.04841 and a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (sig (0.000) < 0.05) with a positive coefficient value of 0.867, it can be concluded that partial governance has a significant and positive influence on the performance of BUMDES employees in Talang Mulya Village . The R-Square (R²) value is 0.488 or equivalent to 48.8%. This explains that governance has a significant influence on the performance of BUMDES employees in Talang Mulya Village, while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by external factors which are not discussed in this research. From the conclusions obtained in this research, the author provides input and suggestions to the BUMDES of Talang Mulya Village who are expected to always evaluate employee performance periodically and regularly

    The Electronic E-learning System for Productive Multimedia and Marketing Lessons at Karsa Mulya Vocational High School, Palangkaraya City, was built for convenience for teachers and students who during this time the learning process is always limited when studying in the room. In the process of designing an E-learning system for productive lessons in Multimedia and Marketing at SMK Karsa Mulya, Palangkaraya City, using the Waterfall Method according to Sommerville (2011: 29-30) which is divided into several stages, namely Analysis and definition of needs, system design and software, implementation and unit testing, system integration and testing, operation and maintenance. In the analysis and design stage the writer conducted a survey, interview and discussion with the school to find options and solutions for what features would be designed next and this analysis stage also made a flowchart, then used the programming language THML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and MySQL as the database creation. Then implemented into an E-learning website, which is carried out in the testing phase using a Blackbox. From the results of research that has been carried out by the author implementing the results of this study in the E-learning system of Productive Multimedia and Marketing lessons at SMK Karsa Mulya, Palangka Raya city. The output produced by this system is in accordance with the expected criteria and objectives, obtained an accuracy of 72.7% with a system error value of 27.2% in testing system results

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah “Bagaimanakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match untuk mengembangkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini usia 7-8 tahun di SD Negeri 1 Way Dadi Sukarame Bandar Lampung?”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match untuk mengembangkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini usia 7-8 tahun di SD Negeri 1 Way Dadi Sukarame Bandar Lampung.            Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian guru dan siswa. Alat pengumpul data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi.            Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat penulis simpulkan mengenai model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match untuk mengembangkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini usia 7-8 tahun di SD Negeri 1 Way Dadi Sukarame Bandar Lampung bahwasanya guru belum sepenuhnya menerapkan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match sesuai dengan teori. Dari 9 langkah langkah permainan yang ada hanya 6 langkah yang diterapkan, hal ini disebabkan oleh waktu yang kurang mencukupi. Seharusnya untuk hasil yang maksimal guru harus menerapkan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match sesuai dengan teori yang ada

    Diagnosis of Basic Mathematics Learning Difficulties for Students from Science, Social Studies, and Vocational High School Backgrounds

    This research aims to explore the specific learning challenges encountered by students in the Mathematics Education Program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung, especially those with educational backgrounds in Science, Social Studies, and Vocational Studies, in the context of mathematics learning. Adopting a qualitative approach, this study employed purposive and Snowball Sampling techniques. It focused on students from classes A and B in the Mathematics Education Program. The findings reveal that students with a Science background tend to struggle with concept comprehension and the application of mathematical problem-solving techniques. Furthermore, a significant factor contributing to learning difficulties, observed in students from Science, Social Studies, and Vocational backgrounds, is a lack of interest in learning. The study concludes that the learning challenges faced by Mathematics Education students are not solely attributable to their educational backgrounds (Science, Social Studies, or Vocational). Instead, a predominant factor is their low level of interest in learning. This suggests the need for diverse learning strategies to enhance interest and understanding of mathematical concepts among students
