    Background: Caring behavior is very important in fulfilling patient satisfaction which will improve the quality of service in a hospital. If a hospital does not have nurses who do not behave caringly, it will cause the quality of the hospital to decline and patient healing to be slow. Objective: It is known that there is a relationship between Swanson's caring behavior and the level of parental satisfaction in the child's inpatient room. Method:. Quantitative research with Cross Sectional design, using Kendall tau b analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 54 parent respondents whose children were being cared for, data collection tools were nurse caring behavior questionnaires and satisfaction questionnaires. Results: Respondents' age was 24-44 with an average age of 33 years 2 months 8 days, higher education (46.3%), female gender (79.6%), housewife occupation (46.3%), good caring behavior of nurses (75, 9%), satisfaction level is very satisfied (53.7%). The p-value = 0.000, which means there is a significant relationship between Swanson's caring behavior and the level of parental satisfaction in the children's inpatient room.     Background: Diabetes mellitus is a collection of symptoms of a disease with increased blood sugar levels which causes the production of insulin hormone in the body to decrease so that the body's cells do not receive sugar intake.Metabolic changes in DM patients that cause decreased sensory and motor nerve function are complications with neuropathy disorders resulting in diabetic wounds. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent diabetic wounds by performing foot care. Lack of knowledge can affect the occurrence of diabetic wounds in DM patients. So that increased knowledge is needed so that DM patients know how to prevent diabetic wounds by performing good foot care. Objective:The differences in knowledge about diabetic ulcers were studied before and after being given Foot Self-Care education to diabetes mellitus patients. Method: This research uses a quantitative type, with a pre-experimental one group prepost test design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 49 respondents. The measuring tool uses a foot self-care knowledge questionnaire designed by researchers. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results:The majority of knowledge before being given education was sufficient with 32 respondents (65.3%), while the majority of knowledge after being given education was good with 10 respondents (20.4%). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a difference between knowledge before being given foot self-care education (p = 0.000). Suggestion:Nurses need to increase innovation in foot self-care education for diabetes mellitus sufferers with a more modern and interactive approach, using technology and more personalized and targeted educational methods

    This research aims to determine the influence of Intellectual Capital and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on the performance of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used is secondary data, with a population comprising banking sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2021–2023 period. The sampling selection method used was purposive sampling and obtained 44 companies with a total of 121 samples. The analytical tool used in this study was the linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing in this research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that Intellectual Capital and Environmental, Social, and Governance have a positive and significant impact on the performance of banking companies

    The growth of cryptocurrency investment in Indonesia shows rapid development; however, it still faces challenges such as low financial literacy among novice investors and high market volatility. This research aims to develop a web�based application that supports financial literacy and cryptocurrency investment portfolio management. The application integrates the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm Moving Average for cryptocurrency price prediction, along with video-based educational features providing learning materials and research on cryptocurrency investments. Blockchain technology is applied through the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), specifically to store educational videos from the Academy feature and research content in a decentralized manner, ensuring data security, transparency, and accessibility. This decentralized storage approach aims to prevent data loss and enhance content availability. The application is built using Node.js, Express.js, and Python, with model training conducted on the Google Colab platform. Testing results indicate that the prediction model achieves low RMSE and MAPE values, while the integration of blockchain-based IPFS storage improves data security and content reliability

    This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the Financial Performance of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique as many as 125 samples. The data source in this study is secondary data obtained from financial statements. Then in this study the data analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that the managerial ownership variable has a negative effect on financial performance. Institutional ownership has a negative effect on financial performance. The independent board of commissioners variable has no effect on financial performance

    This study aims to determine the effect of CEO profile on tax avoidance by focusing on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2020-2022. There are 4 CEO characteristics included in the test, namely Power (share ownership), political connections, education level, and religiosity. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method and data obtained from 37 companies with a total of 111 samples. The results of this study indicate that power (share ownership) and education level have a significant effect on tax avoidance, while political connections and religiosity do not have a significant effect on tax avoidance

    Background: Surgery is a surgical procedure performed on a part of the body that is experiencing problems. In the preoperative stage, it can have a psychological impact, namely anxiety. One of the efforts reduce anxiety levels is 5-finger hypnosis nonpharmacology therapy. Hypnosis 5 fingers is one of the self hypnosis methods that can cause a relaxing effect, which can reduce anxiety and tension. Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of five-finger hypnosis therapy on the anxiety level of preoperative patients. Method: Quantitative research with quasi-experimental method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design approach. The population of this study were all patients who would undergo surgery. The research sample was 41 respondents using proportional random sampling technique. APAIS questionnaire data collection tool. Determination of the sample size isaac and Michael formula. Data analysis using univariate, bivariate Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test. Results: The results of the study of age characteristics showed that the maximum age of respondents was 80 years. Female gender is the most 12 respondents (60.0%). The highest level of primary education was 11 respondents (52.4%). The type of minor surgery was the most 21 respondents (100%). The type of general anesthesia was 18 respondents (90.0%). There is a significant difference in anxiety levels pre and post given 5-finger hypnosis therapy in the intervention group with a p-value of 0.001 (P<0.05). There is a significant difference in anxiety post given 5-finger hypnosis therapy in the intervention and control group with a p-value of 0.008 (P<0.05). Conclusion: The results of the analysis can be interpreted that the provision of interventions provides significant changes and provides effectiveness on the anxiety level of patients undergoing surgery. Suggestion: To reduce anxiety, respondents can apply non-pharmacological therapies such as 5-finger hypnosis therapy before surgery.     This study aims to determine the existence of calendar anomalies (January Effect) in the period before, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic in companies listed in the KOMPAS100 index. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study is companies listed in the KOMPAS100 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique and was obtained from 35 companies with a total of 210 samples (observation data). Hypothesis testing was carried out by the Paired t Test and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of this study showed that there was a January Effect in the period before the COVID-19 pandemic, no January Effect was found in the period during and after the COVID-19 pandemic
