Rating Stock Price with the Price Earning Ratio (PER): a Case Study on the Shares of Food and Beverage Industry in the Indo
Stock exchange investment gives return more than saving money in bank. For instance, in form of a deposit with average of 6 % per annum. But investor must be analyze carefully in buying shares. Using one analytical share techniques, the price earning ratio (PER) method. Investor will easily know which share they should buy. Price earning ratio method in analyzing the share of food and beverage company in Indonesian stock exchange use three alternative (k*= 11%, k*=16% and k*=21%). From 15 company on listing, only 6 companies give dividend to investor every year. Company share to buy only one share company, because for three alternative PER \u3c PER* so the return from the share to more than 11%, 6% or 21% and price from the share is cheap. There are share 5 companies that are not good to buy, but good to sell to investor, because three alternative PER\u3ePER* meaning advantage from share smaller than 11%, 6% or 21%

PENGARUH KINERJA KUALITAS LAYANAN YANG DIRASAKAN DAN NILAI PELANGGAN TERHADAP PEMBELIAN ULANG (STUDI PADA BUSWAY TRANSJAKARTA)
The study was conducted on the Transjakarta busway. The purpose of the study was to analyze and determine the effect of perceived service quality variables and customer value variables on repurchase variables. The results of the study partially there is a significant positive effect on the perceived service quality on the variable repurchase. Partially there is a positive no significant effect on the Customer Value variable on the Repurchase variable. Simultaneously there is an effect of perceived service quality variables and Customer Value variables on Repurchase variables because in the F-count analysis> F-table. Based on the gender of female passengers on Busway trends. Marital status tends to be single. Age is predominantly between the ages of 20 and 30 years. Education level of most high schools. The most dominant jobs are private employees and the average passenger uses Transjakarta to work. The study uses descriptive associative method aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables.
Penelitian dilakukan terhadap busway Transjakarta. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Layanan yang dirasakan dan variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang. Hasil penelitian secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif variabel Kualitas Layanan yang dirasakan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan positif variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh variabel Kualitas Layanan yang dirasakan dan variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang karena dalam analisis F-hitung > F-tabel. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin kecenderungan penumpang adalah perempuan. Status perkawinan kecenderungan berstatus single. Usia didominasi berusia antara 20 sampai dengan 30 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar SMU. Pekerjaan paling dominan karyawan swasta dan rata-rata penumpang menggunakan Transjakarta untuk bekerja. This research is qualitative in nature that draws findings from various literatures in relation to global business leadership and cross-cultural management. This is an initial effort to identify the essence of leadership skills for global business leaders to face current and future challenges.
In global business including technological innovation, and demographic change, companies must seek effective leadership for diverse organizational management. Leadership in global environmental conditions that seeks to involve cultural awareness, global mindset, effective interpersonal skills, and leader-employee relations and the need to develop leadership skills. There are eleven important skills identified for global business leaders that are effective in developing diverse locations.
These skills are useful for growing employee potential, improving overall organizational performance, taking social responsibility, and cross-cultural human relations. So global business leaders need to continually update effective knowledge, skills and abilities in developing cross-cultural work and management environments, to be able to compete in the global market. Global business management and human resource development will be very useful by exploring empirically the essence of leader skills. In the future this strategy will be very beneficial for global business leadership practices.
 
Karakteristik Penumpang Pengguna Krl Commuter Line Jabodetabek
Peningkatan penumpang Commuter Line Jabodetabek Rata-rata 13,8 persen per tahun. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui karakteristik penumpang Commuter Line sehingga dapat diambil suatu kebijakan oleh perusahaan. Jenis Penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 198 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan karakateristik penumpang yang banyak menggunakan transportasi ini berjenis kelamin pria sebesar 111 responden atau 56 persen. Berusia 20-30 tahun sebesar 67 atau 34 persen. Pendidikan SMA sebesar 100 atau 50 persen. Pekerjaan di perusahaan swasta sebesar 143 atau 72 persen. Penghasilan 3 sampai 4.999 juta rupiah per bulan 79 atau sebesar 40 persen dan keperluan menggunakan Commuter Line untuk bekerja sebesar 128 atau 64 persen

Analysis of Employee Performance: A Case Study in Port Corporation
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Indonesia Port Corporation. This is important for managers in making decisions in the company, especially matters relating to human resources. The population of this research was all the employees of the human resources division. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where data was collected using a survey method, namely a questionnaire. The results showed that all variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study confirm that port management companies must pay attention to compensation, work environment and work discipline if it expects superior performance from its employees

The research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Leadership Variables, Work Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction towards Job Satisfaction Variables and Performance Variables on the Investment Alert Task Force of the Financial Services Authority. A total of 100 samples were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that leadership had a significant positive direct effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive effect on performance. Work Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Culture has a significant positive effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the performance of the Investment Alert Task Force. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate on Leadership on Performance. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the Work Culture of Performance. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate on Work Motivation on Performance.
