Dan membahas bentuk jaminan hukum agar masyarakat dalam mengkritik pemerintah dapat terlindung dari sanksi pidana. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan melakukan survei melalui kuesioner, dan metode yuridis normatif adalah menganalisis permasalahan didasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan maupun literatur hukum. Adanya UU ITE membuat individu khawatir saat mengkritik aupun saran untuk pemerintah ikarenakan berkurangnya jaminan terhadap kebebasan berpendapat saat mengkritik pemerintah dengan media sosial

Framing analysis will be replaced by research that focuses on issues related to Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding. Based on the findings of this study, personal branding, framing, and dramaturgy produce personal branding developed by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's management through YouTube social media which has formed a realistic personal branding. Moreover, the authors also conducted an analysis of some of the films made in reference to the character creation as well as analyzing the properties commonly used in a comedy movie.
Film "AGUS" tells about the life of a young person who wanted to try his fortune village in the city. Are then faced with a dilemma, in which he must decide wisely over what happened.
The process of making this film started pre-production process that begins with the design work of ideas and concepts. Writers develop it into a movie by using the techniques of filmmaking in general.
This film uses a video editing software on finalizing, it will also facilitate the task of the writer in perfecting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab pelanggaran lalu lintas kendaraan bermotor oleh anak di bawah umur, serta strategi yang dilakukan oleh SATLANTAS POLRES Semarang untuk menanggulanginya. Responden penelitian adalah BAUR tilang SATLANTAS POLRES Semarang, KANIT KAMSEL SATLANTAS POLRES Semarang, BAMIN tilang SATLANTAS POLRES Semarang, serta sepuluh orang anak di bawah umur yang melanggar peraturan lalu lintas. Tenik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan, dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab pelanggaran lalu lintas oleh anak di bawah umur meliputi faktor manusia, kendaraan, jalan, dan lingkungan. Adapun strategi penanggulangan pelanggaran lalu lintas yang dilakukan SATLANTAS POLRES Semarang melalui upaya (1). Pre-emtif yakni melakukan sosialisasi berlalu lintas yang baik dan benar di sekolah-sekolah, dan industri melalui ceramah, dan penyuluhan, (2). Preventif yakni melakukan pemasangan ETLE (ElectronicTraffic Law Enforcement) di setiap rambu-rambu lalu lintas atau kendaraan yang dikendarai pihak kepolisian guna menghilangkan kesempatan untuk melakukan pelanggaran lalu lintas, (3). Represif yakni melakukan penegakan hukum, apabila pihak kepolisian menemukan anak di bawah umur belum mempunyai SIM membawa kendaraan bermotor pihak kepolisian akan memberikan tilang, penahanan kendaraan bermotor, dan pemanggilan orang tua. Walaupun ketiga strategi tersebut telah dilaksanakan namun belum sepenuhnya berhasil menurunkan jumlah pelanggaran lalu lintas oleh anak di bawah umur di Kabupaten Semarang

Get PDFMasyarakat Desa Mranggen Tengah Kecamatan Bansari Kabupaten Temanggung masih mempertahankan tradisi turun temurun yaitu Tradisi wiwitan.Tradisi wiwitan merupakan tradisi yang dilakukan menjelang panen raya tembakau sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur petani atas hasil panen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah, pelaksanaan, nilai-nilai serta perubahan-perubahan pada tradisi wiwitan tembakau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah field research atau melakukan penelitian lapangan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kepustakaan. Sumber data berasal dari 5 narasumber yang merupakan pelaksana tradisi wiwitan setiap tahunnya kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa tradisi ini merupakan upacara turun temurun dari nenek moyang yang biasa dilakukan oleh para petani tembakau di desa Mranggen Tengah Kecamatan Bansari Kabupaten Temanggung. Tradisi tersebut adalah sebuah bentuk penghormatan kepada Dewi Sri yang telah memberikan keberkahan bagi masyarakat setempat untuk mendapatkan hasil tembakau dengan mutu terbaik. Prosesi pelaksanaan upacara tradisi wiwitan dimulai dengan penetuan hari berdasarkan hitungan jawa kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemetikan daun tembakau, doa bersama dan diakhiri dengan proses kembul bujana(makan bersama). Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam tradisi wiwitan ini yaitu nilai spiritual, nilai kebersamaan, kerukunan dan toleransi antar masyarakat. This research deals with the analysis of Modal Verbs on Movie dialogue in the movie Warm Bodies. The objectives of the study are to find categories of modal verbs and the most dominant categories that found in the movie.
The research on this thesis was carried out on descriptive qualitative design. The sources of data were derived from the script of movie dialogue. The data are presented descriptively because it describes and explains modal verbs used in “Warm Bodies Movie”.
From the analysis, the writer finds ten modal verbs in the Warm Bodies Movie. They are can, could, may, might, should, must, have to, will, would, need to. The most dominant modal verbs used in this movie.
The total numbers of modal verbs are 116 sentences. The total percentage of modal verbs; can for 33 times, could for 21 times, would for 17 times, have to for 17 times, will for 11 times, should for 6 times, must for 5 times, need to for 3 times, might for 2 times, and may for 1 time.
Can is the dominant category of modal verb is used in Warm Bodies Movie and the writer find the meaning of modal verb, e.g. impossibility, necessity, ability, polite request, willingness, polite for “want”, suggestion, advisability, certainty, strong necessity, lack of necessity, informal polite request.

Di pesisir Pulau Jawa kondisi ekosistem padang lamun telah mengalami gangguan yang cukup serius, diperkirakan sekitar 60% padang lamun telah mengalami kerusakan akibat pembuangan limbah dan pertumbuhan penduduk. Perlu dilakukan pemantauan secara rutin terhadap ekosistem lamun sehingga kelestarian dari ekosistem ini dapat tetap terjaga. Gobiidae merupakan suku yang paling dominan dengan 9 jenis.
