    ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR WILAYAH DEPARTEMEN AGAMA PROPINSI JAWA TENGAH

    This study aims to discover the relationship among the organization culture, the work satisfaction, and motivation with the work achievement of the employees, partially or simultanoesly, at the Departement of Religious Affairs Central Java. To get sample, it used Proporsional stratified random sampling and collected 58 respondents. The test used Rank Kendall analysis and to know the number of the relation between the variables used Concordance coefficient. The analysis result verify that there is significant relation on 95% level of signification between independent variable and dependent variable by aparted or simultant. The result of research study shows : 1. The positive relation between Organization Culture variable and Work Achievement variable ( Z sum = 6,170 Z table 1,96). 2. The positive relation between Work Satisfaction variable and Work Achievement variable ( Z sum = 3,613 Z table 1,96). 3. The positive relation between Motivation variable and Work Achievement variable ( Z sum = 2,043 Z table 1,96). Meanwhile the result of corelation test Concordansi Kendalls between those three variables by simultanoesly toward Work Achievement is 0,899 Penelitian tentang hubungan antara Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui baik sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Wilayah Departemen Agama Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Dalam pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Proporsional stratified random sampling sebanyak 58 responden. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Rank Kendall, dan untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan antar variabel digunakan koefisien konkordansi. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan pada taraf signifikasi 95 % antara masing-masing variabel independen dengan variabel dependen secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Hubungan yang positif antara variabel Budaya Organisasi dengan Kinerja Pegawai (Z hitung =6,170 >Z tabel 1,96) (2) Hubungan yang positif antara variabel Kepuasan Kerja dengan variabel Kinerja Pegawai ( Z hitung = 3,613 > 1,96 ) (3) Hubungan yang positif antara variabel Motivasi dengan variabel Kinerja Pegawai ( Z Hitung = 2,043 > 1,96 ). Sedangkan hasil uji korelasi konkordasi kendall antara ketiga variabel ada hubungan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0,899

The people of Medina are people who often cheat in measuring and weighing, so Allah SWT decreases the surat of al-Mutaffifin as a threat to those who cheat in business. Siddiq is very closely related to business ethics. Siddiq in modern business ethics is often understood by the word “integrity”. Integrity is an essential principle in business. Integrity itself is a way of upholding the values and ethics of business. The values and ethics in doing business clearly have a big contribution in doing business. Integrity in business alone must be invested in someone who wants to run a business or is running a business.     Utilization of Digital Marketing to Improve Sales Volume of MSME's Products

    Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME's) marketing is still limited to traditional models and has not yet utilized digital marketing optimally. The purpose of this article is to identify the use of social media to increase the sales volume of MSME's products. This article uses the literature study method, using secondary data. Data analysis techniques used a descriptive approach. The results of studies and analysis show that the importance of using social media such as Collaborative projects (Example: Wikipedia), content communities or sharing media such as YouTube, social networking sites (example: Facebook), and virtual social worlds or market places such as open outlets, Tokopedia, and shopper. Optimizing social media can increase market share and sales of MSME's products

    Tolerance is the most important element in religious moderation when compared to other dimensions. Several phenomena of intolerance and radicalization emerged in Bekasi Regency, such as the arrest of terrorists, rejection of the establishment of places of worship for adherents of other religions, and so on. This makes the role of Islamic boarding schools very important in stemming intolerant movements. This research is quantitative. The sampling method used in this research is the Purposive Sampling and Quota Sampling method. The Purposive Sampling method was used in selecting two Islamic boarding schools in Bekasi Regency, namely YAPINK and Attaqwa, while the Quota Sampling method was used in distributing the selected sample of students. The number of samples used in this research was 312 students. The results of this research are that the contribution of tolerance is very significant in instilling religious moderation, then Islamic boarding school students have moderate views and attitudes in the dimension of tolerance

    The objective of this causal study is to find out the effect of coaching on job satisfaction at employee of the manufacturing company in Banten. The samples of this research are employee with minimum one year working experience in the manufacturing company. The method applied is survey with causal approach. The result of the analysis is there is positively direct effect of coaching on the job satisfaction. That mean coaching is one of the factor which is contribute to increase the job satisfaction. Manufacturing company can choose coaching as the solusion to improve employee job satisfaction. Base on the finding of this research can contribute as the reference in decision making at human resources department who has a strategic role and as the policy in improving employee job satisfaction at manufacturing company in Banten

    Society globally is starting to realize environmental changes due to global warming. With the phenomenon regarding the environment, it is interesting to research and this research aims to explain the influence of green brand image and green perceived quality on green trust and green purchase intention in Tupperware products in Cilegon City with green trust as a mediating variable. This research was conducted in Cilegon City with a sample size of 70 Tupperware user respondents. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling model, with accidental sampling technique. The data that has been collected is processed using path analysis techniques using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this research show that partially that green brand image has a significant and positive effect on green trust and green purchase intention, green trust has a significant and positive effect on green purchase intention and then green trust is unable to mediate the effect of green brand image on green purchase intention, while green trust is able to mediate the influence of green perceived quality on green purchase intentio

    Tujuan: artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan proposisi tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention dosen perguruan tinggi swasta di Banten Metode: Penelitian ini memilih artikel menggunakan kata kunci "turnover intention" untuk artikel-artikel di atas tahun 2017. Kami telah melakukan proses seleksi awal untuk mengetahui artikel yang sesuai dengan turnover intention. Kami juga telah memilih dan mereview 33 artikel yang membahas hubungan antara employer branding, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Employee Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil kajian teori bahwa employer branding dan gaya kepemimpinan mempegaruhi turnover intention dan employee engagement menjadi variabel intervening. Employer branding dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadao Employee Engagement.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
