Di bawah bimbingan : Deddy Rusyandi, SE., M,Si.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pendidikan Pelatihan Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif.
Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 62 responden dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi lapangan. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, regresi linier berganda, korelasi, dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F menggunakan SPSS versi 22, 2015.
Hasil penelitian gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dalam kategori cukup baik dan kepuasan kerja dalam kategori baik. Skornya adalah 2413, 2823, 3473. Terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 59,5%

Skripsi ini membahas tentang gambaran motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar
pendidikan agama Islam selama pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) siswa kelas XI
SMA Negeri 5 Luwu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru
pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI
SMA Negeri 5 Luwu selama pembelajaran jarak jauh, untuk mengetahui apa saja
kendala yang dihadapi guru pendidikan agama Islam selama melaksanakan
pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMA Negeri 5 Luwu, serta upaya guru pendidikan
agama Islam dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5
Luwu selama pembelajaran jarak jauh.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif Adapun
sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah SMAN 5 Luwu,
3 Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan siswa kelas XI. Untuk mengumpulkan data
penulis menggunakan beberapa teknik diantaranya teknik wawancara, observasi
dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, upaya guru pendidikan
agama Islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar yaitu dengan menggunakan
metode yang baik dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran sehinnga siswa
tidak merasa bosan. Selain metode yang baik digunakan dalam menyampaikan
materi guru pendidikan agama Islam juga menciptakan suasana belajar yang
menyenangkan seperti membahas materi pelajaran dengan santai dengan
menyesuaikan kondisi siswa. Kedua, kendala yang dialami guru pendidikan
agama Islam dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh yaitu jaringan yang
tidaknstabil, keterbatsaan kuota dan keterbatasan siswa mempunyai handphone. Ketiga, upaya guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar
siswa yaitu dengan meningkatkan motivasi. Motivasi sangat penting ada didalam
diri siswa agar lebih terdorong untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran, dengan
meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa maka siswa akan terdorong untuk aktif
dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga mendapatkan hasil belajar yang lebih
optimal.

PENGGUNAAN GAYA BAHASA PERUMPAMAAN DALAM NOVEL LAUT BERCERITA KARYA LEILA S. CHUDORI
Get PDFPenelitian ini ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gaya Bahasa perumpamaan dalam novel Laut Bercerita karya Leila S. Chudori. Penelitian ini menganalisis novel Laut Bercerita karya Leila S. Chudori. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode content analysis atau analisis struktur penggunaan gaya bahasa dalam kalimat. Data| dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Laut Bercerita| karya| Leila| S. Chudori yang berupa| kata-kata, dialog, frasa, alinea, klausa maupun kalimat yang mengandung gaya bahasa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil berupa penggunaan gaya bahasa perumpamaan sebanyak 26 data dalam novel Laut Bercerita. Penulis banyak mengumpamakan sebuah kejadian atau watak dengan benda lainnya yang memiliki sifat atau deskripsi yang sama bertujuan untuk mempengaruhi pembaca. Data tersebut merupakan contoh pemanfaatan bentuk penggunaan gaya bahasa perumpamaan, yang unik dan menimbulkan efek estetis pada pembaca. Maka, dapat disimpulkan makna gaya bahasa perumpamaan pada novel Laut Bercerita disampaikan secara implisit oleh penulis yang di mana pembaca harus menafsirkan sendiri dengan menggunakan akal pikiran dan kepekaan batinnya. Penulis banyak membandingkan satu hal dengan hal lain, dengan penyampaian yang sedikit berlebihan untuk menekankan maksud yang ingin disampaikan
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The aim of this research was to know the Perlocutionary act
found in movie script A star is Born by Jackson. The data was taken
from the script of movie . This research used descriptive qualitative
method to describe and analyzed perlocutionary found. To focus on
this research, the researcher limits the types of Ilocutionary and
describe the perlocutionary found baseed on Searle theory.
The result of this research found that 30 utterances that
consist of Illoctuionary and perlocutionary. Based on the analyzed the
Directive illocutionary is dominant than the another kinds of
illocutionary. Because from the 30 totals data 18 data was included in
Directive Illocutionary, and the three of Expresive Illocutionary acts,
two of Commisive Illoctionary and only one Representative
illocutionary act. And the perlocutionary from 30 data mostly
succseed responsed by listener. The perlocutionary also was found in
every utterence that consisted of ilocutionarry. Based on 30 data only
5 five utternces that not successed does not provide a response and is
not performed by the listener. then 25 other utterances can be
received.

Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
