PEMODELAN INTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR BERSIH MENGGUNAKAN HYBRID PETRI NET
Unit instalasi pengolahan air memegang peranan penting bagi Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) untuk dapat menghasilkan air bersih bagi konsumen. Kualitas air bersih yang dihasilkan dan kontinuitas ketersediaan air bersih merupakan permasalahan yang harus diatasi PDAM demi terjaminnya proses distribusi air bersih kepada konsumen. Instalasi pengolahan air tidak dapat beroperasi secara terus-menerus tanpa berhenti. Suatu waktu instalasi pengolahan air harus berhenti beroperasi untuk mengistirahatkan pompa, selain itu bak-bak pengolahan juga perlu dibersihkan secara berkala agar kualitas air bersih yang dihasilkan dapat terjamin. Sistem pengolahan air bersih merupakan sistem event diskrit yang dapat dimodelkan
menggunakan Petri net. Petri net biasa menggunakan bilangan bulat positif untuk menggambarkan keadaan yang terjadi. Untuk sistem pengolahan air, selain dengan bilangan bulat positif juga diperlukan bilangan rasional positif untuk dapat merepresentasikan model dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, digunakan hybrid Petri net yang terdiri dari bagian diskrit dan bagian kontinu. Bagian diskrit yang menggunakan bilangan bulat positif untuk menyatakan keadaan digunakan
untuk menggambarkan keadaan pompa. Bagian kontinu yang menggunakan bilangan rasional positif untuk menyatakan keadaan digunakan untuk menggambarkan volume yang tersedia di bak pengolahan dan volume air di bak pengolahan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan hybrid Petri net, komponen yang ada
dalam instalasi pengolahan air dapat disimulasikan untuk menentukan lamanya waktu instalasi pengolahan air beroperasi dan lamanya waktu instalasi pengolahan air berhenti beroperasi, sedemikian hingga air bersih yang dihasilkan tetap dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Pada studi kasus dengan debit air sungai 60 liter per detik diperoleh air bersih sebanyak 4536 m3 dalam waktu 24 jam dengan lamanya waktu instalasi pengolahan air beroperasi 21 jam dan berhenti beroperasi selama 3 jam. Kemudian dengan debit air sungai 30 liter per detik diperoleh air bersih sebanyak 2592 m3 dalam waktu 24 jam dengan lamanya waktu instalasi pengolahan air beroperasi 12 jam dan berhenti

PEMODELAN PROSEDUR KARANTINA PENDATANG DALAM RANGKA PENCEGAHAN COVID-19 DI KOTA TARAKAN MENGGUNAKAN PETRI NET
In ordered to prevent the transmission of Covid-19, the government of Tarakan city quarantines immigrants who entered Tarakan city. The government of Tarakan city have created a procedure for implementing the quarantine. Based on these procedures, this article aims to model the quarantine procedure using a Petri net. The Petri net model of the quarantine procedure for immigrants in the context of preventing Covid-19 in Tarakan City consists of eighteen transitions and sixteen places. The evolution of circumstances indicated by the matrix analyzed against the quarantine procedure for domestic immigrants with the final destination of Tarakan city. The determination of marking must be determined seriously so that this quarantine procedure can run smoothly according to purpose. The number of officers must be carefully taken into account so that there is no accumulation of queues of immigrants who was carry out the inspection. The capacity of quarantine places and hospitals must also be well prepared so that they are always available and ready to accept immigrants who was be quarantined
Sosialisasi Persiapan Pembelajaran di Masa New Normal Bagi Guru SMK di Kota Tarakan
The global pandemic Covid-19 impacts are so wide that almost no country or region in the world is absent. The increase in the number of cases occurred in a short time so that it needed to be handled as soon as possible. One of the impacts of this pandemic includes paralyzing economic activities and hampering educational activities. SMK Terpadu Citra Bangsa, Tarakan City of North Kalimantan Province, has implemented health protocols well by providing a place to wash hands and make hand sanitizers independently, however, there are still shortcomings in its implementation. These deficiencies include low awareness of using these facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of health protocols by every school members. This community service activity is done to facilitate the school members facing a new normal era. Divided into several stages, namely location survey, socialization of activities, technical guidance, implementation of activities, and evaluation, the activities are going well and 87% of the participants understand the given explanation. Hence, we can conclude that this activity is able to foster the awareness and responsibility of the school personnel in implementing health protocols and maintaining cleanliness and health in the current new normal.
Pandemi global Covid-19 berdampak sangat luas sehingga hampir tidak ada negara atau wilayah di dunia yang absen. Peningkatan jumlah kasus terjadi dalam waktu singkat sehingga perlu ditangani secepatnya. Salah satu dampak pandemi ini antara lain melumpuhkan kegiatan ekonomi dan terhambatnya kegiatan pendidikan. SMK Terpadu Citra Bangsa Kota Tarakan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara telah menerapkan tata tertib kesehatan dengan baik dengan menyediakan tempat cuci tangan dan membuat hand sanitizer secara mandiri, namun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Kekurangan tersebut termasuk rendahnya kesadaran dalam menggunakan Fasilitas tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang protokol kesehatan oleh setiap warga sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi warga sekolah menghadapi era normal baru. Terbagi dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu survey lokasi, sosialisasi kegiatan, bimbingan teknis, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi, kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan 87% peserta memahami penjelasan yang diberikan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran dan tanggung jawab aparatur sekolah dalam melaksanakan tata tertib kesehatan dan menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan dalam kondisi normal yang baru

Allegations of a monopoly on the export of apparent lobster seeds originated from a case of corruption in evident lobster seeds committed by former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Edhy Prabowo. In the indictment filed by the Public Prosecutor, Edhy allegedly founded and managed the Aero Citra Kargo Limited Liability Company as a shell company to collect profits from the export of apparent lobster seeds. At that time, the Business Competition Supervisory Commission suspected that the Aero Citra Kargo Limited Liability Company violated 17 and 24 of Law Number 5 of 1999. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission in handling cases of alleged unfair business competition carried out by the Aero Citra Kargo Limited Liability Company. And to find out the considerations of the Commission Council for the Supervision of Business Competition in deciding Case Number 04/Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition-I/2021. This scientific research uses normative qualitative research methods. The author uses a normative juridical strategy in this approach. RANCANG BANGUN ALAT CUCI TANGAN DAN SPREYER DISINFEKTAN OTOMATIS DI KELURAHAN KARANG BALIK
Dampak pandemi benar-benar mempengaruhi hampir seluruh sektror kemasyarakatan. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan selama beberapa hari di setiap RT Kelurahan Karang Balik, masjid yang terletak di pinggir jalan protokol ramai dikunjungi tidak hanya oleh masyarakat sekitar. Banyak orang dari berbagai tempat dapat singgah dan beristirahat di sana. Sedangkan pada kantor Kelurahan Karang Balik, yang aktivitasnya cukup padat, pemantauan prokes terkadang tidak diindahkan oleh sebagian oknum. Dari hasil diskusi dengan beberapa pihak terkait, pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibuat alat cuci tangan otomatis dan juga penyemprot desinfektan otomatis. Dua alat otomatis yang dibuat, dirancang dan di uji coba di Laboratorium Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Setelah uji coba berhasil, kedua alat tersebut diserahkan ke pihak kelurahan untuk selanjutnya dipantau kegunaannya di lokasi sasaran. Keberadaan alat ini cukup membantu mengantisipasi dan mencegah terjadinya penyebaran virus Covid-19

Fuel is a material that can be converted into energy. Usually fuels
contain thermal energy that can be released and manipulated. Most of the
fuel used by humans is through the combustion system (redox reaction).
There are several types of fuel that are used in the process of the ship
during sailing. Namely solid fuels, liquid fuels and gaseous fuels. Therefore,
the refueling process must be done properly and correctly according to the
correct SOP, because if the fuel overflows, or overflow it will cause
environmental pollution and cause the company to lose due to deferment to
shipping companies. Therefore, the authors conducted research on the
overflow that occurred on the ship during sea practice
This research was conducted for 12 months and 3 days. By using a
qualitative descriptive method, which describes in detail about the overflow
incident on the ship and the data obtained by the author are primary and
secondary data. Collecting primary data directly (observation,
documentation, and interviews). Secondary data consists of literature studies
obtained from various sources.
The results showed that the way to prevent fuel overflow lies in the
knowledge and sense of responsibility of the machinist for what will be done
during the fuel transfer process
