the 360-degree anti-slip base and comes with glass ceramic and will be automatically
heated when the kettle is put on the base. With 1.7 litre capacity, it will be able to get
more servings. This kettle has been designed with Dual Wall Insulation that works to
reduce outside temperature and keep the temperature of the water inside the kettle
warm so the time taken for the water to cold is longer and it will help in saving time
and energy. Our target market is both gender which is female and male in Malaysia. Majority of people in Malaysia have their own house and most of them need one kind of kettle to be put in their house. This product functions well when you just need to use a touch sensor to boil the waters. What makes it different from other companies, which is Smart Kettle technology is we use heat and touch sensors to adjust temperature of the water to make it boil faster. Aku Muhammad dan Ahmad. Dan aku al-Mahi yang Allah menghilangkan kekufuran dengan kedatanganku. Dan aku al-Hasyir yang dihimpunkan sekalian manusia di kakiku. Dan aku al-Aqib)). Ulama’ berkata maksud hadith ini ialah Nabi Muhammad SAW memiliki lima nama yang masyhur dan nama-nama baginda tidak terhad kepada lima sahaja. Abu Bakar Muhammad Bin al-Arabiyy al-Malikiyy menyebut di dalam kitabnya “Aridhah al-Ahwaziyy” bahawa Rasulullah SAW memiliki sebanyak enam puluh tujuh nama. ABSTRAK
Burnout di lingkungan kerja semakin sering terjadi seiring meningkatnya tuntutan dan tekanan emosional yang dirasakan oleh karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work overload dan Emotional dissonanceterhadapburnout, serta mengeksplorasi peran resiliensi sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengujian lima hipotesis utama.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa work overload berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout (t = 3,009; p = 0,003; o = 0,319), begitu pula Emotional dissonanceyang juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan (t = 3,235; p = 0,001; o = 0,375). Meskipun resiliensi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout (t = 1,619; p = 0,105; o = -0,159), namun variabel ini terbukti mampu memoderasi hubungan antara work overload dan burnout (t = 1,998; p = 0,046; o = 0,231), serta antara Emotional dissonancedan burnout (t = 2,151; p = 0,032; o = -0,196).Organisasi disarankan untuk mengembangkan program penguatan resiliensi guna menjaga kesehatan mental karyawan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih adaptif serta produktif.

ABSTRACT
Burnout in the work environment is becoming more frequent as the demands and emotional pressures felt by employees increase. This study aims to analyze the influence of work overload and Emotional dissonance on burnout, as well as explore the role of resilience as a moderation variable in these relationships. The study uses a quantitative approach by testing five main hypotheses. The results of the analysis showed that work overload had a significant effect on burnout (t = 3.009; p = 0.003; o = 0.319), as well as Emotional dissonance which also had a significant positive effect (t = 3.235; p = 0.001; o = 0.375). Although resilience did not directly have a significant effect on burnout (t = 1.619; p = 0.105; o = -0.159), this variable was shown to moderate the relationship between work overload and burnout (t = 1.998; p = 0.046; o = 0.231), as well as between Emotional dissonance and burnout (t = 2.151; p = 0.032; o = -0.196). Organizations are advised to develop resilience-building programs to maintain employees' mental health and create a more adaptive and productive work environment.

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuisioner. Sedangkan Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis

Salah satu contoh yang menarik adalah endorsement Fadil Jaidi sebagai brand ambassador dalam konten promosi Rexona di Instagram @rexona_id. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana persepsi audiens terhadap personal branding Fadil Jaidi dalam kampanye endorsement tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis data dari wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa informan yang telah terpapar konten promosi ini.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fadil Jaidi dipersepsikan sebagai figur yang autentik, humoris, dan relatable, sehingga menciptakan kedekatan emosional dengan audiens. Faktor ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya tarik endorsement yang ia lakukan. Selain itu, aspek kepercayaan dan kredibilitas juga menjadi faktor utama dalam membangun pengaruh terhadap keputusan audiens dalam menilai merek yang diiklankan. Audiens cenderung lebih menerima promosi produk yang dilakukan oleh figur yang mereka anggap jujur dan sesuai dengan kepribadian yang ditampilkan di media sosial. Hukum Poligami: Analisis Komparatif Terhadap Pemikiran Musdah Mulia Dan Muhammad Syahrur
Full text linkThis study focuses on the law of polygamy by comparing the thoughts of two contemporary scholars, namely Musdah Mulia and Muhammad Syahrur in punishing polygamy so that the results obtained are Musdah punishing polygamy Haram Lighairihi provided that the fair conditions given in polygamy are impossible to implement in the present because the obligation to act fairly lies in the biological realm. Meanwhile, Muhammad Syahrur argues that polygamy is lawful and in certain situations polygamy is recommended to be carried out with the consideration that polygamy justice is only limited to the social realm of society so that being fair can still be realized in the practice of polygamy. In addition, the difference between the two figures lies in the legal istinbat used, where Musdah uses the Maudu'i interpretation method, while Syahrur uses the tahlili interpretation method.Penelitian ini berfokus pada hukum poligami dengan mengkomparasikan pemikiran dua ulama kontemporer yaitu Musdah Mulia dan Muhammad Syahrur dalam menghukumi poligami sehingga didapatkan hasil yaitu Musdah menghukumi poligami Haram lighairih dengan asalan syarat adil yang diberikan dalam poligami mustahil untuk bisa dilaksanakan dimasa sekarang sebab kewajiban berlaku adil terdapat pada ranah biologis. Sedangkan Muhammad Syahrur berpendapat bahwa poligami halal dan dalam situasi tertentu poligami disunnahkan untuk dilakukan dengan pertimbangan bawah keadilan poligami hanya sebatas ranah sosisal kemasyarakatan sehingga berlaku adil masih bisa terwujud dalam praktik poligami. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 22 in Jakarta for 6 (months) starting from December 2017 until June 2018. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning independence with learning achievement in students of SMK Negeri 22 in Jakarta. The research method used is correlational approach method, the population is taken from the students of SMK Negeri 22 in Jakarta. The number of samples were 131 respondents were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 65,807 + 0,187 X1 and Ŷ = 64,039 + 0,224 X2. Test requirements analysis that is using the test of normality and linearity. Test normality with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0,05 and yield significant level of Y value equal to 0,200, X1 value equal to 0,200, X2 value equal to 0,200. Because the level of significance of these three variables> 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used in further analysis. The linearity regression test of Y over X1 yielded tcount 7,548> ttable 1,65685 and regression linearity test of Y over X2 yielded tcount> ttable that is tcount 5,496> ttabel 1,65685, so it is concluded that the regression equation is linear. Then t test and Y yielded over X1 tct = 7,548 and ttable = 1.65685, Y over X2 tcount = 5.496 and ttable = 1.65685. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient between X1 and Y is positive and significant and the correlation coefficient between X2 and Y is positive and significant. Coefficient of determination Y on X1 obtained by 0,306 which show 30,6% variable of emotional intelligence determine learning achievement and X2 obtained equal to 0,190 which indicate that 19,0% independent variable learn to determine learning achievement.
