    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable Employee Salary, Commitment, Environment and Family orientation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Mediation for employees for performance of school in Batam. The survey method was used to test this research by distributing 400 sets of questionnaires to respondents who worked in school in Batam, then the questionnaires were collected again by obtaining 269 questionnaires to be tested with the PLS program.The results of this study are expected to be input for education in school which are widely available in Batam. The results showed a significant positive relationship in all tested variables. Several limitations and recommendations for future research were also included in this study

    The aim of this study is to analyze effective work from home on the leadership, competency, training, and technology to employee performance. The design used is hypothesis testing using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS). The population and respondents in this study was manufacturing employee. The results of the study show that the leadership has no significant effect on employee performance with significant = 0.360 and competency has significant affect to employee performance with significant value = 0,036 results on training has significant effect on employee performance with significant 0,005, and technology also has significant effect on employee performance with value of significant is 0,000. The results show that between leadership, competency, training, and technology as together influence employee performance with significant 0,000. Based on result for adjustedR square can be explain  at 51,7% is influenced by the four variables (Leadership, Competency, Training, and Technology) to employee performance, the other 48.3% is the contribution of other variables not included in this research. According results testing in this research training, facility and technology significant impact on employee performance. Next research model can be explain with mediating variabel to make sure and increase adjustedR square results for example variabel the role of organizational commitment in organizational structure, organizational strategy and management during Covid 19 new era

    This study aims to analyze the effect of learning and development, career management, talent attraction, talent development, talent retention and employee recognition on employee performance. This research is motivated by the decrease in the number of tourist visits that occurred due to the pandemic which had an impact on the ups and downs of employee performance at 4-star hotels in Batam City. This study uses a population of 4-star hotels in Batam City with samples of employees who work at Pacific Palace, Traveloge (Novotel), Planet Holiday and Swiss-Belhotel hotels. This study uses quantitative methods and non-probability sampling techniques through a purposive sampling method involving 285 respondents.     The Effect of Strategıc Plannıng Innovatıon and Motıvatıon in Improvıng Organızatıonal Performance

    The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables of innovation, strategic planning, and motivation on organizational performance. The respondents in this study amounted to 397 respondents consisting of employees of the manufacturing industry in the city of Batam. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents via Google form. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS to see the effect of innovation, strategic planning, motivation on organizational performance. In this study, data analysis will be carried out to test descriptive data, test data quality, test outliers, test classical assumptions and test hypotheses. Based on the results of the research for the three hypotheses, the following results obtained, the innovation variable on organizational performance has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance with a significant 0.036 less than 0.05. Furthermore, the strategic planning variable was not proven in this study to have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, as indicated by a significance value greater than 0.005, with a Sig value of 0.833. The third hypothesis or motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance with a sig value (0.000) less than 0.005

    This research examines how to motivate employee to achieve an achievement. This research shows that work environment, reward system and management support are proven to significantly have a positive effect in increasing work satisfaction to achieve achievement motivation. The final sample size collected was 357 respondents. However, it number that could be used was 289 respondents who could have proceed or analyzed data. The ma-jority of respondents were male, with a total of 146 (50.5%) and female were 143 (49.5%). The instruments used to measure re-spondents’answer is a 5 point Likert scale, where I mean “strongly disagree” and 5 means “strongly agree”. And data were processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) application. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, using quantitative data analysis techniques. The work satisfaction plays an important role in mediating the effect of work environment, reward system and management support on achievement motiva-tion. Therefore, companies should try to increase work satisfac-tion by creating a positive work environment, implementing a competitive reward system scheme and providing adequate man-agement support. If employees feel satisfied with the working conditions provided by the company, it will encourage and moti-vate them to achieve better performance in their work at the company.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen bakat, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan etis terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan perusahaan pada bidang industri tekstil di kota Batam dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 295 orang. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling yang dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh manajemen bakat, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan etis terhadap kinerja karyawan terbukti signifikan. Manajemen bakat dan kepemimpinan etis yang dimediasi oleh komitmen karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi yang dimediasi oleh komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan hasil tidak signifikan.&nbsp

This research uses quantitative methods with research samples of manufacturing employees in Batamindo Batam Industrial Area. The variables used in this research were the dependent variable, retention and turnover intention, the independent training, and the mediation was employee satisfaction. The results of the research stated that the effect of training on  retention and  turnover intention in manufacturing companies in Batamindo Industrial Area, Batam City with variables that mediate employee satisfaction. From the test results, the relationship between employee satisfaction and retention has a positive and significant influence. The relationship between employee satisfaction and turnover intention has a positive and significant influence.     Analisis pengaruh Green Intellectual Capital, Green Training serta Green Recruitment and Selection dalam konsep paperless terhadap Sustainable Performance ini dilakukan pada karyawan Bank BPR yang ada di Kota Batam dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada sejumlah 301 orang karyawan yang ada didapatkan. Green Human Capital, Green Structural Capital, Green Relational Capital, Green Training serta Green Recruitment and Selection sebagai variabel independen dan Sustainable Performance sebagai variabel dependen. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hubungan antara variabel. Diperoleh hasil angka signifikansi pada Green Human Capital adalah 0,425, angka signifikansi pada Green Structural Capital adalah 0,818, angka signifikansi Green Relational Capital adalah 0,195, angka signifikansi pada Green Training adalah 0,000, serta angka signifikansi pada Green Recruitment and Selection adalah 0,000. Maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Green Intellectual Capital tidak mempengaruhi Sustainable Performance secara signifikan sedangkan Green Training dan Green Recruitment and Selection mampu mempengaruhi Sustainable Performance secara signifika

    Perkembangan industri di Batam dinilai semakin maju dikarenakan banyaknya perusahaan-perusahaan yang didirikan di Batam, Salah satu perusahaan besar yang ada di Batam ialah Majesty group. Peneliti melakukan pada operator SPBU di Majesty Group dan terdapat 129 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh keadilan organisasi, motivasi, dan kecerdasan emosional dalam memengaruhi kinerja yang di mediasi organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi, motivasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB sedangkan keadilan organisasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap OCB. OCB mempunyai peran dalam memediasi motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan namun OCB tidak mempunyai peran dalam memediasi keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan.     Analysis of the Influence of Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Leadership, and OCB in the Manufacturing Industry of Batam City

    Human resources are an important asset for companies, especially in the manufacturing sector. The manufacturing industry in Batam City contributed 56.83% to the Regional Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2023, significantly impacting unemployment rate by ab-sorbing a large-scale workforce with various skill levels. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, job satisfaction, and leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Batam’s manufacturing industry. A quantitative approach was used in this study, collecting data from employees through ques-tionnaires distributed via Google Forms from October 2023 to March 2024, with a sample size of 410 respondents. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. The result showed that motivation did not significantly influence OCB, while job satisfac-tion and leadership had a significant influence on OCB. Motiva-tion was also found to have a significant influence on job satisfac-tion and leadership. Indirectly, motivation affects OCB through job satisfaction and leadership. Management in Batam’s manufac-turing industry should focus on improving job satisfaction and leadership quality to enhance OCB, considering strategies such as incentives, career development, opportunities, and a supportive work environment. Future research should expand its scope to various industries and locations to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting OCB
