    Analisa Kecacatan Produk Menggunakan Metode Statistical Process Control (SPC) dan Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

    The purpose of this study is to determine the causes of product defects and provide suggestions for improvement and find out how to control defects in product quality. The research method is carried out by combining 2 (two) methods, namely: Statistical Process Control and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. The results show that the highest defects occurred in October 1,319 out of 154,800 bags and the lowest occurred in November 1,209 out of 144,900 bags. Types of defects, namely: imperfect sealing as many as 2,175 bags; loose stitches as many as 4,241 bags; and bulging bags as many as 1,169 bags. The analysis suggests improvements in production, worker skills, machine maintenance, SOP (standard operating procedures), and working conditions

    This research aims to explore the integration of digital literacy in e-LMS-based distance learning at university level in the 4.0 era. This research was conducted at the Open University involving 135 students. This research uses mixed methods. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results show that students have basic skills in using digital technology for learning, especially in using social media platforms and applications such as Google Classroom and Zoom. However, students' abilities in creating digital content and critically evaluating information still need to be improved, such as distinguishing correct information from incorrect and modifying digital resources have not been mastered optimally

    The Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Motivation and its Impact on Employee Performance

    Learning more about workplace motivation, leadership style, corporate culture, and employee performance is the aim of this study. It also seeks to examine how leadership style and organizational culture affect employee performance and motivation at work, both directly and indirectly. Lastly, it looks at how employee performance is affected by workplace motivation. Conducted at the Office of Subdistrict Head Tungkal Ilir in West Tanjung Jabung Regency, There were 48 employees in the study's sample. Using census sampling methods, all personnel served as subjects for the investigation. Descriptive statistical analysis revealed that both organizational culture and leadership style were categorized as good, whereas employee motivation and performance were classified as high. Through path analysis, It was discovered that leadership style and organizational culture exert both direct and indirect influences over employee motivation and performance. Moreover, simultaneous and partial tests confirmed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between organizational culture, leadership style, motivation levels, and overall employee performance. In summary, improved organizational culture coupled with suitable leadership practices contribute positively to higher employee motivation. Consequently, motivated staff perform optimally in delivering superior work outputs for the organization

    Optimizing Marketing Strategy by Predicting Fear of Missing Out: Machine Learning Approach

    Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) is one of the most popular concepts recently due to the ease of access to social media. This concept surprisingly contributed significantly to purchase intentions and customer decision-making. Thus, this study aimed to classify FoMO classes based on the factors that influence them. The data in this study was analyzed using a machine learning predictive classification model, Naïve Bayes, utilizing RapidMiner. Based on these research findings, gender and educational level had almost no influence, age group had a weak influence, daily social media use duration and peer comparison had a moderate influence, and the most used social media platform had a strong influence on FoMO. Accordingly, it was found that individuals ranging from 36 to 45 years old, with longer durations of daily social media use and moderate peer comparison frequency, using TikTok and Facebook as platforms, are more likely to be classified within a group experiencing FoMO. These findings differed from other studies, as no other study discussed the factors of FoMO feelings from a holistic view, and there was a lack of studies utilizing machine learning. By understanding this concept, marketers could gain a better view of how to categorize the FoMO feelings of their customers and use this knowledge to develop effective digital marketing strategy that could enhance customer purchase intention

    Business Landscape Transformation and Its Impact on Human Resource Management in the Digital Era. The business landscape, which has undergone a fundamental transformation due to the digital era, presents new opportunities and challenges in human resource (HR) management. In the increasingly digital corporate world, this study will explore the impact of automation, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and MBTI on HR effectiveness. The aim of this research is to understand the influence of these technologies on HR, both positively and negatively.The research methodology involves surveys, data analysis, and case studies on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). One of the issues discussed is the extent to which AI has changed the way HR carries out daily tasks. AI has the potential to significantly impact HR by helping companies improve recruitment procedures, offer specialized training, and anticipate future workforce needs. Additionally, this study will examine how big data has emerged as a useful tool in HR decision-making. The accuracy of MBTI, derived from various sources, will provide a comprehensive understanding of employee performance, job satisfaction, and productivity patterns.     This research aims to analyze the performance of waqf management at zakat institutions in Indonesia by measuring their efficiency and productivity. This research was conducted for 5 (five) years using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) approaches. This research data includes registered zakat institutions in Indonesia that manage waqf funds. The research results show that the efficiency and productivity of waqf management in Indonesia has fluctuated, with a significant decline occurring during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019 - 2021. The variable amount of waqf revenue is the main source of inefficiency, while technological changes are the main factor influencing waqf productivity. The results of the potential increase calculation show that the waqf revenue variable needs to be encouraged and increased

    Tujuan Penelitan ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, pengalaman pelanggan, kualitas pelayaan perusahaan dan keputusan nasabah untuk menabung pada PT. Bank Jambi Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Angso Duo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan responden sebanyak 99 orang pelanggan PT Bank Jambi KCP Angso Duo. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis, korelasi, koefisien determinan dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepercayaan, pengalaman pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan Bank terhadap nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menabung di PT Bank Jambi KCP Angso Duo

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity ratio, activity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability ratio and market ratio on stock prices in companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index during the period 2017-2021. The method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique. The research analysis uses scale calculations, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, F tests and t tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is an influence between financial ratios on stock prices in companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index, but partially only the profitability ratio and market ratio show a significant influence on increasing the stock price of the Jakarta Islamic Index

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses kualitas pelayanan aplikasi Access by KAI terhadap pengguna dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan tiket kereta api di Stasiun Kiaracondong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif-deskriptif yang difokuskan pada permasalahan atas dasar fakta yang dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan/observasi di stasiun kiaracondong dan juga wawancara dengan pegawai PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan aplikasi Access by KAI berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket kereta api, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi seperti: ketersediaan informasi, kecepatan tanggap petugas, kecepatan dalam proses pelayanan. Terdapat 5 variabel yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan diantaranya: berwujud (tangible), empati (empathy), keandalan (realiability), daya tanggap (responsive), dan jaminan (assurance). PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) dapat mempertahankan dan terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada aplikasi Access by KAI serta strategi pemasaran dalam kesesuaian harga dan promosi, karena hal tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan tiket kereta api di Stasiun Kiaracondong
