    Mitigasi Kesejahteraan dalam Industri Pertanian Pasca Pelebaran Sungai Batang Merao di Kabupaten Kerinci dan Kota Sungai Penuh

    This study aims to analyze the impact of the Batang Merao River widening policy on agricultural productivity and the socio-economic welfare of the community around the Batang Merao River. A qualitative approach was used to collect data from 4 (four) sub-districts in Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh City that were affected by the Batang Merao River widening policy. The results of the study's mitigation found that the river widening policy had various impacts. On the one hand, the larger water flow capacity helps prevent major flooding, but on the other hand, there is a decrease in soil quality and a higher dependence on climate conditions. In addition, many farmers experienced a decrease in productivity due to disruptions to the more unpredictable irrigation cycle. The results of the study also found that the social impact of this policy involved significant economic losses for farmers, as reflected in decreased income and increased production costs. The surrounding community also experienced environmental damage that affected health conditions and access to clean water

    The Effect of Income and Impulsive Buying on Gen Z Investment Decisions in Kediri City with Self Control as a Moderating Variable

    This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of income and impulsive buying on gen Z investment decisions in Kediri City with self control as a moderating variable. The data taken for this study is the response from participation, the response is taken using a questionnaire method with purposive sampling technique. In this study, the population is gen Z with the characteristics of the people of Kediri City and already has an income registered with the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Kediri City. The data collection method is a questionnaire and the data analysis method is a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) assisted by SmartPLS software. The results showed that: 1) There is no significant influence between income on investment decisions. 2) There is a significant influence between impulsive buying on investment decisions. 3) There is a significant influence between income on investment decisions with self control as a moderating variable 4) There is no significant influence between impulsive buying on investment decisions with self-control as a moderating variable

    This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Quality of Idul Fitri Savings products and profit sharing on the interest in saving members at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Purwoharjo. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely on active members saving for the last five years as many as 89 members. The results of the study showed that simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of product quality and profit sharing on the interest in saving members of Idul Fitri savings at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Purwoharjo. The Determination Coefficient value of 0.298 indicates that 29.8% of interest in saving is influenced by the variable of product quality and the variable of profit sharing

    This study aims to determine the effect of stakeholder pressure proxied by environmental pressure, consumer pressure, employee pressure, and shareholder pressure, as well as board gender diversity on the quality of sustainability reports. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data analysis from annual reports and sustainability reports of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the 2018-2022 research period. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and 514 observations were obtained. The results of this study reveal that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of environmental pressure, consumer pressure, employee pressure, shareholder pressure and board gender diversity on the quality of sustainability reports, but partially there is no significant influence of employee and shareholder pressure variables on the quality of sustainability reports of non-financial companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2022

    One of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on Indonesian migrant workers is the decline in income of Indonesian Migrant Workers (IMW). This impact varies quite widely between groups of migrant workers when viewed from socio-economic characteristics which include worker categories, business fields, employment sectors, changes in working hours, education level and gender. This research aims to analyze the probability of a decrease in income during Covid-19 experienced by migrant workers based on socio-economic characteristics. The unit of analysis in this research is 109 individuals identified as IMW in the National Labor Force Survey data for the period August 2020. The results of research using probit regression analysis show that migrant workers who have a high probability of experiencing a decrease in income are blue-collar workers, workers in tertiary business fields, workers in the informal sector, workers with reduced working hours, workers with an education level below high school/vocational school/equivalent. However, in this study no significant results were found regarding differences in income based on gender

    The Acceptance Technology of E-Vehicles in Medan City

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the acceptance of electric vehicle (EV) technology in Medan City, focusing on aspects that drive public adoption. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Lazy User (LUM) models are used to understand these dynamics. A survey was conducted with 411 respondents from several sub-districts in Medan City. The questionnaire included demographic information, driving habits, electric car expectations, purchase intentions, and Likert scale items related to the UTAUT constructs. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the PLS method. Effort Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions significantly influenced Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior, while Performance Expectancy and Social Influence showed inconsistent effects. LUM was supported, indicating that Effort Expectancy influenced the preference for the behavior with the least effort

    This study aims to understand the role of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) in maintaining the stability of the banking sector in Indonesia through a systematic literature review methodology. This study analyzes 12 articles identified from the Emerald and Elsevier databases using the keywords "deposit insurance" and "Indonesia," selected according to the PRISMA guidelines. The results show that the deposit insurance system in Indonesia, especially after the introduction of the Blanket Guarantee Scheme (BGS) after the 1998 financial crisis, has succeeded in restoring public confidence in banks despite causing moral hazard. The replacement of BGS with Limited Guarantee (LG) in 2005 improved market discipline and reduced the risks taken by banks. This study confirms that LPS is effective in providing guarantees for customer deposits, which increases public confidence and prevents bank runs. However, there are challenges in overcoming moral hazard and ensuring internal control and risk management

    The aim of this research is to determine influencer endorsement and brand image on consumer buying interest in prepaid XL products in the city of Surabaya with brand trust as a mediating variable. This research method is a quantitative approach with a survey research type and the sampling technique is probability sampling. The population in this study were paid SIM-Card consumers in the city of Surabaya, so the selected sample was 85 consumers calculated from the Slovin formula. The analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires, then the analytical tool used in this research was component-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The results of this research conclude that the influencer endorsement and brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on the brand trust variable for XL prepaid products. The brand trust variable influences the interest variable in purchasing prepaid XL products. Thus, the brand trust variable can mediate the relationship between the influencer endorsement and brand image variables on the interest variable in purchasing prepaid XL products in the city of Surabaya

    This study aims to analyze Pinjam Wifi's marketing communication strategy through Instagram using the AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) model. Qualitative methods and case studies, data were collected through interviews, observations, and internal company documents. The results of the study indicate that Pinjam Wifi carries out the AISAS stages with strategies such as paid advertising (attention), promo and discount campaigns (interest), use of hashtags (search), creation of various types of content to form engagement (action), and customer reviews shared on Instagram (share). In addition, the push & pull marketing strategy is implemented through paid advertising, retail distribution, and business content.     The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of purchasing decisions mediating the relationship between service quality, brand image, and discounts on customer satisfaction at Ramayana Sidoarjo. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach, with a sample of 96 respondents of Ramayana Sidoarjo customers who live in Sidoarjo. The data analysis was carried out using the help of the PLS program. The results of the study indicate that service quality, price and security affect customer satisfaction. In addition, it was found that service quality, brand image and discounts affect purchase satisfaction through purchasing decisions. It was also found that purchase satisfaction affects purchasing decisions at Ramayana Sidoarjo. This means that purchasing decisions mediate the relationship between service quality, brand image, and discounts on consumer satisfaction
