Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of compensation and competency of either partially or jointly towards organizational commitment. Then the influence of the compensation, competence and commitment of the Organization partially or jointly on performance experts. The population in this study of 1,321 people construction services company experts in the province of Jambi. The methods used in this research is a descriptive survey method and sample survey of eksplanatori with the spread as much as 265 respondents. Based on the results of the hypothesis, compensation and competency as well as partially positive and significanteffect together toward organizational commitment (KO) and R2 = 0.53 or account for 53%, and partially compensation effect positive and insignificant against the performance experts (KA), competence and commitment of the Organization of the partially positive and significant effect on performance experts (KA) while the compensation, competence and commitment of the Organization in together the positive and significant effect on performance experts (KA) and R2 = 0.52 or account for 52%Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Competence, Performance Expert

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of Construction Cost Index, Relative Poverty Index and Human Development Index for Fiscal Needs and to determine the relationship between the fiscal capacity of revenue sharing fund (DBH) and local revenue (PAD), The method used is the multiple regression analysis 2001-2011 and Pearson correlation test was conducted to determine the relationship between Needs Fiscal and Fiscal Capacity in personnel expenditures. In this study, it is found that the Construction Cost Index and relative poverty index negatively effect on Fiscal Needs, Human Development Index positive effect on Fiscal Needs, Pearson correlation of test results are known DBH positively and significantly associated with a P value or Sig 0,000 and Locally Generated Revenue positive and significant with a P value Fiscal Capacity sig 0.033 or less than 0.05. Fiscal Needs and Fiscal Capacity positively associated with personnel expenditures and significant with a P value or Sig 0.000 or less than 0.05.Key words: fiscal capacity, fiscal needs, fiscal, personnel expenditure, Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH), and Local Revenue (PAD)

Full text linkThe research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, job stress and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, both directly and indirectly. This research is done on Bakti Frontliner who work as teller and customer services of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Jambi Branch, amounted at 60 people spread in nine sub branch. Technique used in sampling is census, where all of the population is used as sample. Analysis unit used is path analysis. The research result that emotional intelligence and job satisfaction influence positively and significantly on organizational commitment, while job stress influence negatively and significantly on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Other than that emotional intelligence and job stress influence directly on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.Keywords: emotional intelligence, job stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitmen

The number of samples that will be taken is as much as 100 people respondents. Sample withdrawal technique is done in a non probability of simple random sampling. Analysis tools are used multiple linear regression. Research results from theTest F F values obtained to calculate probability with 41.855 of 0.000. Because F count 42.193 > F 2.47 and the probability Table is much smaller than 0.05 regression models then can be used to predict future purchasing decisions (the dependent variable) or it can be said that all independent variables namely Utilitarian Function, the expression value, maintain the ego and knowledge together effect on the dependentvariable consumer purchasing decisions against the Honda brand Vario. The coefficient of determination (R2) above shows the magnitude of the adjusted R2 is 0.640, this means that 64% of the variations in purchase decisions can be explained by the variation of 4 independent variables. Full text linkPositive economic growth indicates an increase in the economy of a country or region, whereas negative economic growth indicates a decline in the economy of a country or region. The indicator used to measure regional economic growth is the growth rate of Gross Regional Domestic Product at constant prices (real GDP). In increasing the economic growth of a region, not apart from the role of government in providing funds to finance regional economic development activities. Costs incurred for public service activities and development both economic and non-economic are often referred to as government expenditures. These government expenditures are allocated annually in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Excavation of potential sources of income to support local expenditure and regional independence needs to be intensified, especially those originating from local revenue sources optimally will be able to contribute significantly to the improvement of Jambi Province's Regional Income and Expenditure Budget. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial capacity of regions derived from local revenue in supporting the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and to determine the rate of regional economic growth and analyze the influence of regional spending on economic growth in Jambi Province. This research was conducted in the scope of government of Jambi Province. The research method used qualitative descriptive method and linear regression analysis of econometric model of Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The results show that during the period from 2010 to 2016, the financial capacity of regions originating from local own revenues has not been fully reliable in sustaining the Jambi Provincial Revenue and Expenditure Budget, as its contribution is still relatively low at an average of 34.13 percent per year . The economic growth of Jambi Province during the same period grew by 6.28 percent per year. Government expenditures significantly and positively affect the Economic Growth of Jambi Province. The conclusion is that an increased regional government spending will lead to increased economic growth of the region concerned.Keywords: Regional Finance, Government Expenditure, Economic Growth

Full text linkThis research aims to find out how the effect of the firm size and working capital towards Return on Equity (ROE) in the automotive industry are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012-2015 periods. Tthe data used are secondary data, which uses quantitative descriptive analysis method by using multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests the F test and t test. Based on multiple linear regression analysis results with the data panel obtained equations Yit = 1746.027 – 6.932X1it + 0.440 X2it + µit. Based on simultaneous test (F) Firm Size and Working Capital effect significantly to Return on Equity. Based on the partial test (t) Firm Size and Working Capital effect significantly to Return on Equity. The results of the R Square is 0.151 or 15.1%. Full text linkThis study aimed is to analyze the effect of Internal Marketing to Internal Customer Satisfaction Company On PDAM TirtaMayang city of Jambi, The population is PDAM TirtaMayang Employees, it is selected randomly as many as 72 people. Results were statistically demonstrated that the Internal Marketing consists of five dimensions together affect the internal customer satisfaction on PDAM TirtaMayang determinant coefficient Jambi with 61.00 percent. Partially there are two variables: the recruitment and empowerment of the five dimensions that have a positive and significant effect, while for the other three variables, is not significant. And the most influential variable is the variable employee empowerment. In addition, given the influence of the independent variables together against internal customer satisfaction on the company PDAM TirtaMayang Jambi City by 61.00 percent, 39.00 percent of course there are still other variables beyond the variables that affect the company's internal customer satisfaction on the taps TirtaMayang Jambi City that need to be investigated further.Keywords: Internal Marketing, Internal Customer Satisfaction

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of Jambi Provincial Government in the regional financial statements before and after the implementation of accrual basis in 2014 and 2015. The result of the research shows that the financial performance of Jambi Provincial Government as measured by liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and leverage ratio are still in good category and within safe limits because value of all the ratio is above industry standard, although in 2015 there is a decrease in all value ratio because in that year the Jambi Provincial Government has applied the accrual basis in presenting the financial statements so that there is a decrease in the asset post that is in the post of current assets due to allowance for receivables and on the post of fixed assets due to depreciation of fixed assets. Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine income inequality and the effect diversity of expense toward income inequality in the period 2005-2015. The analysis method used quantitative analysis with Williamson Index analysis and simple regression, the date got from ten districts in jamby province. The results this study showed income inequality between regions during the period has category medium inequality,the variety of region expense has effect positive significant to income inequality level. Conclusion this study was the higher level of diversity of expense will be increase income inequality between regions. The policy implication of this research was develop the economic development center that taked to the potential of each region by utilizing resources in the region so that the level of income inequality between regions is not too high.Keywords : diversity of expense, income inequality, economic development, potential of region
