    2013Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai mata pencaharian\ud yang merupakan ciri dari sistem ekonomi pedesaan sebagai suatu strategi\ud meningkatkan pendapatan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan\ud sekaligus cara untuk mencapai tujuan dengan pola pembagian waktu\ud masyarakat dalam menjalankan berbagai mata pencaharian hingga\ud mengetahui makna atas sistem mata pencaharian yang dilakukan oleh\ud masyarakat yang banyak terkandung dalam sistem pengetahuan atau\ud kebudayaan suatu masyarakat.\ud Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Antropologi Ekonomi yang\ud berdasarkan pada diversifikasi mata pencaharian dalam Antropologi\ud Ekonomi sebagai suatu keputusan dan pilihan perilaku budaya yang\ud dibutuhkan berawal dari prinsip dari kelangkaan sumber-sumber daya dan\ud kebutuhan dan tujuan-tujuan manusia sebagai makhluk individu sekaligus\ud sebagai makhluk sosial yang saling mempunyain ketergantungan.\ud Pembahasan mengenai berbagai mata pencaharian sebagai salah\ud satu faktor yang menarik perhatian adalah bentuk dari pekerjaannya yang\ud sifatnya kondisional, dimana jenis pekerjaan dilakukan berdasarkan\ud kondisi nyata yang sedang dihadapi sesuai potensi alam yang tersedia.\ud Dari hasil penelitian mengambarkan, bahwa suatu mayarakat\ud dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah kehidupan ekonomi ditempuh\ud dengan melakukan berbagai kegiatan perekonomian. Melalui\ud pemamfaatan sumber daya manusia dan sumber-sumber alam dalam\ud usahanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan penduduk merupakan\ud suatu proses yang harus diusahakan terus-menerus. Hal yang mendorong\ud manusia untuk selalu berusaha dan bekerja adalah usaha manusia\ud memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhannya yang beraneka, sehingga tingkat\ud kemakmuran dan tingkat kesejahteraan akan lebih baik.\ud Berbagai jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan masyarakat di Desa\ud Bontongan, senantiasa pula pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain,\ud faktor keterampilan, modal dan kesempatan seseorang untuk memilih\ud jenis pekerjaan yang dapat dikerjakan sesuai kemampuan yang dimiliki.\ud Akan tetapi ada juga yang diakibatkan, oleh karena adanya hubungan\ud pertalian darah atauhubungan ketetanggaan dan hubungan kepentingan\ud dengan memperlakukan seseorang seperti saudara sendiri yang bersifat\ud kekeluargaan, hal lain adalah tersedianya waktu luang, terutama bagi\ud pegawai negeri sipil mempunyai kesempatan untuk melakukan berbagai\ud kegiatan ekonomi yang lain seperti pertanian dan perkebunan yang\ud merupakan sumber penghasilan tambahan

Based on the results of the study, it was found that in the new normal, MSMEactors collaborated with the government which was manifested in the form of providing social assistance,reducing loan interest, training and seminars to increase the capacity of MSME actors, and encouraging UMKMactors to remain productive by producing international quality products

    This study aims to determine and analyze the Diversification Strategy of Cultural Attractions in Support of Tourism Development in Wakatobi Village. This research method is qualitative research. The determination of the informants in this study was obtained by purposive sampling. The informants are community leaders and traditional leaders who are key informants. The results show that the opportunity for Wakatobi Regency to become a cultural tourism destination can be opened, because it is supported by the exoticism of local communities with their cultural diversity. The strategy that can be prioritized in the development of Wakatobi village tourism is the diversification of cultural attractions that are organized through institutions or Tourism Awareness Groups initiated by the community and funded by the local government and acting as an active facilitator. It seems that the political will and political commitment of leaders to maximize local government efforts need to be supported by tourism stakeholders from the government, private sector and the wider community, this is a weakness that needs to be covered so that the strategy in developing Community Base Tourism (CBT) tourism in Wakatobi provides a diversification of attractions. tour which is actually quite interesting to witness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Strategi Diversifikasi Atraksi Budaya Dalam Mendukung Pengembangan Wisata Desa Wakatobi. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penentuan informan penelitian ini diperoleh secara Purposive sampling. Adapun informan yaitu tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh adat yang merupakan informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peluang kabupaten wakatobi menjadi destinasi wisata budaya dapat terbuka, karena didukung oleh eksotisme komunitas lokal dengan keberagaman budaya yang mereka miliki. Strategi yang dapat diprioritas dapat dalam pengembangan wisata desa Wakatobi adalah  diversifikasi atraksi budaya yang terorganisasi melalui kelembagaan atau Kelompok Sadar Wisata yang diprakarsai masyarakat dan didanai oleh pemerintah daerah serta berperan sebagai fasilitator yang aktif. Tampaknya political will dan political comitment pemimpin untuk memaksimalkan upaya pemerintah daerah perlu di dukung oleh stekholder pariwisata dari pihak jajaran pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat luas hal merupakan kelemahan yang perlu ditutupi agar strategi dalam pengembangan wisata Community Base Tourism (CBT) di Wakatobi menyajikan adanya diversifikasi atraksi wisata yang sesungguhnya cukup menarik untuk disaksikan

Relevant competence, it is expected that the Department of Hospitality Management Study Program of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic produces good products that are ready for work.     Designing English Teaching Materials for Students of the Food and Beverage Service Study Program based on industry needs

    Every student has different needs in learning English, including their needs in the workplace. This research aims to determine the existence of English language skills of students in Food and Beverage Service (FBS) department, identify their English language needs in the workplace, and design English language teaching materials based on their needs in the workplace. This research is a quantitative study by using survey methods. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and observations by taking the FBS students who had carried out internship program as the population while the sampling technique used was purposive and accidental sampling by involving 143 respondents. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that 1) The existence of English language skills of students in FBS department is at the elementary and pre-intermediate levels, namely 73.42% and speaking skills are the skill they have mastered the most as well as the most difficult skill. And vocabulary and pronunciation are two language components they considered as the most difficult to be understood, 2) The English language needs of FBS students in the workplace show that speaking skills are the most needed skill, namely 76.92%, where all outlets in the FBS departments require language mastery English, namely 68.53%, especially in the restaurant section around 20.98%, 3) English teaching materials designed should be based on students' needs in the workplace by using a priority scale on the learning materials and activities which described in the form of learning plans
