No full textFilip Spannbrucker Filip Spannbrucker, česká barokní architektura, hrabě František Josef Schlik, Jean Baptiste Mathey, Jičínsko The main aim of this thesis is to present the life and work of Filip Spannbrucker (approximately 1672?1729), Prague architect and builder, in the context of contemporary artistic and social course of events. In the first part of this work there will be outlined Spannbrucker's life and professional career based on elaborate archival research. Special attention will be devoted to proprietors and a patronage of building projects wherein Spannbrucker participated or whereof was an author. In the connection, his work will be brought in contiguity of contemporaneous cultural, socioeconomical and aesthetical notions and relations. In the second part of this thesis there will be pointed out a characteristic and spring of inspiration of Spannbrucker's architecture by means of an accurate formal analysis. A view into a language of Filip Grabovac’s “Cvit razgovora”
No full textFra Filip Grabovac bio je svećenik, profesor, propovjednik, vojni kapelan, pjesnik i prozaist. Kao dječak otišao je u franjevački samostan na Visovcu. Život među franjevcima naučio ga je zajedništvu te je i sam osjetio poziv da postane svećenik, stoga odlazi u samostan u Zaostogu gdje se i zaredio. Kao pripadnik Provincije Presvetoga Otkupitelja poslan je da svoju svećeničku dužnost obnaša kao vojni kapelan na području Mletačke Republike, tako je iz prve ruke upoznao život hrvatskih vojnika i časnika. Kao veliki domoljub bio je dirnut sudbinama svojih vojnika te u svom djelu Cvit razgovora naglašava da su hrvatski vojnici potlačeni i da ratuju za druge. Sve svoje misli iznosio je javno u svom djelu te je pisao o politici svoga vremena što nije odgovaralo tadašnjim vlastima. Optužen je zbog svega nekoliko stihova, za koje nitko nije tražio objašnjenje, samo osudu, život mu završava tragično, a on postaje povijesna ličnost o kojoj će se pisati godinama.
Cvit razgovora pisan je u dvama dijelovima, u prvom je pisao o moralu i vjeri, a u drugom je pisao o svjetovnoj tematici i narodnoj povijesti te time postaje pokretač prosvjetiteljstva, odstupa od tradicije te piše o svjetovnim temama.
Djelovao je u 18. stoljeću te se u njegovu radu osjeti utjecaj franjevaca, koji su imali veliku ulogu u procesu standardizacije hrvatskoga književnoga jezika, a to je prije svega djelo napisano štokavskom ikavicom koja postaje prekretnica u proširivanju štokavskoga književnoga jezika.Friar Filip Grabovac was a priest, professor, preacher, military chaplain, poet, and a prose writer. As a boy he went to the Franciscan monastery in Visovac. Life among the Fran- ciscans taught him communion and he himself felt called to become a priest, so he went to a monastery in Zaostog where he was ordained. As a member of the Province of the Most Holy Redeemer, he was sent to perform his priestly duty as a military chaplain in the territory of the Venetian Republic. That is how he got to know the life of Croatian soldiers and officers firsthand. As a great patriot, he was touched by the fate of his soldiers, so in his work Cvit razgovora he emphasizes how Croatian soldiers are oppressed and how they fight for others.
He expressed all his thoughts publicly in his work and he wrote about the politics of his time, which did not suit the current authorities. He was accused for only a few verses, for which no one sought an explanation, only a condemnation, his life ends tragically, and he becomes a historical figure who will be written about for years.
Cvit razgovora was written in two parts, in the first part he wrote about morality and religion, and in the second part he wrote about secular topics and folk history, thus becoming the initiator of the Enlightenment, where he deviates from tradition and writes about secular topics.
Grabovac belongs to the 18th century and the influence of the Franciscans can be felt in all his work, but it is felt the most in his piece in Shtokavian ikavian dialect (one of the most spread Croatian dialects) which becomes a turning point in the expansion of the dia- lect’s literary language. Pavel Ježek, Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Abstract: The main objective of this project was to create a multiplatform modular system for distributed data management. The system supports both local and remote accessible data storage. Therefore a part of the solution is also a server for remote data access. System also provides parallel usage of a local and remote storage which guarantees that the storage is accessible also when connection to server is lost. In this case, system is capable to synchronize changes between the server and a client. A client can use multiple instances of his storage and our system is able to synchronize them through central server. The system provides abstraction over data model to separate plugin developers from its specific behavior. As practical preview of system usability was created an extension application called TuaLoca. The application will contain implementation of preview plugins and basic user interaction. No full textThe article is an analysis of three works by Filip Kallimach (Filippo Buonaccorsi) regarding marriage (elegy XXII, Epithalamium Fanniae ac Musaei, carmen Ad se ipsum). In the collections of Roman elegies from the Augustian era, there are no wedding pieces. The source of Callimachus’ idea is found by the author of the article in Epithalamium in Stellam et Violentillam by P. Papinius Statius and, indirectly, through the epithalamium of Statius – in the unpreserved elegies of L. Activities of the Istrian Parliament
No full textIstarski sabor bio je politička institucija zakonodavne vlasti regionalnog karaktera. Kroz njegovo djelovanje evidentne su poteškoće koje su mučile Istru kao jednu od brojnih multinacionalnih pokrajina u Monarhiji, a to se očitovalo kroz brojne sukobe naroda, u istarskom slučaju Hrvata i Slovenaca protiv Talijana. Istra je bila izuzetno etnički heterogena, dom Hrvatima, Slovencima i Talijanima sa svim njihovim posebnostima, idejama i ciljevima. Sabor je bila njihova „bojišnica“ što svjedoče brojni zapisi sjednica sabora koji su smješteni u arhvima. Osim iz arhivskih dokumenata, o političkom životu sabora saznajemo čitajući razne publikacije poput Naše Sloge, L'Osservatorea Triestina, službenog glasila tršćanskog namjesništva te mnogih drugih. O samom radu sabora nema mnogo knjiga i većina informacija može se naći posredno, u knjigama o narodnom preporodu u Istri ili u člancima i knjigama s tematikom 19. stoljeća u Istri. Neke knjige poput Istarskog sabora Nevena Budaka uglavnom daju jako okvirne informacije o saboru ili Prvi istarski sabori (1861.-1877.) akademika Frana Barbalića daju informacije za određeno razdoblje. Ostali povjesničari poput Marina Manina i Nevia Šetića daju dodatnu sliku o povijesti Istre. U ovom radu dati ću pregled rada sabora, ali ću se također osvrnuti na tradiciju održavanja sabora u srednjem vijeku, kratkoj povijesti Istre na političko-administrativnoj karti, izbornim zakonima, političkim institucijama, politčkim strankama i poltičarima te idejama koje su obilježavale dvije suprotstavljene grupacije u saboru. Ova tema važna je za hrvatsku povijest jer možemo vidjeti na koji se način razvijala hrvatska nacionalna svijest u Istri
Political branding of Filip Turek in the campaign for the 2024 European Parliament elections
No full textThis thesis focuses on the political branding of Filip Turek in the campaign period before the 2024 European Parliament elections from the perspective of Catherine Needham's criteria for a successful political brand. In the theoretical part, the author presents the fundamentals of political branding and the concept of criteria for a successful political brand. The objective of the thesis is to determine whether Catherine Needham's criteria can be applied to Filip Turek's brand in the examined period, and how, if at all, the brand deviated from them. This objective is achieved by using qualitative research methods. Filip Turek's posts on social media sites Instagram and X, and several debates or interviews in which he participated, are subjected to thematic analysis. This data is accompanied by the findings that emerged from the research interviews conducted with respondents from different fields. The respondents include, for example, an expert on marketing practice, a political journalist and a person with an insight into Filip Turek's campaign. Based on the conducted analysis, it is decided that Catherine Needham's criteria for a successful political brand can be applied to the brand in the examined period.
