Plana Memora: Dekontekstualisasi Wujud Karya Seni Rupa
PLANA MEMORA is a visual work created to respond to the shifting phenomena of contemporary aesthetic discourse. Beginning with the idea of ​​\u27celebration\u27 will fade the exclusivity of art leading to a pattern of continuity of creation. The conceptual purpose is the manifestation of the location of the authentic-specific personality spirit of postmodern art creative works; in the simplicity of visualization, philosophical elements can be found that require effort to understand their \u27depth\u27. The practical aim is to offer patterns of unconventional work creation techniques, and their visualization becomes an alternative display of two-dimensi works of art. The form of PLANA MEMORA is like a brief note, made to give a simple and quick warning of daily activities plans. It is handwritten using a ballpen on a piece of paper. The rationale is that postmodern artworks characterize the familiar and intense closeness of the creators\u27 daily lives. This reinforces the author that two-dimensi works of art are no longer (merely) about illustrations, representations of real/dreamy nature, imagination or ending in the composition of color splashes, which ends only show the skill of hand techniques in making it. To support the representation of contemporary artworks, the author designed PLANA MEMORA as a response to the ongoing shift in aesthetic discourse symptoms, as a decontextual manifestation of the form of visual works. This work is not an illustration of events, more accurately called the continuity of symptoms itself. Although it may be similar to documentation, but more work (plan) today and the future.Dilatarbelakangi gagasan \u27perayaan\u27 memudarnya eksklusifitas seni menuju ke pola kontinuitas penciptaan, penelitian ini diiringi proses penciptaan dan menghasilkan karya seni rupa berjudul “Plana Memora†yang dirancang dalam rangka merespon fenomena pergeseran wacana estetika kontemporer. Tujuan konseptualnya adalah manifestasi letak spirit personalitas yang spesifik-otentik atas karya seni rupa pascamodernisme; dalam kesederhanaan visualisasi bisa jadi ditemukan unsur filosofi karya yang memerlukan upaya untuk memahami \u27kedalamannya\u27. Tujuan praktisnya adalah tawaran pola teknik penciptaan karya yang tidak konvensional, dan visualisasinya menjadi alternatif wujud karya seni rupa dua-dimensi. Wujud Plana Memora berupa tulisan tangan dengan menggunakan bolpoin pada sepotong kertas, tak ubahnya sebuah catatan singkat, dibuat dengan maksud memberi peringatan sederhana dan cepat akan rencana kegiatan harian. Dasar pemikirannya adalah bahwa karya seni rupa pascamodernisme mencirikan adanya kedekatan yang lazim dan intens dengan keseharian kreatornya. Hal ini menguatkan bahwa karya seni rupa dua-dimensi tidak lagi (melulu) tentang ilustrasi, representasi alam nyata/ alam mimpi, imajinasi atau berakhir pada komposisi cipratan warna, yang secara eksplisit sekedar menunjukkan kepiawaian tangan belaka. Studi literatur sebagai sumber data dan eksplorasi karya dilakukan sebagai metode dalam penelitian dan penciptaan ini. Dalam rangka mendukung representasi kekaryaan seni rupa kontemporer, penciptaan ini menghasilkan rancangan karya sebagai manifestasi dekontekstualisasi wujud karya seni rupa. Karya ini bukan ilustrasi konvensional. Karya ini mengusung konsep kontinuitas gejala dirinya sendiri yang meskipun bisa jadi mirip dokumentasi, namun merupakan karya (rencana) hari ini dan masa depan
Comparison between catgut endoloop versus vicryl endoloop in laparoscopic appendicular stump closure
Background: Laparoscopic appendectomy has become the standard of care for acute appendicitis, offering numerous advantages over open surgery. The closure of the appendicular stump remains a critical step in this procedure, with various techniques available. This study aimed to compare the efficacy and outcomes of catgut versus vicryl endoloops in appendicular stump closure.
Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted at tertiary care hospitals in Mangalore from March 2022 to March 2024. Thirty-five patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy were included and divided into catgut (n=18) and vicryl (n=17) endoloop groups. Parameters evaluated included operative time, hospital stay duration, post-operative complications, and follow-up outcomes.
Results: The mean operative duration was comparable between groups (catgut: 1.2±0.4 hours, vicryl: 1.4±0.6 hours, p>0.05). The catgut group demonstrated significantly shorter hospital stays (3.0±0.8 versus 4.1±0.8 days, p<0.05). Post-operative complications were similar between groups, with pain being the most common (catgut: 50%, vicryl: 41.2%). Early oral intake was achieved in 60% of patients by post-operative day one. Follow-up showed good recovery in 71.4% of patients, with no reported cases of stump appendicitis among those who completed follow-up.
Conclusions: Both catgut and vicryl endoloops demonstrate comparable safety and efficacy in laparoscopic appendicular stump closure. While catgut endoloops showed advantages in hospital stay duration, both methods proved reliable with similar complication rates. The choice between materials can be based on surgeon preference and institutional protocols without compromising patient outcomes
SENI LUKIS KARYA YUNIZAR MURSYIDI : ANALISIS BENTUK DAN ISI
Seni rupa merupakan ekspektasi dari sebuah realita, khususnya seni lukis. Dengan kreasi dan inovasi dari seorang seniman maka terciptalah realitas baru yang memiliki relasi antara bentuk visual dan isi. Sehingga menuntut seorang seniman untuk menunjukkan karakter sebagai identitas diri. Penulis mengambil subjek M. Yunizar Mursyidi, seorang seniman akademis lulusan IKIP Surabaya (UNESA) yang memiliki karakter visual berbeda dari para seniman khususnya di Surabaya, dengan mengeksplorasi bentuk visualnya. Berdasarkan ketertarikan penulis kepada sosok Yunizar, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Sosok Yunizar dalam seni rupa Surabaya. (2) Bentuk dan isi lukisan Yunizar Mursyidi periode 2009-2012. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penulis menggunakan penelitian Diskriptif Kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, pengamatan atau observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian menganalisis data.Untuk mencapai validitas data digunakanlah triangulasi data. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan : (1) Yunizar Mursyidi berkecimpung di dunia seni lukis, khususnya di Surabaya semenjak aktif menjadi mahasiswa di IKIP Surabaya (UNESA). Sampai dunia seni lukis Surabaya mengakui keberadaannya sebagai seorang seniman yang aktif dalam proses kreatif dan sering berpameran. Dengan mengandalkan gaji pokok sebagai pengajar di sekolah TK dan SMA untuk menghidupi keseniannya. (2) Permainan bentuk visual yang menggunakan kanvas tidak lazim serta non konvensional sebagai respon terhadap ruang pamer menjadikan fokus dari karya Yunizar saat itu. Isi karya-karyanya untuk mengkritisi masalah-masalah sosial, budaya, dan politik sebagai wacana kekinian yang saat ini mendera bangsa Indonesia. Karya-karyanya Yunizar terpengaruh oleh lukisan Francis Bacon, gaya yang cenderung bebas dan mempunyai cukup energi dalam mengolah bentuk.

Art is an expectation of a reality, particularly painting. With the creation and innovation of an artist then created a new reality in which the relation between visual form and content. So it requires an artist to show the characters as identification. Based on the above aspects of the subject M. Yunizar authors take Mursyidi, an artist graduate academic IKIP Surabaya (UNESA) who lived in Surabaya and has a different visual character of the artists, especially in Surabaya, by exploring the visual form. Based on the author's interest to figure Yunizar, the problems in this research are: (1) The figure Yunizar in art Surabaya. (2) The form and content of the painting Yunizar Mursyidi 2009-2012. To achieve these objectives the author uses descriptive qualitative research using data collection methods, observation or observation, interviews and documentation, then analyze the data. To achieve the validity of the data is used triangulation of data. From the data analysis we concluded that: (1) Yunizar Mursyidi engaged in the world of painting, especially in Surabaya since been active as a student at the Teachers' Training College Surabaya (UNESA). Until the world of painting Surabaya acknowledge its existence as an artist active in the creative process and frequent exhibitions. By relying on the basic salary as a teacher at a nursery school and high school to support her art. (2) Play visual form that uses canvas unusual and unconventional response to the showroom to make the focus of the work Yunizar that time. The contents are intended to criticize social issues, culture, and politics as a contemporary discourse that is currently plagued the nation of Indonesia. Figure affected by the shape of the paintings of Francis Bacon. Styles tend to be free and have enough energy in processing the form.

GRAFFITI DALAM ACARA “FEELS LIKE HOME”
Graffiti merupakan salah satu cabang seni yang berkembang dalam lingkungan masyarakat modern saat ini. Di kota- kota besar seperti Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, hingga Medan hal ini jelas terlihat dari banyaknya gambar graffiti menghiasi sudut – sudut kota dan banyaknya acara graffiti di kota-kota besar.
Tidak hanya sampai di kota-kota besar, perkembangan graffiti di Indonesia pun telah mewabah hingga kota Tuban, Jawa Timur. Di kota ini graffiti ada sejak tahun 2005. graffiti telah masuk ke kota ini dan menjadi lifestyle bagi para pelakunya. MCA (Me Can Awesome) adalah salah satu kelompok tertua, terbentuk sejak 14 Februari 2006. Tahun ini mereka akan mengadakan sebuah acara dengan judul “Feels Like Home”. Acara ini merupakan acara peringatan hari jadi ke-8 yang di selenggarakan di Tuban, Jawa Timur. Penulis beranggapan bahwa acara ini merupakan subjek yang tepat untuk meneliti perkembangan seni graffiti di kota tersebut baik secara ideologi, proses, maupun visualisasi.

Graffiti is one of the branches of the arts thrive in today's modern society. In big cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, to field it is clearly evident from the many pictures of graffiti adorning the corner - the corner of the city and many graffiti events in major cities.
Not only in the big cities, the development of graffiti in Indonesia has also endemic to the city of Tuban, East Java. In this city there since 2005. Graffiti has entered into this city and become a lifestyle for the perpetrators. MCA (Me Can Awesome) is one of the oldest group, formed since February 14, 2006. This year they will hold an event titled "Feels Like Home". This event is an event marking the 8th anniversary which was held in Tuban, East Java. The author considers that this event is a proper subject for researching the development of graffiti art in the city either ideology, process, and visualization.

Transformasi Sinkretisma Indonesia dan Karya Seni Islam
Tulisan ini membahas aspek sosio-historis dan pencapaian kebudayaan pada masa peradaban seni (rupa) Hindu dan Islam di Indonesia, perkembangan terkini seni rupa kontemporer Islami, dan karya seni KH. M. Fuad Riyadi, seniman dan Kyai Kontemporer yang aktif sebagai pelaku kesenian dalam seni sastra, musik dan seni rupa. Karya seni selalu merupakan cerminan pengamatan serta perasaan dan pikiran pembuatnya. Karya seni terlahir dari proses pergulatan panjang yang kompleks atas berbagai unsur kebudayaan yang saling mempengaruhi. Pada tahapan ini terjadilah transformasi budaya melalui proses sinkretisasi yang membentuk tradisi seni di Indonesia sesuai dengan peranan unsur budaya terutama persentuhan dengan agama yang datang dari luar. Tulisan ini dikaji melalui studi sejarah, transformasi budaya dan estetika. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa karya seni yang diciptakan seniman tidak berdiri sendiri atas nafas tunggal konsep dan dogtrin agama namun sudah dielaborasi dengan kebutuhan budaya setempat serta local genius masyarakat yang ditempati.
This paper is intended to discuss the socio-historical aspect and the cultural achievement of the civilization of Hinduism and Islamic fine art in Indonesia, the updated development of Islamic contemporary fine art, and the artwork of KH. M. Fuad Riyadi, artists and contemporary mufti who are active as art doers of literary art, music, and fine art. The artwork is always a reflection of the observations and feelings and thoughts of the author. The artwork was born by the long struggle of complex processes on various cultural elements which influenced to each other. At this stage there was a cultural transformation through the process of syncretization which formed a tradition of art in Indonesia in accordance with the role of cultural elements, especially the contiguity with the religion coming from the outside. This paper was analyzed through the historical study, cultural and aesthetics transformation. Based on the research it can be concluded that the artworks created by the artist do not stand alone based on the single breath of concept and religion doctrine but the ones which have been elaborated with the needs of the local culture and the local genius of that intended society
m<sup>6</sup>A Reader YTHDC1 Impairs Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infection by Downregulating Membrane CX3CR1 Expression
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is the most prevalent cause of acute lower respiratory infection in young children. Currently, the first RSV vaccines are approved by the FDA. Recently, N6-methyladenosine (m6A) RNA methylation has been implicated in the regulation of the viral life cycle and replication of many viruses, including RSV. m6A methylation of RSV RNA has been demonstrated to promote replication and prevent anti-viral immune responses by the host. Whether m6A is also involved in viral entry and whether m6A can also affect RSV infection via different mechanisms than methylation of viral RNA is poorly understood. Here, we identify m6A reader YTH domain-containing protein 1 (YTHDC1) as a novel negative regulator of RSV infection. We demonstrate that YTHDC1 abrogates RSV infection by reducing the expression of RSV entry receptor CX3C motif chemokine receptor 1 (CX3CR1) on the cell surface of lung epithelial cells. Altogether, these data reveal a novel role for m6A methylation and YTHDC1 in the viral entry of RSV. Optimasi Penjadwalan Praktikum Menggunakan Modified Real Code Particle Swarm Optimization (Studi Kasus Fakultas Imu Komputer Universitas Brawijaya)
AbstrakPenjadwalan adalah salah satu proses dalam manajemen waktu yang di atur sedemikian rupa agar kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Banyak algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan. Pada kasus ini penulis menggunakan algoritma Modified Real Code PSO (M-RCPSO). Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data dosen, asisten, mahasiswa, ruangan dan waktu praktikum. Dari hasil pengujian popsize, pengujian iterasi, pengujian parameter kognitif dan sosial, dan pengujian parameter terbaik, didapatkan nilai rata-rata fitness adalah 1. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa solusi yang didapatkan sudah mendekati optimum.Kata kunci: modified real code particle swarm optimization, penjadwalanAbstractScheduling is one of the time management process that well regulated so that the activities can run fluently. Many algorithms can be used to solve scheduling problems. In this case, the author uses a Modified Real Code PSO (M-RCPSO) algorithm. The data used consisted of lecturer, assistant, student, room and lab time. From the results of popsize testing, iterative testing, cognitive parameter testing, and the best parameters testing obtained the average fitness value is 1.
