Full text linkThis is an endeavour to grasp how the theories can be applied to a practical situation. As a student in UiTM Perlis, it is a part of a study for everyone to undergo a case study project. So, for this purpose, I got the chance to research a corporate entity that manufactures a product that deeply interests us, which is Decathlon Group, a sports retailer. First of all, the general information regarding the corporate has been collected. Information is gathered through the primary and secondary source. In the second part of the report contains the specialized subject studies. The objective of the project is to figure on the background, organizational structure, products and services that Decathlon provides. In this case study, I have analysed the strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of this company in the real business world by using SWOT analysis. Next, I studied regarding the product manufactured by Decathlon, which is primarily a standard technology utilized by the company for its selected product that we have chosen which is their running shoes. Here, I will be explaining the problems of the shoes that have grab my attention. The problem of the shoes that I discovered is the shoes are instable which makes difficulties for runners. Next, is the shoe has a high arch which is not suitable for runners. And lastly, the narrowed shoes developed by Decathlon has made it difficult for those who have wide feet to wear it. In this study, I will be explaining deeper regarding the problems and I would also be discussing the alternatives solutions towards the problems

PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN SKALA PRIORITAS TERHADAP
SIKAP BERHEMAT SISWA KELAS X MA MUHAMMADIYAH
PENYASAWAN KABUPATEN KAMPAR
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sikap berhemat
berdasarkan skala prioritas siswa kelas X MA Muhammadiyah Penyasawan,
Kampar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif
dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis yang digunakan
adalah analisis data kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah semua siswa kelas
X MA Muhammadiyah Penyasawan, Kampar berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil uji r yang dilakukan dengan
menggunakan software spss 22 diperoleh r hitung skala prioritas sebesar 0,748
dengan tingkat probabilitas 0,000 berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan skala
prioritas terhadap sikap berhemat siswa MA Muhammadiyah Penyasawan,
Kampar. Diketahui ro(observasi)=0,784 dibandingkan taraf 5% (0,784>0,3291).
Untuk ro(observasi)=0,784 dibandingkan taraf 1% (0,784>0,4238). Nilai
konstanta diperoleh sebesar 16,488 maka jika variabel independent (bebas)
bernilai tetap, maka variabel dependen bernilai 16,488. Dan jika variabel X
bertambah 1 (satuan), maka rata-rata variabel Y bertambah 0,474. Hal ini
membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh skala prioritas terhadap sikap berhemat
siswa. Besar kontribusi yang diberikan antara pengaruh variabel bebas (Skala
prioritas) terhadap variabel terikat (Sikap berhemat) adalah 61% kuat
hubungannya kuat. Kesimpulannya adalah skala prioritas berpengaruh terhadap
sikap berhemat siswa MA Muhammadiyah Penyasawan.

This paper, entitled "Hadiths about Asmaun al-Prophet Muhammad SAW, (an analysis based on the criticism of the eyes), discusses the subject matter, namely how the quality of the traditions about Asmaun al-Prophet Muhammad Saw. In the research of hadith, the writer uses the maudhu'i method. In general, this research aims to collect the rules of internal criticism of hadith (naqd dakhiily / naqd batiiny) with the subject of hadiths. Applied criticism is expressed starting from the aspect of standardization (ratio) of hadithic information, testing the validity of texts and testing the multiplicity of doctrinal substances for the purposes of formulating shari'iyyah evidence. The author takes one path from the history of Imam At-Tirmidhi to be examined and finally it can be concluded that there are no things that can damage the credibility of sanad and hadith observations. So it can be stated that the hadith is of authentic quality. That means that its accuracy and status can be justified

Full text linkSkripsi ini merupakan hasil penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan judul “Analisis Maslahah Terhadap Pemikiran Sayyid Abu Bakar al-Mashuri ad-Dimyati tetang Nikah Tahlil di dalam Kitab I’anat al-Talibin’’. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang dituangkan ke dalam dua rumusan masalah, yaitu: Bagaimana pemikiran Sayyid Abu Bakar al-Mashuri ad-Dimyati tentang keabsahan nikah tahlil di dalam kitab I’anat al-Talibin dan Bagaimana relevansi pemikiran Sayyid Abu Bakar al-Mashuri ad-Dimyat}i tentang nikah tah}lil di dalam kitab I’anat al-Talibin dengan teori maslahah. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah studi dokumen atau dokumentasi, dengan memberikan gambaran-gambaran (deskriptif) dan lebih mengutamakan kualitas dari data. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif dan analisis isi, kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif dengan pola berfikir deduktif, yang bertujuan menggambarkan secara sistematik mengenai relevansi pemikiran Sayyid Abu Bakar al-Mashuri ad-Dhimyati tentang nikah tahlil di dalam kitab I’anat al-Talibin dengan teori maslahah. Hasil Penelitian mengenai pemikiran Sayyid Abu Bakar al-Mashuri ad-Dhimyati tentang keabsahan nikah tahlil di dalam kitab I’anat al-Talibin menyatakan bahwa Nikah tahlil dihukumi haram jika persyaratannya disebutkan dalam akad nikah. Apabila persyaratan tidak disebutkan dalam akad maka hukumnya makruh. Pemikiran yang pertama termasuk dalam kategori maslahah al-mu’tabarah dari segi eksistensinya karena sesuai dengan hadis pelaknatan pelaku nikah tahlil serta bersifat dharuriyah, sedangkan pemikiran yang kedua termasuk dalam kategori mas}lah}ah al-mulghah, legalitasnya seperti bertentangan akan tetapi terdapat kaidah ushul fiqh yang mewujudkan kemaslahatannya serta bersifat hajiyah karena salah satu upaya untuk memudahkan dalam menjaga keturunan (hifz nasl). Sejalan dengan hasil penelitian tersebut maka diharapkan sebagai seorang suami hendaklah menjaga istrinya agar tidak sampai mentalak istrinya sampai tiga kali talak karena tujuan pernikahan adalah untuk selama-lamanya bukan hanya sementara apalagi terbatas oleh waktu. Akan tetapi, jika hal yang tidak diinginkan seperti itu terjadi, dan suami istri benar-benar menyesali perbuatan mereka serta ingin kembali agar bisa membesarkan dan medidik anaknya bersama, maka ada cara untuk kembali meskipun hukumnya makruh, sehingga lebih baik tidak dilakukan

Full text linkThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment
