Connectivity index of infrastructural accessibility for disabilities in the city of Palembang
Accessibility is a major component in the physical planning of an area. Good physical planning must include important components including facilities for persons with disabilities to be used by all people. The downtown area of Palembang is a strategic area of Palembang city that needs to be assessed on the connectivity index. The research object used is public facilities that are used as connectivity between buildings. This assessment was carried out aiming to determine the completeness of existing facilities and the feasibility of accessibility between buildings. The assessment is carried out by identifying existing facilities and to determine the level of completeness of the facilities through the scoring method. The connectivity index analysis was carried out based on these results to determine the feasibility of the facility and the feasibility of accessibility in the region. The results obtained from the connectivity index analysis are the level of accessibility between buildings. The level of accessibility is carried out classification based on the connectivity index to determine the feasibility of accessibility between buildings. Based on these results, there are four feasibility classifications in the central area of Palembang. Two roads are categorised as very feasible, five roads are decent, five road segments are less feasible and one road is not feasible
THE CORRELATION BETWEEN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IN CLASS XII VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF BRIGJEND KATAMSO MEDAN
110 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Antara Kecerdasan Emosional Dengan Perilaku Agresif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi menggunakan skrining yang didapatkan dari siswa/i kelas XII SMK Brigjend Katamso yang berperilaku agresif berjumlah 72 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kecerdasan emosional dan skala perilaku agresif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan product moment atau korelasi (rxy) sebesar -0,519 dengan p = 0,000 mean hipotetik = 72,5 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 7,643). Perilaku agresif tergolong rendah, karena (mean empirik = 41,85 > mean hipotetik = 65 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 12,643). Adapun koefisien determinasi dan korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0,269 artinya kecerdasan emosional memberikan kontribusi terhadap perilaku agresif sebesar 26,9%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 73,1% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap perilaku agresif yang tidak diungkap, seperti faktor personal dan faktor situasional. This study aims to see the relationship between emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior. This type of research is a correlational quantitative method. The population used screening obtained from students of class XII SMK Brigjend Katamso with aggressive behavior totaling 72 people. The sampling technique uses a total sampling technique. The instruments used were emotional intelligence scale and aggressive behavior scale. Data analysis in this study used a product moment or correlation (rxy) of -0.519 with p = 0.000 hypothetical mean = 72.5 where the difference exceeds the SD number = 7.643). Aggressive behavior is low, because (empirical mean = 41.85> hypothetical mean = 65 where the difference exceeds the SD number = 12.643).The coefficient of determination and correlation is r2 =0.269 meaning that emotional intelligence contributes to aggressive behavior 26,9%. Based on this research, it is known that there are still 73.1% influence of other factors on aggressive behavior that are not disclosed, such as personal factors and situational factors
Correlation Between Anxiety To Issue PHK With Work Motivation Employees Of PT Bumi Karyatama Raharja
110 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecemasan isu phk dengan motivasi kerja karyawan . Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu ada hubungan negativ antara kecemasan isu phk dengan motivasi kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini ada 300 orang karyawan PT. Bumi Karyatama Raharja dengan teknik qouta sampling. Sampel berjumlah 50 orang karyawan.Penelitian ini menggunakan Skala kecemasan Blackburn dan Davidson yang terdiri dari 5 aspek yaitu Gerakan Biologis, Perilaku, Motivasi, Pikiran, Suasana hati. Penelitian menggunakan Skala Motivasi kerja yang terdiri dari 5 aspek yaitu Adanya kedisiplinan karyawan, Imajinasi yang tinggi dan daya kombinasi, Kepercayaan diri, Daya tahan terhadap tekanan, Tanggung jawab dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis product moment. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert dengan jumlah aitem sebanyak 38 aitem kecemasan isu phk dan 38 aitem motivasi kerja. Nilai validitas aitem dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,915 dan 0,941 yang ukur menggunakan Alpha Cronbach’s. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kecemasan isu phk dengan motivasi kerja dimana rxy= -0,673< 0.005 . Artinya semakin tinggi kecemasan isu phk maka semakin rendah motivasi kerja. Sumbangan efektif variabel kecemasan isu phk terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan adalah 45,3% dengan demikian masih terdapat 54,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain lain seperti .Hasil lain ditemukan bahwasannya dari perhitungan mean empiric kecemasan isu phk sedang cenderung tinggi dan motivasi kerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori sedang cenderung rendah. This study airms to see the correlation between anxiety issue PHK with work motivation employees,the proposed hypothesis is that there is a negative relationship between the issue of PHK anxiety and the work motivation employees, the method used in this research is quantitative method, the population in this study is approximately 300 employees of PT. Bumi Karyatama Raharja, done with the tryout system used on the subjek, there is sample of 50 employees.this stud uses the Blackburn and Davidson anxiety scale which consists of 5 aspects, namely the existence of employee discipline, high imagination and combination power, self – confidence resistance to pressure, responsibility in doing work.data collection was carried out using a likert scale with the number of items as many as 38 items in this study were 0,915 and 0,941 which were measured using alpha cronbach’s. the results showed that there was a significant relationship between anxiety about dismissal issues with work motivation where rxy= -0,673< 0.005 it means that the higher the anxiety about layoffs the lower the work motivation. The effective controbution of the anxiety variabel on the issue of layoffs to employees work motivation is 45,3% thus there are still 54,7% influences from other factors on work motivation seen in the study.Other result found that from the calculation of the empirical mean, the anxiety of being laid off tends to be high and employees work motivation included in the medium category tends to be low
Makna Tindakan Pragmatik Bedhaya Tejaningsih pada Jumenengan K.G.P.H Tejawulan Sebagai Raja Paku Buwana XIII di Surakarta
The presence of Bedhaya Tejaningsih in the inauguration or jumenengan ritual of K.G.P.H Tejawulan is evidently not only a form of entertainment but also contains a symbolic meaning. In this pragmatic study of Bedhaya Tejaningsih, the writer uses a pragmatic linguistic approach. The research is qualitative interpretative in nature and uses as a basic reference pragmatic theories and performing art theories. The methods used for collecting data include a library study, observation, and interviews. The results of the study show that the meaning of the presence of the dance Bedhaya Tejaningsih in the jumenengan ritual of K.G.P.H Tejawulan is a form of entertainment, exemplification, and credibility. As a form of entertainment, the presence of the dance Bedhaya Tejaningsih at the king coronation provides an aesthetical presentation for the audience. The meaning of its exemplification is seen in the request it makes to the general public to follow the example of a good and wise leader who always prioritizes his love for the people in the way he provides them with protection, peace, and security. The meaning of credibility is K.G.P.H Tejawulan is request that the people will give their support and recognition of his inauguration to become king so that he gains legitimacy based on the cultural tradition of the Kasunanan Palace in Surakarta
Profil Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) Mahasiswa Calon Guru Matematika Ditinjau dari Kemampuan Akademiknya
The research of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The purpose of this research is to obtain the Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of prospective teachers of mathematics in terms of academic ability. Data were analyzed in the form of documents and interview with the subjects were prospective teachers of mathematics in IAIN Tulungagung and STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. The results showed that a group of students with excellent academic ability and a group of students with good academic ability, content knowledge, knowledge of teaching, and knowledge of students are relatively same. Most of the content knowledge at level 1, knowledge of teaching at level 2, and knowledge of students at level 1. While the group of students with academic ability can reasonably be concluded that content knowledge at level 0, knowledge of teaching at level 1, and knowledge of students at level 1

The usage statistics of online databases need to be studiedfrom various aspects, all ofwhich are usefulfor optimizing the use of the e-journal. This case study examines the eiournal service statistics 2007-2010, as well as its usage growth through the use of booking service of ejournal article at Gadjah Mada University Library. Ebsco is an online database of the most needed, followed by Proquest, JSTOR, Springer and ScienceDirect. Also found that most users ordering ejournal prefer to come straight away, although it's provided messaging and e-mail services
Bung Hatta, Proklamator, Ilmuwan, Penulis dan Karya-Karyanya: Sebuah Analisis Bio-Bibliometrik
Bung Hatta was the proclaimer of independence, first vice president of the Republic of Indonesia. He was also a scientist and a very prolific writer with his work in various fields of study. His works discuss economic issues, cooperation, politics, law, philosophy, religion, and others. Out of 163 titles of his writings, 69 titles (4.2(X) are available in Hatta Corner, not including translations and works that may still be issued. Bibliographic data of his works are largely obtained from the online catalog of various institutions; i.e. OCLC World Cat 46 titles, Bibliography by the Idayu Foundation 26 titles, NLA 8 titles, Hathitrust 5 titles, the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia 4 titles, JSTOR 4 titles, and Bihliotheek Arnhem 1 title. There are 8 titles ofBung Hatta's works that have been translated into various languages, including Bung Hatta defense manuscript while he was in jail and would face the Hague trihunal, in March 1928, entitled 7ndonesie Vrij!". His most productive period was in the decade of 1951-1960, aged 49-58, with as many as 47 titles of writing. His greatest contributions were in the field of human rights, political and social economy. His works became guide for the governance of the Republic ofIndonesia

The specific objectives of this study: describe candidate recruitment system head Vocational School (SMK) in Seluma; Head of the candidate selection system Vocational School(SMK) in Seluma; Head placement system Vocational School (SMK) in Seluma; Head coaching system Vocational School (SMK) in Seluma. This research method is descriptive qualitativemethod. From the study it can be concluded implementation, the system of recruitment, selection, placement, and guidance to principals (SMK) in the district Seluma been implemented inaccordance with the procedures and regulations, however still needed repairs and improvements in the implementation of the system in order to obtain candidate -Expectant principals qualified, skilled, has the competence and qualifications as the principal professional.Key words: recruitment, selection, placement and coaching principal
