    Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektivitasnya metode diskusi pada pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Malik Ibrahim. Karena kepasifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran merupakan salah satu factor yang bisa menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa tidak stabil. Tidak efektifnya proses pembelajaran sangat berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Pemilihan metode belajar yang salah akan membuat siswa merasa jenuh dan bosan utamanya pada pembelajaran IPA yang notabennya mempelajari banyak hal pada seluruh alam dan lingkungan sekitar. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dilakukan diharapkan metode pembelajaran diskusi dapat membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.     The decision to enroll in a university is typically driven by the aspiration to become a well-prepared teacher. However, some potential educators may not feel entirely ready to embrace this profession. This study aims to assess how educational field experience influences individuals and explore the connection between self-confidence and teaching preparedness. Additionally, it seeks to examine how self-confidence and educational field experience together shape a person's readiness for a teaching career. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a method of sampling that includes all potential participants. Questionnaires were employed to gather data, the results of which were evaluated by use of a statistical method known as partial least squares structural equation modelling. The results of the research demonstrate a positive impact of both self-confidence and educational field experience on individuals' readiness and their desire to pursue teaching. In fact, the findings reveal that self-confidence and educational field experience significantly contribute to teacher readiness (0.581). Notably, this research offers a new viewpoint by emphasising the impact of self-confidence on one's preparedness to enter the teaching profession, as indicated by a weak F-Square test result of 0.053.

    PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL BERBASIS PROBLEM-SOLVING PADA MATERI PEMANASAN GLOBAL

    Problem-solving based e-module developed in this research was based on the lack of teaching material in the science learning process and the difficulty of students in understanding Global Warming lesson at Telecommunication Junior High School Pekanbaru. This research aimed at developing teaching material that could be accessed through internet, knowing the validity level of e-module, knowing practicality test level by teacher, and knowing student response to the e-module. Research and Development (R&D) method was used in this research with development model by Borg and Gall with five research steps. E-module validity level was measured with assessments of content and problem-solving appropriateness was 85%, presentation appropriateness was 93%, linguistic appropriateness was 80%, and graphic appropriateness was 89%. With these results, e-module was stated very valid and appropriate to be tested. E-module practicality test was carried out by three science teachers was stated to be very practical, and it could be seen from the overall score 97% without revision and student response test was done by 18 students in the limited field test, the overall score was 85%, so it was stated very good. It could be concluded problem-solving based e-module on Global Warming lesson was valid and practical to be used as a teaching material

    The low attitude of caring for the environment and student learning outcomes often occurs in the world of education. These problems can be related to the applied learning model. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of the Science Technology Society (STM) learning model on environmental care attitudes and student learning outcomes on environmental pollution material for class VII SMP/MTs. This research uses quantitative research, this type of experimental research with quasi experimental design in the form of nonequivalent group posttest only design. The population of this study was students of class VII SMPN 1 Rambipuji, using the purposive sampling technique, namely class VII A as the control class and VII B as the experimental class. Data collection technique using tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis technique using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with the Z test. The result showed that there was a significant influence of the Science Technology Society (STM) learning model on environmental care attitudes and student learning outcomes on environmental pollution material for class VII SMP/MTs with a significant value of 0,000; and there is a significant influence of the Science Technology Society (STM) learning model on learning outcomes with a significant value of 0,000

    Penerapan Kurikulum Kulliyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyyah dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Pesantren

    Penerapan kurikulum merupakan suatu proses dalam mencapai sebuah tujuan pendidikan. Kurikulum mengarahkan segala bentuk aktifitas pendidikan di suatu lembaga yang keberhasilannya ditentukan dari proses penerapan dari kurikulum sendiri. Kurikulum Kulliyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyyah (KMI) merupakan model kurikulum Gontor yang diterapkan di pesantren alumni Gontor maupun pondok modern. Pondok pesantren Nurul Haramain merupakan salah satu pondok yang mengadopsi kurikulum KMI yang telah memberikan kontribusi nyata di dalam masyarakat. Pondok pesantren Nurul Haramain mendaptakan beberapa penghargaan diantaranya dalam digitalisasi dan lingkungan. Hal ini tidak lepad dari proses penerapan kurikulumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan kredibilitas, keteralihan, keterikatan dan kepastian.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan kurikulum KMI terdiri dari intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, dan kokurikuler dengan pendekatan spiritual, intelektual, dan pergerakan. Penerapan intrakurikuler terbagi menjadi dirasat Islamiyah, dirasat lughawiyah, dan dirasat Amiyah. Ekstrakurikuler terdiri dari olahraga, sains, teknologi, Bahasa, dan entrepreneurship. Implikasi dari manajemen kurikulum KMI yaitu meningkatnya mutu pesantren Nurul Haramain Naramada dengan baik yang ditunjukan dengan berbagai kegiatan nasional maupun internasional dan proses pendidikan yang bersifat adaptif

    Educational financial management plays a crucial role in Islamic Education Institutions. Therefore, a strategy is necessary for the survival and development of these institutions. The relationship between educational institutions and financial management is inseparable. This research employs the library research method and gathers data from Mendeley, Publish or Perish, and Google Scholar applications. During the research process, researchers will analyse case studies, implementation examples, and financial reports from previous educational institutions. They will also analyse policies and regulations related to financial management in educational institutions that are implemented in various settings. The aim of this research is to provide a solution for achieving the goals of Islamic Education Institutions by improving their financial management system. The research findings indicate that effective educational financial management strategies are not only based on the principles of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, but also require human resources with both professional competence and a correct understanding and implementation of Islamic law, from an Islamic perspective. It is important to note that Islamic rules are more intricate than scientific discoveries.

    This article examines Quantum Teaching according to Islamic Education, by discussing the methodology used in the design, presentation, and facilities used in teaching. This study was conducted to contribute thoughts from the author so that it can be input material to see the possibility of its application in efforts to improve and develop Islamic Education Institutions. This article uses a bibliographical approach where the data comes from various sources. This study shows that there have been several improvements in Islamic education teaching methods in modern times. The purpose of writing this article is to produce Islamic Education graduates who develop all their potential and have a positive attitude in Islamic Education Institutions or lecturers who teach using the Islamic education method.     Pengaruh Iklim Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMP Negeri 3 Bantan

     The aim of this research is to explore how the work environment affects the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan. The motivation behind this study stems from the observation that some teachers are not fully optimizing their preparation for teaching. This deficiency becomes apparent in the classroom, where students are often tasked with notetaking without adequate explanation from the teacher. Furthermore, a portion of teachers lacks diversity in their teaching methods, resulting in a monotonous and uninspiring learning atmosphere. Additionally, many teachers demonstrate a lack of punctuality in their attendance, which disrupts the efficiency of the teaching process. Employing a quantitative approach, this study encompasses all teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan, focusing on the interplay between work climate and teacher performance. The sample size consists of 20 individuals, with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Analysis involves quantitative descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. Findings reveal a highly positive work climate at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan, with teacher performance also rated highly. Moreover, the study highlights the significant influence of the work climate on teacher performance, with 43.7% of performance variance attributed to this factor. The regression equation derived from the results indicates a positive relationship between work climate and teacher performance. Statistical tests confirm the rejection of the null hypothesis, affirming the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis

    Pelaksanaan program tahun 2013 melalui pembelajaran bermakna menekankan keikutsertaan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga diharapkan mereka memperoleh pengetahuan secara langsung dan membangun pengetahuannya sebagai hasil dari apa yang dipelajarinya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesulitan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan subjek adalah metode purposive sampling. Berkaitan dengan temuan penelitian diketahui bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran tematik online mengalami kendala antara lain guru yang tidak menggunakan metode yang tepat dan menemukan permasalahan pada saat menggunakan media/aplikasi dalam pembelajaran online dikarenakan rendahnya permintaan/kinerja siswa yang rendah. . mereka tertarik dengan hal-hal yang dibawa oleh guru, ruang dan fasilitas masih kurang, guru tidak bisa berkomunikasi langsung dengan siswa, sehingga siswa harus lebih memahami teks secara mandiri, banyak siswa tidak memiliki kecerdasan telepon dan jaringan akses saat pembelajaran online digunakan. Begitu pula dengan asesmen atau penilaian mata pelajaran, dimana guru masih mengalami kendala dan kesulitan dalam menilai siswa yang diajarkan secara daring

    PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK TERPADU MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING DI KELAS IV SDN 5 TEGALDLIMO

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang tepat tentang bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran discovery oleh guru dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu siswa kelas IV SDN V TEGALDLIMO dilihat dari langkah-langkah pembelajaran DL (discovery learning) yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu. setelah mengadopsi paradigma DL dan berusaha untuk mengatasi keterbatasannya, pembelajaran tematik terpadu telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. guru kelas IV dan siswa kelas IV SDN V TEGALDLIMO  menjadi subjek penelitian. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi adalah semua bentuk pengumpulan data. pendekatan analisis Paradigma deskriptif analitis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pengumpulan data, organisasi, manajemen, verifikasi dan interpretasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi metode dan sumber kemudian digunakan sebagai strategi validitas data. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, ditetapkan bahwa: 1) Guru menggunakan metodologi Discovery Learning untuk pengajaran Stimulasi (penawaran rangsangan), Problem statement (pernyataan masalah/identifikasi), Data collection (pengumpulan data), dan Data processing adalah gabungan tematik siswa. Verifikasi (pembuktian), Generalisasi, (pengolahan data) (penarikan kesimpulan). 2) Melaksanakan pembelajaran tema terpadu dengan model DL. 3) Dalam Model DL, baik guru maupun siswa bekerja untuk mengatasi tantangan. Tingkatkan dialog, arahkan secara diam-diam, dampingi, gunakan bahasa, di antara strategi-strategi lain yang digunakan instruktur untuk melampaui tantangan mudah, tawarkan arahan, manfaatkan berbagai sumber belajar, dan siapkan materi tambahan. Sementara itu, upaya yang dilakukan siswa antara lain mendengarkan, membaca materi terlebih dahulu, berbicara dengan teman, bertukar pikiran, dan merasa nyaman mengungkapkan pendapatnya.         &nbsp
