Vocational High School Dian Kirana 1 Sragen is Vocational High School which is currently being initiated into independent schools, it makes learning system independently, but the existing of infrastructure is still limited, for example the course subject delivery system as well as the tasks accumulation are still manual. With the existence of this thesis the author tries to help Vocational High School Dian Kirana 1 Sragen to step ahead in terms of IT to create a tool that allows students and teachers do the course subject delivery and tasks accumulation with online method without having to wait to meet the teacher in school and with this E-learning as a medium to deliver the course subject and tasks accumulation can improve the quality of the school. To realize this goal, E-learning SMK Dian Kirana 1 Sragen is created. The method are data collection, analysis and system design requirements, the application system implementation, testing and Evaluation System Applications (blackbox / whitebox) and the preparation of reports. It can be concluded that SMK Dian Kirana 1 Sragen E-learning has been successfully created and it can deliver the course subject in the form of PDF files and video (MP4) as well as it can perform tasks delivery.     Jamur sawit sangat berpotensi untuk diolah menjadi sumber makanan alternatif dan beragam produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang lebih tinggi dan memiliki umur simpan yang lebih lama. Salah satunya adalah bakso. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji komposisi jamur sawit dan tepung tapioka yang sesuai untuk dijadikan bakso jamur sawit yang dapat diterima dan disukai oleh konsumen dan mengetahui kandungan kadar abu, protein, dan kadar serat kasar pada bakso jamur sawit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bakso jamur sawit yang disukai konsumen rata-rata tertinggi pada perlakuan J2T2, yaitu dengan komposisi jamur sawit 50% dan tepung tapioka 50%

    The purpose of remembering is to find out the cleanliness of guest rooms through the use of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) at Luminor Hotel, Jemursari, Surabaya. In the discussion of this thesis the author uses a research method that uses data collection techniques by means of interviews and literature study with qualitative descriptive techniques. The data collected is then analyzed at a conclusion and a conclusion is made. The author considers that the use of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Room Officers at the Luminor Hotel Surabaya Surabaya. With the SOP work being more consistent, detailed and maximized, not using SOP results that are less than the maximum, space officers have a very big role in maintaining the cleanliness of rooms, equipment, equipment and guest items that are lost or lost and found.     Key contact employee turnover impact on business-to-business customer relationship management: the vendor firms' perspective

    In business-to-business area, relationships are usually occurred between customers with the vendor firms as well as with key contact employee that represent the firms. In many cases. the relationship between the customers and the key contact employees tend to be much closer than the relationship with the vendor firms. Thus. if these key contact employees resigned or no longer working in the vendor firm, the relationship between the customers and the vendor firm will be vulnerable and there are tendency that the customers will shift or terminate the relationship with the vendor firms. There are two types of primary data that are gathered and examined in this report. The author has examined how important is the role of key contact employee in bridging the relationship with the vendor firms, and what are the business-to-business customers in Indonesia concern in event of key contact employee turnover in the vendor firm. While from the vendor firms' point of view, the author has examined how vendor firms in Indonesia perceived the importance of the key contact employees, the strategies that can be done to lessen the relationship vulnerability with the employees, and the strategies that can be taken to retain the key contact employees' knowledge in case the firms cannot retain the employees

    Indonesia has several web services for free advertisement, paid advertisement, or a combination of both, shortage of the web is there are no facilities such as online advertising advertising via SMS Gateway,enhancement of this facility hopefully can reach out people and the mobile phone owners that are not using the internet. To validate the prototype of the web, the author do some trial experiment of the sale-purchase web named jualbebas.com to the public. hopefully, result of the trial of those web is well work and the SMS facility on the web will facilitate the entrepreneur to develop his business. In this study, the author uses GAMMU as a connecting tools between the modem device with the existing MySQL database on the server (hosting). Creation of the program using the Codeigniter framework with programming language of PHP as its interface and MySQL Database (on the server hosting) which is offline-controlled (Remote).     Service level in the call center is calculated based on the number of calls answered during the certain time intervals compared to the total number of calls received. The measurement of service level on the call center operator starts when the caller presses the menu to talk to the operator on interactive voice response (IVR) menu, and is expressed as a percentage. The higher expected percentage of service level will be higher the needs of operator in the services. Regulation in Indonesia determines service level for the call center of Basic Telephony Services is in the amount of more than or equal to 90% in 30 seconds. The author uses a business approach to the operational of the call center to analyze existing statutory data. Through the comparative method between operator occupancy and the costs required for the operation of call center using supply and demand curve, the optimum service level value at the call center of Basic Telephony Services can be known, which is 85% in 25 seconds. This means that 85% of incoming calls must be answered by the operator with a maximum waiting time of 25 second

    AbstractResearches on noise control have been conducting until now. Eventhough correlation model of housing orientation to airport's runway was found out, it would be better if housings are equipped by materials which can absorb noise. This paper will refresh the housing master plan design near airport continued with the possibility of housing on controlling noise disturbance. Method used is descriptive analysis on reviewing sustainable materials for low cost housings. Results of researches show that wood sawdust and coconut fibre panel have quite good acoustical performances and could be used to be wall layering in noisy urban housings

    Saya sudah lama ingin menterjemahkan buku ini, sebab buku ini menjelaskan bagaimana proses belajar menggambar secara gamblang. Buku yang secara kebetulan saya temukan di sebuah toko buku ketika berjalan-jalan di San Francisco, ketika menemani bapak Ir. Soeparto MR. melawat ke USA dalam rangka pameran kerajinan. Ini dia yang kucari, buku yang membuka misteri bagaimana belajar menggambar itu, sehingga orang yang tak dapat menggambar jadi bisa, seperti pelukis yang mampu menggambar realis. Dari dulu sampai sekarang tak ada guru menggambar saya yang mampu menjelaskan dan memberi pelatihan yang membuat orang trampil menggambar. Orang –orang akhirnya banyak memaklumi bahwa ketrampilam menggambar itu adalah milik orang-orang khusus yang memperoleh karunia dari Tuhan. Saya dianggap memiliki karunia itu, oleh rekan sejawat, orang yang pernah melihat karya gambar saya. Di program studi saya dipercaya untuk memegang mata pelajaran gambar bentuk, sejak saya bekerja sebagai dosen di ISI Yogyakarta. Tetapi saya tidak bagaimana menjelaskan teori menggambar kepada mahasiswa ,apa saja yang harus dilakukan agar mampu menggambar dengan baik, yang saya lakukan adalah memberi tugas mengambar lalu dinilai, seperti guru-guru dan dosen-dosen saya dulu. Saya pun tidak tahu apa yang saya lakukan sehingga mampu menguasai ketrampilan menggambar. Ketika saya membaca buku ini, apa yang saya yang waktu berlatih supaya bisa menggambar, ternyata dijelaskan dengnn gamblang. Dengan berbekal buku ini saya bisa menyusun mata kuliah gambar bentuk dan tugas-tugas pelatihannya secara benar, dan mengarahkan peserta didik untuk bisa menggambar dengan baik. Tidak ada lagi stigma mahasiswa yang kemampuannya dalam menggambar , sampai lulus pun tetap tidak akan bisa menggambar. Apa gunanya mata kuliah gambar bentuk kalau begitu?. Semoga buku ini benar-benar mampu menaikkan tingkat kecakapan peserta didik

    Tanaman yang cukup potensial pada sektor pertanian di Kelurahan Bunut adalah tanaman tebu telur. Masyarakat belum mengetahui bahwa tanaman tebu telur ini bisa dibuat menjadi beraneka olahan pangan yang bisa menjadi nilai tambah usaha di bidang pertanian. Tebu telur ini dapat dibuat menjadi tepung yang kemudian bisa dibuat menjadi aneka olahan pangan. Kondisi mitra saat ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dalam pengolahan tebu telur menjadi olahan pangan lain selain hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai sayur. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di Kelurahan Bunut Kabupaten Sanggau adalah sebagai bentuk penerapan inovasi teknologi dalam pengolahan tebu telur yang lebih tahan lama dan menjadi bentuk olahan pangan lain, sarana peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengolahan tebu telur, serta memberikan pelatihan dalam penggunaan alat produksi, pengemasan serta cara pemasaran produk. Metode yang dipakai dalam mencapai tujuan PKM yaitu memberikan pelatihan agar mitra memperoleh informasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan serta pengemasan produk agar lebih menarik. Hasil yang didapat dari pengolahan tebu telur berupa tepung tebu telur yang selanjutnya dibuat menjadi produk kerupuk dan brownies. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan PKM ini masyarakat bisa menerapkan inovasi teknologi pengolahan tebu telur menjadi produk kerupuk dan brownies sebagai sarana peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengolahan serta pengemasan produk yang lebih menarik.
