Effectiveness of Electronic State Property Management in Indonesia
Electronic state property management in Indonesia uses the State Property Management and Accounting Information System (SIMAK-BMN). SIMAK-BMN has succeeded in attracting the attention of many parties because it is believed to be able to facilitate the process of administering state property in an institution. Agencies that implemented electronic state property management have faced several challenges in the fields of human resources and information systems. This article aims to determine the effectiveness of electronic state property management in Indonesia. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by studying secondary data literature, including scientific articles/journals, legal regulations, books, and websites related to state property management. The research results show that electronic state property management in Indonesia has been running effectively despite the challenges. Therefore, efforts to maximize the function of SIMAK-BMN continue to be carried out sustainably.

Training Program Design Model for Improving PAI Teacher Competency
The agent of change in the field of education is a teacher who needs a skill and also extensive knowledge to transfer knowledge to students in an effort to improve competence including teachers of Islamic religious education. So it is very important to hone competence and something that becomes new with the development of the times towards teacher competence more – more for Islamic Religious Education teachers. The purpose of designing this training model is to produce a valid training model to improve the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers so that the author can describe various kinds of training design models for the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers at the primary, middle and upper levels. The results of the discussion include the concept of designing education and training programs, Design Stages Through Training Models and training design models in improving the competence of PAI teachers such as the IDI, Dick & Carey, Kemp and goad models. The application of the Dick & Carey model in improving the competence of PAI teachers includes significant stages in a training program design
TRANSLATION TECHNIQUES IN INDONESIAN TRANSLATION OF LEGAL TERMS IN PENAL REFORM AND GENDER (INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR PRISON STUDIES) ISSUED BY UNITED NATION
ABSTRACT This thesis has two objectives: first, it is aimed to know the legal terms found in the gender and SSR Toolkit entitled Penal Reform and Gender (Internatonal Centre for Prison Studies) issued by United Nations. Second, it is aimed to explain the techniques used by the translator for those legal terms found in the gender and SSR Toolkit entitled Penal Reform and Gender (Internatonal Centre for Prison Studies) issued by United Nations. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses type of legal terms (Hughes & Alcaraz, 2002: 16-18) and technique of translation (Molina and Albir, 2002:509). It is found that there are 100 legal terms found in the data. The semi technical or mix terms has the highest number with 72 terms. It happens because this toolkit is not only talking about the prison or the legal system in the world but also it is talking about the society that gets influenced by the system. So the author of the toolkit combines or mixes some terms for explaining the issues. The purely technical terms becomes the second with 15 terms. Those terms are not used outside the branch of law unless stylistically marked. Then, everyday vocabulary frequently found in legal texts is the third. It has 12 words. Those vocabularies are words or phrases regularly and primarily used in common speech but they are often found in the legal text. The second finding is the translation technique. In this time, there are eleven strategies used by the translator in translating English legal terms into Indonesian. It includes the use of established equivalent, calque, transposition, borrowing, description, discursive creation, modulation, amplification, reduction, globalization and linguistic amplification
Charting the Course of Active Learning Methods Research: A Comprehensive Bibliometric Analysis
The purpose of this study was to describe the development map and research direction of active learning methods in publications indexed by the Scopus database. The technique in this study was to use bibliometric analysis to review all publications indexed in the Scopus database about active learning methods starting from 2000 to 2024. The data that has been obtained, is then analyzed using Microsoft Excel and R/R-Studio. VOSviewer is used to visually analyze the occurrence of keywords and document excerpts done stimulantly. The author finds 318 publications. Publications found correspond to predetermined subjects, functions, and criteria. The results of this study show that research with the theme of active learning methods was mostly carried out in 2020. The country that contributes to having the most publications is China, then in second place is the United States. The Sharif University of Technology is the highest affiliate with the most influence in publishing research on the theme. Shouraki, S.B. is the most relevant author. Iee Access is the most widely published writing source on active learning methods. The bibliometric analysis performed was limited to the Scopus database. Other national and international databases were not taken into account in the study. This study provides an overview of the literature available to researchers in the field of education and recommendations for future research.
 
Upaya Pondok Pesantren dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui kurikulum Madrasah Diniyah: Studi kasus di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Sidorejo Ponggok Blitar
ABSTRAK
Pondok Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang keberadaannya sangat penting dalam sejarah perkembangan agama Islam dan juga perkembangan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Pada dasarnya pondok pesantren bertujuan untuk mendalami ilmu agama Islam dan mengamalkannya sebagai pedoman hidup sehari-hari. Dalam perkembangannya, pendidikan saat ini membutuhkan pengelolaan yang baik. karena, untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal, lembaga pendidikan diharapkan harus selalu melakukan peningkatan mutu, salah satu standar mutu pendidikan adalah mutu kurikulum.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan Standar Mutu Kurikulum Madrasah Diniyah (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pondok pesantren dalam mengontrol mutu kurikulum madrasah diniyah (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan mutu kurikulum madrasah diniyah.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menekankan pada kekuatan analisis data pada sumber-sumber data yang ada, sehingga hasil penelitian tidak berupa angka-angka melainkan berupa interpretasi dan kata-kata. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, display data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Kemudian pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi.
Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah: (1) Standar Mutu Kurikulum Madrasah diniyah yaitu: (a) Tujuan madrasah diniyah yaitu Mendidik dan membina masyarakat untuk menjadi manusia yang beriman, bertaqwa, dan berakhlakul karimah. (b) Isi meliputi: 1) beban belajar 2) kalender pendidikan 3) secara umum, pelajaran yang diajarkan di madrasah diniyah adalah tauhid, akhlak, fiqih, hadits, tarikh Islam, nahwu dan sorof (c) metode pengajaran yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan sistem sorogan atau wetonan (d) Evaluasi madrasah diniyah dilakukan dua kali dalam setahun yaitu setiap bulan maulid dan bulan sya’ban. Evaluasi ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan masing-masing santri terhadap materi pengajian yang telah disampaikan. (2) Usaha-usaha dalam mengontrol mutu kurikulum madrasah diniyah adalah dengan cara mengadakan rapat rutin setiap awal, pertengahan, dan akhir tahun ajaran. Selain itu, kiai pondok pesantren selalu mengawasi kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. (3) Usaha-usaha dalam meningkatkan mutu kurikulum meliputi a) Aspek Tujuan b) Aspek Guru c) Aspek Siswa d) Aspek Alat e) Aspek kerjasama dengan masyarakat dan pemerintah.
ABSTRACT
Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution whose existence is very important in the history of Islam and also the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. Basically boarding school aims to explore the science of Islam and practice it as a guide to daily living. During its development, the current education requires good management. because, in order to achieve maximum results, expected educational institutions should always conduct quality improvement, one of the standard quality of education is the quality of the curriculum.
The purpose of this research are: (1) To describe the Quality Standard Madrasah Diniyah Curriculum (2) To describe efforts to control the quality of the boarding school in the madrasa curriculum diniyah (3) To describe efforts to improve quality boarding school in the madrasa curriculum diniyah.
This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods, with emphasis on the power of data analysis on data sources that exist, so that the research results are not of the numbers but in the form of interpretation and words. Data was collected through, observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques of data analysis done by data reduction, data display, and conclusion making. Then checks the validity of the data using persistence observation, and triangulation.
The results of research by the author are: (1) Quality Standard Madrasah Curriculum diniyah namely: (a) The purpose of the madrasa diniyah Educate and foster human society to be a faithful, devoted, and has akhlakul karimah. (b) Contents include: 1) the burden of learning
2) education calendar 3) in general, the lessons taught in madrassas diniyah is monotheism, morality, fiqh, hadith, Islamic chronicle, nahwu and sorof (c) teaching method used is to use wetonan system or sorogan (d) Evaluation of the madrasa diniyah done twice in a year ie every month's birthday and the month of Sha'ban. This evaluation was conducted aimed to determine the ability of each of the students the material that has been delivered lectures. (2) Attempts to control the quality of the curriculum in madrassas diniyah is to hold regular meetings every beginning, middle, and end of the school year. Peran Manajemen Humas dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di SMAN 1 Manyaran
Abstract
This research activity aims to determine public relations management at SMA Negeri 1 Manyaran. This research utilizes a qualitative-descriptive based approach. The method used by the author is the phenomenological method whose goal is to find out the phenomena that exist in the community. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, including the first stage of data reduction, the second stage of data presentation, and the third stage of drawing conclusions. The results of the discussion related to public relations management at SMA Negeri 1 Manyaran include the following management that is applied, namely school-based management; there are various innovations made by school principals, teachers, staff, as well as education staff; the existence of education that is oriented towards character education, achievement, increasing aspects of religiosity, developing talents and interests, providing skills training, and post-graduation job distribution for students; the existence of good communication patterns, conducting deliberations in solving problems, accommodating aspirations for school progress, obedience to government policies; appropriate management strategy and implementation in analyzing needs, exploring school potential, and combining all the different elements so that they are synergized and integrated; there is cooperation with the community, institutions/agencies, companies, and school external parties to welcome school programs; and there are efforts to increase the competence of teachers and students in SMA Negeri 1 Manyaran.
 
Perceived ease of use, usefulness, and task interdependence: impacts on employee performance in higher education
This research aimed to investigate the relationship between perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU), and task interdependence (TASKINT) on employees’ work performance. Technology acceptance model (TAM) was used as a theoretical perspective to explore technology adoption in the context of employees in higher education using electronic asset management (EAM). Moreover, a quantitative method was used to explain the causality of the relationship between the variables, and a total of 380 respondents were determined as the sample. The results showed that PEU and usefulness had a significant effect on TASKINT. Even though PEU and TASKINT had a significant effect on employees’ work performance, PU did not have a significant effect. In addition, the results showed TASKINT significantly mediated the relationship between perceived ease of use, usefulness, and employees’ work performance. These findings imply that enhancing the ease of use and fostering TASKINT can lead to improved employee performance when adopting new technologies. For higher education institutions (HEI), focusing on user-friendly systems and promoting collaborative tasks can maximize the benefits of technology implementation on work performance
The Role Of Islamic Religious Education Teacher In Improving The Character And Islamic Behavior Of Students Of SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Surakarta
This study aims to examine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in improving students' Islamic character and behavior at SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Surakarta. Through field research methods (field research), the author collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation at SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Surakarta. The results of interviews with Islamic religious education teachers show that character education based on PAI in this school is implemented holistically and involves all teachers. In addition to moral aqeedah lessons, character education is also carried out through the application of values in everyday life. Teachers use planned learning strategies and facilitated infrastructure to support student character education. Students exhibit good behavior in learning, and there is a relationship between good morals and good academic achievement. Even though there are some difficulties in implementing character education, such as the lack of support from students' parents, teachers still try to shape student character by relying on God for the results. In conclusion, Islamic religious education teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Surakarta have an important role in shaping students' Islamic character and behavior. Through the strategies and practices they employ, students can develop a better understanding of the Islamic religion and apply it in their daily lives
Manajemen Pembelajaran Tahfidzul Qur'an Di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ukhuwah Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019
ABSTRACT
The program of tahfidzul Qur'an is currently developing so rapidly in various Islamic schools in Indonesia, it is proven by the excellent program displayed by Islamic schools is the program of tahfidzul Qur’an, so that it is interesting among the people to compete in the school to educate their school children. thus it becomes important to pay attention especially in the management of tahfidz learning for schools so that the tahfidzul Qur’an learning program becomes superior and truly produces something that is maximum. By making a good school in management tahfidznya considerations and examples. The purpose of this study is to describe how the management of tahfidzul Qur'an learning by making MA Al-Ukhuwah Sukoharjo as the object of research.
The method used is phenomenological qualitative, the method of collecting data using three models, namely observation or observation, interviewing, and finally documentation, and the data analysis technique that the author uses is an interactive analysis model through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and which the last conclusion or conclusion. In this thesis the main discussion of the author is related to the management of learning tahfidzul Qur'an starting from planning, organizing, mobilizing, controlling, and evaluating. The object of management is the learning of tahfidzul Qur'an which includes the management of the tahfidz curriculum, the management of teachers and students in the learning of tahfidz the management of the time of tahfidz learning.
The results of the study of tahfidzul Qur'an learning management in MA Al-Ukhuwah Sukoharjo as follows: 1. Tahfidz curriculum management includes the objectives, content or material, learning methods, and evaluation of learning is quite good, basically curriculum management continues from what has been made previously by waka tahfidz, but there was little change in the content or material, namely by making the categories and levels of memorization of the Qur'an into three groups, groups of 6 juz, 15 juz, and 30 juz. 2. Teacher and student management in general is also quite good, but there are some things that have not been maximized such as the discipline of teachers and students so that they can be further enhanced in the KBM tahfidzul Qur’an. 3. The management of tahfidz learning time in general is also quite good and effective, namely by implementing three KBM time in a day, so that it is able to achieve the expected targets.
