A presentation of penile siliconoma in primary care after a dubious implant injection: a case report
No full textCases of penile siliconoma are unusual and less commonly present to medical practitioners. The siliconoma is a subsequence of injecting high viscous solution into the peniscommonly sillicone with the aim to enhance its size and performance. This case will look at a patient who developed penile siliconoma after a dubious penile implant injection gone wrong. It will also look at what surgical options are available to the unfortunate patients to ease their suffering. Physician should have a high index of suspicion on the use of such substances to enhance sexual perfor- mances in patients presenting with atypical penile swelling

Get PDFBased on a study that been conducted on people with disabilities, found one problem which is the person that cannot be viewed or in a simple word person who are blind. Blindness is a condition of lacking visual perception and it is always described as severe visual impairment with residual vision. This situation has resulted in many difficulties to them in their normal work, lives, activities, and so on. Based on the investigation about daily activity characteristics and modes of the blind, the study found that the main difficulties are walking on the road, finding way, taking a bus and looking for usual life-arena. So if the blind people have a problem with this, the blind people feel awkward to perform in daily activities even to move in their own place with a lot of obstacles. Nowadays the city is booming and rapidly so the blind people felt themselves is one of the obstacles because of their disabilities. There are many aids for the blind person such as stick where this people should hold and always focus on the environment. This project has been created a special tool for the blind people in order to easier the movement to replace the stick. Apart from that, this project can help the blind to signal if there is an object or person of then or block their path. Therefore the blind people do not need to bother to make sure there are no obstacles in their path. With the project, the ultrasonic sensor will help blind people by signaling if there is an object in front of this type of person. The buzzer will work as if the ultrasonic sensor received the signal. The LED also will be set at the vest and is especially designed to give signal to other people at night. For a wider view, this project has yet to be used again in Malaysia. Thus, by applying this project, country’s name can be raised in the worldwide

No full textThis paper describes about a visible light transmission (VLT) measurement system using an optical method. VLT rate plays an important role in order to determine the visibility of a medium. Current instrument to measure visibility has a gigantic set up, costly and mostly fails to function at low light condition environment. This research focuses on the development of a VLT measurement system using a simple experimental set-up and at a low cost. An open path optical technique is used to measure a few series of known-VLT thin film that act as sample of different visibilities. This measurement system is able to measure the light intensity of these thin films within the visible light region (535-540 nm) and the response time is less than 1s

in the system of cash receipts. Cash receipts in this company is mainly derived from
selling. This company not only do cash sales and credit sales, but the company also
conducts sales orders. Sales order is special selling because the sale was only done
in large numbers, at least Rp. 5.000.000,- beside that the buyer must also provide an
advance first. This is interested writer to know how the application system of cash
receipts from sales orders and to know the strengths and weaknesses.
System of cash receipts from sales orders in PT. Batik Danar Hadi has four
network procedures, namely procedures for sales orders, sales procedures, delivery
procedures, and procedures for cash receipts. This cash receipt system involves more
than one organizational unit, while also using some of the documents and accounting
records.
System of cash receipts from sales orders in PT. Hadi Batik Danar there are
advantages and weaknesses. The Advantage is able to make the strengths and the
weaknesses for the company may cause cheating.
The author concludes that the system of cash receipts from sales orders
which applied at PT. Batik Danar Hadi was good enough, but there are still
weaknesses. The author provides recommendations to correct weaknesses in the
system.

No full textThis article will examine the Sufistic Literature of Islamic boarding schools with the manuscript of the book Shi'ir Taqwa by KH. Abdul Hadi Langitan Tuban as a study material. For this reason, this article will answer two formulations. First, what is the context of the Sufistic literature of the book Shi'ir Taqwa by KH. Abdul Hadi? Second, how are the Sufistic values in the book of Shi'ir Taqwa by KH. Abdul Hadi is related to human nature?
This study uses a philological approach with a focus on the textology of the Shi'ir Taqwa manuscript with a focus on its content and content. In addition, this study also uses a sociology approach of knowledge in order to find the relationship between the Shi'ir Taqwa manuscript and its author, considering that no text is born in a vacuum.
From the study, the author concluded; first, the Sufistic literary context of the book Shi'ir Taqwa is the work of KH. Abdul Hadi has a close relationship with the dynamics of Sufism knowledge that develops in the world of Pesantren in this case the Langitan Pesantren. The use of the Javanese pegon language also illustrates that the culture of the pesantren is very strongly related to its community. Second, in substance, Shi'ir Taqwa contains advice that contains the values of moral Sufism. This advice in Sufistic literature leads the process of forming Sufistic reasoning of readers and listeners to continue to be immersed in the values and practices of Sufism

Get PDFWisran Hadi is known as a man of letters and an expert in culture who has produced works in various genres. During his career, the works he produced not only received a number of awards, but also caused controversy from his own community group in the Minangkabau. In this regard, this research tries to examine the position and achievements of Wisran Hadi in the arena of Indonesian literature. The discussion includes the efforts made by the author to achieve a position, to operate in the literary arena, and to maintain his position. Based on Pierre Bourdieu's theory of genetic structuralism, the results of the analysis show the following. First, the position of the literary arena occupied by Wisran Hadi is dominantly on the principle of an autonomous hierarchy, so that it tends to contradict the laws that apply in the arena of power The structure of the literary arena is a limited production arena. Second, the achievement of positions based on habitus, artistic practice, the acquisition and exchange of symbolic capital, the acquisition of awards, and the survival of the Bumi Teater group. Third, practices and strategies in maintaining position are by producing works in various genres, prioritizing exploration of words and languages, and elaborating classic works such as kaba, tambo, and history. In addition, the work is positioned based on various elements such as habitus, the structure of the arena occupied, the position in the arena, to the situation and conditions of social reality that are the source and target of the work

a new design of second guided roller for the jigsaw to avoid blade deflection is introduced. A steel arm which
holding the second guided roller and a platform with a guided fence are also presented. The cutting finding with and without using this tool is compared and reported. It is found that the jigsaw paired with this tool is able to cut a better straight line with a smooth cutting surface
