    ABSTRAK Washliyah Mahfuddin, 2011. “Studi Perbandingan Tingkat Daya Serap Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika SMP Negeri 8 Palopo dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palopo”, Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika, Jurusan Tarbiyah, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Palopo. Skripsi ini membahas tentang hasil studi perbandingan tentang tingkat daya serap siswa SMP Negeri 8 Palopo dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palopo dalam bidang studi matematika. Adapun yang menjadi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat daya serap siswa SMP Negeri 8 Palopo dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palopo dalam bidang studi matematika? Untuk mendapatkan jawaban dari permasalahan tersebut, maka penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap siswa SMP Negeri 8 Palopo dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palopo. Pada SMP Negeri 8 Palopo, penulis mengambil kelas VII yang populasinya 315 siswa dan 30 siswa diantaranya sebagai sampel untuk penelitian. Sedangkan pada Madrsah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palopo, penulis juga mengambil kelas VII yang populasinya 369 siswa dan 30 siswa diantaranya sebagai sampel. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian maka instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes. Kemudian tes diedarkan kepada siswa yang dijadikan sampel. Data yang telah berhasil dikumpulkan, dianalisis dengan metode statistik yaitu statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Sehingga dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa terdapatnya perbedaan tingkat daya serap siswa dari kedua sekolah tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil tes siswa SMP Negeri 8 Palopo dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palopo diperoleh thit = 2,215 dan rata-rata daya serap siswa SMP Negeri 8 Palopo adalah 13,566 ≈ 67, 8%. Sedangkan daya serap siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palopo adalah 11,43 ≈ 57, 15%. Dari analisis tersebut maka penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa “Terdapat perbedaan tingkat daya serap siswa SMP Negeri 8 Palopo dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palopo dalam bidang studi matematika”

    ‘ULAMÂ’ TRAINING AND MODERNIZING AL WASHLIYAH MADRASAH

    Abstrak: Training Ulama dan Modernisasi Madrasah Al Washliyah. Langkah penting dalam modernisasi pendidikan era kemerdekaan Indonesia adalah integrasi Madrasah ke dalam sistem sekolah nasional. Tulisan ini mengkaji bagaimana Madrasah Al Washliyah merespon perkembangan ini dan sejauh mana kebijakan tersebut telah memengaruhi visinya dalam mencapai tujuan sebagai lembaga pencetak ulama. Didirikan pada tahun 1930, Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah mendirikan sejumlah Madrasah dengan misi utama untuk melatih ulamâ masa depan, dengan mengembangkan kurikulum yang meliputi 70% subyek Islam dan 30% subyek umum, yang berdampak positif pada produksi lulusannya. Terbitnya SKB 3 Menteri tahun 1975 membuat Madrasah Al Washliyah tidak memiliki pilihan kecuali menyesuaikan kurikulum. Dengan kurikulum yang disponsori pemerintahan baru tersebut, Madrasah Al Washliyah kehilangan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan generasi muda ulama. Tahun 1990-an terjadi kelangkaan ulama pada tingkat mengkhawatirkan, dan belum ada tanda strategi yang layak untuk memenuhi tantangan ini.Kata Kunci: Al Washliyah, madrasah, ‘ulamâ’, Islamic education Abstract: One of the marked steps in education modernization in independence Indonesia is the integration of madrasas into national schooling system. This paper attempts to study how Al Washliyah Madrasah responds to this development and to what extent the policy has affected their vision in achieving the goal as an ‘ulama’ training institution. Founded in 1930, Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah established significant number of madrasas with a core mission of training future ‘ulamâ’ to fill the need of Muslim society. In order to achieve this mission Al Washliyah developed a curriculum that is made of 70% Islamic subjects and 30% general subjects, which made them delivering very well. The 1975 Joint Decree of Three Ministers (SKB 3 Menteri) gave Al Washliyah madrasa no choice but to adjust its curriculum. The author finds that with the new state-sponsored curriculum, Al Washliyah madrasa loses the ability to produce young generations of ‘ulamâ’. The 1990s witnessed the scarcity of ‘ulamâ’ and becoming more alarming ever since, nonetheless, viable strategy yet to be found to meet the challenge.     ANALISIS PENGAKUAN DAN PENGUKURAN PENDAPATAN BAGI HASIL PADA BPRS AL-WASHLIYAH

    The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze mudharabah financing in increasing net income at BPRS Al-Washliyah. To find out and analyze what causes mudharabah financing to decline at Al-Washliyah BPRS. The research design uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used by the author are through documentation and interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study is to analyze qualitative data consisting of interviews and data from the financial report document of BPRS Al-Wasliyah. From the research results, the recognition of murabahah income is recognized proportionally to the amount of cash that has been successfully collected from murabahah receivables. Mudharabah revenue sharing is recognized on a monthly basis during the period the profit sharing rights occur in accordance with the agreed ratio. Ujrah income is recognized at the time of initial payment (paid in advance) or during the contract period, according to the agreement between the bank and the customer. Recognition of murabahah revenue is recognized in proportion to the amount of cash collected from murabahah receivables. This is in accordance with PSAK No. 102 paragraph 23. Recognition of mudharabah revenue sharing is recognized on a monthly basis during the period the profit sharing rights occur in accordance with the agreed ratio. This is not in accordance with PSAK No. 105 paragraph 22 because the recognition of mudharabah operating income in practice can be known based on the profit sharing report on the realization of operating income from the fund manager. Not allowed to recognize revenue from projected operating results. Recognition of ujrah income is recognized at the time of payment (paid in advance) or during the contract period, according to the agreement between the bank and the customer. This is not in accordance with PSAK No. 107 paragraph 14 because rental income over the term of the contract is recognized when the benefits of the asset have been delivered to the lessee

    Every 1st night of Shawwal (Eid al-fithr of Muslims) in Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra, there have been a takbir parade with decorative cars and DJ music. Therefore, the author is interested in examining this problem from the perspective of Muhammadiyah and Al-Washliyah figures in Perbaungan District. This article is field research methods by conducting interviews to some religious figures in Perbaungan district. This article found that the event organizers forbid the use of DJ music in the regulation. Apart from that, the opinion of the Perbaungan District Muhammadiyah figures tends to prohibit this act due to the mixing of takbir with DJ music. this is inversely proportional to the figure of Al-Washliyah Perbaungan who still has the opportunity to allow it because there is no firmly argument (qoth'i) which prohibits music and as long as it is not negligent the listener. This article finds that the opinion of Al-Washliyah figures is more relevant and easily accepted by the public. This is because the banning of a tradition requires a lot of time.     The knowledge sharing learning strategy applied by teachers at MTs Al-Washliyah, Johor Building illustrates that students 'psychomotor abilities are still low, especially in fiqh lessons, according to the author because the learning strategies applied so far are still conventional, so that students' psychomotor abilities are weak, therefore To improve students 'psychomotor abilities, it is necessary to apply Active Knowledge Sharing learning strategies. Because Active Knowledge Sharing learning can improve students' psychomotor abilities. The problem in this study is how to implement the Active Knowledge Sharing learning strategy in fiqh lessons at MTs Gedung Johor. What is the psychomotor ability of MTs Al-Washliyah building Johor students in learning Fiqh. Inhibiting and supporting factors in the application of Active Knowledge Sharing learning strategies to students' psychomotor abilities at MTs Al-Washliyah Medan Johor. The results of this study indicate that the active knowledge sharing learning strategy is a learning strategy by asking questions at the beginning of the lesson by the teacher and providing opportunities for students to share, exchange ideas, exchange opinions and exchange knowledge to find the right answer and then answer it by the students. The psychomotor abilities of students are increasing with the implementation of active knowledge sharing, these psychomotor abilities are in accordance with the material being taught, namely an increase in the ability of students to perform ablution and prayer. There are several obstacles in implementing Active knowledge sharing learning strategies, including the lack of time available, differences in students' different thinking abilities. In terms of overcoming this requires patience and the need for motivation from the teacher and from among students

    Penelitian ini mengangkat judul Proses Adaptasi dan Interaksi Sosial Anak Panti Asuhan Yayasan Al-jami’yatul Washliyah Dengan Lingkungan Sekitar Di Binjai. Dalam penelitian ini, Penulis ingin melihat bagaimana Proses Adaptasi dan Interaksi Anak Panti Asuhan Putra Yayasan Al-jamiyatul Washliyah dengan Lingkungan Sekitar di Binjai. Adaptasi adalah suatu penyesuaian diri terhadap lingkungan, penyesuaia n diri dapat berarti mengubah diri sendiri sesuai dengan keadaan lingkungan. Interaksi sosial adalah hubungan yang dinamis menyangkut hubungan antara perorangan, antara kelompok-kelompok manusia maupun antara satu orang dengan kelompok manusia. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menjadikan individu sebagai subjek penelitian. Informan penelitian ditentukan dengan prosedur porpusif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ada dua macam yaitu primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data primer menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses adaptasi dan interaksi sosial yang anak panti asuhan putra yang mayoritas pendatang baru di lingkungan dengan melakukan berbagai upaya-upaya yang mereka lakukan antara lainnya dengan anak panti asuhan mengikuti berbagai kegiatan yang diadakan masyarakat dan ada juga melalui cara sendiri dalam melakukan adaptasi dan interaksi di lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan tersebut anakanak panti suhan dapat berbaur dan berinteraksi. Sebab, melalui kegiatan yang diadakan masyarakat sekitar menyebabkan tidak ada diskomunikasi antara anakanak dan mayarakat tersebut. Dan proses interaksi yang dilakukan anak-anak dalam lingkungan dengan cara “kerjasama” baik dengan masyarakat, sesama anak panti, maupun pengasuh. Bentuk Kerjasama ini lah merupakan usaha yang dilakukan anak-anak panti asuhan dalam melangsungkan interaksi terhadap masyarakat sehingga hubungan antara yang satu sama dengan lainnya berjalan baik.This study entitled the Adaptation Process and Social Interaction of Children of the Al-jami’yatul Washliyah Foundation Orphanage in the Neighborhood in Binjai. In this study, the author wanted to see how the process of adaptation and interaction of the orphanage sons of the aljamiyatulwashliyahfoundation with the surrounding environment in Binjai. Adaptation is an adjustment to the environment, self-adaptation can mean changing yourself according to environmental conditions. Social interaction is a dynamic relationship involving relationships between individuals, between human groups and between one person and a group of humans. In this study, the research method used was descriptive qualitative research that made individuals the subject of research. Research informants were determined by porous procedures. There are two kinds of data collection techniques, namely primary and secondary. The primary data collection technique uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation while the secondary data collection technique uses the library study method. The results showed that the process of adaptation and social interaction that the sons orphanages were the majority of newcomers in the environment by carrying out various efforts that they carried out among others with orphanages following various activities held by the community and also through their own ways of adapting and interaction in the environment. Through these activities the orphanage children can mingle and interact. Because, through the activities held by the surrounding community, there was no communication between the children and the community. And the process of interaction carried out by children in the environment by means of "cooperation" both with the community, fellow orphans, and caregivers.     Abstrak: Dinamika Hubungan Industrial di Indonesia mengalami sejarah yang cukup panjang sejak dari masa Kolonialisme sampai pada era Reformasi. Tulisan ini berupaya menjelaskan pola hubungan ideologi kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh dua kutub paham Liberalisme dan Komunisme dan dilanjutkan oleh paham ekstrimitas sistem ekonomi Kapitalisme dan Sosialisme vis-à-vis sistem Islam. Penulis menyatakan bahwa walaupun peraturan perundang-undangan bidang ketenagakerjaan telah tersedia, namun per- selisihan atau disharmoni hubungan antara buruh dan pengusaha masih saja terjadi. Secara substansial peraturan perundangan masih memiliki masalah yang terbukti dari fakta empiris ketidakmampuan pemerintah menangani permasalahan perburuhan dengan baik. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa konsep Islam menjadi alternatif dalam hubungan industrial dengan menekankan prinsip kesetaraan dan keadilan sehingga terbebas dari kesewenang-wenangan dan eksploitasi model Kapitalisme dan kediktatoran model Komunisme.Abstract: Islamic Law Perspective of the Dynamic of Industrial Relation in Indonesia. The dynamic of industrial relation in Indonesia has undergone very long history since Colonial period to the Reformation era. This essay tries to elucidate relation pattern of labor ideology which seem to be influenced by Liberalism and Communism followed by two extreme economic ideologies vis-à-vis Islamic system. The author asserts that although regulations pertaining to labor have been made available, disputes and disharmony between workers and company or employer still occur repeatedly. Substantially, the regulations encompass delicate problems which are evident form the fact that the government is incapable of handling labor problem efficiently. The author concludes that Islamic concept should become an alternative in dealing with industrial relation which emphasizing equality and just principles and thus it is free from authoritarianism and expoloistation of Capitalistic models as well as from dictatorship of Communism ideology.Kata Kunci: hubungan industrial, Kapitalisme, Komunisme, hukum Islam, Indonesi

    In the components of the elements of education, one of the most important is students, where each student has an important role and responsibility to lead to and become a student with a level of maturity both in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. With the existence of good student activities including doing well in group work, the quality of achievement that will be obtained will be achieved properly. Students who do well in group work will better understand the material being studied, it will result in the formation of high learning achievement for the students themselves. Based on the preliminary study that the author conducted, it was found that there were still students who were not able to move and be active in group work properly. The symptom is that there are still students who do not have good material preparation or study material to be done in group work, there are still students who cannot answer questions in group work activities and there are still students who have not been able to make conclusions after their group work is complete. To make it easier for the authors to examine the problems above, the authors formulate the problem, namely whether there is a significant relationship between group work activities on students' learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education and the factors that influence it. . This study uses two variables, namely the variable x (Group Work Activity) and the variable y (Student's Islamic Religious Education Learning Achievement). To find out the two data, the writer used a questionnaire, interview and documentation. Because the research data is interval data, the collected data will be analyzed using the "product moment". Based on the author's research, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between group work activities and the achievement of grade VIII students in the Islamic religious education subject at the integrated Islamic junior high school al-washliyah 20 Medan in the 2019/2020 academic year

    Jorong Pemukiman Baru II is a village in West Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. This village has abundant coconut potential but has not been utilized optimally. Coconuts in this village are still sold in raw form and have not been processed into value-added products. The main problem that the author encountered was the lack of innovation in coconut processing to improve the community's economy. Therefore, the aim of carrying out this activity is not only to carry out work programs during the KKN period, but also to develop innovation in making coconut-based crackers as a new business opportunity that can improve the economy of the community, especially in Jorong Pemukiman Baru II. This activity involves training in making coconut crackers, from processing raw materials to marketing strategies. The method the author uses is the science and technology diffusion method, which involves the application of new technology and knowledge in the process of making coconut crackers. Data collection techniques include direct observation and product testing, with qualitative analysis to evaluate training effectiveness and product quality. With optimal use of coconut and the right marketing strategy, coconut crackers can become a superior product that contributes to the welfare of the community, especially in Jorong Semukiman Baru II and the development of UMKM in the village
