Dalam hidup ini, manusia selalu bersinggungan dengan suatu nilai. Suatu nilai bisa terkandung dalam aspek apapun, tidak terkecuali dalam bidang pendidikan. Ada berbagai macam nilai yang terkandung dalam bidang education atau yang biasa disebut dengan istilah pendidikan. Salah satu nilai yang terdapat dalam bidang pendidikan adalah nilai karakter. Karakter identik dengan akhlak, sehingga karakter merupakan nilai-nilai perilaku manusia yang universal yang meliputi seluruh kegiatan manusia, baik dalam hubungannya dengan Tuhan, diri sendiri, sesama makhluk, maupun dengan lingkungan, yang tercipta dalam akal, perbuatan, perasaan, perkataan, dan perbuatan berdasarkan norma agama, hukum tata krama, budaya, dan adat istiadat.
Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam Film Hati Suhita karya Archie Hekagery
Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian pustaka atau literer dengan jenis analisis isi (content analysis) dengan menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primernya berupa Film Hati Suhita Karya Archie Hekagery dan sumber data sekunder dalam peneltian ini adalah skripsi karya Archie hekagery dengan judul “Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter dalam Film Hati Suhita. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik semiotika yang dikemukakan oleh Roland Barthes (1915 1980).

Penyebaran Islam dalam Khazanah Pesantren: Analisis Kitab Ahla al-Musāmarah fī Hikāyāt al-Auliyā’ al-‘Asyrah
No full textThis study discusses the channel of Islamization in the traditional treasures of Pesantren, Islamic boarding schools, especially on a book by Indonesian scholar namely Kiai Abul Fadhol, Ahla al-Musāmarah fī Hikāyāt al-Auliyā' al-'Asyrah. This research uses library research by going through the book's main sources and strengthened by books, articles, and other written sources. The results of the study show that the channel of Islamization in the review of the book is through: first, the medium of marriage, like The King to a Cempan lady and marriage between members of the Walisongo family, secondly, education centered at the Pesantren Ampel Denta which produces a network of students as well as the tasawuf approach among the congregation. Furthermore, regarding the term of Wali Sepuluh (Ten Saints) stated in the title, there is no significant difference between the characters intended by the author of the book and the Walisongo figure. From the text, it can be seen that Kiai Fadhol was a prolific scholar who argued that the collapse of the Majapahit Kingdom was due to an attack from the Demak Sultanate led by Raden Patah. METODE DESKRIPTIF ANALISIS DALAM KAJIAN NILAI PERJUANGAN SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF BAHAN AJAR MODUL TEKS NOVEL SEJARAH
No full textPermasalahan penelitian ini mengenai nilai perjuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang: (1) nilai teguh pendirian; (2) nilai sabar dan semangat pantang menyerah; (3) nilai perjuangan bangkit dari keterpurukan; (4) nilai perjuangan meraih kebahagiaan; dan (5) alternatif bahan ajar berdasarkan nilai perjuangan yang terdapat dalam novel. Subjek penelitian berupa novel sejarah Dari Hari ke Hari karya Mahbub Djunaidi. Metode beserta teknik pengumpulan dan pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian berupa nilai perjuangan yang terkandung dalam novel sejarah Dari Hari ke Hari karya Mahbub Djunaidi. Hasil temuan analisis yang penulis dapatkan dalam penelitian, yaitu: nilai teguh pendirian sebanyak enam puluh tiga data; nilai sabar dan semangat pantang menyerah sebanyak sembilan belas data; nilai perjuangan bangkit dari keterpurukan sebanyak enam belas data; nilai perjuangan meraih kebahagiaan sebanyak dua puluh satu data; dan bahan ajar nilai perjuangan dalam novel sejarah Dari Hari ke Hari karya Mahbub Djunaidi berupa modul yang berjudul “Menilik dan Menelaah Teks Cerita atau Novel Sejarah”. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah terdapat seratus sembilan belas jumlah keseluruhan data nilai perjuangan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar modul teks Novel Sejarah bagi peserta didik Kelas XII di Sekolah Menengah Atas. 
Bridging the Human Capital Gap in Indonesia’s Islamic Finance Sector
No full textThis article examines the persistent human resource challenges within Indonesia’s Islamic finance sector. Despite the sector\u27s growth, a significant gap exists between labor market needs and the competencies of available professionals. Drawing on human capital theory, stakeholder theory, and competency-based education models, the study analyzes structural, institutional, and strategic obstacles through qualitative document analysis. Findings reveal fragmented curricula, regulatory disconnects, and limited academic-industry alignment as core constraints. The study identifies opportunities for systemic reform, including the adoption of national competency frameworks, centralized certification, and digital finance integration. By proposing an ecosystem-based model for talent development, this research contributes to a more cohesive and forward-looking strategy for enhancing professional capacity in Islamic finance. The findings carry practical implications for universities, regulators, and financial institutions aiming to create a skilled, sharia-compliant workforce that aligns with Indonesia’s economic goals
Equilibrium and the Generation of Public Welfare: An Economic-Islamic Perspective
No full textThe relationship between equilibrium and public welfare has long intrigued scholars in both conventional and Islamic economics. As economies evolve amidst social and structural shifts, understanding how equilibrium fosters public welfare becomes more urgent and nuanced. Classical and modern economic theories provide foundational perspectives on equilibrium, but integrating these with socio-religious principles from Islamic teachings presents a more comprehensive framework for sustainable development. This study aims to explore the conceptual, theoretical, and empirical nexus between economic equilibrium and public welfare, particularly emphasizing justice (ʿadl), benefit (maṣlaḥah), and balance (tawāzun) as pivotal Islamic economic values. The research investigates how market equilibrium, institutional arrangements, and moral-economic norms collectively influence the realization of collective wellbeing in society. Employing a qualitative-descriptive method based on textual data from classical economic theory, Islamic jurisprudential sources, and policy documents, the study analyzes equilibrium not just as a mechanical market condition but as a value-driven objective aligned with public interest. Data was collected through literature review and analyzed through content-based thematic analysis. Findings reveal that true equilibrium is not merely price stability or resource allocation but a multidimensional state encompassing ethical, distributive, and institutional justice. This study underscores the importance of harmonizing state policy, religious norms, and economic rationality to generate sustainable public welfare
Analisis Oposisi Makna “Catatan Buat Emak” dalam Trilogi Novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk Karya Ahmad Tohari
No full textThis research is a type of qualitative descriptive study that uses the "listening" method with the "note-taking" technique to collect data. The aim of this study is to describe the lexical aspects of antonymy in the first part of the trilogy novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk “Catatan Buat Emak” by Ahmad Tohari, which was published in 1982. The object of this research is antonymy (opposition of meaning). The data in this research consists of utterances or dialogues between characters in the Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk novel, which contain oppositions of meaning along with their context. The source of the data for this study is the Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk novel by Ahmad Tohari. The data is then analyzed using the "distribution method" with the "direct element division" (BUL) technique, followed by the binary opposition technique. The results of the data analysis generally show that the types of meaning opposition that appear in the text of the first novel of the Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk trilogy include absolute opposition, polar opposition, relational opposition, hierarchical opposition, and compound opposition. Polar opposition is the most frequently used type of meaning opposition by the author, as the author often portrays the complexity of the characters' lives in a gradational manner.

The Power of Nyai in The Development of The Pesantren

This reserach aims to explore the power of Nyai in the Pesantren Kholifatullah Singo Ludiro, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo, from the perspective of gender equality. The pesantren is under the leadership of Nyai Lilis Patimah, after the death of his husband KH Agung Syuhada’. This research is based on empirical data collected through such techniques as observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the research shows that the active role of Nyai Lilis Patimah in the development of the pesantren indicates that kyai and nyai play equally essential roles in the development process. Indeed, Nyai Lilis Patimah owes her power to the symbolic or cultural, economic, and social capitals she has acumulated since the era of KH Agung Syuhada’s leadership. After his death, it is Nyai Lilis Patimah who dictates the policy on and determine the direction of the development of the pesantren to the extent that it achieves unprecendented success. Hopefully, by showing the power of nyai in the Pesantren Kholifatullah Singo Ludiro, this research can contribute to removing the social stigma to the leardership of women in the public arena.
