No full textPenelitian ini berjudul Perlindungan Konsumen Terhadap Jasa Laundry di Jalan Sultan Muhammad Mansyur Palembang Ditinjau dalam Hukum Ekonomi Syariah. Laundry adalah salah satu pelayanan jasa dibidang cuci-mencuci pakaian, gordyn, boneka dan lain-lain. Pelanggan bisa memakai jasa tersebut dengan memilih jenis cucian yang telah ditetapkan harga oleh pihak penyedia jasa dan waktu lama cucian biasanya ditentukan oleh penyedia jasa dengan batas minimal dan maksimal selesainya cucian yang dipesan pelanggan. Laundry dapat juga diartikan sebagai kegiatan atau tempat mencuci pakaian atau bahan tekstil lainnya. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya berbagai kesalahan yang diluar dugaan dalam jasa laundry seperti pakaian rusak, hilang, tertukar, kelunturan, dan lain-lain, sehingga akan merugikan konsumennya (pemilik pakaian), baik itu kerugian materi maupun non materi. Masalah tersebut merupakan masalah yang menarik. Dari masalah tersebut penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan dan perlindungan konsumen yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan jasa laundry pakaian yang berada di Jalan Sultan Muhammad Mansyur Palembang, kemudian ditinjau dalam Hukum Ekonomi Syariah sudah sesuai atau belum. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan, perlindungan konsumen dan menjelaskan tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap jasa laundry di Jalan Sultan Muhammad Mansyur Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan jenis penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlindungan konsumen terhadap jasa laundry di jalan Sultan Muhammad Mansyur Palembang sudah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen nomor 8 Tahun 1999, karena dalam pelaksanaannya dilapangan layanan jasa laundry di jalan Sultan Muhammad Mansyur Palembang memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen dan hak-hak kepada konsumen dengan memberikan ganti rugi apabila terjadi kerusakan pakaian, hilang, kelunturan dan lain-lain. Dalam tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap jasa laundry di Jalan Sultan Muhammad Mansyur Palembang sudah sesuai dengan beberapa asas seperti asas musyarakah, asas al-ridha, dan asas ta’awun.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui media pembelajaran yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe student team achievement divisions (STAD) antara media pembelajaran Kahoot dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) siswa SMPN 1 Cikande. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian posttest-only control group design. Populasi pada penelitan ini adalah seluruh peserta didik SMPN 1 Cikande. Sampel pada penelitian ini didapatkan dengan teknik cluster random sampling serta simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan tes kemampuan literasi matematis pada pokok bahasan Pola Bilangan yang telah teruji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Setelah penelitian yang dilakukan data yang didapat diuji normalitas dan homogenitasnya, kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf siginifikansi α=0.05. Hasil analisis menunjukan thitung=2.09736>ttabel((0.025):62)=1.99773 sehingga H0 ditolak yang bermakna bahwa media pembelajaran Kahoot lebih baik dari media pembelajaran lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) siswa SMPN 1 Cikande.

Setiap pendidikan formal selalu mewajibkan peserta didik untuk mempelajari pelajaran Bahasa Inggris mulai dari pendidikan dasar sampai pendidikan tertinggi bahkan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) pun sudah mulai memperkenalkan pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Terdapat empat kemampuan dasar Bahasa Inggris yang harus dipelajari oleh peserta didik, yaitu kemampuan menyimak, kemampuan berbicara, kemampuan membaca, dan kemampuan menulis. No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the phenomenon of gender in short stories with a feminist approach. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis techniques. Data collection was carried out by a descriptive survey through relevant research article data sources, library data sources, printed books containing a collection of Aan Mansyur's short stories published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama in 2012. The analysis focused on the Mansyur author's thinking, social issues, traditional culture, and modern culture regarding women. The results of the study, namely the type of feminist used by the author Mansyur is existential feminism. In this case, the mother character in the short story in the Coconut Gardens in my Head shows its existence as a human being who can compete in the public sphere. Auntie Mare can pay for her children's education by working. In terms of culture, there has been a change from traditional to modern culture. Aunt Mare's character is no longer employed as ata or slave in the Bone tradition but is given a job as a gardener and barber. Generally, this work is carried out by men but through the author Mansyur, the job is taken over by women. Mansyur's short story found the phenomenon of gender injustice including marginalization, subordination, stereotyping, physical violence, and workload problem
Kajian Stilistika Puisi ”Kepada Hawa” Karya Aan Mansyur dan Pemanfaatannya sebagai Materi Ajar Bahasa Indonesia
No full textThis study aims to examine the poem Kepada Hawa by Aan Mansyur through a stylistic approach to uncover the meaning and aesthetic quality of the language used by the poet. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including reading, note-taking, and identification. The analysis reveals that Aan Mansyur consistently utilizes stylistic elements such as diction, sound patterns (rhyme), syntactic manipulation, and figurative language (simile, metaphor, and hyperbole). Specific rhyme patterns help create mood and tone, while syntactic structure and stylistic choices enhance the emotional expression of the poem. Symbolic imagery such as “red apple” and “faithful snake” enrich the portrayal of love, sacrifice, and sincerity conveyed by the poet. This study demonstrates that a stylistic approach is effective in uncovering implicit meanings and highlighting the aesthetic beauty in modern poetry. In addition, this study can be a learning resource for student in school in exploring the elements in poetry

This study aims to describe the form and role of deviation in the collection of poems Mengapa Luka Tidak Memaafkan Pisau by M. Aan Mansyur. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative which uses a collection of poems Mengapa Luka Tidak Memaafkan Pisau by M. Aan Mansyur as a data source. There are 8 titles used as data sources to represent the entire poem. The data analysis technique in this research is text analysis. The steps taken by the author in carrying out data analysis include: 1) reading and observing carefully the collection of poems Mengapa Luka Tidak Memaafkan Pisau by M. Aan Mansyur, 2) collecting data, 3) reducing the data, 4) presenting the results of the analysis, and 5) draw conclusions. The results of the research show that poets use lexical deviation, phonological deviation, grammatical deviation, semantic deviation, graphological deviation, dialect deviation, register deviation, and historical deviation. The results of the study show that the form and role of deviation in the collection of poems Mengapa Luka Tidak Memaafkan Pisau by M. Aan Mansyur play a role in obtaining density of meaning, generating an atmosphere, looking for new expressions, actualizing ideas, obtaining aesthetic effects, achieving visual beauty, finding accuracy in pronunciation through regional characteristics, strengthening the atmosphere, and achieving accuracy of meaning

No full textThe food and beverage industry has become one of the fastest-growing sectors in Indonesia, especially in big cities like Medan. One of the restaurants that has gained public attention is Mie Gacoan, which is known for its unique and affordable spicy noodle dishes. In deciding to buy the dish , consumers must think about the costs that must be paid including the imposition of Restaurant Tax on every purchase at Mie Gacoan restaurant. This study aims to find out how the imposition of restaurant taxes affects the purchase decision of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences USU at the Noodle Gacoan outlet dr. Mansyur Medan. The effect between the imposition of the Restaurant Tax will be partially analyzed on the purchase decision. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach . The population in this study is the consumers of Mie Gacoan dr. Mansyur Medan City especially FISIP USU students which number 3,828 population, with a sampling technique using the slovin formula with a sample number of 97 respondents. The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used are instrument test, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that the imposition of Restaurant Tax has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision at Mie Gacoan dr. Mansyur Medan City on FISIP USU students. The determination coefficient test shows that there is a close relationship between the imposition of restaurant taxes and purchase decisions. Based on Adjusted R Square, it is also known that the tax imposition variable contributes 14.7% to the purchase decision variable, while the remaining 85.3% is influenced by factors outside this research model.128 PagesKertas Karya Diplom
