    Rakyak story is one of the fictional literary works in which there are elements that build the story and contain values that can be applied in human life. The lack of interest of teenagers today to read a folk tale due to the times, they chose to play gadgets and games. Though there are so many lessons and values in life that can be obtained in folklore. After reading the book collection of the Riau Folklore Series by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. The author discovers the existence of structures and moral values in these literary works. Literary works in this contain the structure of the story that is in the form of themes, flow, background, figure, character and mandate, as well as moral values related to responsibility, conscience and obligation. This is what makes the writer interested in researching the collection of Riau Folklore Series by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. Problems in this study 1) What is the structure contained in the collection of Riau Folklore Series compiled by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S.? 2.) What is the moral value contained in the collection of the Riau Folk Story Series compiled by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. the scope of the study of literature, especially literary criticism that examines structure and moral values. The theory used to analyze the problem of this study is Priyatni (2012). Nurgiantoro (2013) and supporting theories such as Suroto (1990). Hamidy (2012). The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in this study are documentation techniques and hermeneutical techniques. The data analysis technique is the presentation technique referred to by Hamidy, uu (2003). The results of this study suggest the elements of inter-national and moral values contained in the Riau Folklore Series by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. Interinsic elements include 1) theme, 2) plot, 3) background, 4) character and character, 5) mandate.     Abstrak Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam sektor pendidikan, dirasa memberikan dampak positif dan perubahan yang cukup signifikan. Perubahan tersebut salah satunya dapat dilihat pada perguruan tinggi, yang mana penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah ditandai dengan adanya sistem informasi akademik secara online. Sistem informasi adalah gabungan yang terorganisasi dari manusia, perangkat lunak, perangkat keras, jaringan komunikasi dan sumber data dalam mengumpulkan, mengubah, dan menyebarkan informasi dalam organisasi. Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan membangun sebuah website yang berisi informasi mencakup data dosen serta pengumuman terbaru pada Program Studi Teknik Telekomunikasi. Pembangunan website menggunakan bahasa pemograman Sublime Text dan Xampp. Adapun keluaran dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website yang berfungsi untuk admin dalam melakukan pengolahan data serta dosen untuk mempermudah memperoleh data yang dapat diakses dimana saja dengan lebih mudah dan efisien melalui online. Website yang dirancang dilengkapi dengan sistem keamanan untuk melindungi dari sembarang user dan dilakukan pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black box

    ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu PT Pos Indonesia daam memasarkan prangko seri Dilan 1900. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan suatu pedoman Model IMC milik Adji Watono dan Maya Watono (2011: 34–35) yaitu terdiri dari discovery circle, intent circle, dan strategy circle yang merumuskan prinsip-prinsip dasar yang menjadi faktor kunci kesuksesan strategi dalam sebuah model yang komprehensif dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan paradigma post-positivistik. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan untuk menggambarkan dan meringkas semua situasi atau kondisi dan fenomena yang terjadi di sekitar masyarakat yang kemudian menjadi suatu objek. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan VP Marketing PT Pos Indonesia. Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu prangko seri Dilan 1990 dengan menggunakan Model IMC Dwi Sapta. Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa analisis pada discovery circle perlu lebih mengeksplorasi kompotitor dalam berbisnis, agar tetap mampu mempertahankan daya saing di pasar, sama dengan discover circle dalam menganalisis intent circle juga perlu memperhatikan daya saing produk di pasar. Kemudian dalam pembuatan strategy circle, harus dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan media online dan media konvensional agar dapat memperkuat informasi/pesan yang disampaikan kepada target audiens. The higher level that students have the more difficult vocabulary they get. There are many ways to acquire vocabulary with the help of media, one of the media for learning vocabulary is Flashcard. An online form of Flashcard called Quizlet application becomes an innovation to help students acquiring vocabulary easily. In this research,the objectives of this study are to know how does the use of Quizlet application for vocabulary acquisition at Ian Gillies Course Madiun, and to know what are the students’ strategies for acquiring vocabulary using Quizlet application at Ian Gillies Course Madiun. The research of this study was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was collected through observation, interviews , and documentation. The subject of this research was an English teacher and seven students of Intermediate level students. The data analysis used data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study, the researcher found that step of using Quizlet application for vocabulary acquisition there were three steps. The first step was planning, second was implementing, and the last was evaluating. The strategies that the students did were reviewing vocabulary, re-opening the link, using free features, mentioning word meaning, using shuffle option and the last was using consolidation strategy

This study aims at finding out if The Influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) to Stock Price in Companies that Listed on LQ 45 in term on February - August 2015. The hypothesis of this study is : There is Influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) to Stock Price in Companies that Listed on LQ 45 in term on February - August 2015. The method used is the author of the survey method with a quantitative approach. This study population is the entire companies that listed on LQ 45 in term on February – August 2015 this sampling technique is simple random sampling as many 31 samples. Hypothesis states that either simultaneous or partially independent variable affect the dependent variable of the study. Based on the finding regression coefficient test simultaneous, the value of (4.338>3.34) with a sig 0.023 it can be conclude that simultaneous EVA and MVA effect on stock price. While the finding of the partial regression coefficient test, EVA 0.520 < Ttabel 2.04841and sig. 0.607 can be conclude that EVA no significant effect on stock price, for MVA 2.910>2.04841 and sig. 0.007 it can be conclude that MVA significant effect on stock price. Hypothesis states that either simultaneously or partially one of the independent variable affect the dependent variable of the study. While one independent variable do not affect dependent variable of the study

    This research contains a study on the application of mock-up media in history learning in Islamic acculturation materials. The main purpose of this study is to examine the application of mock-up media of the Great Mosque of Demak in learning the history of acculturation materials of the Islamic Kingdom. In addition to being a learning medium for the history of the Demak Grand Mosque mockup, it also has the potential to be used as an enrichment in learning Islamic History and Islamic Religious Education. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, which focuses on depicting phenomena in depth. The stages in this study consist of data collection, data filtering, presentation of results, and drawing conclusions or validating data. Information was collected from observations, documentation, interviews with history subject teachers, deputy heads of curriculum and X DKV students participating as research subjects. The results of the study show that the implementation of learning media using mockups can give a real impression of the object of the Great Mosque of Demak. History learning using a mock-up of the Great Mosque of Demak provides a better understanding for students regarding the form of acculturation of Islamic culture with the archipelago. The results of the evaluation show that the implementation of learning using a mock-up of the Great Mosque of Demak can illustrate the ability of students to develop. The use of mock-up media of the Great Mosque of Demak can make it easier for teachers to explain learning materials and create contextual learning so that learning goals are achieved

In this writing thesis, the writer discussed ‘The Adverb Zehi and Zettai in Japanese Sentence’. The aim of these research are to describe the structure and the meaning of Japanese adverb such as zehi and zettai. The writer obtained the data from anime and Japanese website. Those data were collected using note taking technique. Then, to analyze the structure and the meaning of adverb zehi and zettai, distributional methods applied. Whereas to explain the results of data analysis, the author uses informal methods. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that adverb zehi and zettai can explain nouns, adjectives, and verbs. But, adverb zehi cannot explain negative form words or sentences. Adverb Zehi has the meaning to show desire; strong intentions, requests, indicating definite meaning, and showing necessity. While zettai adverb has the meaning to show will, command; prohibition, denial, and show strong opinions. Keywords: adverb, zehi, zetta

    ABSTRAK Hubungan Fatherless dan Social Comparison dengan Self Esteem Pada Remaja Perempuan Oleh : Mutiara Anggraini Rendahnya self-esteem pada remaja perempuan menjadi permasalahan penting pada masa perkembangan karena dapat berdampak memunculkan perasaan merasa kurang percaya diri, merasa tidak cukup baik, ketidakpuasan terhadap diri sendiri, dan keraguan yang berkelanjutan. kondisi tersebut sering kali muncul akibat adanya faktor yang mempengaruhi self-esteem salah satunya yaitu fatherless dan social comparison. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan fatherless dan social comparison dengan self esteem pada remaja perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan sampel sebanyak 100 remaja perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Self esteem(α = 0.822), skala Fatherless (α = 0.961), dan skala Social Comparison (α = 0.856). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software JASP versi 0.16.4.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) 0.585 dengan F hitung 25.230 dan signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.01), artinya secara bersama-sama fatherless dan social comparison memiliki hubungan terhadap self-esteem. Selain itu didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) -0.120 dengan signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.01) dan sumbangan efektif 5,1%. Artinya terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara fatherless dengan self-esteem. Nilai koesifien korelasi (r) -0.449 dengan signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.01) dan sumbangan efektif 29,1%. Artinya terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara social comparison dengan self-esteem. Kata Kunci : Self-Esteem, Fatherless, Social Comparison. ABSTRACT The Relationship between Fatherless and Social Comparison with Self Esteem in Adolescent Girls Author : Mutiara Anggraini Low self-esteem in adolescent girls is a significant issue during this developmental stage because it can lead to feelings of self-doubt, dissatisfaction with oneself, and persistent uncertainty. This condition doesn't just appear out of nowhere, but is influenced by various factors, including the absence of a father figure and the tendency to engage in social comparison.This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between fatherlessness and social comparison with self esteem in female adolescents. This study is a quantitative study using purposive sampling techniques, involving a sample of 100 female adolescent. Data collection techniques used the Self-esteem scale (α = 0.822), the Fatherless scale (α = 0.961), and the Social Comparison scale (α = 0.856). The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis with the assistance of JASP software version 0.16.4.0 for Windows. The data analysis results showed a correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.585 with an F-statistic of 25.230 and a significance of 0.001 (p < 0.01), meaning that fatherless and social comparison together have a relationship with self-esteem. Additionally, the correlation coefficient (r) value was -0.120 with a significance of 0.001 (p < 0.01) and an effective contribution of 5.1%. This means there is a significant negative relationship between fatherless and self-esteem. The correlation coefficient (r) value was -0.449 with a significance of 0.001 (p < 0.01) and an effective contribution of 29.1%.     The development of information technology has changed the landscape of the banking industry by introducing digital services that facilitate services that are easier, faster and more efficient. Customer satisfaction, which is the main priority for banking, encourages improvements in existing banking services, especially digital services. This study aims to examine the influence of features, convenience, and security of digital banking services on customer satisfaction. The research employs purposive sampling, with the population being customers at Bank Sumut Syariah Simpang Kayu Besar, and the sample size is 85 individuals. Findings from the study indicate that features, convenience, and security partially have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous testing demonstrates that features, convenience, and security significantly positively influence customer satisfaction
