Full text linkThis Final Project Report was prepared by Jihan Citra Nurkhaerani, Student of NIP 1841211015 with the title "Overview of the Use of V - Tax Applications in Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes PBB-P2 in Sukabumi Regency" which was compiled under the guidance of Mr. Rinaldi, SE., Ak .,M.Ak.,CA And Mr. Subekhi, SE.,MM. This report was prepared based on the results of research conducted by the author at the Regional Revenue Service of Sukabumi Regency. Rural Urban Land and Building Tax is a tax that is material in nature in the sense that the amount of tax payable is determined by the condition of the object, namely land and or buildings. The condition of the subject does not participate in determining the amount of tax. Land and Building Tax was originally a central tax whose revenue allocation was allocated to regions in a certain proportion, however in its development based on Law no. 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Retribution Taxes (PDRD), this tax, especially in the urban and rural sectors, becomes fully a regional tax Regional Tax, is a mandatory contribution to the Region that is owed by an individual or entity that is coercive in nature based on the Law, Regional Tax as well as one of the regional original income is expected to be a source of financing for the administration of government and regional development, to improve and distribute the welfare of the community.Regional taxes are grouped into 2 types, province and district/city. V-tax is a web-based application system for payment/deposit, processing and reporting of local taxes, specifically for Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes P2). Initially, payments/deposits, processing and reporting of Land and Building Taxes were not processed through the local government but through the central government KPP because there was a transition according to Law Number 28 of 2009 before, payment of special regional taxes did not use the V-tax application but an application called SISMIOP (tax object information system), and in the end SISMIOP was upgraded to an application called V-tax, to maximize data and be more collective with barcodes. Procedure for using the V - tax application. First, the admin is required to register or register a user, then login, after that enter the counter module, then enter the data collection module. Hotel is one kind of accommodation that uses the entire section to an accommodation, a provider of food and beverage and other services for the general public commercial. During the internship program, the author implement and support various public relations activities conducted at Solo Paragon Hotel & Residences under the Sales & Marketing Department. In the various activities carried out by the author , there are many new things the author found as education in Public relations field , one of them is to establish good relations with the media (media relations). THE EFFECT OF AUDITOR ETHICS, AUDITOR EXPERIENCES, INTEGRITY, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTIC IN AUDIT QUALITY (Empirical Study at the Public Accounting Firms in Padang)

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing, analyzing and obtaining empirical evidence about auditor ethics, auditor experience, integrity, and auditor personal character on the audit quality of auditors in public accounting firms in the city of Padang. The number of samples in this study were 24 auditors from several public accounting firms in Padang, the data were processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. The method of data collection was a survey method using a questionnaire that was given directly to the auditor and returned to the author. The results of the analysis conclude that auditor ethics does not have a positive effect on audit quality, but in this study, auditor experience, integrity, and personal character of auditors have a positive effect on audit quality.

The purpose of this study is to find out the application of accounting carried out by entrepreneurs wedding organizers have not met the basic concepts of accounting in carrying out their business. The data collection method that the author needs for this author's material is: structured interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used is descriptive method. In general, the Wedding Organizer business in Pekanbaru, in carrying out its business, has used cash receipts and cash disbursements, but the application of accounting to the Wedding Organizer business in Pekanbaru has not separated personal expenses and business expenses

No full textThis chapter investigates the contemporary #MeToo movements in the Middle East. The #MeToo movement generated responses from all over the Arab world, where women broke deep-seated taboos and spoke about their experiences with sexual violence. In this chapter, the author argues that Arab #MeToo movements inform and are informed by major political and cultural changes in the region, including the Arab Spring and the subsequent development of human rights and democratic resistance movements. For instance, during protests, women in Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, and Syria faced systematized and politically motivated processes of gendered violence in public spaces as a political weapon of oppression. Therefore, the Arab #MeToo movements discuss widespread aspects of sexual violence in public spaces, workplaces, and domestic violence as intertwined with and motivated by politics. This examination of #MeToos in the Arab world establishes these movements as continuous forms of resistance to all forces of gender-based political oppression, discrimination, and fear in the post–Arab Spring era.</p

Rasisme yang terjadi di amerika bahkan masih terjadi hingga saat ini. Hal ini ditandai dengan banyak yang mengangkat isu tersebut kedalam sebuah karya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang sebuah novel karya sastra Margot Lee Shetterly yang berjudul Hidden Figures. Penulis menganalisis tentang rasis penindasan yang terjadi kepada karakter perempuan yang ada didalam novel. Lalu Penelitian ini juga membahas bagaimana perjuangan mereka menghadapi penindasan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kritik sastra karena menganalisis karya sastra. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan objektif karena dalam kritik sastra objektif, analisis didasarkan pada bukti-bukti yang ditemukan dalam teks sastra itu sendiri. Ini mencakup pemeriksaan langsung terhadap kutipan-kutipan, gaya bahasa, struktur naratif, dan elemen-elemen lain yang membentuk makna dan pesan dalam karya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penulis menemukan bentuk rasis penindasan berupa difference dan power. Perbedaan sering terjadi dinovel ini karena menyangkut rasis yang terjadi kepada karakter. Power terjadi karena orang berkulit hitam dianggap minoritas dan tidak memiliki kekuasaan untuk melakukan apapun seperti membuat keputusan. Lalu penulis juga menyimpulkan perjuangan mereka yang terbagi menjadi perjuangan individu dan perjuangan kelompok. Perjuangan individu maupun perjuangan kelompok dilakukan agar mereka tidak mendapatkan lagi penindasan ditempat kerja maupun dilingkup sosial.

Racism that occurs in America is even still happening today. This is marked by many who raise the issue in a work. This research discusses a novel by Margot Lee Shetterly entitled Hidden Figures. The author analyzes the racism of oppression that occurs to female characters in the novel. Then this research also discusses how they struggle to face oppression. This research is literary criticism research because it analyzes literary works. The author uses an objective approach because in objective literary, the analysis is based on the evidence found in the literary text itself. This includes a direct examination of the quotations, language style, narrative structure, and other elements that make up the meaning and message in the work. The result of this study is that the author finds racist forms of oppression in the form of difference and power. Differences often occur in this novel because it concerns racism that happens to the characters. Power occurs because black people are considered a minority and do not have the power to do anything such as making decisions. Then the author also concludes their struggle which is divided into individual struggle and group struggle. Individual and group struggles are carried out so that they do not get any more oppression in the workplace or the social sphere.

العنصرية التي تحدث في أمريكا لا تزال تحدث حتى اليوم. وهذا ما يميز الكثيرين الذين يثيرون هذه القضية في العمل. يناقش هذا البحث رواية للكاتبة مارجوت لي شيترلي بعنوان شخصيات مخفية. تحلل الكاتبة عنصرية الاضطهاد الذي يحدث للشخصيات النسائية في الرواية. ثم يناقش هذا البحث أيضًا كيف يكافحون لمواجهة القمع. يعتبر هذا البحث من أبحاث النقد الأدبي لأنه يقوم بتحليل الأعمال الأدبية. تستخدم هذه الدراسة أساليب البحث الوصفي النوعي للحصول على فهم عميق للظواهر التي تشمل المعنى والسياق والإدراك التي تحدث في هذه الرواية. يستخدم المؤلف المنهج الموضوعي لأنه في الأدب الموضوعي يعتمد التحليل على الأدلة الموجودة في النص الأدبي نفسه. يتضمن ذلك فحصًا مباشرًا للاقتباسات وأسلوب اللغة وبنية السرد والعناصر الأخرى التي تشكل المعنى والرسالة في العمل. ونتيجة هذه الدراسة هي أن المؤلف يجد أشكالا عنصرية من القمع تتمثل في الاختلاف والقوة. كثيرا ما تحدث الاختلافات في هذه الرواية لأن الأمر يتعلق بالعنصرية التي تحدث للشخصيات. تحدث السلطة لأن السود يعتبرون أقلية وليس لديهم القدرة على فعل أي شيء مثل اتخاذ القرارات. ثم يختتم المؤلف أيضًا صراعهم الذي ينقسم إلى صراع فردي ونضال جماعي. يتم إجراء النضالات الفردية والجماعية حتى لا يتعرضوا لمزيد من القمع في مكان العمل أو المجال الاجتماعي

The teaching perspectives revolve around the author’s beliefs on the role of both teachers and students in L2 classrooms, the communicative teaching of grammar, and the value of a positive learning environment. The research perspectives’ section involves two papers written during different courses in the MSLT program. Analysis of Translation Methods Used in The Subtitle of The Netflix Series Wednesday (2022)
Full text linkThis study analyzes the translation methods used in the subtitle of the Netflix series Wednesday (2022) The series broke the record by reaching 400 million viewers in just a week. The author focuses on finding the factors that caused the subtitle to be translated. This study uses a qualitative textual analysis method. The author describes the data sample descriptively without using data in the form of numbers. Smith (2017) says this method involves examining and generating data from objects like newspaper, film, or blog posts. Based on the data analysis, the type of translation method found in the subtitle of the Netflix series Wednesday are communicative (38.00%), adaptation (34.00%), idiomatic (02.00%), and other translation method (26.00%) which communicative is the most used type of translation method and idiomatic is the least used type of translation method. In addition, based on the data analysis, the type of translation techniques applied in the subtitle are established equivalence (30.00%), calque (30.00%), and other techniques (38.00%). The most commonly used technique are calque and established equivalence, while particularization is the most least used (02.00%)
