FOXM1 coming of age: Time for translation into clinical benefits?
A decade since the first evidence implicating the cell cycle transcription factor FOXM1 in human tumourigenesis, a slew of subsequent studies revealed an oncogenic role of FOXM1 in the majority of human cancers including oral, nasopharynx, oropharynx, oesophagus, breast, ovary, prostate, lung, liver, pancreas, kidney, colon, brain, cervix, thyroid, bladder, uterus, testis, stomach, skin and blood. Its aberrant upregulation in almost all different cancer types suggests a fundamental role for FOXM1 in tumourigenesis. Its dose-dependent expression pattern correlated well with tumour progression starting from cancer predisposition and initiation, early premalignancy and progression, to metastatic invasion. In addition, emerging studies have demonstrated a causal link between FOXM1 and chemotherapeutic drug resistance. Despite the well-established multifaceted roles for FOXM1 in all stages of oncogenesis, its translation into clinical benefit is yet to materialise. Electrodeposition of CdSe on nanopatterned pillar arrays for photonic and photovoltaic applications
This work investigates the electrodeposition of CdSe photonic nanostructures into two dimensional (2D) resist templates generated by X-ray
lithography. This templated electrolytic infiltration process is particularly interesting for photonic and photovoltaic applications. Both current and
voltage controlled electrochemical depositions have been performed to infiltrate CdSe onto the 2D templates. Followed by the removal of the
template, triangular arrays of CdSe pillars or networks with more than 1 μm in height were obtained. The detailed studies of deposition parameters
such as applied voltage, current density, deposition time, concentrations of electrolytes and temperatures were carried out to determine the optimum
conditions to obtain high quality 2D CdSe photonic crystals (PhCs). The full optical and structural characterization of the CdSe nanostructures
showed that the CdSe films prepared have a cubic structure with nanometer grain size. Optical absorption studies reveal a bandgap of 2.1 eV for the
thin film grown CdSe, blue-shifted from the characteristic 1.7 eV of bulk CdSe, resulting from size quantization effect. Preliminary optical

Penerapan lembar kerja berbasis proyek pemanfaatan ekstrak Daun Teh (Camellia Sinensis l.) sebagai zat aditif pada Telur Pindang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas mahasiswa, menganalisis kemampuan mahasiswa setelah penerapan LK berbasis proyek pemanfaatan ekstrak daun teh sebagai zat aditif pada telur pindang, dan hasil optimasi teh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experiment dengan desain one shot case study. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester VI pendidikan kimia UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung yang mengambil mata kuliah pilihan kimia aditif & adiktif dengan jumlah 21 orang. Hasil aktivitas mahasiswa pada setiap tahapan dengan menerapkan LK berbasis proyek mendapat pesentase rata-rata 93,68% dengan interpretasi sangat baik. Persentase rata-rata tertinggi diperoleh sebesar 97,91% dengan kategori sangat baik. Persentase rata-rata terendah pada tahap pertama terdapat pada tahap menganalis masalah sebesar 89,17% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil kemampuan mahasiswa pada setiap tahapan dengan menerapkan LK berbasis proyek mendapat pesentase 97,29% dengan kategori sangat baik. Nilai rata-rata tertinggi yaitu menganalisis masalah, melaksanakan penelitian, menyusun draft/prototype produk, dan penilaian produk sebesar 100% dengan kategori sangat baik. Nilai rata-rata terendah yaitu pada tahap keenam yaitu finalisasi dan publikasi sebesar 86,67% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil optimasi ekstrak daun teh berdasarkan uji kadar protein dan metode TPC adalah perlakuan penambahan ekstrak daun teh hijau 5%. Sedangkan hasil optimasi ekstrak daun teh sebagai zat aditif pada telur pindang berdasarkan uji organoleptik warna, rasa, aroma, dan tekstur adalah perlakuan penambahan ekstrak daun teh hitam 10%

This paper describes the background of the “Islam teh Sunda dan Sunda teh Islam†means that “Islam is the same as the Sunda and Sunda that is Islamâ€, the term, was introduced by Haji Endang Saefudin Ansari. To know the term, the authors will focus on the discussion of the history of the emergence of the term “Islam teh Sunda dan Sunda teh Islamâ€, the development of the term “Islam teh Sunda dan Sunda teh Islamâ€, and the reconstruction of the term “Islam teh Sunda dan Sunda teh Islamâ€. The findings were obtained by the author of the term “Islam teh Sunda dan Sunda teh Islamâ€, namely: (1) the term “Islam teh Sunda dan Sunda teh Islam†is the reality of the Sundanese people who have accepted Islam because in harmony with the values of their kesundaan; (2) alignment of the Sunda and Islam looks of their belief in the existence of God the Creator and Owner of Nature (monotheism) as well as the behavior and ethics of Sunda in harmony with the manners and morals of Islam; and (3) Reconstruction of the term “Islam teh Sunda dan Sunda teh Islam†carried out by the foundation reaffirm tawhidullâh (belief in one Allah), build supporting pillars in the form of refund Hanif nature of mankind and formulate the roof as an umbrella that is fiqhiyyah rules especially rule “al-‘âdah al-muhakkamahâ€

EMISSION SPECTRUM OF TeH
Author Institution: Laser \& Spectroscopy Laboratory, Department of Physics, Banaras Hindu UniversitySeveral new bands have been observed in the region 280 - 225 nm in a Hollow Cathode discharge tube using and a trace of water vapor. These have teen assigned to an electronic transition in the diatomic species TeH. The observed bands fit very nicely into the Deslandres Scheme for a Diatomic Molecule and the derived molecular constants reproduce the measured frequencies well within , the estimated precision in the measurement. The open structure of the bands and relatively higher values of the Ground State vibrational frequency and anharmonicity constant strongly suggest that the emitterr of the observed band system is TeH. Over the past two decades electronic game have become ingrained in our culture Children's fixation with these games initially alarmed parents and educators, but educational researchers soon questioned whether the motivation to play could be tapped and harnessed for educational purposes. A number of educational electronic games have been developed and theory success has been mixed. Thus, I have chosen my thesis title as " Interactive Multimedia Educational Game" which we have name it as Kids Heaven and I will develop an educational gamer for mathematics which I name it as FunMaths while my partner will be doing about Science, FunScience. This Game was created in CD-Rom based and will be suitable for students in primary school especially age between 7 and 12, parents and teacher and will only include questions based on Mathematics operations for not more than three digits. Users will be able to choose the level of difficulties. One of the objectives of this game is to help teachers in teaching mathematics in English and to help the students to understand more about the subject. The system implements the concepts of multimedia, which integrates text, graphics, animations and audio into the game display to make the game more attractive especially for the kids. Macromedia Author ware 6, Macromedia Flash MX, Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and some other tools was used to develop the interactive game. Finally, I hope the "Multimedia Interactive Educational Game" can serve to enable players enjoy themselves throughout the playing and learning process, and to achieve the objective specified before the system is develop

Pengembangan lembar kerja berbasis proyek pada pembuatan sabun cair whey kefir dengan penambahan ekstrak etanol daun teh (Camellia sinensis) dan daun mangga (Mangifera indica)

Saponifikasi merupakan reaksi yang terjadi antara minyak yang mengalami hidrolisis dalam suatu basa sehingga produk yang dihasilkan berupa sabun. Saponifikasi termasuk kedalam konsep abstrak dengan contoh konkrit, sehingga untuk merepresentasikannya diperlukan lembar kerja yang sesuai. Bahan utama yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sabun ini yaitu minyak jarak (Castro oil). Penambahan kefir whey, ekstrak teh hijau (Camellia sinensis), dan ekstrak daun mangga (Mangifera indica) sebagai antioksidan. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni menganalisis karaterisasi sabun cair yang dihasilkan, menganalisis kelayakan lembar kerja berbasis proyek, dan mendeskripsikan format LK berbasis proyek. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyusun LK berbasis proyek ini adalah research and development (R&D). Berdasarkan hasil validasi LK oleh tiga validator diperoleh nilai rhitung sebesar 0,85 sehingga LK ini dapat dikategorikan valid. LK yang dihasilkan telah sesuai dengan tahapan yang ada pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek serta layak diterapkan pada mata kuliah kimia organik 2 dengan nilai rhitung sebesar 0,85. Sabun cair whey kefir yang memiliki karakteristik terbaik dan banyak disukai adalah sabun cair dengan komposisi kefir whey 42% w/w dengan ekstrak teh hijau, yang memiliki pH 8,4, stabilitas busa 89,3%, dan bobot jenis 1,055 gr/mi yang dinyatakan sesuai dengan SNI 06-4085-1996.

Saponification is a reaction that occurs between hydrolyzed oil in a base so that the resulting product is soap. Saponification is an abstract concept with concrete examples, so to represent it, an appropriate worksheet is needed. The main ingredient used in making this soap is castor oil. The addition of kefir whey, green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), and mango leaf extract (Mangifera indica) as antioxidants. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characterization of the resulting liquid soap, analyze the feasibility of project-based worksheets, and describe the project-based worksheet format. The method used in preparing this project-based LK is research and development (R&D). Based on the results of the validation of the worksheets by the three validators, the rcount value of 0.85 was obtained so that this worksheet could be categorized as valid. The resulting worksheets are in accordance with the stages in project-based learning and are suitable for application to organic chemistry 2 course with an rcount of 0.85. Whey kefir liquid soap which has the best characteristics and is widely preferred is liquid soap with a composition of 42% w/w kefir whey with green tea extract, which has a pH of 8.4, foam stability 89.3%, and a specific gravity of 1.055 gr/mi declared in accordance with SNI 06-4085-1996
