Get PDFPenggunaan bahan bakar minyak yang semakin hari semakin meningkat, seiringnya semakin bekembangnya industrialisasi dan juga masyarakat yang menggunakan kendaraan semakin banyak jumlahnya. Jika ditinjau dari sumber BBM fosil yang semakin menipis, merupakan tantangan untuk mencari sumber energy terbaharukan. Salah satunya yaitu, pembuatan biodiesel dengan menggunakan minyak nabati sebagai bahan baku. Dan disini menggunakan biji karet sebagai bahan baku biodiesel dengan proses alkoholisis. Pembuatan biodiesel menggunakan NaOH sebagai katalis. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini, agar diperoleh komposisi baik bahan atau kondisi operasi yang optimal. Proses alkoholisis diterapkan pada seperangkat alkoholisis dengan labu leher tiga yang dilengkapi oleh kondensor, agitator, serta thermometer. Setiap sepuluh menit cuplikan diambil kemudian dianalisa sehingga diketahui kinetika serta konversi reaksi yang terjadi. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh kondisi optimal berada pada temperature operasi 110oC, rasio minyak dan etanol 5:1, kadar katalis sebanyak 2%, dengan waktu operasi 50 menit, dan kecepatan pengadukan sebesar 200rpm. Dengan kondisi ini diperoleh konversi sebesar 89,04%
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Wayang Palembang Dalam Lakon Bambang Dharmojati oleh Dalang Kiagus Wirawan Bersama Sanggar Sri Palembang
Get PDFThis study aimed to analyzing the dynamics of the existence of the Wayang Palembang from the beginning of birth until that brought by Kiagus Wirawan with Sanggar Sri Palembang nowaday (2019). So, to be more focused, Bambang Dharmojati’s sample was chosen in order to give an overview of the Wayang Palembang performance. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and ethnographic approaches. During the process of research found that Wayang Palembang is a typical art that originated from Wayang Purwa. This art began to live and be known in the community since the collapse of the Palembang Darussalam sultanate. There were three very strong cultural elements in the Wayang Palembang, namely the Melayu Palembang, Java and Cirebon. Wayang Palembang today was experiencing a decline in audience interested. This phenomenon raises fundamental questions about how the Wayang Palembang performance, how Sanggar Sri Palembang survives and why it has decreased audience interested. For this reason, Hausers, Tomars and Wolff’s theories were used which said that social change in a place will present a unique art renewal in accordance with the social patterns of the community at that time, then Kernodle’s structured and textured theory was used to analyzing the form of performances to be able to presenting interpretations of interested preferences show. Furthermore, the way to survive is analyzed by Scott’s theory which said that efforts to fight and survive consist of open and hidden form resistance. The results of this study indicated that the Wayang Palembang performance today was still very classical in nature, resulting in a difference between public demand and the availability of performance space. However, to maintain its existence, Kiagus Wirawan and Sanggar Sri Palembang will always hold Wayang Palembang performances independently and do not care about the number of spectators.Keywords: Wayang Palembang; performance, society, Sanggar Sri Palembang; Bambang Dharmojat

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Strategi Kampanye Caleg Kiagus Ishak (PAN) dan Syafruddin (PPP) dalam Pileg 2019 Kota Palembang
Get PDFSeeing from the phenomenon of legislative candidates who use various political campaign strategy methods used in competing in the legislative general election is very important, so in this study the author examines the problem of winning strategies that have been carried out by the incumbent legislative candidate from the PAN Party named Kiagus Ishak. Yasin and H. RM. Syafruddin, SE, .MM from the PPP Party as a new legislative candidate running where the two legislative candidates are both local male legislative candidates who come from Palembang aristocratic descent in winning the 2019 legislative elections in Palembang City what caused the success and the failure of the two legislative candidates. This study aims to determine the winning strategy used by the two candidates in their election area.
Based on the theory used. The defensive strategy is used when the legislative candidates want to retain the majority or if the vote is achieved, they want to be preserved. This strategy was developed by legislative candidates as a way to maintain votes from the support surrounding the local community. The offensive political strategy is a political campaign strategy used to influence voters, what must be sold or displayed is the difference to the prevailing conditions at that time and the benefits that can be expected from it so that new voter groups can be formed in addition to existing voters.
The results of the research conducted by the researchers, among others, were able to find that although both of them both bear the title of clan from the native area of Palembang City, several factors were also found that led to the effectiveness of the strategies used by the two local male legislative candidates above, both Incumbent and incumbent candidates, namely Kiagus Ishak Yasin and a local legislative candidate, a local newcomer, H. RM. Syafruddin, SE, .MM so that it had a direct impact on the legislative candidates who won, namely Kgs Ishak Yasin from the PAN Party and there were also legislative candidates who failed to be elected or lost to H. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Get PDFWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
